My OC Pascha meets Delsin Row

Pascha eyed the stranger in front of her skeptically. “Never heard of ‘Stranger Danger’?”

Delsin grinned, shrugging casually. “Nah, don’t sweat it. I’m just some random guy with smoke powers.”

“Ahh…” Pascha’s eyebrows rose slightly, her face still facing forward. She tilted her head back just a bit, sneaking a sideways glance at him.

Unfazed and oblivious, Delsin continued, “Yeah, and Neon too.”

“Oh” Pascha muttered.

“Oh, and Video,” Delsin added, as if it were nothing special.

“Oh, wow… and Video?” This time, she slowly turned her head to look fully at him, her expression maintaining its usual tired look.

“Yep, and Concrete… oh, and maybe Paper too.” He stuffed his hands into his pockets, as if it were the most normal thing in the world.

“Maybe?” Pascha gave him a curious look.

Delsin chuckled and nodded. “Let’s just say Paper and I have a complicated relationship.”

“Complicated how?” she asked with a half-smirk. “You use it to make origami or something?”

“Ha! Not exactly.” Delsin glanced to the side, as if some heavy memory crept up. “Let’s just say it’s a power that comes with a lot of baggage.”

“Sounds… intense.”

“Yeah, intense is one way to put it,” Delsin replied with a crooked smile. “But hey, it gets the job done when I need it.”

Pascha turned her head back, almost straight ahead but still leaving him partially in view. Her hands stayed in her pockets, and her usual, faintly amused expression remained. “I’m starting to think ‘Stranger Danger’ doesn’t even begin to cover you.”

“Well, you’re not wrong,” Delsin grinned. “But you’re still here, aren’t you?”

“Guess I’m a little dangerous myself.”

They continued down the path together, the quiet crunch of gravel underfoot filling the space between them as they walked.
