Original Characters Masterlist [Vol.2]

Hello!

This masterlist feels both sudden yet incredibly expected. Over the years, I have created original characters (OCs) for a variety of fandoms. I adore them all, but many of them were not made with the intention of being more than a one-off story. That led to some stories that I am simply not as proud of as I would like to be. Also, they were written when I was a coward and was terrified of changing known canon. Now that I am much more comfortable doing that, I want to make something that I can feel much prouder of.

This will serve as a new beginning for many of my OCs and as the new official masterlist for all of the stories in those current timelines.

I have remade an OC before. I am not remaking all of them. This is merely a way for me to keep moving forward and not get stuck in one spot.

The remade OCs are the Hannibal OC, the Criminal Minds OC, and the Supernatural OC.

The other OCs will be left as they are, though I have done a lot of work behind the scenes in order to get those characters to flow much better than they did before.

Finished Teen Titans: Robin. Spoilers ahead, matey!

Since this is part of a series, there's really not that much that happens in this story. It's literally just Raven, Gar, Damian, and Max driving around and practicing their powers with Max's mom. Then Dick is like, "My Damian senses are tingling!" and Bruce is like, "Lol, Damian is fine, Dick." But Dick leaves to find Damian anyway.

Then the rest of the story is Slade going up to random people and showing them pics of the Teen Titans on his phone and being like, "Have you seen these kids?" And Dick and Damian doing a series of competitions to determine whether Dick stays and helps or if he goes back home to Gotham.

The scenes with Dick were my favorite (obviously). His hacking skills were put to good use. He also felt very Winchester-y at one point lmao because he was watching the weather for abnormalities/hauntings that would indicate Trigon's location.

Dick's relationship with Damian reminded me of his relationship with Jason. You know how in RHATO (Vol. 2) Annual #1 Jason got a little jealous when Dick was talking to Artemis? Yeah, well, same thing happens here except it's Damian getting jealous over Dick talking to Max. And then Damian refers to Dick as Bruce's "golden boy" which is also more of a Jason belief.

I feel like they played it safe with Dick by just having him be the "nice guy." Like he learns that Bruce has a bio son and that Damian is going to be staying with them for the summer, and he's instantly like, "Guess that makes us brothers." He's supportive of Damian and praises him for doing a move well. There is one scene where Dick tells Damian that he needs to work on restraint, but Dick offers to help Damian in that area. And then Dick's main motivation during this arc is making sure Damian is okay, and he wants to bond with Damian more. So, yeah, Dick's basically just playing the cool older brother with good intentions.

I do like that he's driving around in some kind of Dodge Challenger. I mean, come on. A letterman jacket and a muscle car? Nothing more Americana than that.

I also like Dick's ending line here:

Because the Titans have always been like family to Dick, and I feel like it's fitting that he got to describe them as such here.

Dealing with a sickness that seems to come and go and also recovering from a minor surgery to remove a lump on my leg, but all things considered, I’m doing pretty good!

Finished Chapter 17 of Sparkling Eyes and Cigarette Burns, so all that’s left is a little editing and polishing up, and then I’ll be posting the chapter. It will be sometime during the coming week or next weekend at the latest. I’m also interested in finding out (and this question will be on the actual chapter, too) if anyone would be interested in reading a third story that follows the Winchesters when Liam is a young adult. Let me know your thoughts!

Also finished a Supernatural oneshot from my list that was previously untitled. I’m calling it Hell’s Persuasion, and it’s the third installment in the Building Bridges series with my demon OC, Xal. It still needs to be edited a bit, and there are a couple things that take priority, so it’ll be a few weeks until you see this.

Posted another chapter of Awesome Mix Vol. 1, and there will be another chapter posted on 04/10/2024. I did get a couple hundred words done on the final chapter, but it still has quite a ways to go.

I think I finally managed to finish all the formatting for both the print version and ebook version of Cataclysm. I also wrote another short story that takes place before the book despite the fact I had no intention of writing such a story, and once I have a chance to edit it, it will be posted on my Substack and wattpad.

24 Days of La Fayette: December 23rd – Presley Neville

Presley Neville (1756-1818) came from a wealthy and prominent Virginian family that had senior members serving with George Washington during the French and Indian War.

Presley was born on September 6, 1756 in Winchester, Virginia. He was the only surviving son and oldest child of General John Neville and Winifred (Oldham) Neville. The two had married on August 24, 1754. The family moved from Frederick County in Virginia to the outskirts of Pittsburgh in about 1775. Despite this, the men fought in the Virginia line of the Continental Army and not in the Pennsylvania line.

Neville was one of La Fayette’s earliest aide-de-camps when he joined the Marquis’ staff in December of 1777. The early months of his service were unremarkably but we have a number of letters that he copied for La Fayette. But things soon became rather more exciting.

