YOU'RE A PEACH. I feel like I should give you another dumb story because yours was fantastic. And I saw you did drumline in highschool (rip). I played trombone and did marching band in college because i'm a masochist. but during our first pre-game show the freshman next to me didn't pivot in time and i KNOCKED HER FUCKING SHAKO OFF HER HEAD WITH MY SLIDE in front of 70,000 people (because giant universities woo). My lip bled all over my uniform and she almost fell over it was stupid and great.

LMAO HOLY SHIT THAT SOUNDS LIKE WHEN WE DID THIS THING AT FOOTBALL GAMES CALLED “HEAD CHOPS” Idk if you ever did the thing where the drumline does some sick beat and the trombone players do this thing where it’s every other person and the pattern is up-over-down-repeat and it’s supposed to look like the trombone players are chopping the other’s head off. And it gradually gets faster and faster and I guess the one who doesn’t get fucking hit in the face or suffer from whiplash wins idk. I wish I could draw it out but my tablet is somewhere upstairs.

I’m trying to think of more stories but the only one I can think of right now is when the band went up to Colorado to winter park for a trip and a festival and my parents were chaperones. Besides the fact that I managed to bring my wii with me and my friends and I almost got noise complaints because we were screaming at each other playing mario party and SSBB it was a fun trip. Well the bathroom stalls in the festival area weren’t the best and our most talented and cool trumpet players walked in on my dad dropping a sick deuce in the toilets and he came up to me awkwardly as I was setting up percussion stuff and directing people and told me to tell my dad that he was sorry for seeing him pooping and I cried laughing my ass off. Oh man it was fucking great.
