Man I love apparently talking in such a way that no one gets what I'm saying, or acts like I'm talking in a different language or conversation to them. It makes me feel so fucking loved and cared for. I am succeeding at communication and definitely do not want to throw myself into the nearest lake and become the next bog witch. Never ever. /s

#noel's talking again #work blogging #i'm just...very tired today #work's started a campaign after basically berating the higher ups for us having high turnover/low moral #got asked what things i'd want changed around *insert generic bloodbank*#and having all of my thoughts basically shoved out the door under “those would be structural changes and impossible to do”#makes me want to scream #the last question was why are you still here #and to be real i bullshitted an answer because my boss dismissing every comment i had fucking sucked but in truth i dunno #its obvious they dont care about actually changing #raises were brought up and were shot down fucking immediately by the director #add on today's lack of understanding/ apparently i'm just extra fucked for anyone not neurotypical to talk with #and i'm about ready to just say fuck it and go home
