Wow I can’t believe one of Klara and Logan’s main fanfic tropes is going to be the classic "oh no there’s only one bed"

Just thinking about how eventually Klara and Logan will go on a road trip together. The road trip is to do with the school - maybe some sort of school trip or a residential… but anyway- they get to a hotel - all is fine all is well… until they check in and the receptionist says their room is a double room - not a twin. Oh my god - there’s only one bed!

Klara is so sure she booked a twin room for them both- she’s so sure… maybe there was a mess up with the booking system - and Klara goes to pay to change their booking and Logan stops her. It’s already too late in the night for them to go through with the hassle- they’re both so tired… Logan reassures Klara that it’s ok. They’ll sort something out ! They’re both adults (who at this point are totally not yearning for each other oh no totally not) - its not a big deal

And they get to their room and unpack and Klara insists she will sleep on the small sofa or even the floor (she can make a makeshift groundsheet out of her fluffy coat and use towels as blankets). Que Logan rolling his eyes and being like "bubs if you do that - you’ll end up whining tomorrow about how much your back aches"

So they share a bed and just sleep next to each other - nothing sexual happens- they just share that moment together (and oh boy the yearning between them grows- but nope they’re not doing anything about it still…. They’re so silly!)

Logan wakes earlier than Klara in the morning (Klara is out for the count - hugging her duvet all cosy) - he just sits and notices how beautiful she looks in the growing morning light. He tries not to move on the mattress - he doesn’t want to wake her just yet (though he knows the two of them should be up and dressed and out the door by now)