In October of 1778, La Fayette desired promotions for his aide-de-camps, but out of the four men he recommended, only his two American aide-de-camps, Edmund Brice (day 1) and Neville received promotions. George Washington wrote in a letter to Henry Laurens on October 30, 1778:

When La Fayette planned to return to France for the first time since joining the army, he requested that Neville would be permitted to accompany him. He wrote to Washington on January 1, 1779:

This letter will be delivered to your excellency by Mr. Nevill may aid de Camp whom I beg you to favor with a leave of absence for joining me in France. Besides the affection I have for that gentleman, I also think this voyage may forward the public good as he will be intrusted with those dispatches Congress is going to send. (…) I also intreat your friendship not to forget writing to me, and if you grant the leave I solicit for Mr. Nevill his arrival with letters from you will make me extremely happy.

Washington granted La Fayette’s request and he then told friends like Hamilton that Neville was joining him in France. He even wrote the Comte de Vergennes on May 23, that he was expecting three American and one French officer. The only problem; Neville never did leave America, and La Fayette was not aware of this fact.

Washington wrote to La Fayette on March 8-10, 1779:

(…) I have not had the Letters returned to me by Majr Neville, who I am told (but this is no excuse) is indisposed at Fish-kill (…)

The postscript of the same letter reads:

I have this moment receivd the letters which were in the hands of Majr Neville; accompanied by yr favors of the 7th & 11th of Jany. the Majr himself is not yet arrived at head Qrs; being, as I am told, very sick (…)

This is quite the peculiar statement since La Fayette himself was severely indisposed in Fishkill prior to leaving America – and Neville’s luck was far from improving over the coming months.

La Fayette wrote on June 12, 1779 to Washington:

I don’t know what is Become of Cle. Nevill and the Cher. de La Colombe. I beg you would make some inquiries for them, and do any thing in your power for theyr speedy exchange in case they have been taken.

Washington replied on September 30, 1779:

Colo. Neville called upon me about a month since and was to have dined with us the next day but did not come, since which I have not seen him nor do I know at this time where he is. He had then but just returned from his own home & it was the first time I had seen him since he parted with you at Boston. It is probable he may be with the Virginia Troops which lye at the mouth of Smith’s Cloves abt. 30 mile from hence.

Neville served for a time as lieutenant-colonel in the 8th Virginia Regiment. He became a prisoner of War on May 12, 1780 after the Fall of Charlestown together with John Laurens. He was quickly paroled and finally exchanged in May of 1781. La Fayette instructed the Chevalier de La Luzerne on June 20, 1780:

May I presume to ask you to convey a million compliments to Monsieur de Marbois and to find out if the son of Colonel Neville, called Lieutenant Colonel Presley Neville, my former aide-de-camp, is among the prisoners?

La Fayette also wrote to Nathanael Greene on November 10, 1780:

I have a Request to Make, My dear Sir, Which is extremely interesting to me. Young Nevile, My aid de camp, a Captain By Commission, and a Lieutenant Colonel By Brevet was taken as a Volonteer at Charlestown. The General has told me that you was invested with full Powers to treat for the Southern Prisoners. Nothing, May Give me a Greater pleasure than to have My poor Nevile out of the Scrape which his zeal and Bravery have thrown him into. I was thinking of writing to him, But upon Recollection Believe it More advantageous to his exchange that No Notice Be taken of him till he has obtain’d his freedom.

Neville was not permitted to leave the city of Philadelphia as part of his parole. But when La Fayette was himself in Philadelphia, the two men met and the Marquis was more determined than ever to get his “favourite” back. He consulted Washington on this matter on December 9, 1780:

I have found here Lt. Clel. Nevill my old aid de camp. He came with Gal. Woodfort to Newyork. It is said that Gal. Lincoln’s aids have been exchang’d and that it is generally the case with aids de camp to Gal. officers actually in our service. I warmly desire to have him. I am told Cornwallis has no powers to treat those matters. Can you, my dear general, think of some method to get him out which it is proper for me to take? I am more than ever puzzled, my dear general, to know what to do.

Washington replied to La Fayette on December 14, 1780:

It would add to my pleasure if I could encourage your hope of Colo. Nevilles exchange. I refused to interest myself in the exchange of my own aid. Genl. Lincoln’s were exchanged with himself, and upon that occasion (for I know of no other) Congress passed a resolve prohibiting exchanges out of the order of captivity.

After his exchange in May of 1781, Nevill returned to serve as La Fayette’s aide-de-camp during July of 1781 – until he was captured again. La Fayette wrote on August 12, 1781 to Nathanael Greene:

I May add that Clel. Nevill and Mr. Langhorne Being prisoners, I Have No aid de Camp But McHenry and Washington, But I am willing to give up My interest to your wishes, and McHenry's Remaining Some time with me is owing to an other Circumstance.

