// Hi I have a dumb ass question, when we're talking about kinks, that can include stuff that's like hot 2 think about or fantasize about even if they'd never actually want to do it in real life right? Or just like, stuff they'd want to do?
#// Buddy there's a chasm between what Al might enjoy IN HER BRAIN vs IN PERSON. Maybe being killed is hot in her head but in#practice it's very much not fun and inconvenient and shitty. Do you see what I'm saying. Some things are fun for her to think about but#would actually suck in person and she'd be like 'I don't like this. I'm leaving.'#mun post.

You try to help Paige study.
18+
"This shit is boring," Paige groaned dramatically as she threw her head down onto the table. You rolled your eyes at her, having heard this every single night for the past week. Paige needed to get on top of her grades, she had promised you that she'd do so. You knew that she was declaring for the draft this year and had simply asked Paige not to let her grades slip again.
To make it easier, you agreed to help her. KK and Azzi were both a bit jealous. Several members of the team had tried to get your help with their homework, but you had always claimed to be too busy. You were a busy person, but this was the only way you could make sure that Paige would actually end up doing her work like you'd asked her to.
"Paige, you need to focus," you told her. Paige let out a whine that had you shooting daggers at her. It was a pretty simple little paper, and yet, Paige was acting like it was hopeless to try and finish it. "Come on, you need the extra credit babe. I've seen your other papers for this class."
"Oh, and now she bullies me too!" Paige exclaimed. You slapped your hand over her mouth to shut her up before you got kicked out. Paige pried your hand off of her mouth, but didn't let her grip on your wrist go even as you tried to move away. "I think you owe me an apology for being mean. Come on, out with it."
"Paige, you're being ridiculous and trying to distract me. Just finish this paper and we can leave," you said. Paige pretended to contemplate it. She leaned in close and pressed a kiss to your lips. "Paige, please do your work."
"No, I want to do you instead," Paige said. She pulled you onto her lap at the table. You had come to the library straight from getting your cheer pictures done. In hindsight, you should have known that Paige would be distracted with you dressed up in your uniform.
"Finish your paper first," you tried. It was no use as Paige balled the paper up and threw it behind her head. "Paige!"
"All done." Paige smiled at you smugly as her hand snuck under your skirt. The moment her fingers brushed against you through your underwear, all of your common sense seemed to go right out the window. You knew that nobody was in the library this late, everybody having left nearly an hour ago, but you and Paige were both stubborn.
"You're going and getting that paper after this," you told her. Paige looked like she had something to say, but when you turned in her lap, she promptly shut up. "I mean it Paige, you're doing that paper tonight."
"Yes ma'am," Paige agreed. Her hands twitched as they rested on your thighs, just waiting for you to give her the go ahead to touch you a little more. "I just have to get some of this energy out, that's all."
"Yeah, I bet." This time, Paige pinched your thigh for your attitude. You went to flick her shoulder, but Paige caught your hand before you got there. She placed the tips of your pointer and middle fingers into her mouth, sucking just enough to coat them a little in her spit. You watched as she used your own fingers to tease you, rubbing them over the fabric of your underwear.
"You're such a good girlfriend, always helping me like this. Anything I need, you always make sure that I have, even when I don't want it. You're so good to me, and I just want to make you feel good," Paige whispered in your ear as she pushed her own fingers past your underwear. You buried your face into the side of her neck to muffle the little moans and gasps that she was already pulling from you. The last thing you wanted was to get kicked out of the library after getting caught.
"Paige," you moaned as she pushed her fingers inside of you. You could feel them filling you up as she pushed them deeper inside. She curled her fingers as she dragged them out, making your hips buck forward a little. "This really wasn't what I had in mind when I told you to meet me here tonight."
"I'm sorry, but you know that I can't keep my hands off you. Especially when you're wearing your cheer uniform. That fucking skirt is devious baby." Paige knew exactly what she was doing. She knew how her words affected you, occasionally even more than physical stimulation. You were close to dripping onto Paige, who could feel the little flutters of your cunt around her fingers as she praised you. "That's it baby, cum for me. Let me feel it, you know how much I love it. Be the good girl I know you are."
"Paige, fuck," you hissed through grit teeth. Your legs snapped shut around her hand as she rubbed your clit, pushing you over the edge. Paige placed her hand over your mouth and leaned her forehead against yours. Once your moans had been reduced to a bit of light panting, Paige moved her hands away from you. "Go get your paper."
"After that?" Paige asked, incredulously. You slid off of her lap and back into your own seat. Paige pouted, but did grab her paper and uncrumple it. "Are you sure that we can't just go back to my place? Come on, you need a shower."
"Paige, I love you dearly, but we both know if I went back to your place, you'd pin me to the mattress and fuck me within an inch of my life in my skirt. We're staying here until you finish that paper, and if you do it before 11:30, I'll go back with you," you promised her. Paige checked her watch and immediately kicked it into gear. You knew she wouldn't finish in time, but you still ended up going over to her apartment to sleep for the night.

𝑀𝓎 𝒮𝓌𝑒𝑒𝓉-𝑀𝒶𝓎𝒷𝑒-𝒯𝑜𝑜-𝒮𝓌𝑒𝑒𝓉 𝒢𝒾𝓇𝓁
Characters: Toga Himiko x Female (Y/N)
You and Toga Himiko were not only friends but classmates back in middle school. She had a fair amount of companions, but you were her best friend--the one person she felt she could go to about everything. After all, you were the first person she invited for a sleepover and her last.
One day, she gathered the courage to share her family troubles with you. She shared her quirk and thus, her strange interest in harming animals, including the one where her parents caught her sucking the life out of bird when she was a child. Although it unsettled you at first, you collected yourself and thanked her for entrusting you with her history. You sympathized with her wish to be "normal." Your response to her confessions opened a door. With others around, she was her usual, well-behaved, cheery Toga. But when you two were alone, her cheeriness doubled, and the topics you two would discuss sometimes turned from everyday things to "would-you-rathers?", "wouldn't it be better if?", and deep desires. She asked you a LOT of questions. You were worried that if she kept going, you might have to spill every single thought about you. Thankfully, her questioning spurts would only last for a short while.
It wasn't long before your friend group noticed how much closer the two of you had gotten over the past three months. You were dubbed "Toga's Best Friend," and you didn't mind it. In fact, you loved it. You loved Toga. Just not enough to sweep her off her feet and kiss her.
Luckily, this allowed you to encourage Toga to confess to the boy she developed a crush on. It was sudden, and you were sure there had to be more to the boy than just him taking the time to talk to her about birds in the library during study hall (she forgot to do her homework and met him there). But there wasn't.
You picked at the rice you packed for lunch. The echoes of chatter in the cafeteria felt like white noise to the headache forming in your head. Not an actual headache, of course. But your situation sure felt like you needed one. "What's so special about him?"
"He's cute. Adorable. I'm in lovee~" Toga Himiko said as she stared dreamily at his figure three tables across. Her pupils may as well have been hearts. "I like him a lot."
"Then why don't you just tell him?"
"I don't know. He probably won't like me. He barely knows me."
You scoffed. "And you barely know him. What if he's actually a bad person?"
Toga leaned closer. "Do you know something about him?"
"No, but..." Your lips pursed before you shoved a spoonful of food in your mouth. "We don't even know his name."
"We'll find out."
"Come on, Toga. You can find someone else--someone you actually know."
Toga leaned even closer with a cheeky smile spread across her face. "Are you insinuating I should be with you instead?"
"Wha-No! You know that's not what I meant!" Some gradient of pink and red spread across your face. "Just--Forgot about it!"
"You're so cute, (Y/N)-chan!"
Conversation similar to this would continue for days, then weeks. It wasn't a lot, but no matter how many times you both talked about it, Toga never approached him for a conversation, and the few times he approached her to converse, they didn't get to a point where they exchanged numbers. You honestly felt sorry for her, but no amount of advice would be convincing enough T for something to actually happen. She would even invite you over to her house to conjure up a plan (and have fun), but it was all for naught. You didn't think she'd confess anytime soon.
--
But then she did confess.
In the worst way possible.
The news that Toga Himiko, your best friend, attacked her crush at graduation spread like wildfire. At this time, it was a week after graduation, and you holed yourself in your room beating yourself up for ever letting Toga leave your side. After the actual ceremony, you left to join your parents but couldn't find Toga for some reason. Even after you messaged her repeatedly to meet up before you went to have a celebratory dinner, she didn't appear. Even to this day, you sent her messages, but she didn't reply.
"(Y/N)," your mother called from the doorway. Her worrisome gaze fell on you fidgeting with your phone. "You should probably stop messaging her if she's not answering now."
You turned to her. You knew how tempted she was to wash your face and chide you on your dark circles like she had the first day you broke down crying, but she knew better with the way you lashed out. "Why? She might answer."
"Honey." Your mother walked inside and sat down on the floor beside you. She brushed a hair from your face and took your phone away gently. You didn't feel like fighting back. "I spoke with her parents. They gave her phone to the police a while ago."
"What?!" Your eyes began to well. "How could...this is so...."
The following week was miserable. You barely ate and slept for most of the day. Some of you and Toga's mutual friends messaged you throughout the week to check up on you--and on the case. They were all encouraging but also skeptical about Toga's true nature. They couldn't believe this behavior would come from her. But you did. You didn't predict her to act this irrationally, but you did expect the pressure to be "normal" to get the best of her at some point.
When the next week began, your mother urged you to buy groceries from the store. It was her way of saying you needed a breath of fresh air. Luckily, you were more willing to accept help. You retrieved the grocery list from her hand and set on your way, mind still on the girl. You were halfway there when you heard your name.
"(Y/N)..."
Your body freeze. You spun around to see a girl in a black hoodie and black pants. She wore a white mask. Despite the clothing, you instantly recognized the girl from her glowing yellow eyes.
You ran into her arms; she embraced you right back. "Toga! It's really you! Where have you--mmph?!"
Your breath left you as Toga threw your body into the alley beside you. Your exposed shoulder scraped the sidewalk, making you yelp in pain. Toga hurried over to hush you. Out of the corner of your eye, you barely made out the silhouette of a tall figure before your vision went completely dark. Someone must've put something over your head--and body. Like a potato sack. You felt a prick at your ankle; adrenaline surged through your body. You just started to scream when an arm forced its way into your mouth from outside of the bag. You bit down as hard as you can, and the person groaned—a male. You tried to bite down more but pull away real quick. The texture and taste of the potato sack was awful, and you felt things in your mouth. You spat them out. Hopefully, they weren't splinters.
"Be gentle with her!" Toga chided as you were thrown onto someone's shoulder.
A low, masculine voice sounded real close to your head. "Why do I have to do this little side-quest for you? We haven't even made it to the base yet, and we're gonna be introduced with this random hostage. We're not gonna get in like this."
"Yes we will! She promised she'd be with me no matter what!"
A promise? Oh. That must have been something you made while you two talked about her family issues. You don't remember making this promise, but it must be because your head is so clouded from how despondent you've been recently.
"You realize that's before you became a murderer, right?"
"Yeah, but (Y/N)-chan is my favorite girl. I can't leave her behind~!"
"Her family is going to suspect you had something to do with this."
"Either that or she ran away to find me. I'll make it worth her while!"
Your heart fell. You loved Toga, but you loved your family as well. Even if you wanted to be by Toga's side, you didn't want to leave everything behind.
And Toga? A murderer? She hasn't even graduated high school yet and she's already a villain?!
Tears streamed down your face. You knew you should fight back--kick the man who held you--but if Toga could kill people and still be so cheery, what would she do to you? Her sharing this information must mean the man with her is some kind of villain or accomplice or someone who doesn't care about such things, which is still pretty scary.
When you couldn't hold back a hiccup, you heard Toga's footsteps fall. Her soft voice sounded to your right. "Don't worry, (Y/N)-chan. You'll be able to rest once the dose sets in. We can talk about everything once you wake up in our new home."
You cried for a good moment. The man muttered something about getting his shirt wet. Sometime after your eyes ran dry of tears, weariness began to kick in. You closed your eyes. The last thing you could remember thinking about before you knocked out was the hypothetic situation if you had just made her fall in love with you instead.

