Walnut encrusted catfish... It's what's for dinner. We made a lifestyle change earlier this year to become healthier. I've lost over 50 pounds since April. David has also lost over 50 pounds. No fad diets. No pills. No surgeries. Just eating REAL food that is good for us at home. We eat three satiating meals a day and no junk. I cheated when I went to Warrenton and gained 3 pounds but have already lost it since coming home last Sunday. We also "try" to drink lots of water each day. We joined our local gym to help us and also for me to build strength after my knee surgery. Has it been easy?