The details of Neville’s second capture are unknown. He was released sometimes in 1782 and as far as I can tell never returned to serve under La Fayette. Instead, he married Nancy Morgan, the daughter of General Daniel Morgan in 1782 and they moved with their family to a house known as Woodville about six miles west of Pittsburgh. Their home was situated on the banks of the Chartiers Creek and Neville’s father lived on the opposite site of the creek. Around 1794 he served as inspector for the Allegheny County militia. His county also saw a great opposition to the Act repealing, after the last day of June next, the duties heretofore laid upon Distilled Spirits imported from abroad, and laying others in their stead; and also upon Spirits distilled within the United States, and for appropriating the same, better known as the act that raised taxes on alcohol distilled within the United States. Both Presley Neville as well as his father General John Neville found themselves the victims of attacks and threats during the Whisky Rebellion. It did not help much that Neville was the agent for procuring whiskey for the army.

On December 10, 1819, shortly after his father’s death, Neville’s son Morgan Neville addressed himself to Thomas Jefferson with a particular interest:

The Motive for my present communication, must plead my Excuse for intruding upon you, & the history of your Life, is a pledge to every American, that the humblest request will be attended to.

I am the Representative of the late General D. Morgan of Virginia, to whom Congress presented a gold Medal for the battle of the Cowpens. This descended to me as the eldest male Grandchild of this officer. Unfortunately, a Bank, in which the Medal was deposited, was last year robbed, & this with many other valuable articles belonging to me, was taken. I have lost all hopes of recovering it, as I have reason to believe that one of the Robbers threw it into the St Lawrence: I leave it to you, sir, to judge of my mortification since this event.

I have determined to petition Congress, through my friend, the honorable Henry Baldwin, to pass a Resolution authorizing me to have one struck at my Expense; as my situation however, at present would not permit me to take advantage of such a resolution, without having the original Die, I have written on the subject to Mr Gallatin, & to the Marquis de la Fayette, whose Aid de Camp, my father the late General Presley Neville was, in “77. Just Finished RWBY Volume 1...

Can I get a BRILLIANT!?

The world is amazing! The fight scenes are legenderay! Beacon is somehow both surreal and uncomfortably realistic!

But all of that pales in comparison to... THE CHARACTERS!!!

Ruby? A relatable mood, and a lot of badass energy stored into a tiny and loveable package.

Weiss? She's already developing as a character, and that honestly draws me to her even more!

Blake? A queen with a compelling backstory that has me rooting for her already...

Yang? Comedy at it's finest, and she's barely got any chill left, huh? Give the girl a break!

Jaune? He's funny, he's relatable, he's surprisingly chaotic! Never thought I'd be rooting for him this much, but I like where his character's going!

Nora? I loved her within seconds of seeing her. She's even more energetic than Ruby or Yang! And her weapon, sweet mercy!

Pyrrha? Another queen, with the talent and the empathy to boot! The way she helped Jaune during Initiation and at Beacon is just *chef's kiss.*

[Sidenote: Coincidence that the third members pf RWBY and JNPR are both queens in their own right? I think NOT! (Although to be fair, most of the girls (if not all) are queens thus far.)]

Lie Ren? I never knew Monty Oum personally or casually, but the voice he gives Lie... WHY IS IT SO GOOD? AND FITTING!? I'm not gonna be ready to part with it. Oh, and he plays a great straight man for Nora.

Sun Wukong? We don't know his name yet officially, but he's already making an impression! He's a good guy deep down, which is nice. Also, his staff-nunchuck-guns! Why is every other thing in this realm a gun!?

And finally, Penny? I'll admit, part of the reason I decided to take the plunge with RWBY is because I found the diabetes generator known as Nuts and Dolts. And while we didn't get much of Penny towards the end of this volume (same thing goes for Sun), what we did get was enough to make me fall for her character. She just wants to make friends! LET HER MAKE FRIENDS, DAGNABIT!!!

Bonus Characters

Roman Torchwick? Ooh, I love his villainius escapades. He knows exactly what he wants and how to get it, even if it doesn't always go according to plan... His cane is one heck of a gun, too (ANOTHER GUN), and he knows how to make a mark. If only he wasn't such a jerk, but alas! He's a villain...

Okay before I get too wrapped up reading some fics to where I will forget & since I can’t write my own fanfics cause I have more fun reading & sharing them. I do have an idea for a Jensen Ackles x Female Reader & Dean Winchester x Female Reader series. I figured I would share it here in hoping one of the many great Dean/Jensen fic writers use my idea. I would really love to see more Rockstar Dean & Rockstar Jensen series. I know there are 2 currently in progress stories 1 Dean 1 Jensen but I want to see more! So here are my ideas:

