It’s been a while since I drew anything Harun related, so I decided to draw his classic design along his worldview counter part,gotta say, I’m pretty happy how how it turned out~

One of my Death Knight headcanons is that your worst traits get amped up to make you the best killing machine you can be. Because of Wraithwalk as well, headcanon is some DKs can just talk in-between the greyscale Shadowlands (maybe even actual Shadowlands if hella powerful) like in the spooky horsey quest in Archerus.

Oooh wait, I thought our Deathchargers are from the Shadow Realm? Like Void related? Granted I inly now started Shadowlands and previously lived with the lore from WotLK 2008.

Also I like the idea that it amplifies the worst traits, but maybe not even "worst" in the sense of bad, just everything in excess can be bad. Like Darion Mograine is good, but he can be even too self sacrificial and too rigid when it comes to doing what he thinks is the "greater" good, both of which were good traits he had in life - bring selfless and being good and heroic. Just amped up to 11 where they can become (self) destructive.

18. A memorable meal this year?

hmmm it’s very specific and a bit random but maybe making fried rice for my family. i’m not really much of a cook but turns out i can find it pretty fun

25. Did you create any characters (in games, art, or writing) this year? Describe one

yesss so many actually. i’ll just talk about henry though. he’s a character from something im currently writing. he plays the fiddle. he’s a bit ornery but equally dry-humored and charming i’d say. in the main story (that lives only in my brain) he exists as a bit of comic relief but in the story im actually writing it delves a bit more into his backstory ig and how he meets one of my other characters, faust, and becomes a wraithwalker which is essentially incredibly taboo in the world im working on. he makes my brain go brr he’s very fun

A completely new WH40k Aeldari faction that nobody asked for….

An early group of Exodite Eldar who somehow found themselves in a gigantic forested pocket dimension instead of a maiden world. Over the millennia of complete isolation they may as well have evolved into another species entirely, having adapted themselves and their technology to be better suited to the environment around them, using an incredibly durable and psychically conductive wood instead of Wraithbone as their main building materials and instead of using spiritstones to preserve their souls they are bound by ritual to the land so that upon death, they become forest spirits who dwell within trees or occasionally special battle constructs similar to the Wraithwalkers of their Craftworld kin.

I had done an insane amount of damage to the Wraithwalker and killed it. Apparently I done 92pts of damage with a fiery Nat20 Chromatic Orb. The DM has a different ruling on how Crits are done. Dournel killed the last Wraithwalker with a Guiding Bolt!!!