we want the work blowout deets
I'll give you the tea but it will be lengthy and I'm going to cry.
Thank you for asking anon. To be honest with you I've been crying in bed about it for the past couple hours. I stood up just now and went to the bathroom and saw two big wet patches on my smiley face tshirt and it sucks so much. I'm so sad.
I could really use some feedback on this situation to be honest. OK. So the long story short is that I got a new supervisor a year ago and my work life has been hell ever since. First off, she doesn't understand what I do. She's never done my job. And she is THE micromanager from hell. For the first 7 months of the year she had me turning in a time card every week showing everything I did down to 5 minute increments. I turn the spreadsheet in on Friday, then every Monday we'd have a meeting where she'd tell me she just doesn't understand how I use my time. Why did it take so long to do X amount of invoices? She estimates it should take 2 minutes per invoice, but it took me 4 minutes per invoice. Like I said she knows nothing about my job and as many times as I've explained it she still "doesn't get it." It was demoralizing, nerve wracking, and frankly so insulting to my competence that I went to her boss (my old supervisor who I love). When she did nothing I went to HR with serious concerns about discrimination----it's no coincidence that I was granted some medical leave at the beginning of the year to address mental health concerns.
Yada yada yada, we made some changes and I don't have to turn in the spreadsheet anymore, but she is still making me email her every week with a list of tasks I didn't complete from the week before. It's still insulting but at least she agreed I'd only have to do it for another 3 months. Actually she said 1 month, but she's such a bitch that by the next HR meeting she claimed she never said 1 month and switched it to 3 months. She's a fucking moron, reader. She's dead fucking stupid. I really can't stress that enough. Dumb. It took her 15 years to get the position I got within 3 years of starting. The only reason she's where she is is seniority, personal relationships with management, and being a fucking bully. A dumb bully! Telling you how to prioritize your work! She's accused me recently of being unprepared for a meeting---a meeting that I hosted, provided all the material for, wrote all the notes on, fleshing out a new process she told me to start implementing but had zero idea how. She just tosses ideas at me and I'm left to figure out any kind of practical way to do it because---AGAIN---she doesn't know how to do my job. There've been other things too. She's a sneak humiliator. She's a button pusher. She's a moron. A big fat ugly moron who looks like Roz from Monster's Inc.
So on Thursday at 4:30pm, end of the day, suddenly a meeting with HR and this cunt appears on my calendar for 10am Friday (yesterday). I'm like---well here we go. She's either going to fire me or put me on a formal PIP. I'll be honest with you, I'd already decided to quit but I was holding out for my bonus in December. I entered the meeting feeling tranquil. I thought, "Do it. Pull the trigger. I'm ready for the end. Just fire me. Let me go. Release me."
But when the meeting starts it's just a touch base with our HR rep to see how everything is going. Are YOU fucking KIDDING me. Anyone would have thought the same thing I did. Of all the things my supervisor sucks dicks at, communication is the worst of all. She can't even spell. She can't string a sentence together. I mean it's shocking she writes at like a 6th grade level. I've seen emails she sent that are so garbled they are literally incomprehensible.
So I'm PISSED. I express how nerve-wracking the previous evening and all morning had been. We're off to a great start. She lets me know she's going to try to end the email process early. OK good. She tells me she's concerned because I haven't been providing personal feedback to her when prompted. Easy enough to explain: I hate your fucking guts, I'm trying to be a grey rock until I can quit. But I can't say that so I'm just like Alright.
Now here comes the bullshit! 1) She now wants me to ask permission in advance to work on weekends. I'm so overworked and stressed out I work like every weekend and now she wants me to ask her permission for the privilege of working on my day off. Guess who's never working a weekend for this company again. 2) The emails that just contain a list of tasks, right? Was 1 month, now 3 months, etc. She also changed the rules so that I have to provide a count of all the claims I processed across multiple platforms. And well---she just doesn't understand how I processed X number of claims and it took this long. In fact, she said, she counts 8 hours reported on my timecard she can't account for last week.
I lost it. I was openly hostile and belligerent. Fuck this fucking bitch. I cannot work for this vile idiot anymore. I actually used my IRL voice to poke holes in what she was saying and pointing out how fucking stupid it all is. Then she comes at me for not respecting her authority. As a reminder, just minutes before she'd complained about me having no feedback for her.
I left the meeting by refusing offers for additional time with the HR rep. I was in no place. I barely worked the rest of the day I was so upset and I didn't send my email, didn't complete my tasks, and didn't ask her permission to finish it up on the weekend (lol). I don't have another job lined up but this is the last time she's going to question whether I'm just straight up lying on my timecard or some kind of moron. That's it. This is her 100th strike for me.
Now here's why I'm so conflicted. 1) My previous supervisor (now my boss's boss) is going on a leave of absence like THIS WEEK for about a month and a half to treat her cancer. I care about her very much. I don't want to stress her out at the last second like this. 2) My bitch boss is also having a sudden serious health problem requiring her to be at the hospital multiple times a week. 3) On top of that, this stupid fucking cow has to take over my boss's boss's work while she's out for cancer. 4) They are absolutely fucked without me. For me to leave right now is a disaster. Add to that---the one person I manage and have a 100% rock solid relationship straight up told me that she's going to quit at some point and that if I quit she's walking out right behind me. She said this to me unprompted and I discouraged her from quitting. 5) I have a heart. The boss and the boss's boss are both having life problems that are more important than work. I think it's immoral to leave them in the lurch right now. They have serious health problems. As much as I hate my boss, at one point we were friends. My heart is breaking.
So I'm crying in bed. I can't live this way anymore. Toxic work stress has taken over my life. I get so miserable, but then some days it's just a job. It's a job I know how to do. I've been here 6 years. The health insurance is spectacular. I've got nothing lined up. I have adequate savings to get through a couple months of unemployment, but it's no guarantee I'll find a position that suits me in that timeframe. I have all these personal relationships at work (a mistake I will not repeat). I've let this job become part of my identity. I'm getting older. I'm 37 and I'm tired and I'm crazy and I just want peace. This position is fully remote---what if the next guy makes me work in person? My whole life will change. I just want this job to work like it has been for the 5 years before she took over. I'm so sad. I've felt this way so many times.
I want to quit first thing Monday. But I want to offer them the option of staying on until good boss gets back from cancer leave, so long as I don't have to work with illiterate cunt boss any more than is absolutely critical in the meantime. What do you think guys? My heart is breaking.