Rockstar Dean Winchester x Female Reader Series- of course this would be an AU I mean Rockstar kinda points to that 😂 anyway this should be a friends to lovers series where Dean & the Reader grew up together they could of been best friends or neighbors maybe both. Dean could of fulfilled his dream of being a rockstar and left home. Dean leaving means he leaves the reader behind. The reader can be sad about this cause she had a crush on Dean but never got the chance to tell him. Dean could enjoy the perks of Rockstar alcohol, women and etc. After years of what seems like a non stop party Dean can come to realize he doesn’t want to be a rockstar anymore. He could get news of Sam getting married maybe to Jessica or Eileen whichever you choose. Dean realizing he misses his family can give up being a rockstar to go home. Dean can also maybe secretly hope the Reader is still there too. The Reader can still be in Lawrence their home town. She is of course still friends with Sam and best friends with his fiancée. She can also be in a abusive relationship that she wants to get out of but is afraid to. That or she could be falling on hard times like maybe she lost her home to where she secretly lives in her car but no one knows. It doesn’t matter which one you choose. Either way Dean can be her savior he can save her and she in a way can save Dean.

Rockstar Jensen Ackles x Female Reader Series- this would also be a friends to lovers story. After Supernatural Jensen could focus on his band with Steve Carlson Radio Company. Jensen filming The Boys can be mentioned in this if you like. But after releasing Vol. 2 Jensen & Steve could want to play their songs in front of fans. The pandemic doesn’t really have to be mentioned here as after all it is a fanfic. The reader of course is Jensen’s friend maybe best friend besides Jared & Misha. Radio Company first show can be in Jensen’s home town. The reader not having seen Jensen since he was filming can be excited. She can attend the show wanting to see Jensen. The reader can be trying to get away from her possessive boyfriend well ex boyfriend who mentally abused her. Jensen could catch the douchebag ex screaming at her. Maybe see him hit the reader to where he goes to save her. Jensen can then ask the reader to go on the road with him so he can make sure she is safe. You can take the story from there adding whatever you want.

Both series should have FLUFF tooth rooting fluff just FLUFF! Of course smut maybe fluffy smut(love making) cause I am a hoe for series including smut. 😂 Also angst should be included as well I mean you do need a little angst in every series. Both series needs to have a mega super cute fluffy ending. Cause sad endings break my heart. If I am going to cry it needs to be tears of joy for a mega fluffy ending. So mega fluffy ending is a must. Epilogue should be included Prologue can be included if you want. Both series should have 15 or more chapters. If any of these ideas are used please let me know!!

The first Destiel fic I bookmarked the was the Forth Wall series by Entanglednow, which is lovely and funny. I first started watching the show in 2013 (end of season 7 on UK tv I think?). The first Destiel fics that made me really fall in love with them were probably All Things Shining by askance and standbyme (which is one of my favourite things I’ve ever read - fic or otherwise) and the Holy!Dean series by bunnymaccool.

Not to mention dealing with Balthazar acting like a self-righteous prick, Sam having some big damn epiphany on his big brother’s sexuality, and Cas eying him up like he’s the world’s juiciest cheeseburger. All that mixed with the chance to fix it all and set everything to rights … but only if Dean is willing to sacrifice himself. Again. Seriously, if he ever meets that bastard God he’s gonna- … oh hey, Chuck! What are you doing here?

The first fic I read was All Things Shining by askance and the first fic I did fanart for was A Little Inspiration by Nadiahart. I found the former when I googled free fiction for kindle (I was on maternity leave and bored!) and fell into a Destiel fic rabbit hole. I then did the art for the latter and accidently met the author via a Destiel discord server (a fellow Angel in Profound Bond 😍) and now she's one of my best friends! I squeed, she squeed, we all squeed.

My life full of these two dumbasses hasn't been the same since. ♥

This was it, it was perfect. Exactly what he needed for his final project. Castiel ripped the page out of the campus life newspaper, tossed his paint brushes back into their cup and raced out of his studio. Checking his watch as he rounded the quad, if he hurried he’d be just in time to catch Dean. Sure enough Dean was exiting the gymnasium still in his baseball uniform as Castiel staggered to a halt in front of him. “Woah, Cas, what’s up man?” Dean asked as he helped Castiel back up from where he was hunched over gripping his knees and panting for air. “D...Dean, I-- I--it's perfect.” He gasped holding out the clipping towards Dean.

My first Destiel fic was Bring it On Home by thecouchcarrot. It was S8 and I'd finally "seen" Destiel (after watching since s4) so I went to a friend I knew shipped it and asked her what I should read first, and that was her recommendation. Once I saw what fanfic could be, and what joy an AU could bring? I've never looked back!!

