dkjhfg thanks! tbh, it’s a little bit hard find out things that I like about myself, but, I tried my best.

1. my imagination. I really love the way I can create scenes, characters, and all that kind of stuff, or, help my niece with her homework when it’s about create some random tales.

2. my eyes. it was hard to choose my eyes, bc I don’t like anything physical about me. But, I love the colour of my eyes and the way they are.

3. my big ass heart. I cry for everything, EVERYTHING. I’m used to forgive everything against me, because I’m not the kind of person who is angry the whole time. I really love animals and people, and I’m too sensitive, kind, hopeful and such a crybaby.

4. my fingers. yes, my fingers look like they’re just bones, they’re too skinny and idk, it’s something that I love about me, but, it’s so goddamn hard try to find rings (cause I’m in love with rings).

5. my positivity. I’ve suffered for so many years in so many ways that I try to not remember the most part of the time, and it was really hard and painful the way I ran out of it, and I found peace with the universe and myself. being positive it’s something soooo hard, but at same, something that keeps me sane and happy.

July 17, 2022 : Offerings 🥖

What is an offering? 🥖 An offering is something you give to a diety to show loyalty, gratitude, respect, and honor. It can be literally anything, but you must be sure it's something they like or they'll be upset and likely not want to work with you any longer. It's not used to get something from them even remotely. So don't go into this thinking gods and goddesses will grant your every wish as long as you give them a weekly supply of whine and bread. How do you present an offering? 🥖 It really depends on you, or the specific offering sometimes. You can light the candles you have, light an incense, etc. You usually will place it on the altar you've made for them and let them know it's for them by telling them. Once again, it's really up to you how you do this. Just remember to be respectful. How do you dispose of an offering? 🥖 Burying and burning are common and acceptable ways to dispose of an offering. It usually depends on what's more environmentally friendly and which is easier. things like fruits, veggies, herbs, flowers, and other similar things can be composted or buried. For drinks, you would usually pour them out in the yard or sink if it's raining. (never ever drink it. That would be rude. You wouldn't be happy if someone drank your drink.) You can let wildlife eat the food you offer. If you've offered jewelry, trinkets, or anything like that it's typically buried. It usually isn't left on your main altar but I think it's up to you on things that don't decompose.

How do you choose what to offer? 🥖 You can start by researching your deities and finding out what they've liked receiving from others. Give them those things, and you'll eventually figure out what they like getting from you personally. Always be sure to give them things they like. You can also reference what they represent to you.

What's the proper etiquette when it comes to offerings? 🥖

Offerings are used as a thank you and a show of loyalty. That being said you should always offer them respectfully and not make the diety feel lesser than, or more than, you. The relationship with you and your diety is mutual and equal in every way. If you haven't worked with the recently, give them an offering to let them know you still care. If your work with them is infrequent then make sure to offer to them regularly. Finally, never ever offer to them to get them to help you do something malicious. This will cause them to, at best, stop working with you. At worst, this will anger them and cause your intention to backfire unto you. sources

He’s always felt more powerful behind a desk. More powerful than he had behind a curtain, anyway. Oh, the giant mechanical head did have a certain panache, and the way it made his guests quake with fear when he’d boomed out decrees and demands was certainly enough to give any mortal man a power trip -- But when it came down to it, the people of Oz hadn’t been afraid of him. They’d been afraid of the figure he’d presented.

At least in Fabletown, behind a desk, he knew that it was him that they were quaking in fear of.

But this was one guest who wasn’t afraid of him. No, she had never been afraid, not when he’d first requested an audience with her and that blonde twit she had kept around back then, and certainly not now. Now they stared at one another, separated by his desk, and despite the fact that he was a mayor and she was a citizen, it was obvious that they were more on equal plane in Fabletown than they had ever been in Oz.

“Frankly I’m surprised it took you this long to want to speak to me,” he says, taking care to tread carefully over his words. He realized he’s worried about offending her, though he’s not entirely sure why he cares so much about what she thinks of him. “Although I don’t know why we had to meet in such an, ah-- professional capacity. I’d have thought by now we’d be past formalities.”