It didn't matter how many times people told you that someone was bad for you, if you were attracted to that person then no logic or reason was going to dissuade you, or anyone for that matter. It was something that happened inside of us that made us attracted to that person and you aren't going to change unless given no choice.
"All I'm saying is, when was the last time the two of you actually went out on a date?" Your best friend - JJ - asked as she sat across from you in the living room of your home that you shared with your boyfriend, though it didn't feel that way just lately.
Just as you opened your mouth to tell her she shook her head, waving her finger at you to stop you from coming up with some excuse that she knew you had at the ready. You wanted to say that this was the first time the two of you had this conversation but it couldn't have been further from the truth and it seemed these "pep talks" were becoming more and more frequent as time went on.
"I don't mean when he comes by randomly for food or a quick shag before leaving." She told you bluntly making your mouth shut and you swallowed the lump in your throat. You knew it had been a long time since you and Chan had gone out on a date, or even had just gone out together but you knew he was a busy guy and you never wanted to push him into doing anything if he was too tired.
You and Chan had been in an on and off again relationship for almost two years, things were bad between you sure but when they were good they were brilliant. The good times always seemed to outdo the bad whenever you thought back on them and you knew you wanted Chan, you knew deep down in your heart and soul you did.
"He said he missed me," You told her, jumping straight into defence as she stared at you and waited for anything else. A way to show he missed you,
"Did he plan to come and see you? Did he tell you he'll be free soon and ask if you were free?" She questioned, arching a brow at you as you bit down on your lip,
"No, but he told me he can't wait to sleep next to me again."
"Sleep NEXT to you or sleep with you?" She exaggerated the words a little,
"What's the difference?"
"The difference is the first one he actually wants to see you and the second he's using you for your body. So, which was it?" You stared back at her before looking down at your empty cup and swallowing again.
"He said he missed me," You whispered, you didn't know if you were trying to convince yourself or her at this point and JJ sighed a little looking at you. As harsh as it might have seemed what she was doing she needed you to see the truth about everything.
"What's the saying we live by now?" JJ challenged, flipping her hair over her shoulder and staring at you.
Tough love was JJ's act with you, she'd known you almost all of your life and she hated seeing you get pushed around like you were worth nothing when in fact, you were worth the world and if some man didn't see that then he wasn't worth it in the first place. The fact that you were letting Chan walk all over you tore her to pieces and all she wanted to do was shake some sense into you,
"If he wanted to he would," You grumbled the saying to her and she smirked, it was something she was trying to get into your head. Something she'd been trying to do for months now, treating you how Chan was supposed to since he never did,
"And has he?" She narrowed her eyes at you, you wanted to lie to her and tell her Chan had changed but you knew he hadn't, not by a long shot.
"No, but-" You didn't even have anything to say back to her, did you? As much as Chan could tell you he missed you he never actively did anything to change that. It was as though all of the effort in the relationship was sucked out from his side and was only coming from you,
When the two of you first started to flirt with one another it was non-stop dates, he'd take you out multiple times a week but as soon as he got you all of that stopped. There were no more late-night drives or dates to the arcade, it was just the two of you were together and he no longer cared to make it look as though he cared.
"I don't want to hear some bullshit excuse about how he's a nonchalant dude or how he's busy. Yn, he treats you like fucking shit." You swallowed down the lies you were thinking of and shook your head.
A part of you knew that she was right, that somehow you were supposed to realise how bad you were for one another and leave Chan in the past but it was hard when he'd become a part of you.
"Where is he this weekend? Another work trip?" Chan worked ungodly hours at the office and even more ungodly hours when his business decided he needed a work trip.
"No, he erm..." You stopped yourself, getting up and busying yourself by going to make another drink. You knew as soon as you told this information to JJ it was going to be the final nail in the coffin for Chan and she'd demand you to leave him,
"He what?" She urged, following after you and watching as you made you both some warm tea. You flicked on the kettle hoping the sound of the boiling water would drown out your voice but JJ inched closer to you, so close you thought she might have been able to hear you sweating.
"He had the weekend off so he went to go and see Felix." The air went silent, nothing but the sound of boiling water and the flick of the switch on the kettle could be heard as she stared at you.
"So, he misses you so much that the first weekend he has OFF work, he goes and sees his friends?" You stared down at the kitchen counter, tears threatening to spill as you sniffled a little.
"Babe-"
"I know! Okay?! I know but-" You couldn't even finish before the sob broke out and you began to cry into your hands, whimpering as your knees gave out and you slowly sank down onto the floor.
"I love him," You choked out as JJ held you in her arms, smoothing her hand over your lower back as you continued to sob into her chest.
There were a million reasons for you to give Chan up but you couldn't help what your heart wanted, no matter how much it hurt to think about he was everything to you.
"I'm home!" A familiar voice sounded from down the stairs and you stared at JJ who was staring back at you with a pained expression on her face. The whole weekend you'd been planning on walking away from Chan and everything that this life had created for you, all of the pain but two words from him and you were ready to jump back into his arms.
"He's not right for you."
"I know..." You whispered to her, she might have been right but you didn't care. Chan was everything you'd ever known and it was going to be hard to just walk away from it all.
"Babe, I had the best time. Felix was-" Chan's voice trailed to a stop as he made it to the bedroom to see all of your things were packed up into boxes and bags waiting for you to take.
"You going on a girl's trip?" He laughed nervously and JJ gave you a kiss on the cheek,
"I'll wait in the car for you," She whispered before leaving without saying goodbye to Chan, looking back at you and giving you a small smile of encouragement hoping you'll be strong enough to do this all on your own.
"Not a girl's trip," He whispered as he looked at you,
"I'm leaving you," You bit out, doing your best to remember why you were doing this. That things were going to get better once you were out of the shitty situation and somewhere better,
"What?"
"We're not good for each other," You swallowed the lump in your throat but your mouth was so dry it felt as though you were swallowing sandpaper.
"You're not thinking straight, JJ got into your head baby." He reached out for your hand but you moved away from him and shook your head.
"Don't try that shit, it won't work." You spat out harshly and started to move some of the bags out onto the landing so you wouldn't have to stay still for too long.
"I love you Yn, please don't do this." He begged, tears building inside of his eyes as he watched you,
"Chan, I love you too but we're not meant to be together."
"How can you say that?" His voice cracked a little as you shook your head. You had to remember that while he was upset now you were upset every single second he wasn't around you.
"Because it's true. God, we have the best times and then you're just suddenly fucking gone and it's like someone whacked the air out of my lungs." You whimpered at him, tears running down your cheeks in silence as you stared at him,
"I can't depend my happiness on you because I find myself just staying there until you come back. I was not alive until you decided I'm suddenly worthy of your time again." You waited for him to say something to defend you, that he was going to take time off and whisk you away but he never would.
"You know I'm busy." The excuse that always came after he never spent time with you. As if someone could be busy 24 hours a day and seven days a week, not even checking his phone to let you know he was okay or giving you a quick heads up that he wouldn't talk because he couldn't.
"I know but then you tell me you miss me and disappear all fucking weekend to someone else." You referenced the weekend away he took and he scoffed at you, something on his face changing as he stared back at you. It was anger, something you rarely saw on your boyfriend's face.
"So I can't spend time with friends?"
"I never said that." You mumbled moving your bags down the stairs, coming back up for more of them. The more he talked the more you began to realise he was only going to double down on his own view of things and no one was going to win in this.
This wasn't some fairytale where he was going to realise the consequences of his actions and come in with a happy ending, changing everything just so he could win you over. This was real life and real life didn't end with happily ever after.
"I can't imagine a life without you Yn." He called out as you began to take the bags out of the door, handing them to JJ who was smiling proudly of you. Part of her had expected you to go back inside and forgive Chan but she could see it on your face everything was changing now.
"I can't either Chan but the moments were shared together just make me break down." You turned around to look at him, there were no tears on his face - no fresh ones at least so you took the keys from your pocket and handed them to him.
"Yn...Please,
"Don't make this harder than it needs to be Chan," You whispered, placing a final kiss on his cheek before moving to go and get into JJ's car wanting her to get away from here as quickly as possible.
~Three Months later~
"I'm telling you, you're going to love it," Your date - Victor - said as he held the door open for you, smiling at you as you smiled back at him. It was your first date in months and it was safe to say that you were more than a little nervous,
"You say that, but I've never been into sci-fi movies," You laughed a little as he shook his head and went to the snack counter buying you something of everything so that the two of you had something you would both enjoy.
"Yn?" The voice you'd dreaded hearing for three months sounded and you glanced over your shoulder to see Chan looking better than ever. Your mouth ran dry as you stared back at him,
"Victor this is Chan, Chan this is Victor, my date." You tried to drop it in that you were moving on, you'd already heard that Chan had been on dates so you figured it was time for you to try to.
"This is Nella, my date," Chan said as a woman stepped out from the bathrooms behind him and made her way over to you. She was stunning, dressed in a tight black dress looking like she'd rather be at a restaurant than a movie theatre.
"Good luck getting her to sit through the movie, she always hated sci-fi's whenever we watched them together," You looked at Victor who smiled down at you, shaking his head as he rearranged all his plans for the night.
"Then we'll pick another movie, your choice." He told you, taking you and leading you away from Chan.
"But you planned this,"
"It's whatever we both want, not just what I want, okay babe?" You nodded at him and you could feel your cheeks burning as you went to see what else was playing in the cinema leaving a very moody-looking Chan staring off after you but for the first time in forever you didn't care.

What's the thing that stands out to you the most about albus and by extension his relationship with scorpius?
I'm gonna give 2 answers for this but they technically intermingle: One thing that stands out to me about Albus as a character, and one thing that stands out to me about his relationship with Scorpius.
Albus is a character who wears his emotions on his sleeve, even if he doesn't want to. This means we know alot about the motives behind his actions that run deeper than just "I want to save Cedric Diggory because my dad sucks." He's surly, self isolating, grumpy, and often seems rather anxious.
I think the thing that stands out the most to me is actually his relationships with others.
Albus has one friend, Scorpius. You can clearly see that Albus felt comfortable the moment he talked to him on the train, all awkward smiles and giggles. Then, when his cousin (who he grew up with), deemed he wasn't a good fit to be a friend and told Albus they were leaving, he outright denied her.
Cut to a while later, and Albus becomes a shut in. Its never explicitly shown but I take that when McGonagall called Albus "Isolated and surly" she was referencing to him refusing to make other friends. I don't doubt there were people who did try and befriend Albus despite him having a reputation, I just think Albus refused to give them the time of day. He had been laughed at and ridiculed by other students tons of times before, he learned to rely on gut feelings. If Albus doesn't immediately feel like he can trust you, he won't trust you, and it'll take a hell of a long time to change that due to his relentless stubborn. Plus his general opinion of the student body is already more terrible because he knows how everyone in Hogwarts feels about his bestfriend, who he deems more important than anyone else.
Cut yet again! Rose attempts to talk to Albus on the train to Hogwarts as they enter fourth year. Rose seems like she wants to make amends, trying to get Albus to talk to her and apologise, but Albus is still not having it. He sees through her, he knows his cousin. She'd never apologise herself, even if she knows she's wrong. Albus doesn't want to be pitied, and he also knows how rude Rose can be to Scorpius. So once again she's shut down.
Then we move on to him meeting Delphi, and there's something different. He seems slightly confused at first, but he relaxes as she talks. Albus sees this dorky, quirky lady, who talks about how people would make fun of her as a kid, and he automatically trusts her. It was definetly an odd feeling to have, because the only other person he'd felt that from was Scorpius, but Albus has an issue where he sets people he cares about on a pedestal and finds it almost impossible to imagine them doing any wrong, or expects them to always act a specific way. Delphi was in Albus' circle now, and he wanst planning to lose that.
But... then we notice something. Albus becomes slightly distant towards Scorpius whenever Delphi is around. He thinks he really likes her, and he knows she's practically a stranger but he swears there's this magnetic pull that just makes him want to be around her all the time. Scorpius is sort of jealous, but he's happy Albus has made a friend.
It's been pointed out before that majority of Delphis personality was took from Scorpius because she knew that would make Albus like her more. And it worked. She knows Albus find it difficult connecting with people he cant relate to, so she talked about her issues with expectations and not asking to be born into the family you were. (OK this is getting off topic let's go back on track).
In summary, how Albus finds it so incredibly difficult to connect with people then, when does, holds them so close to his heart, is what stands out most to me. Its crucial! Albus is not a person who trusts easily, but he takes great pride in those he can call his friend, even if it's few (cough ONE cough).
On that note... Answer 2. What stands out to me most about Scorpius and Albus's relationship? (Let's go the romantic route)
For me, its the way they are so different from every other ship. I don't think you can compare them to anything, because it won't be the same.
I see alot of people say its a parallel to Wolfstar but... it isn't. Alteast not how they'd be in canon. Because the Dynamics are completely different, and so are the characters personalities.
I think how unique their relationship is is what makes it so special. They were both misunderstood kids who realistically should've despised eachother just like their parents, but they didn't. They took comfort in eachothers presence and didn't care that everyone bullied them, because atleast they were together. Albus would end the world for Scorpius, and Scorpius would save the world for Albus. And it isn't even a Gryffindor/Slytherin relationship either! Which the fandom seems to like alot!
They are two bestfriends, from the same house, who would rather be with eachother than anyone else in the world. The closest thing to soulmates you're gonna get.
Anywhoooo that's my answerrr thank you for the ask anon I was in my feels beforehand and then I got to rant it all out on my favs