My first Destiel fic was Real Slick Dean by Trilliath, and it was also the event horizon fic that dragged me into fandom in S8. It was written by a friend, but I put off reading it for a few months because I knew I'd never look back at my old fandoms, and I was right. It was also my first omegaverse, so it opened 2 new worlds for me. I was already in love with the ship before I read the fic because I started watching in s6, but I didn't know there was a Destiel fandom. I was a real newbie :)

The Roadhouse gives Omegas the opportunity have their heats in peace and, if they so desire, even sell an ‘exclusive supply of high-grade slick for the unmated Alpha on the go!’.Castiel is just such an Alpha, career oriented and having no time for casual sex or potential mates. He’s a regular customer who only buys donor D347’s slick. He’s also a family friend and advocate who helps Omegas in need get connected with Ellen. It’s all fine until one night after a difficult bust he brings Ellen a new Omega about to have her first heat. What Alpha Castiel doesn’t realize is that he’s been over-dosed with Rutter during the fight and is about to go into a rut so bad he may die. And if that weren’t enough to kill him, the embarrassment he’s about to feel will, because he’s about to meet donor D347 face to face and neither of them are prepared for what’s going to happen.

The usual form in Old English was onginnen, perhaps “to open, open up,” and comparable to OHG in-ginnen “to cut open, open up.” It is odd — unfair? — that “ends” might be a noun, but not “begins.” There is however “The hard begin, that meets thee in the dore” in Spenser’s Faerie Queen (III, iii, 21).

The OED has an obsolete verbal sense “to entrap, ensnare” (here); no surprises in Wright’s English Dialect Dictionary (here).

A/N: Set season 14 during Dean Winchester's possession by Apocalypse World's Micheal. Timeline extended and some events altered from series. I borrowed title from song lyrics.

The sound of the bunker door closing reverberates through the room.

Several of the hunters around the map table stop what they're doing to watch an unusually tall Omega with long, smoky pink hair braided in a loose plait and wearing hunters garb descend the metal staircase halting at its bottom.

Sam Winchester is sitting at the far end of the table alternating between his phone receiving updates from hunters out in the field and the laptop looking for clues in the search for Dean while strategizing with Mary and Bobby their next move froze disbelieving his eyes.

“Sammy,” the Omega hesitantly says, her lightly accented voice startles him out of his stupor.

Batten down the hatches Sammy boy, Trouble just done walked back into my life… Dean used those exact words years ago introducing him to this Omega, never knowing how true they would turn out to be.

But not for him.

Sam's eyes shift into a fiery glow as his inner Alphas outrage surfaces at this imposter trying to pass itself as his long gone Omega.

“What fucking game are you playing at?” Sam gets up growling, stalking towards her pulling his demon blade.

“Sam wait!” Mary hollers at her youngest son knowing all too well the damage Sam can inflict under normal circumstances but in the state of extreme stress he’s currently under doesn’t want him to do anything he’ll regret.

The Apocalypse World hunters glance at each other perplexed having never before seeing an enraged Alpha, unsure what they should do.

After their arrival to this reality Sam gave them a crash course on life here, including the multiple genders of humans, Alpha/Beta/Omega, their confusing hierarchies and how they relate to each other.

The Alpha/Omega intricacies and nuances were still hard for them to comprehend since all of them were Betas.

The Omega cast her eyes down in deference to the large Alpha. “I'm here abo...” she doesn't finish speaking as he wraps his hand around her throat, slamming her back against a support column. She seizes his wrist as her eyes snap up meeting his glaring back before tilting her head as far as she can to the right exposing more of her throat.

Sam cautiously leans in, running his nose along her neck. The unique scent of winter, perceptible only to the Alpha under the scent blockers she’s used triggers memories he’s diligently repressed to keep this Omega off his mind come flooding back. The blade clatters loudly on the floor in the now silent room.

Wrapping his arms around her nuzzling into the curve of her neck he sucks on that spot he knows drives her crazy. Biting her lip she tangles her fingers in his long hair drawing him back up, running her tongue over his lips seeking entrance that he grants swirling his tongue around hers.

Someone's wolf whistling snaps them out of acting couple newly presented teens caught by their parents being very naughty.

“Hmm, not sorry,” she whispers nibbling on Sam’s ear making him quiver.

“Behave,” Sam mutters back taking a deep breath and subtlety adjusting himself before turning around to deal with everyone's reactions, not really ready to answer the inevitable questions.

Scenting his anxiety she twines their hands together offering a reassuring squeeze.

They’ve drawn quite a large audience from the library and adjoining hallways. People are elbowing each other grinning, whispering among themselves about their Chiefs and strange woman's reactions to each other then necking in front of everyone.

Mary stands there, arms crossed with the patented mom’s not amused look.

Sam huffs out an embarrassed laugh. “Everyone this is Trouble Lacroix, she’s my...she's an old friend.”

“I’m just an old friend after everything I went through for you?” Trouble snaps and Sam growls a warning at her tone but fuck it, she was right.

When Dean introduced them they were both junkies. Sam drugs of choice were demon blood and the power it gave him. Trouble’s was whatever made her forget her hunter fathers dominance over her as an Omega.

By the time they both got clean Sam found he could love again and she had learned to trust the Alpha in him wouldn't hurt her like others had. Sam swore during his next rut he would claim her as his Omega.

