Shine is the outgoing one of the "Wisp Twins".

Unlike her brother Shimmer, Shine actually likes to fight and often play-fights with the Wisps.

The Wisps that Shine often use are the Black Wisp, the Gray Wisp, the Indigo Wisp, the Ivory Wisp, the Pink Wisp, the Purple Wisp, the Red Wisp, the Violet Wisp, and the Yellow Wisp.

Shine's clothing often have the colors of the Wisp powers she uses.

yeah idk like i beat explorers pmd for the 43289472389th time recently and recollected the detail that when darkrai's defeated he flees in a time bortal and subsequently experiences something akin to what he did to hero at the start of the game and i was like,,,,,,,,, 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 what if bro got turned into a (different) pokemon and got amnesia like hero

i somehow had a dream he got turned into a girl litleo but i wanted to stick with something in the first 4 pokemon gens so i went with skitty :D

roughly my idea is that she meets her own partner pokemon (tbd) and they are recruited into a guild run by my older hero and partner OCs