This is not at all coherent, I don't think. I have a cold and woke up from a nap with a weird idea so I'm putting it out into the world in case anyone else finds it as entertaining as I did.
Do you know what I think would be a hilarious Dead Boy Detectives ship? Jenny/The Night Nurse. Now hear me out.
Imagine Jenny who goes to England with the ghosts and Crystal because her whole life has been turned upside down and she needs a new start. Imagine her trying to adapt to a new, completely different place, after spending her whole life in Port Townsend. Imagine her trying to cope with the fact that the supernatural exists and things are not how she believed for all of her life.
Imagine also the Night Nurse who has just been basically relocated from her job and forced to oversee these kids that have made her existence so incredibly hard lately. Imagine her having to live on Earth full-time for an indefinite period of time just because those pesky kids managed to charm her superior. Imagine her being incredibly frustrated about all of this, and not really having a way of venting about it because all of her power is meaningless in the face of her superiors.
Now imagine them meeting at the Agency office. Just a casual meeting once, when Jenny comes over to pick something up while Crystal and the boys are off on some case. Jenny remembers some of her first meeting with the Night Nurse. Not the specifics, of course, because the Night Nurse took that, but she does remember the fear and the weirdness afterwards. And to the Night Nurse Jenny is just some random human of no interest. So that first meeting again is kind of awkward.
But then, they keep crossing paths. They've both become this sort of reluctant parental figures to the Agency kids. Like the Night Nurse is obviously ordered to be Charles and Edwin's keeper, and Jenny has sort of taken it upon herself to look after Crystal (whose parents suck) and Niko (once she gets back to them, because I don't believe in a world where she doesn't make it back to her friends from whatever weird limbo state she is in.) And then because the four teens are now a package deal, Jenny and the Night Nurse start spending more and more time together.
Eventually, they get to talking. Still a little awkwardly at first, but they start finding common ground (complaining about the teens) and spending more time together with the only other adult figure in the group. Yes, Charles and Edwin have both been around for longer than Jenny has been alive, but they still at like teens most of the time. And yes, since Jenny's human the Night Nurse doubts their experiences can truly relate and they're not actually anywhere close in age, but it's not like she has many other options. So they talk sometimes. And slowly those talks become more and more frequent.
They start meeting like once a week. Jenny has opened a new shop down the street from the Agency and they meet there when the kids are off on a case. Maybe they share a bottle of wine or something and trade stories. Mostly complains about the teens, of course, but then also more personal things. Jenny's brain isn't quite able to grasp everything about the Night Nurse's lore, so she just drinks and listens.
The Night Nurse wouldn't admit it to anyone, but she enjoys having someone who will listen to her complains and not act like she's being unreasonable. Why wouldn't she be annoyed that this kids keep making messes for her to clean up and leaving her with mountains of paperwork to fill? (Some things never change, huh.) Jenny understands. She also finds the paperwork tedious. She also thinks the kids have an otherworldly ability to make stupid decisions and get on their nerves.
I think Jenny would be the first to catch feelings. Or at least she'd be the first to realize.
Once their meetings stop being a weekly thing and become almost daily, she starts noticing all these little things. Like how the Night Nurse is actually really soft for the kids, even if they annoy her. How she genuinely cares for her job in a way that goes beyond just being made for a job and preforming it for eternity. How she always does her best to keep the teens safe even when she knows they will try their best to get into as much trouble as possible. How she can be all dry humor and unexpected kindness underneath her business attitude. Eventually, she realizes that there's something about the Night Nurse that really calls to her, that draws her in despite her better judgement.
Jenny wouldn't do anything about those feelings, though. How do you go about romancing an eternal, trans-dymensional being? You don't. You sip your wine and listen to her as attentively as you can manage and you don't say anything.
The Night Nurse would take longer to realize she's falling for Jenny. It's not that she doesn't know how human relationships work or that she doesn't understand that she and Jenny are getting closer. It's just that she has many other, bigger, concerns.
It's not until much later, after a bad case, that she realizes. It's the kind of case that gets them all banged up and somehow, Jenny ends up involved in it too despite her insistence that she wants nothing to do with Agency business. I'm going cliche here, but I think her somehow getting cursed to be trapped inside her mind or something could work well. Because then the Night Nurse would have to go through her memories to get her back or something like that. And along the way, she would realize Jenny has a crush on her, of course, but also she'd realize she has a crush on Jenny too?
These past few months or however long it's been have been so much better knowing that Jenny understands at least some of her troubles. She can't begin to explain how much it means to her, knowing there's someone who will listen and commiserate and give the most human advice imaginable. It's a lot and she cannot ignore it now that she's realized it.
So, once things are back to normal and the kids have gone out to celebrate another case closed, the Night Nurse slips into Jenny's shop with a bottle of her favorite wine. Jenny still looks a little shaken, but she smiles and brings a couple of glasses to their usual corner and blushes prettily when their gazes meet for a second too long. Neither mentions it, but they're both aware of what has changed between them. And as the Night Nurse settles her hand on Jenny's she thinks of a man living inside of a sea monster and wonders if this is also an adventure worth talking about.