A week before he said yes to Lucifer and the subsequent showdown at Stull Cemetery he went into rut.

At their secret rendezvous, an old hunters cabin in Arkansas with his rut over Sam hadn’t claimed her, saying he couldn’t damn her, that this was his last chance to, unlike Jess, save her from certain death.

Trouble stood at the cabins window overlooking a small lake silently crying, unable to respond. The Alpha scented her sadness wanted nothing more than to comfort his Omega but all he could do was to kiss her shoulder, as he’d always done before leaving that last time.

Almost a decade later Sam can see the damage his refusals done in her sorrowful eyes.

“You kiss all your old friends like that?” Bobby quipped sarcastically eliciting a few laughs and breaking some of the tension.

“You look like Bobby Singer but you...resonate all wrong,” Trouble remarks as her light colored eyes surveys the others in the room finally coming to rest on Jack. “A Nephilim without Grace?”

“Yes, he is,” Mary answers crossing over to stand next to Jack, “how can you know that?”

Trouble shrugs “I’ve always been able to perceive things that are outside the normal spectrum.”

“You can what?” Maggie asks confused.

“The Omega can see that you’re out of tune with this reality,” Castiel states tipping his head to the side studying her, “she also possess other abilities.”

“I don’t need them to see your a dick.”

“Trouble,” Sam warns knowing she’d picked that up from Dean.

“Sorry, Angel of the Lord.” She half ass apologizes.

“And you suddenly show up here out of nowhere because?” Mary tersely inquires in her Alpha voice. Sam bristles unhappy that another Alpha, even his own mother, thinks they can question the Omega.

Releasing Sam’s hand she steps closer to Mary taking the same stance staring her straight in the eye. “I’ve seen Dean.”

Trouble tells them everything about her encounter with Dean in Nova Scotia, where she’s been the last two months.

They question is why he let her live when he’s killed others he has had contact with, another piece in a puzzle not making sense.

Sam asks her to stay but she turns him down, telling him it's safer for her to keep moving. He counters what better place is there for protection than in the heavily warded bunker?

She reluctantly agrees but only until Dean returns.

Mary makes it vehemently clear it’s problematic having an unclaimed Omega stay.

Sam reminds his mother that he is a mature Alpha, been making his own decisions without her input his whole life and with the daily suppressants he’s taken for years can control his instincts.

That got Mary’s back up, ready to argue with her youngest son, reminding him the Omegas already made the unmated Alpha act out. Bobby pulls her to the side and somehow he convinces her that the Omegas will be an assist in finding Dean. She doesn’t like but relents. Trouble is to stay in Dean's room, his Beta scent will help cover hers more to mollify Sam and a physical space between them for Mary.

Sam's frustrations over having not found Dean yet and his personal anxieties were intermittently fluctuating. The stresses he’s under, hardly eating, barely sleeping a couple hours a day while keeping track of people out on cases and figuring out how to help Jack adapt to not having his powers. Then there’s Nick, the mere mention of his name makes Sam shudder, let alone the traumatic physical and emotional memories dredged up by their face to face interactions.

Thankfully, there hadn’t been any real drama between Mary and Trouble. They’ve avoided each other as much as possible in the bunker.

It was really late or early, depending on how one looked at it, and Sam was still setting in the quiet library, waiting for the last couple of hunters to check in. “Sam, you’ve been here for hours, go to bed.” Trouble softly remarks as she walks up behind him gently running her fingers through his hair.

Sam closes his eyes enjoying her touch. “Just waiting on Maggie and Sharon to check in then I'll go.”

She snorts snagging his phone when it sounds, “Who you lying to? OK, their at the one star for the night. Everyone's accounted for.” Sam reaches for his phone and she dodges typing before handing it back and walking off.

“Cas is what...the hell that’s happening!” Sam gets up going after her.

“Bobby’s idea so go bitch to him mister ‘cause technically your off duty for the next twenty-four hours.” Trouble says unintimidated with him following her fuming, “Your exhausted Sam, you need a break so quit fighting and let us help.”

She stops at the shower-room door. “First, go bathe, you reek Alpha, then meet me in your room.” Sam goes from pissed off to aroused in three seconds. Trouble scents him, “Yeah right, it’s Netflix and chill...” She remarks them gives him a mischievous grin sashaying off.

Sam had been making courting overtures towards her, even though they were on a time limit, hoping he'd be awake long enough to make the most of this opportunity.

After the much needed shower Sam heads to his room in nothing but a low slung towel tosses it with his clothes into the dirty laundry hamper. Trouble came in carrying a tray of food locking the door behind her stops, inhaling sharply at the view of a completely naked Sam. He shivers as her eyes rove over him.

