Cross Guild for Halloween!!!

I reread witch hat atelier a couple days ago so I wanted to do an AU,,,

They were in the same atelier as children

Viktor’s disease got worse and worse until he eventually dies and Jayce brings him back using forbidden magic

Viktor leaves him after he used forbidden magic when Viktor refused to experiment with that on his own body for years

Eventually Viktor realizes that he won’t be accepted in witch society with his obviously magically altered body

Viktor realizes that using forbidden magic he can help those in Zaun who have been without help from the witches for decades and he becomes a brimmed hat, accepting that forbidden magic is a part of him now

The spells Viktor is tattooing onto people are killing them (in a similar way to the people in the commune in s2) but Viktor doesn’t notice (glorious evolution and all that)

Jayce learns what Viktor is doing with forbidden magic and kills Viktor again (idk how to bring the time travel and mage Viktor and months in the bottom of the pit into this just go with me here)

The other brimmed hats bring him back but this time Viktor continues tattooing seals onto his skin until the magic makes him no longer recognizable as human and he is the arcane herald

They fight and end up in a similar position with s2 ending jayvik

So on and so forth yada yada you get the picture

Feel free to add to this if it sparked any ideas! I feel like this is an au that could work pretty well with enough thought put into it but I am sleepy and haven’t done that work

Do people see my vision of a Witch Hat Atelier Gravity Falls AU a Gravity Atelier AU if you will

To reiterate my previous post:

A Witch Hat Atelier AU where Mabel and Dipper are witch’s who become Stan’s apprentice. Due to Dippers curiosity and desire for knowledge and Mabel’s love for witch’s cause them to turn their parents into stone. Unknowingly to them their grunkle is a witch and takes them in. Rules be damned. the brimed hat is Bill Cipher. They all have a design element to their hats that relates to a yellow triangle with 1 eye.

Mabel and Dipper are Stan’s only apprentices. his Atelier used to be Fords and goes along the same line of argument, ford disappears, Stan fakes his death and takes on Fords identity learning about magic to get him back that leads him to be an ok Witch by modern day. The last time Stan saw ford he had a brimmed hat. At the time he didn’t understand the meaning behind it but now he’s concerned the shit Ford got into.

Stan isn’t really a rule follower and lets the kids decorate their hats as apprentices so Mabel sewed a shooting star to hers and a pine tree to Dippers

Life Moves On

Commentary under the cut!

Sooo I was originally going to make the full design before posting this, but sifloop beckoned me to draw this.

This takes place post-canon, around 5 or so years after the events of Two Hats and the main ending. All his friends eventually split up as life calls them in different directions. Mirabelle goes back to Dormont after a long pilgrimage with the family (including Nille). Isabeau ends up starting an internship with clothing designer with the hopes of starting his own clothing business. Bonnie and Nille still travel around, but that becomes more difficult once Bonnie goes back into school. Lastly, Odile goes back to Ka Bue after a long journey with Siffrin.

Within the main AU (can it be called that if it's supposed to be a continuation of the main story?) Siffrin has to navigate a world without the support of their companions. Turns out, having no goals for the future besides being with your friends makes it really hard to have a purpose in life!

Eventually, he becomes an astronomer after some support from some people he met (I wonder what could have motivated this, teehee~!). This is also when gets a new outfit. They still keep their original one, but it's mostly used for when they know they're going on a long journey since their og cape self regulating temperature craft.

The sifloop is more implied than anything else (so far). After all their friends go their separate ways, Siffrin gets some special earrings as to remember Loop by. They occasionally dream about them. Sometimes it's sad, sometimes it's happy. He's just glad that he gets to see them in any way.