So... Let's Talk About THAT
I want to start this by saying that I haven't purchased Double Exposure, and I have no plans on doing so because of what this post is about. I know very little about the game, but I do know about the Chloe stuff. That was the one thing I wanted to know about going into the game before I committed to a purchase. Not specifically because of a ship or whatever (though that's certainly a factor), but how they go about justifying Chloe not being in the Double Exposure.
I say that because I knew, based on the marketing for the game being as cagey as it is in regards to Chloe. I knew there'd be some kind of justification to not have her around, because how else are they going to make the game's story work with both endings being "respected." And that's the key word here: respect.
Normally, I'd at least abide by my spoiler policy, where I would mark spoilers for stuff that's super new for like, a month. However, because of what this entails, I really can't be nice enough to do that, as everything I've seen has genuinely made me go "how is this 'respecting' the player's choice from LiS1?!"
Under the cut, there will be spoilers for Life Is Strange as a series. As I write this sentence, I don't know how much I'll go into it, so be warned. I know Double Exposure isn't even fully out, but man, I have a lot to say about this ONE THING in it that has me annoyed to no end.
So... in Double Exposure, the one thing a lot of fans of the first game were wondering was "why is Chloe not in the game?" Some were hopeful that she would be, but realistically, there was no way that was possible without the game's budget being higher. At best, we'd get some new voice lines, but that's about it. Why? Because Deck Nine wanted to "respect" the ending of LiS1 for the players who chose the "Bay" ending. Chloe, in case y'all forgot, fucking DIES in that ending, so she'd, at best, get a cameo appearance in the game where Max returns unless it was decided that the game was set in a timeline where Chloe survived.
It is very clear to me from the jump that unless they made that choice, they'd not have Chloe be around. It was likely that they'd make it so the pair broke up in some capacity (be it as friends or lovers, it didn't really matter), and as much as I didn't want that aspect to be true, it ended up actually being the case. As a fan of Pricefield, this sucks, but as a person who understood from the start that the game would have to find a way to dodge the issue of Chloe in some capacity to tell the story Deck Nine wanted to tell, I could accept it. So long as the way they did so was respectful to the original vision of the characters in some capacity.
And because I'm writing this post at all, it's pretty obvious that isn't what happened.
I want to be perfectly clear when I say that the break up, conceptually, makes sense as a mechanism for a story about Max. In my mind, it would make sense that Max and Chloe's relationship would have some bumps caused by the sheer amount of trauma Max endured during the tail end of LiS1. Finding out that a person you looked up to (Jefferson) was a total psycho who was obsessed with you and likely would have tried something worse than just taking gross pictures of you would leave a person pretty fucking messed up for years. Add onto that the fact that she basically had to do the trolly problem in real life, with the choices being her hometown and it's entire population... or a person she loves so much she couldn't imagine living without them (be it as a friend, or as more than that)... and you'd probably have a therapy bill the size of the Olympus Mons before you started feeling "relatively normal" again.
In a world where the people who were writing the game were better at their jobs, at least in this capacity, they'd look at that, and see how it'd affect a relationship. Max being unable to properly move on, with the only person she can reliably talk to about it being someone she very much wouldn't want to trauma dump on (since you can't exactly tell a shrink that you had time travelled so much that you caused a titanic sized waterspout to level an entire costal town without getting institutionalized), given that said person is likely grappling with a lot of shit themselves (survivor's guilt, for one)... yeah a break up of some kind, even if only a temporary one, is kind of inevitable. Time apart might be something you both need to properly heal.
This would also allow the story to at least try to deal with Max's trauma in a way that is comparable in scope based on both decisions, and it would make sense. If Max were the one to break off the relationship, citing a need to have some time apart to get her head on straight (metaphorically speaking, we all know she ain't straight), it'd make sense that said choice could blow up in her face and leave her a bit emotionally frazzled. Chloe is a person who very obvious abandonment issues, so a decision like that from Max, even if it was only for a while, would likely lead to a much more stressful situation, regardless of how close they are.
This, in turn, would allow the "Bay" ending to be about Max not being able to get over her choice to functionally kill her own best friend, and all of the things she never got to say. The grief being something she struggles with for a decade (or however long it is between LiS1 and DE) would make sense. It'd be in character. Max is a character who is indecisive, and is prone to fussing over mistakes she feels she makes, especially with Chloe. She buries those kinds of feelings in a box until she's forced to confront them. Then she tries to over compensate for her shortcomings. We know she does this because she immediately jumps to help Chloe look for Rachel at the first real chance she gets as a way for her to at least sort of make up for the 5 years of basically no contact. Yeah, there are other reasons she does this, but it can be pretty easily inferred that Max, since Max's whole power allows her to go back in time, which is, in theory, the ultimate way to fix your past mistakes.
I'd be fine if the breakup was purely Max running from a problem she doesn't want to properly deal with. With her being reminded of her choice that killed hundreds of people for one person, even if that person means everything to her. Some people crumple under less, and Max is very much an insecure person, so she'd crumple like a wet napkin eventually.
They could have very easily made a core part of the game Max learning to let go of that part of her past, to finally make peace with her choice. You could even have it be a case where her powers leave her for good, with some kind of, I dunno, storm of butterflies (which I feel could very easily serve as a symbol of Max connection to Chloe, and not as just a symbol for Chloe exclusively). Regardless of the Bae or Bay choice, having her powers literally fly away would also be a way of saying that she's finally "grown up," and that her burdens have been eased, with them flying away with her powers. The guilt? Yeah, there'd always be a little, that shit never goes away, but she'd no longer wallow in it. The trauma? She'd be able to accept it as a thing that happened, and move on in a more healthy way.
If Chloe and her were a couple, maybe she'd end the game with a phone call, reaching out to Chloe in an effort to repair their relationship, to say that she's "done living in the past." She could literally say something like "I'm done rewinding, I'm just going to look to the future, and leave the past where it is." We'd probably all cheer at that kind of sappy bullshit. It'd be sapphic as hell, and it'd be awesome.
But no. That's too nice a thought. Deck Nine had other plans.
In the game, as it is now, there is a distinct problem with the breakup working, and that's the way it happens. In Double Exposure (at least up to Episode 2, as that's all that's currently available), the game is quick to brush aside the idea that Max and Chloe were ever really a thing, and wants the player to go right into being interested in having Max romance the New characters that Deck Nine made for the game! Why'd they break up? Because Chloe is afraid that Max is using her rewind powers (which she supposedly hasn't since Blackwell), and that, because of those powers, she's always going to be living in the past. That she, Chloe fucking Price, just wants to be a free spirit and live for the future, and that, "as much as it hurts," that might be a future without Max in it.
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???
Chloe Price, the bony sack of trauma, cigarette smoke, and well documented abandonment issues, is the one breaking off a relationship? Are you serious? You gotta be fucking with me Deck Nine! You wrote a whole ass game about this character, and my opinion of that game aside (I think Before the Storm is dogshit btw), you still miss one of the core aspects of Chloe's whole character? How do you miss the point by this much?
And then... a self-proclaimed former staff member at Deck Nine spoke up on Reddit... said some stuff, and it all started to make sense.
See, Deck Nine has, at least somewhat recently, come under fire for their dogshit working conditions. There were several articles showcasing how toxic that place was to work for a number of reasons by several publications. The writing was on the wall, but a lot of people, myself included, tried to not see it, and just be hopeful for a new LiS game. While I really don't like BtS, I very much enjoyed True Colors, so I was at least a little optimistic.
However, if that supposed former employee is to be believed in any capacity (we can at least say they likely are a former employee, as another former employee basically called them out on Twitter for trying to start a hate brigade... even though they didn't), then Double Exposure was doomed from the start. The creative leads on the project, allegedly, HATE Chloe, and would shoot down ideas that would be more respectful of her in All Hands On Deck (Nine) meetings, even though they asked for ideas due to how they wrote themselves into a bloody corner whilst working on the game the way they did.
Then there's the fact that supposedly some people at the publisher dislike Chloe because they feel that Ashly Burch shit on Before the Storm post-launch (which she didn't, btw), despite her working on a game that replaced her voice with another actress due to a strike. They hired a "scab" to voice the characters, and that might have upset Ashly, a union member. Fair enough. But apparently some people didn't like Rhianna DeVries, which the publisher heard, and said "don't bring her back for any big appearances" or something? So they aren't going to recast again, they aren't going to bring back Ashly for petty reasons, and they aren't going to even bring Rhianna back again (she had a small voice role in True Color's Wavelengths DLC), even though most people are fine with her? Hell, I think she's a damn highlight in the cast for BtS, and I hate that game.
Then I got to thinking: is there evidence that Deck Nine hates Chloe, despite working on Before the Storm? Short answer: I think so, yeah. Long answer? Well...
One thing that is notable about Before the Storm, at least from my perspective, is that said game did a pretty middling job with characters that were introduced in the original game, despite being a prequel. Nathan is nothing like how he is in LiS1, nor is David. Rachel doesn't even remotely come off as the kind of character that people would talk about the way they do in LiS1 after she goes missing (what with her being a big Laura Palmer parallel and all). Fuck, they made Victoria willing to roofie someone to get ahead, which a lot of people called out as tone deaf as hell given what happens to her in LiS1.
But in that same breath, the game introduces a handful of new, Deck Nine original characters, and that's clearly where the effort was. Some were better than others, of course, Samantha was largely pointless and amounted to nothing, Rachel's Parents are just not well written, and Damon is such a bland attempt at a villain... Don't even get me started on the Elliot Rogers looking ass character that shares a first name with that whackjob.
But you wanna know who Deck Nine really likes? Steph Gingrich. And you know what, so do I. I like Steph a lot. She's like, the best thing to come out of that game. But when you pull back and analyze who Steph is, something notable stands out: she's basically Deck Nine's take on "what if Chloe wasn't a bitchy bitch?"
Think about it: Steph is a queer girl wearing a beanie (Chloe's basic aesthetic), enjoys nerdy stuff and Blade Runner (Chloe, even before joining their D&D sessions, was a closet weeb back before she lost her dad), is into punk rock (so much so that she forms a punk band, Drugstore Makeup, with a former girlfriend), likes to smoke weed (to be fair, a lot of characters in LiS do), and even gets a healthy dose of trauma from the storm killing her own mom, or losing two very close friends, one of which is the same person Chloe lost (this is more a Max parallel, but you get it). She even has a pretty distinct "voice" in how she talks that most people can pick out of a crowd pretty easily (which, to be fair, isn't hard, since True Colors has a very muted cast in this respect). Hell, she can even romantically end up with a bisexual with super powers! She's literally just "what if Chloe was more of a nerd and less of an asshole."
This isn't to shit on Steph at all, again, I love Steph, she's great. I'm not even mad about the obvious parallels between her and Chloe. They were friends, of course aspects of them are going to be similar. But when you take those things into consideration when reading that Deck Nine supposedly hates Chloe... and you see how hard the series has pushed Steph (Steph has her own DLC story, a full ass novel about stuff she did between her two appearances, and a comic where she and Alex act as the cool lesbian surrogate parents to a runaway girl with powers), you can sort of pick up on some subliminal parallels. It's hard not to when Deck Nine has a clear bias for a character they made, and how they dislike a character they didn't, despite the overlap.
I could just be reaching, but when I put the pieces in front of me in the context of "Deck Nine hates Chloe" it just adds up. It's kind of hard not to think Deck Nine does hate Chloe, given that before we even find out the specifics of the break up, they have Safi ask Max if she's interested in the new female love interest the devs cooked up immediately after Max tries to basically shut down the conversation about why she and Chloe broke up. Even in the context of Chloe dying, it's clear what they're doing here, and it's not even remotely subtle.
Even if a lot of this is just bullshit, it's clear that Deck Nine had no real intention of "respecting" anything. Why? Because Double Exposure very clearly wants to operate under the pretense that you chose to Sacrifice Chloe. It's the only way the game really works in anyway that's even remotely "respectful" to any fans. The fact that they rejected the premise of DE being set in a timeline where Chloe was definitively DEAD, even though members of the team suggested that should be how they approached this game's story, says that they had no real intention of respecting the integrity of the choice LiS1 players made. Regardless of the reasons why they did this, respect is NOT one of those reasons. They had a story they wanted to tell, but forced themselves to try and fit the square peg into the round hole.
This game already decided to not respect the original creators at Don't Nod by having it be about Max, when they said Max and Chloe's stories were "done." I get it, that's a decision they likely didn't make themselves... but they could have at least tried harder to respect the characters they were given to make a story about a little more.
For all I know, the remaining 3 Episodes of Double Exposure may allow the player to have Max and Chloe reconcile at the end if you don't romance any of the new characters. Maybe that's an ending, and I'm mad for basically just bad writing... but I nevertheless won't be supporting this game with my money as things currently stand.