Sam’s not as bulked up as he was a decade ago, a leaner version still possessing a well defined upper body leading down to his flat stomach, the sharp v of his hips and those long legs. And between those legs...Swallowing hard and flushed Trouble moves setting the tray down on his bedside table as he hastily pulls on sweats and a grey t-shirt.

“Your three episodes behind in that series, figured you might want to watch it.” Trouble says grabbing his laptop and crawling onto his bed pulling up what he had been watching. “Have you seen it?” He asks sitting next to her.

“No, first your gonna eat,’ she gestures towards the tray with tomato rice soup, crackers and fruit, “then you can catch me up.”

By episode three Sam had eaten everything on the tray, brushed his teeth and was sacked out. Trouble shut the laptop down and placed it on the desk.

Turning out all the lights but a bedside one she slips back in next to Sam picking up the book she brought from the library. She’d been reading for awhile when Sam rolls over in his sleep, one leg landing between hers, arm draped across her waist and his head on her shoulder nuzzling into her neck murmuring, “back in my bed.”

As consciousness slowly filtered through the haze of extended sleep two things simultaneously get Sam’s attention, the cool scent of the Omega he’s spooning and his morning wood trapped between them.

A/N - There may be a part 2 to this. :) I haven’t decided. Also, I haven’t written in a while due to mental health issues, so please go easy on me... I’m sorry if this sucks. 

“That’s a wrap on Y/N!”

You’d been waiting all day for those five words, no matter how bittersweet they’d be to hear. Immediately, you closed your eyes and released a shaky breath. The emotions of the scene you just acted out still played over and over in your mind as you headed towards your trailer. 

It’s not your trailer anymore … not after today. That single thought lingered in your head for a few moments as you willed yourself to keep your tears at bay. As soon as you climbed the stairs and shut the door, your body gave way and you slid down the wall. The tears you tried so hard to hide finally flowed freely down your cheeks. One of your hands covered your mouth just as you let out a choked sob. 

You knew this day would come. Even the greatest of TV shows couldn’t last forever, and fifteen years was a long time. You’d been a series regular ever since season ten, and it was an honor to work alongside two of the greatest actors of your generation. Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles were phenomenal actors on screen and the most humble of men off-screen. You’d be lying if you said you wouldn’t miss them. 

Your character in the show, Taygen, was a rogue hunter who was working on killing a nest of vampires when she met the brothers. The three of you took care of the vamps and the rest was history. Together you worked like a fine-tuned machine and as much as you hated the thought, it was time to say goodbye to her.

Of course, you knew she wouldn’t go down without a fight. No, Tay wasn’t the kind to stand on the sidelines. She would fight until her last breath to protect the ones she loved, and that’s exactly what she did. The tears kept flowing as your mind drifted to how your final scene played out. 

The pounding of your footfalls echoed through the abandoned warehouse, your hand-crafted knife in your left hand ready to strike. Skidding to a halt, you pressed yourself against the wall to listen for any signs of movement. Sam and Dean had decided that the three of you should split up to cover more ground. You knew they could handle themselves, but something about this hunt just felt … off. 

A loud crash came from the floor above you, and Dean’s yells reverberated off the walls. Panic pricked your skin as you ran as fast as you could up the stairs. Nothing mattered anymore. Not your surroundings, not the vampires, not even God himself could stop you from getting to where Dean was. 

The bottom of your combat boot collided with the rotting wood of the door sending it flying into the room. Dean laid motionless on the floor, one of the vamps hovering over him ready to rip his throat out. 

“Hey! Asshole! Get your filthy hands off him!” The monster turned and narrowed its eyes, its hungry glare turning lethal in an instant before lunging at you. The blade of your knife slashed at the vampire’s chest while your free hand blocked its punches. Just as you were about to finish it off, Dean groaned in pain making you lose focus. “Unngh … Taygen?” The monster knocked your blade from your hand and tossed you into the wall across the room. 

You hit the ground with a sickening thud. Weakly, you pushed yourself up in time to see the vampire turn it’s attention back to the elder Winchester. You knew your ankle was probably broken, but all you could think about was saving Dean. He’d trained you, stayed up with you on nights that you couldn’t sleep, and he’d saved you numerous times when you’d been too reckless. Not to mention that you’d been in love with him since the night you met him and his brother. 

Ignoring the shooting pain in your ankle, you threw your body in front of Dean to shield him from the fatal strike of the Vampire’s razor-sharp teeth. You let out a blood-curdling scream as its fangs pierced the skin of your neck. Even though the monster wasn’t on you for more than a few seconds, the damage was already done. Sam heard your scream and came to yours and Dean’s aid, beheading the vampire with one swipe of his blade. 

Everything felt sluggish around you. The shouts of both the brothers seemed far away as they surrounded you. Dean cursed loudly as Sam ran to get the Impala. “Dammit, Tay! How many times am I gonna have to tell you not to be so reckless!” Your shaky hand came up to rest on his cheek as he held you, your eyes sparkling with tears. “D-Dean … I ... “ He shook his head and swallowed thickly. “Shh, don’t talk sweetheart. Sammy’s goin’ to get the car, and then we’ll take care of you. Cas will heal your ankle, and we’ll get that gash in your neck fixed up in no time.” 

