When real life looks like a picture...pause...breathe...be grateful. Breathe again. Today I woke up unhinged. No worries, it’s not that uncommon to those that know me well. I can overthink ANYTHING (I mean a.n.y.t.h.i.n.g!) and make myself bonkers. Maybe you can relate? Maybe it’s just me, that’s ok too. It takes intentionality to do another day sometimes. It takes a bit of magic to get up and love the world over and over again. Loving is really vulnerable. Really vulnerable! A reoccurring theme in my life right now is “listening”. Listening to what people say is always important, but listening to what one doesn’t say is perhaps more important. Listening and feeling the energy and paying attention...what do you hear/feel? Sometimes what we hear in the silence is the most important. Shhh listen. Just for today let’s listen deeply to each other....even to the pain, the irrational and the unheard...or maybe especially to those things. I love you. You matter. Sparkle on.
