What kind of neopronouns do you use and how did you decide to use them/which ones to use? I have vague understanding of neopronouns but I don't totally know how people go about choosing them so I'm just a little curious if you're willing to share

I go by any neos, but I really like xe/xem, em/ems and stuff like that where it's almost like binary pronouns. I also like moon/moons, moth/moths, wing/wings, fleur/fleurs and shroom/shrooms. Cottagecore vibes I guess?

This is my personal understanding of neopronouns but please do not take this as fact bc I don't know exactly how everybody experiences it lol

with a lot of stuff within the queer community it's not really deciding which ones you like but more of seeing it and going "ooo that makes sense for me". I personally discovered neos and xenogenders through pinterest. There's a lot of flags and stuff on there and I know there's some artists that take requests! I can throw a few of my favorite flags I've found at the end of this post

As for how to use neos, it takes a little getting used to but they're not -too- different from binary/non neo pronouns.

"He walked to the store" "They walked to the store" "Xe walked to the store"

Some of the noun pronouns also sort of sound like names if you're struggling with it

"she is looking for her friend" becomes "moon is looking for moons friend"

Some people use word-self as a base I think? I'm not as sure of how to use those ones but if you see someone going by those pronouns ask them to see how they explain it!

Xenogenders and neopronouns are pretty connected but always remember that gender does not equal pronouns. Someone who is wolfgender may or may not use pronouns such as howl/howls or wolf/wolfs.

From my understanding most people who are xenogenders are neurodivergent. As someone who is not diagnosed I always feel a little bad using labels that I'm not sure if totally describe me but we have to remember that if the label makes sense for you, it's not other people's choice.
