#transformationtuesday @donna_moore_strongwoman Facebook memories told me it's 7 years since my first ever strongwoman comp.  So it's only fitting my #transformationtuesday is a pic of my first comp and my most recent comp at Arnold 2019. There have been so many ups and down along the way but it has been an incredible journey of self development and growth as a person not just in strength. I have met the most amazing people and made life long friends. Strongwoman has been my passion and my life for the last 7 years. I have had fantastic opportunities and have the greatest memories that will last a lifetime. I am proud of what I have achieved and that I have  my place in showing Strongwoman to the world . Never did I think at that first Competiton in Ayrshire #Scotland that I would be where I am today.