I don't like hazbin hotel (shocker)
A lot of the problems come down to three things: 1. Viv's issue with being unable to let a concept go, 2. Her inability to maintain a consistent tone, and 3. The fact that it only has eight episodes. Look at helluva boss for example. So many villains get cliffhangers that say "oooOoOoOo I'm gonna reappear in another episode, just you wait!!" And they either just don't or the execution is completely flubbed stryker-style. And what is the show supposed to be? Is it a slice of life comedy about imps killing people on the surface? That concept was basically abandoned like five episodes in. A serialized drama about a complex relationship? Nope! the exploration of Blitz and Stolas's toxic relationship is returned to status quo for gag comedy. OOP! We've got two new characters to center the episodes around while abandoning the core cast!
Now look at Hazbin. I really liked the pilots concept! The idea of sinners being redeemed was interesting, the animation was nice, the characters were compelling, and I was really interested to see how they would develop over time and become better people! Then episode one of the new season comes out. Suddenly its about how heaven sucks actually (Off topic but can we talk about how in the opening exposition, Charlie talks about how angels kill demons to keep them from rising against them, and then in the meeting with Adam talks about overpopulation? What's up with that?) and quickly turns into a war against heaven plot.
You know the main concept of the show? Redemption of sinners? Yeah. I can count how many episodes are about that on a couple fingers. And count how many characters are actually there for redemption on two. And there are so many side characters they like to focus on rather than, I don't know, Focus on Charlie?
Thats another problem! Charlie barely has a focus. You'd think, as the main character, she'd get some sort of development, or some kind of arc, or at least more of a personality than "sunshine princess with big dreams". I don't use this word very often or very lightly, but shes very much mary-sue ish. Her obvious issues (IE seemingly weirdly fundamentalist christian ideas on redemption, constant overstepping of boundaries, the fact that she barely seems to put anything into her relationship with Vaggie while Vaggie falls over herself to make sure Charlie's happy, Very visible savior complex) are never discussed or adressed, and the fact that her hotel is based on an idea that doesn't have any evidence of actually even being possible is only ever addressed by antagonists who are supposed to be in the wrong. She doesn't change, she doesn't do much, but still manages to get everyone to sacrifice themselves for a hotel they're supposed to be super attached to. But we're never shown WHY they care.
And don't get me started on the side characters. The V's are only important in 1-2 episodes and never again, Carmilla exists as a plot device, Lucifer's... Lucifer, Adam is a one-note sexist strawman, and they just... Keep introducing characters. Pentious, Cherry, Mimsy, Cannibal town! You care about these characters! You must you must you must!!!! What do you mean you don't know who these characters are? Of course you do! They were in the plot important pilot that you have to get on youtube to watch!
These characters could have been explored so much better if there was more time in the show. Yes, thats the fault of Amazon, but when you're working with constraints, you need to learn how to work within these constraints. Keeping the "Heaven bad, hell good" thing for the second season while leaving the first season to focus on character development would have made the final battle so much more impactful. It's like an anti steven universe. People complain about how much filler steven universe has, but without that "filler" we wouldn't care about the characters as much as we do. Hazbin hotel, on the other hand, is like watching all the "intense, plot important" episodes without any context of who these characters are and why we should care about them.
At some point, when you're working in the industry, you need to learn that you need to trim the fat. Get rid of certain characters and plot points. Kill some characters off if you need. Wait to introduce a concept. If you can only work with a short amount of episodes, focus on making a good story with well developed characters first and a grand finale later. If you can wait, Wait. If you can't, don't. I know there's a second season but I genuinely don't know how it can go from here. Adam's dead, a sinner is redeemed, the hotel was rebuilt bigger and better than ever... what now?
TL;DR Hazbin Hotel reminds me of me and my friends old edgy gods and goddesses discord roleplay from when I was 13 than an actual planned story.
Sorry for the essay. Its honestly painful seeing something I looked forward too for years flop so hard on the execution. I love the concept, the songs, the animation is.... okay, Angel dust is best boy, but everything else is just eh. Mid. It tries to be so grandiose but I just felt bored and very confused throughout the whole thing, and very uncomfortable during episode 4. Its not offensively bad (hell, its barely even as offensive as people say it is) But its just. Not good in my opinion.

Lady Problems
꒦꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒦꒷꒦꒷꒷꒦
Summary: The boys were happy to have you move in. They made it known that they wanted you to make a home with them as soon as you had gotten used to and seen everything about each other, both in the good, strange, ugly, and vulnerable. And there where no actual problems with you at all. But you did come with something that Marc didn't fancy too well.
Warnings: None that I actually know of. There's a literal cat involved, and it does cat things.
Author’s Snip: Yet another silly idea from my silly brain.
Notes: This isn't proof read. I wrote this last night in some weird type of "awake but the body's getting ready for sleep" like state and I just don't feel like proof reading so if there errors then suck it up /lh.
I’ll shut up now. Enjoy! And don’t be afraid to request.

The boys were happy to have you move in. They made it known that they wanted you to make a home with them as soon as you had gotten used to and seen everything about each other, both in the good, strange, ugly, and vulnerable. And there where no actual problems with you at all. But you did come with something that Marc didn't fancy too well.
Her name is Lady, and she was your pet cat.
Now, Marc doesn't hate cats. Even though he was more of a dog person, be it a big dog type of person. But a cat was fine. You fill their bowl, clean a box, maybe throw a toy around, and have them come to you when they want. It's not like he had a say anyways. You've had lady since you started living on your own. Plus, to tell you she had to go was like telling Steven he could have the Gus' anymore. Though, it seemed like Lady was the one to have a problem with Marc.
Marc doesn't know what he did to her since she always had this seeming distaste for him. And he knew that it was only him because Lady would let Steven and Jake pet her just fine and even purr while they did it. But anytime Marc touched her she'd either smack his hand, get up and leave, or let out a disapproving noise. There was one time he manage to pet her for a second but once he stopped he looked at him before cleaning off the spot he touched.
No. He did not need approval from a cat. But it seems like she was very opinionated on him and Marc felt a bit salty about it deep down.
That's why he dreaded it a little when you would be leaving town for a few days and leaving the boys and Lady to themselves. It wasn't a bad thing. You usually left them in charge of checking up on Lady before you moved in with them. But this was their first time actually being cat dad.
It was the second night of you being gone. Marc was laying in bed and about to actually fall asleep when he heard the jostle of a tiny bell. He turned his head to the side, opening his eyes and managed to make out the silhouette of something with pointed ears on the top of its head on the bed. It was dark and he could barely see through it but Marc knew that it was Lady staring right at him on your side of the bed. The cat let out a meow as she moved her footing and looking around the bed.
"Yeah. They're not home yet." Marc muttered, sleep having turned out some of his vocals. Lady let out another meow, almost like an acknowledgement to what he said. She turned her attention back towards him and moved a bit closer. Marc slowly moved his hand up towards one of her front paws and touched it, which she reacted to by pulling her paw away. "Yeah. It's me. I know you." he sympathized. "I'm probably the last person you want to wait for them to come back with." he chuckled.
Marc would have turned over to try and go back to sleep, till Lady pawed at his cheek. "What?" Marc groaned, "You were fed dinner already. And I don't want to see what happens when I feed you after midnight." he joked. Just then Lady plops down onto the bed where her head is against Marc's hand. Marc looks at her confused for a minute since she's never given any type of straight forward signs that she wanted him to pet her causing him to give a faint "What?" out of confusion.
After a moment of Marc just looking at Lady, and Lady rolling around in her spot a few times, he tested his luck and gave her little head a scratch. And to his surprise, she didn't do anything. "Oh, so you're just cool now? You're letting me do this now?" he said as he continued to pet her and watch for her reaction, to which there was none except her closing her eyes in approval.
The next morning was like the others. After eating breakfast Marc liked to lounge on the couch with his coffee for a bit to wait for the caffeine to kick in. Lady had made it to the couch and laid down next to Marc.
Marc reached over to pet Lady on her stomach but quickly got his hand smacked by her and she turned to a position that didn't leave her stomach exposed anymore. "Okay. We aren't at belly rub level yet. Got it." he remarked.

Can I please request Nurse, Pig, and Wesker with a reader who gets jealous easily?
I believe I can do that. Sorry if this one is a little shorter, I had a hard time coming up with ideas for this one. Please enjoy.
With a jealous Reader : Nurse, Pig, Mastermind
Nurse
Sally thinks that hysterical.
"Don't get your panties in a twist. I'm a nurse, I was giving them medical attention."
"You're jealous? Jealous that I patched Frank up?"
Sometimes she thinks you're just silly.
"Do you honestly believe I'd pick the Legion kid over you?"
And she'll laugh right at you.
You're being over dramatic.
She'll always find a way to ease you out of that jealousy.
Usually by sharing a dark or dirty secret about the person she was just with.
"Frank sucks his thumb in his sleep."
She's a total gossip.
There are other times when she becomes more of an emotional support to others.
During this time, she does offer hugs to others.
If you happen to get jealous, she might be a little irritated.
"Philip had nightmares! You have no idea what he's been through!"
She might even start scolding you.
She'll tell you enough of the other person's story to make you start crying for them.
Sally doesn't like making you cry, but sometimes it's the only way to make you see reason.
At the end of the day, no matter how jealous you get, she'll always love you.
And she'll tell you every moment how important you are to her.
Pig
She really doesn't see the big deal.
"I was just talking to them."
She rarely talks to others to begin with.
So that doesn't leave you much chance to be jealous.
However, she will use any method at her disposal to get what she wants.
Talking to the person is just one way. There are many others.
Amanda isn't above using herself to get the things she needs to succeed.
Things that she'd rather not do.
But, being determined and stubborn, Amanda goes through with it.
Honestly, she doesn't blame you for being jealous.
She's doing things that she should only be doing with a partner.
So when you bring it up, she won't shut you down.
She'll embrace you.
Tightly.
She might even start crying.
You'll have to understand that she doesn't want to do what she's doing. She has to.
Don't point out that she's crying though.
Show deny it and push you out of the hug.
Just take the apology she's giving you. And move on.
She just hopes the show of vulnerability is enough to tell you that she loves you and would never want to betray you.
Mastermind
Wesker is a very charismatic person.
But that charisma is very rarely used for anything other than personal gain.
He's so good at lying, he'll convince himself that he's flirting with his other person.
If that's what needs to be done, that's what needs to be done.
He doesn't see why you'd be so upset.
He's just doing his job.
He isn't great about empathizing with other's needs.
Some may even describe him as selfish.
You'll have to really drill it into him while you're jealous.
Because, unless you speak up about it, he'll continue doing what he's doing.
"Stop acting like a spoiled child."
"Honestly, you're being ridiculous."
If you get angry enough, you might see it as a game.
He'll start teasing you.
"Hmm, yes, they do look very nice today. Perhaps I should go greet them."
He just wants to see you get worked up.
Seeing your little pout in your teeth go red is so much fun for him.
If you get really upset and start crying, he will stop.
He'll then act as if this was all planned, trying to teach you a lesson.
"See, don't you realize how ridiculous you were being?"
If you want to get revenge, start flirting with someone else.
He may act like he's in control, but he's actually a very jealous person himself.
"You minx. You think this is funny?"
He may even try to kill the other person.
"You are the only one whom I have given my heart to."
"I have given you my trust as you have given me yours."
"And I don't intend to break that trust."

