I'm just imagining her staying up at night, trying to think of *evil plans tm* to mess with them (she's being very serious about it, note book on the bed like she's a normal teenager doing normal homework and all) but when she gets Hunter to double check her ideas he is grossly disappointed in the most loving and positive way because he knows how Luz is.
Hunter was hoping for burning down the factory or throwing them in prison on trumped up charges. But he looks through it and it's all relatively reasonable legal reforms.

Sit in an office? There will be videos about proper lifting techniques, desk/chair/monitor ergonomics, first aid, fire/natural disaster, possibly lockdown procedures as well.
You have to drive as part of the job (between offices, to/from site, deliveries, literally anything)? More paperwork. More training.
You have a tool more complicated than the average office printer? More paperwork. More training. How to use it training and safety training. Per tool. Even different brands of thing that do the same job might have different training for them.
Criminal mafia types likely have less safety training (because it’s not like they’re getting audited on this shit), but will still have plenty of other bullshit paperwork. The cars still need servicing and the stock still needs managing and you still need some kind of HR setup so your grunts don’t kill each other over tiny disputes (which means some kind of procedure that should be written down, and maybe incident reports). The head mafioso wants to know what went right or wrong with your latest mission: reports.
