I have some real issues with the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" under a justice system where cops can, will, and do frame people and lie under oath; where selection is manipulated to ensure that the peers of the accused never make it onto the jury; where judges take bribes & enjoy power tripping over everyone in "their" court rooms; where there is financial motivation to fill prisons backed by constitutionally enforced slavery.

Can anyone really be *proven* guilty under such circumstances?
