Now, is this one night as in 'one night no matter what', or is it one night as in 'one night because the world might end by tomorrow and nothing is guaranteed and if by tomorrow we're all still here we can reevaluate'?

Because while it's likely the former, knowing the Matron and Vax's devotion, but it could also be the latter because there are world changing events happening, do the rules and status quo matter anymore?

Am I grasping at straws a little bit? Yeah, probably. I either want Kiki to finally have a chance to move on and have proper closure OR I want Vax back with them all for good, because these middle grounds do nobody any good. Who knows where things will stand come tomorrow, it all depends on how things go on the moon now.

But 'one night' without specification of what happens come morning, just implications, could still mean anything.

This is probably the world’s tiniest rant here.

It’s been on my mind a lot how funny and cool it might be if a Hades much closer to actual mythology met some of the god and goddess characters in Disney’s Hercules. Here’s my interpretation of the introduction!

So with the previous Hades gone, a “new” Hades brought in from a dead timeline or a new Hades altogether based off of actual mythology is brought in to take his place. The meeting between him and the other gods and goddesses isn’t exactly the best, but things definitely could’ve gone worse. This Hades looks pretty different from him and he’s much nicer and more polite. Zeus and Posidon are both understandably a little skeptical of him, but are excited about the potential of having a new start with their brother, while still acknowledging that this isn’t the exact god they knew before. The others are going to take even more convincing than those two.

The Big Three head down to the underworld, but upon seeing it, New Hades absolutely freaks out. He starts shouting things like “What is this?! Has Tartarus taken over?!” and quickly changes his attitude towards the other two. He tries asking politely for them to leave so he can work, but seeing that he’s clearly stressed out, they try to stay and help. It ends up with Hades slamming the door on them (metaphorically, but literally would be funny) and no one hears for him for the next two weeks. When he finally reappears, he apologizes for snapping at them and allows them down to see what he’s done with the place, and this time, it’s much closer to the mythological Greek underworld. As for Pain and Panic, New Hades has decided to assign them a few very small tasks in the worse parts of the Underworld to keep them busy, but as long as they’re careful, it shouldn’t result in them being in danger.

Like Old Hades, though, he probably tends to decline party invitations in favor for his work, but he tries to come if he can. Even though he gets stressed because he feels he doesn’t know how to talk to anyone outside of work related topics. Also, I heard somewhere that Hades in mythology has a permanent limp in one of his legs as a result of holding his siblings up in their father’s stomach. If we applied this to New Hades and gave him the limp, I bet he’d act like nothing’s wrong because he’s just used to it, but as he grows close with his new brothers, they’d begin to grow worried about it because it never seems to get better.

And also, New Hades adores Cerberus. And Thanatos is introduced as well.

And I don’t know about you guys, but I think it’d be hilarious if New Hades basically looked like Hades’ design in Overly Sarcastic Production’s videos because both Posidon and Zeus in the Disney movie had big beards, but then there’s the brother with no beard and a bit of a baby face compared to them, but his hair definitely looks good and fluffy.

Clovis' Quest to Stop the Dream-pocalypse 😴

Ethan and Alabaster drop off Clovis at Miranda's dorm at New Athens University for an overnight visit, but Clovis wake up to see a bunch of crabs from their dream has escaped and trashed her dorm.

Clovis gets banned from campus & confronted by an organization called "The Moderators," who hunt other Hypnos kids with the same rare ability after hearing of a prophecy that one of them will dream an apocalypse and end the world

Clovis flees with Miranda on a dreamt up hoverboard, and they set out with Ethan and Alabaster to prevent this apocalypse by learning about Clovis' powers while running from the Moderators

lately i tend to favor more understated songs in cast albums and i genuinely think that so many of them are severely underrated

like in Hadestown some of my more recent faves are "how long" and "we raise our cups" (which is admittedly funny bc younger me didn't like "how long" At All). like. neither of them have the showstopping power of "wait for me" or either "chant" but they are just. so beautiful. they're relatively simple melodically but imo they really showcase the artistry of this show

needless to say i am Despondent abt some of the choices made by the new West End cast album

my experience as a newly came pagan/baby pagan over the past like 3-4 days feel so unserious because so far, THIS happened;

- I gave offerings of a swiss mushroom burger i had to both hekate and apollo

-hermes let me put sour candy into his altar

-both set and hermes let me put a del scorcho hot sauce packet into their altars

-My altar for hermes is in a FUCKING DRAGON BALL Z box I had that had some replica dragon balls that I lost (i only have found balls 1, 3, and 4)

-My altar for Set, THE FUCKING ANCIENT EGYPTIAN GOD OF CHAOS, WAR, AND STORMS? lisa frank box i had since I was a kid. Some things in there include a red pair of sunglasses I got during red ribbon week, horror movie stickers, a dragon ball z collector card, and a nearby red DND dragon

-I have to keep my altars in boxes btw because my dad is a hella religious Lutheran, and my mom, she's an open minded christian. She was pagan at some point, but not like as in multiple gods, more so with believing in life after death? idk

-Apollo wanting a charmeleon card and one of my dragon balls, also PERSEPHONE WANTING MY BORUTO FIGURE???

-SET LIKES MINDLESS SELF INDULGENCE??? APPARENTLY???

-I did some divination on a voice call with a friend, AND STOLAS (YES. THE DEMON SON OF KING PAIMON) WAS MAYBE NEAR THEM????? LIKE I ROLLED A 3/SOFT YES AND I ASKED IF A DEMON WAS NEAR AND I ASKED IF IT WAS STOLAS AND I GOT A 2/MAYBE 😭

-I got enough signs from other people that THEY were being contacted, and I felt that I was being contacted, and I started FEELING A PRESENCE? LIKE A WARM, COMFORTING ONE? and it drove me crazy the days of the election until I decided 'okay, sure! yeah, the gods are contacting me i guess! i've gone nuts!'. I was in fact not going nuts, and it was confirmed that it was a sign they were reaching out. APOLLO WAS REACHING OUT TO ME THROUGH FUCKING TIKTOK.

-While making Persephone's altar, she wanted another thing. I used my necklace/pendant as a locator (finding the way to the boruto figure, a rolled 4 letting me know she wanted it) and as a mea s of word working (she looped over the h and y keys on my keyboard, as a hint to hymns with another rolled 4)

-I use a single pair of dice for all my dice divination, and I address each god/goddess /deity/demon/what-have-you i wish to ask

-Loki fucked with me by going iver random keys when I asked Set which slipknot song i should listen to while I worked on my fanfic. He did this by going over random keys and making me think it was an actual song name.

-Religious guilt and fear. I was so, SO scared of encountering a demon or a being from the circles of hell and pissing off the archangels/jesus/the Christian god so much because I GREW UP MOSTLY CHRISTIAN AND LATER BECAME ATHEIST FOR A SOLID 4-5 YEARS, AND DEMONS WERE LIKE, SHOWN AS REALLY BAD WHEN I WAS YOUNGER??? AND LIKE, I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BE THAT SCARED BECAUSE IT'S MORE SO A 'fuck around, find out' THING WITH THEM, BUT STILL... PART OF MY BRAIN GOES "ooooooh, SINNERRRR!" AND THEN I FEEL BAD 😭