Hey so since everyone is throwing adopt branch ideas I'm going to to throw this out there, Bergen adopted branch. Here me out ok. Since he's grey he can't make bergans happy so they give him to prince gristle as a pet till he regains colors to make him happy. Eventually tho they bond being grey and unhappy. Poppy even mentioned the similarities in the first movie. When the prince becomes king he makes branch a person of royal status because he has no friends. He can tell Bridget likes gristle cuz he's actually a smooth romantic (he got it from Bruce) he probably does is so gristle would leave him alone. They realize they don't need trolls to be happy! Branch has just been like: this sucks but at least I'm not dead and some Bergen don't 100% suck. I'm not sure how he'd react to them being happy… but just throwing this out here.
I'm a sucker for Bergen AUs (Bergen Branch a concept I love toying with), and Branch being 'adopted' by the Gristles is a very interesting one! I actually believe I saw one here on tumblr, though I can't recall who made the AU.
I could absolutely see Gristle Jr as a child being a bit more open to actually talking with trolls, and with Branch talking back to him he'd likely quickly see Branch as a person.
This is the one AU where I don't know if Branch could regain his colors early. He has a lot of Bergen trauma and unlike the rest, no one is actually invested in his mental well being from the get go. Here's the kicker though, he's also not been exposed to as much as the Pop Trolls nonsense, so he might not be as jaded and openly hateful to music itself.
I like the idea of Bridget cleaning Gristle's room and talking to Branch, or rather talking at Branch. I don't think she'd ever have gotten to eat a Troll either (Chef clearly doesn't consider her a 'person' much so she wouldn't have given her one during Trollstice) so I don't think she's aware they can really talk. They sing, yeah, but to her and most Bergens it's probably more in a parrot type way (mimicking language but no human levels of sentience/sapience).
She sorta uses Branch to vent to and talk about how in love with Gristle she is and how he'll never notice her and after enough times of this Branch gets tired of the silent treatment not working and says something and nearly gives her a heart attack.
Branch ends up playing therapist to two Bergens.
"Out of the three of us, two of us being creatures of pure misery incapable of feeling even the faintest joy on their on and one of us being a creature of pure joy made to sing and dance nonstop... how am I the most miserable person in the room?"

You're joking. Please say you're joking. You mean to tell me Sara died just so Jay can blame Nia and that can further develop HER character. Not Jay's, Nia's. Because it's clear this isn't about Jay. This isn't even his book. He is just the friend (if they can call each other that given their interaction was brief lol) whose mother died so now the main character (Nia) is going to have drama and angst and character development because of it.
While yes, character favoritism does annoy me, usually at least I can just... not read the book? And be fine. But this is literally changing the status quo A BIG TIME. And Jay doesn't have any books now or even some coming soon so I guess he'll have to deal with this off-page. He just got him mother back, he doesn't deserve this!!! After all the crap they've been trough, they both deserve a happy ending. I'm so UPSET WTF!!!
I know it sounds like I don't like Nia, I swear I don't have a problem with her and enjoyed her origin story, but having to fuck up another character so she can have character development really pisses me off. It's the same as Chip's current treatment of Damian except this one actually changes the status quo.
I'm sorry for the negativity, I'm just really pissed lol.
Don't be sorry, I totally get why you're pissed.
I'm reserving (total) judgement until we actually see how this plays out but yes, right now, it doesn't look good -- and even if the story that comes out of this is enjoyable and I personally like the way Nia and Jay develop because of this, the point it started at will probably always leave a sour taste because as smarter people have pointed out, a mother dying to further develop other people's stories is, at this point, a very tired and played out trope.
As for character favouritism, I'm holding off on calling it that, but if this does turn out to be about Nia and nobody but Nia, ... I was about to say I wouldn't be surprised but no, that's actually not it. But Nicole Maines did originally play her on Supergirl, like, that's kinda her character, in a way, so I guess I would at least get that. Somewhat. It would still suck, though, obviously.
On a slightly more positive note, these tweets do kinda of make me hope we'll see Jay and in not just a minor role in this/Nia's story going forward. Like, especially the "Jay knows exactly who he blames". Of course that could also just mean "they're not gonna be friends anymore" but I hope we at least get to center his feelings, too, if we already unceremoniously killed his mom.
Also, not sure how to fit this smoothly onto the rest of this tangent, I'm kinda disappointed Sara's gone before she even got to be a character. Like, the woman is essentially a blank slate. We can assume she's devoted to her son and to her country but outside, that's it, because so far she's only appeared to be saved after being brutalized and then to be thrown out of a window. So even if this all furthers Nia and Jay's story in a satisfying way, it still sucks that there's no care for Sara Nakamura as a character/person in her own right. She's just Jay's mom whose death'll drive a wedge between him and a friend and I suppose that's all she'll ever be now, when I think she'd have had a few interesting stories in her in her own right or could've at least served as an interesting addition to the wider Superman cast.
So yeah. Be pissed. God knows I will be if Nia's the only character who gets anything out of this.

How would you write an au where chase doesn't sleep with cameron in Hunting? She still gets high and calls him, he comes over and realises she's high but leaves after "don't turn into a good guy on me now".
How awkward is it the day after? Do they still have the fwb arc which leads them to being a couple?
ohhhh that's a good question
First: Cameron absolutely could play the oh I was high I don't remember card, but I think she'd be. Kinda humiliated. Kind of mad. She'd play both cards. Chase's mediocre reputation aside, she was putting herself out there! She was Taking Risks! Even though her feelings towards him were limited to friendly coworkers, rejection still sucks. She's spent two days feeling miserable, she's in a slump, she had a health scare, and Chase was actually being very nice for most of it. He offered to tag in on some work so she could take a break. He asked her to drinks, he checked up on her a couple times. She has no reason to think he'd say no. And he does? Humiliating.
I think Cameron just kind of pretends it never happened at all while also being super obviously and clearly annoyed with Chase on thin pretexts. He was supposed to agree. She took a risk.
Chase meanwhile is like. He's perceptive. He could probably figure out what's wrong, he knows Cameron. But what does he do about it, you know? He can't be like "just kidding, let's sleep together." I'm not sure if he'd be so upset he'd like… try to change and be a Good Person To Prove Her Wrong. I think he'd just be vaguely uncomfortable and regretful about it all — she was his one work friend! — and try to ignore it. You can make a sort of case he was interested in her, actually. That he had a little, unserious crush. (He's really way nicer to Cameron than he is anyone else, from episode one on) At the very least, she's one of a very few people he actually likes, and, oops, she thinks he's a not-good person. She thinks he's a sleazy opportunist. That sucks, too.
So I think they'd be uncomfortable. I don't think Cameron would approach him for FWB, more because of the shift in their general dynamic than because they haven't slept together: Cameron could have approached anyone at any time for casual sex, as Foreman points out; it's kinda telling imo that when Foreman calls her out on being afraid of relationships, she turns around and propositions Chase for… a relationship. Again, not true love. But considering how fast that FWB moved and turned into a relationship and got really serious… I think there were some feelings involved from the start. And I don't know if Cameron propositions him like that without the hookup to start them.
On the other hand… despite the initial awkwardness, this could actually work out for them. Cameron loves integrity! I could see them having a conversation about Meth Night a while later, when it's less fresh and embarrassing. I'm not sure if this would do it, but it is interesting to imagine a scenario where instead of this means nothing!! fwb, they actually did date from the start instead.

