Day 15- Glue

I write with flowery delicate words

Ceramic phrases

And temples of glass

To ignore the taste of the smoke and of oil

And blood spattered on the highway

As the cars swiftly pass

To dwell in a world no one else can believe in

And articulate the thoughts

That wrap around my mind

But when I go to speak

The words linger on my tongue

Sealing my lips

Stuck in a bind

And I find that to move them

Feels nearly unthinkable

Adhered together

By my own fear

James and Etienne are my disaster gays.

James is the sciencey one, going to Oxford, very logical and organized.

Etienne is a 400 year old vampire (and witch). He has a heart of gold, but flies by the seat of his pants most of the time.

James: Etienne and I are no longer dating.

Etienne: James, that's a horrible way of telling people we're married.

Etienne is the romantic in the relationship.

Louise is the glue that holds the group together. She’s a very butch hedge witch with no time for nonsense. Etienne exists in a constant state of nonsense.

Etienne: Stay foxy.

Louise: Die lonely.

Did I mention this story has werewolves?

Josephine is Louise’s girlfriend, a witch from a powerful magical family. Through a tragic accident, Josephine was cursed as a werewolf and ostracized by her family. Josephine is also in a relationship with Etienne.

Etienne: Are we fighting or flirting?

Josephine: I'm pinning you against a wall with my hand around your neck-

Etienne: Your point?

Etienne and Josephine are a ‘I can help you’/ ‘I can make you worse’ couple. They get spicy.

I just realised how far i’ve come in terme of writing ability.

I started with a shitty Little Nightmares fanfic, then moved onto a bunch of other old short story fanfics and stuff, then i realised: “i fuckin’ love this” and a total of (34k+1k+11k+10k=)56,000 words later here i am, in a community of writers and creatives, in an interconnected web of writers and creatives that is infinite and expanding.

I never thought i’d end up here on tumblr until i saw a pmseymour vid with pukicho in it and decided “more funny yellow man.”