A lone tear slid down your cheek as you tried to desperately memorize every feature of Dean’s face. His piercing green eyes, those smooth lips, and the collection of freckles scattered all over his flawless skin. “Dean, listen to m-me … I‘m not missin’ my ch-chance to tell you this.” You winced as another stabbing pain shot through your body. “I…” The taste of blood filled your mouth as your vision clouded. You knew you weren’t going to make it out of this alive. “... Love y-you …”

It had taken you months to prepare for that scene. Being killed off wasn’t the problem, no it was the fact that your character had to finally tell Jensen’s character how she felt. Normally, something like this wouldn’t even phase you. Having a character fall in love with another came as part of the job description, and the actors and actresses who portrayed said characters knew how to separate that from real life. The reason all of this was so hard for you was because your character wasn’t the only one in love. 

Once you finally found the strength to get off the floor of your trailer you walked to where your bedroom was and grabbed a pen out of the cup on your nightstand. Whenever your emotions got the better of you, writing in your journal would always help calm you down. Earlier, you’d started an entry about today’s scene, and you wanted to finish it. You opened the top drawer of your dresser and felt your heart drop to your stomach. It was gone. Your journal was gone. Quickly, you racked your brain and remembered you’d brought it with you to set. You’d been writing in it while sitting in the Bunker’s library as you watched Jared and Jensen do a few takes before your final scene. How could you have been so stupid? There was no telling who’d get their hands on it and see all the things you’ve kept secret for so long. 

You tore across the trailer lot as fast as you could towards the set and came to a stop at the Bunker’s entrance. Calmly and quietly you descended the staircase and navigated to the library. All the color drained from your face when your eyes landed on Jensen. He was sitting there intently reading what had to be your latest journal entry. He looked up at you, his face unreadable as his gaze bore into your own. 

“Jay… I… I can explain! I…” He stood and walked towards you, the emotion in his eyes just as intense as they were when Taygen had taken her last breath in Dean’s arms. “Is it true? This...this passage you wrote about me?” You couldn’t look at him anymore, the chipped polish on your nails became your focus as you tried to make your brain form words. “Wh-What are you talking about?” His brow furrowed as he pointed to the page he’d been holding. You stood there frozen as he began to read the very entry you’d hoped he’d never see. 

“Today’s the day … the day I complete my run on the greatest TV show. Not only do I have to say goodbye to Supernatural, but I have to live with not seeing the love of my life every day. Jensen doesn’t know it, but he’s the reason I can still hold my head above water in this line of work. Without him, I’d surely be drowning by now. He can never know how I feel. I can never tell him. I can’t risk my feelings not being reciprocated…”

By the time he was done reading your vision was blurred by your tears. How could you have been so careless? Jensen approached your shaking form and used his index and middle fingers to raise your chin so you were looking into his eyes. “Tell me Y/N, I have to know if this is truly how you feel.” There was no going back. There was no way to get out of this, and you felt yourself slip into fight or flight mode. “Why?! Why does it matter, Jensen? S’not like you’ll ever feel the same way about me! I’m just… just an average girl from the midwest who’s own family disowned her after she refused to follow in their footsteps and do what made me happy. You’ve got everything going for you! You’re fucking perfect in every way, and could have any woman on this planet! You’ve already read my feelings so why torture me and make me say what you already know?!”

Your chest heaved as he looked down at you. His eyes never wavering from your own. The silence around the two of you only lasted a few seconds, but it felt like an eternity. “You’re not very observant are you, Y/N?” His smirk only angered you more. “What the fuck are you talking about? So, you find out how I feel and the humiliation isn’t enough for you? You gotta insult me too?! Just forget it! I’m leaving with the little dignity I have left!” You ripped your journal from his hand and started towards the staircase, but before you could get to the landing Jensen had you pressed against the wall. 

“Dammit Y/N, just who exactly do you take me for? You think I would hurt someone I love on purpose like that?! Jesus, you’re just as stubborn as Taygen…” You struggled in his hold but stopped the instant his words hit you. He … loved you? Your eyes snapped up to meet his intense gaze, the silent question being answered. “Yes Y/N, I love you. I’ve loved you for a while, but I always thought you didn’t feel the same.” His fingers grazed your cheek and you leaned into it. The anger you felt left your body instantly as he slowly leaned in. “I’m sorry it took so long, but from this moment on, I’m going to show you just how much you mean to me.” 

His kiss sent sparks through your body, igniting a fire you’d never known about until now. His lips never left your skin as he carried you down the Bunker’s hallway, the promises he’d made to you moments before burned in the wake of each kiss he gave.