How to fall in love twice (Time, Malon) -Part 4
Pairing : Malon x Reader x Time
Rating: T
Summary: As you and Malon have some bonding time in Kara Kara inn Time gets pissy with the boys.
Warnings: Implied/ referenced child abuse, referenced alcoholism - (Reader had a drunk father that sucked until he was forced to get better or stay gone)
Other: if I missed anything, please let me know.
-------
You spend the two weeks a version of Wild's hyrule. The land is beautiful but the problem say it's only been twenty years since the calamity.
During this, you and Malon spend time talking and doing upkeep for an adventure. You gather rupees for odd jobs and stocking on supplies. With several faries and lots of weapons, you settle for basic food supplies. You leave an adventuring tag for the boys on the off chance they come across it
At the moment, you and Malon are settled inside the in of Kara Kara Buzzar, the busseling groups outside loud.
Inside is a haven of perfect temperature ir, maintained by enchanted sapphires.
"I hope the boys are doing okay." Malon says as she inspects her bow, eyes nothing but calculating.
"Mh, they're fine... By now, they're figured out that we're not coming back and that we got the mask."
"I know. I'm just worried. "
"Can I help?"
"No... It's just weird. I'm not usually the one on an adventure. "
You nod, not quite understanding the sentiment but understanding being on an adventure you weren't expecting or really even supposed to be on.
She looks at you fully, her soft smile a little bitter in the afternoon light. "I'm just glad that it's you that I'm with and not someone else."
"Oh- thanks. I'm glad it's you here too." Yoy say, trying not to come off as the giant smitten crush haver you are.
"You're sweet. It's really no wonder Link likes you so much."
"Oh, yeah... I try."
Malon just laughs, warm and amused. "You're a good person, and I've heard you're a Greta friend."
"That means a lot. Thank you."
She just smiles, pulling her bag onto the bed so she can double-check her arrow supply.
If she's honest- she likes you too. A lot. More than a friend even if it is a fresh crush.
You're funny, kind, and very attractive. She likes how you try to help people and protect those who need it. You're good people.
You turn to the window, watching the sands roll by as chatter sounds around you. The tourists outside are all dressed in linens and silks, seeking refuge from the sun as they browse the stalls.
You can hear Time worrying, even if you aren't actually there. You've seen it enough times, overheard his muttering, he thought no one could hear. You just hope he and the others are okay.
(You can see the pacing and the glaring as he mutters about where you and his wife might possibly be. The way he gets snappy with everyone's. How he takes as many watch shifts as he physically can before royally crashing. Only to repeat the whole process.)
"Hey, (Y/n)?" Malon calls.
"Yeah?"
"What was it like for you growing up?"
You turn to face her, her curiosity evident. And usually you don't just tell people about your past but most people don't ask. To be fair.
"Well... I mean, mom was born on a ranch and grew up there with her siblings. Dad was a royal guard from a long line of them.
"I grew up in castle town, I have three siblings though. And we spent every summer at Mamaw and Papaw's ranch. I did good in school but I struggled to keep up.
"It was okay, dad wasn't home a whole lot... Drank when he was, but he just got loud and angry."
"I'm sorry to hear that."
"It's fine. The one time he hit us, mom nearly killed him." You give a shrug, "After that, he left for a year and came back better. I still don't talk to him much these days. But I don't feel like he's a danger anymore either."
"He hit you?" Malon asks, furry already filling her. How dare anyone ever mistreated children - how dare anyone mistreated you.
Oh, she'd like to kick your father's ass. That would be fun.
She can only imagine that Time would be on board.
"Once. Never again." You shrug, unphased because honestly you've faced worse on this quest with the boys.
"That's a real low thing."
"It's cool, I can kick his ass now. After learning to hold my own against the boys, I think I could take on Gannon myself." You crack a smile, hoping to distract her with a joke.
"I'm sure you could."
"Maybe that's why we got pulled away, to destroy gannon?" You snort at just the thought.
Gannon is so fucked is you or Malon meet him, but both of you- well he'd be done for. You both have a lot of rage towards him and you're both skilled at fighting.
"Ha! Maybe so."
"How would you do it?" You ask, "Defeat Gannon, I mean."
Malon tilts her head with a hum, thinking about the logistics of her ideal victory. She bites her lip as she does this.
"I think I'd just take my cast iron skillet to his head." Malon says with a shrug, "What about you?"
"Hm- I meN I'd wanna say the sword would let me weird it and go that route... but I'd probably be more likely to fight him with a baseball bat full of nails."
"That's a good choice."
"I think so!"
Malon changes the subject again, this time to the places you've been.
And you just enjoy the downtime with the redhead. You definitely are starting to fully grasp why Time likes her so much.
.......
Time can't stand can't of this, settled at a campfire in the Great plateu of Wild's hyrule is awful. Time's only thoughts are of you and Malon.
The woods are no comfort to him. Only making him more on edge because you could be anywhere in any time, and he'd never even see you if you were here.
Time is so worried. And everything is too quiet.
He's- used to not having Malon around all the time on this quest... But you've been there so long your absence is particularly felt.
The lack of your smile and laugh has been awful. Your help with cooking has been missed. The soft touches as you help him dress wounds -
Oh he's so fucked.
"I'm sure it's fine." Wind says a s he sits down by Time.
"Sailor - you don't know that. "
"I do. You have a type. Stubborn." Wind's smile at the end is a little smug.
"I- that is not my type."
"It's part of it."
"I'm just worried about them. Obviously, something happened. Neither of them would just run away. "Time says as he narrows his gaze on the ground.
"No... they wouldn't. "Sky says, "But they're together, are they're both smart."
"That doesn't mean they are in danger. I'm not even sure the mask is going to be helpful. What if they haven't even found it?"
Wind just listens, not sure how to help but wishing Time eoukd stop being so on edge.
"It will be okay, Time. Obviously you get them back. Or Twilight wouldn't exist." Sky tries to reason.
"That only means I get Malon back- what if (Y/n) dosen’t ever come back? What if It's my fault and I didn't hear them and-"
"Time." Twilight says firmly to try to stop the rambling spiral the man seems set on.
Everyone is worried about you and Malon. Everyone wants to get you all to safety-
"Hey, old man." Warriors calls out, "Come look at this."
Time stands, gaze landing on Warriors next to the largest tree in the forest, roots almost like their own tunnel.
The man was towards the knight, waiting for more instruction.
"These are (Y/n)'s initials, aren't they?"
Time looks, and maybe your hylian and his hylian are very different but you'd taught him how you tagged certain things when lost. A habit picked up from a survivalist uncle.
The tag carved into the tree reads your intials and then 'day 4'.
Unfortunately, the wood is well healed. At least fifty years have passed, probably longer. But the chain hadn't been in the plateu before, which means -
You got pulled away through a portal. With Malon at your side, probably. And you are in the past of the current time the boys are in.
That's some real shit.
"Well... at least we know what happened to them?" Wild trues, not really soundings too confident in it.
"I'm going for a walk." Time says in place of any real answer.
"Should we tag that way?" Wind suggests from behind the group.
"Maybe." Wild says, "So they can at least keep up with where we've been."
Warriors nods, deciding to tag the tree below your carving 'H.C. day 9.'
He just hopes you can figure it out.
Time can be seen going on a walk Allright, a real pissy walk.
Yikes.

tartaglia x vampire male reader
it was signora who had invited you out to the outdoor market today, strange for a cold place like snezhnaya, however common to the locals. they sold many things, ranging from fish to imported toys for the children.
you liked signora, she was actually quite close to what you'd call a best friend. she is also one of the only ones to know you're true nature. now, you thought, what kind of friend would you be if you cancelled? she'd understand, surely, but still you'd feel bad.
it was a nice day - for you, anyway. the clouds were out, the sun barely showing through at the end of the horizen. but, as for personal matters - your hunger - it was not the greatest. your plans of hunting had been halted all week, due to work and god knows what else. this made your eyes dark, and as far as your physical state...let's just say it was worse than what a typical person would call lathargic. your sight blurred sometimes, your legs threatened to give out, and worst of all, the scent of blood was heightened, even more than usual, so you had to deal with that nagging urge to just sink your teeth into someone.
you couldn't find the tall blonde you had agreed to meet up with through the large crowd. you almost stumbled into people as they gave you strange looks.
"um..excuse me, ma'am? have you seen a tall blonde woman, she - i-i'm sorry...i have to go..." got that scent the small plump woman you had decided to ask about signora's whereabouts...that fresh blood pumping through her frost nipped cheeks...fuck.
"you alright, sweetie?" she asked, her musical voice chirped as you stumbled quickly away, desparate to not create a scene. you waved a hand up, as if to dismiss her comment, when you really, certainly not alright. she probably guessed you were taking drugs.
you needed to compose yourself, you thought, you head swiveling franitically as you looked for somewhere to take a moment to regain your senses. maybe. maybe you should just get out of here. you'd explain to signora later. you'd -
you suddenly let out an 'umfph!' as you felt your body knock into something. someone.
"well, look who it is! didn't expect to see you here, cutie~"
that voice. that smell.
your now darkened eyes snapped up to meet ocean blue orbs. of course. it was childe.
his brows furrowed as he examined you, his expression becoming that of a more serious one. "you're not...you're not feeling alright...here, can you walk?" childe quickly assessed your condition, though he didn't know any rhyme or reason behind it, he knew you weren't well. you didn't speak as he gently took your body into his arms, not neccesarily carrying you, but holding you against him in almost a protective manner.
"c'mon, the place i'm staying isn't too far, you can rest there," he muttered, quickly making his way through the crowd. you let him take you there, trying to think about anything but that overwhelmingly delectable scent of his blood. it must be because of his foul legacy, it made his blood different, more desirable.
not too long later, childe had managed to get you both into the inn room he was staying at. you didn't question why he wasn't staying with his family, simply sat down on the bed, attempting to distract yourself by taking in the room. it was surprisingly high-quality. a fire place, a king bed, red carpets, red furnishings, red bedspread...god dammit. this was bad.
you felt childe's weight against the bed next to you, but you didn't dare look at him. you hands clenched at your sides, desparetely trying to keep you sane.
childe put his hand on your own clenched fist. you tensed, practically feeling his veins pumped with blood. that damn delicious blood. could've been considered a delicacy, even.
"hey...you can talk to me. i'm worried about you. what happened?" he askes, his voice soft as you felt his gaze never leave you.
"childe," you spoke through your teeth. "i...i don't know how to explain. it's...it's really hard for me..r-right now to..i can't...i need...fuck. childe, i need blood. i'm a vampire." as stupid as your confession sounded, it was true.
"i had...a suspicion..actually," childe lightly laughed. "but they're rare. i never expected to meet one -" he stopped as you look at him, your jaw clenched.
"that's right. you need blood."
"yes, that's why i have to go. now." you began to pull away, fighting urge to just bite him right now.
"will my blood suffice? as long as it doesn't...harm you or anything, you know, with my..." he trailed off, looking at you as you stared, astonished, back at him. childe was offering his blood to you? you certainly didn't expect this.
you took a breath. "c-childe, i can't do that. not to you."
"it wouldn't kill me, right? sure i'd lose some blood but, believe me when i say i've had worse," and the worst part was that he wasn't even phased.
slowly, you sat back down. "i...i suppose i could...take it...it just doesn't feel right,"
"it doesn't have to. as long as it brings you back to normal, makes you feel better, i want you to have it." he slowly lifted his hand to the back of your neck, tenderly bringing your head down to meet his neck, as the other hand had been busy undoing his collar.
"it's okay," childe said, his hand now lifting to pet your head. "go ahead,"
"ok..but, it you want me to stop -"
"shhh, eat." as if to hurry you up, his crooked his neck, making it more accesisible to you. slowly, you nodded.
"this might hurt for a second," you murmered before opening your mouth and sinking your fangs into his soft skin. the small pinch alerted him only slightly but just seconds after, his small gasp turned into a moan. god, who knew a vampire sucking blood out of you could feel so good. his head leaned back as he closed his eyes and embraced the waves of ecstasy it brought him as you took in little mouthfuls of his sweet blood.
your small gulps made him smile, knowing you were able to feel better, to have eaten. after a small while, you stopped, taking your head out of his neck and looking at him, hoping he wasn't too dizzy. childe smiled at you drowsily as he wiped a small trail of blood from your mouth, your eyes were now a lighter color, indicated you had your fill, and wouldn't be needed more anytime soon.
"that felt...amazing." childe hummed as his hand played with a strand of your hair. "god, you're so cute,"
"you should get some rest. you're all drowsy now," you said, gently placing your cold hand onto his own that played with your hair.
"you'll stay..?" childe asked, his voice tired. you chuckled and nodded. hearing that he lowered you down onto him, hugging you against him contently. "you're only allowed to drink my blood from now on, got that?" he asked you. you sighed.
"i guess," you say, sighing.
"you gotta promise me. i don't want any else feeling as good as you just made me. only me."
"i promise,"
and you promised.
trust me when i say that one day he came home to you, already undoing his collar and begging for you to feed off of him, even though you ate like 2 days ago.
this takes a slight toll on his own well-being, so now it's you that has to make sure he takes care of himself and eats well.
childe loves his vampire bf <3
