Eight months ago, no-shit ghosts appeared for the first time, heralded by the terrifying lightning-cloud shadow shape of the Amity Park Phantom. Six months ago, the Phantom and what can only be described as a hellhound annihilated Axion Labs, causing Damon Gray to be demoted and shattering the balance of Valerie Gray's life. One day after that, a box arrived with a suit and instructions, and the Huntress took to the sky for the first time. Barely a month later, her suit was destroyed, and she was given a new and terrifyingly responsive powered armor by an unseen benefactor right when she needed it most. She's hunted ghosts in as much of her spare time as possible ever since, even surrendering the boy she maybe loves in order to protect him better. As the son of the eccentric but capable local mad scientists, she hopes he'd understand if anyone ever learned who she actually is. Sometime in the last thirty-six hours, thousands of monstrosities poured into Amity Park, and Valerie finds herself reluctantly fighting alongside the Phantom in a desperate defense. It's been nonstop, but she has to keep both her home and the ring she received yesterday safe. Even if it means putting herself on the line.

I MADE MYSELF AN EARTHMOVER

The idea that earthmover plushie was something i could realistically maybe make was beamed into my brain on friday may 10th at exactly 11:23 PM and then proceeded to consume my entire weekend. i did not know if this would work but i did it. i made him. my weird lopsided dog Benjamin

(I'd be happy to write up the pattern/instructions if people are interested- I think it'd be pretty simple to recreate since he's like 90% rectangles- but be warned that I have never tried to draft a plushie pattern from scratch before and it's kinda janky as hell the way the legs are attached feels like one of those illegal lego techniques so you have to promise not to make fun of me ok)

did a little sketch yesterday that i really liked and tried to get it done today just so i got literally anything to post- but i fell into the trap of 'making sketches to elaborate and thus really stiff and non fun' (for me), ... soooooo .. im redoing the whole thing

but the idea was a mummy ganondorf for my (yes still existing) totk rewrite; i wanted to make him more scary looking and also emphasize just how horrid it must be to be kept in between life and death by having your heart grabbed by a cold and vengeful magical hand for thousands of years (in this case the ancient queen .. which i also tried to sketch despite not showing up aside from her dissolving hand)

the spell starting to fail and his body being more damaged in some parts (jaw being only the bones left for example) and his chest open from being slowly eaten up by the queens magic, the ribs contorting around it like its a gravitational pull- sounds cooler than it looks bc this sketch did not work out, so im saving the details for the .. hopefully, better version

You know, in movies where they get a character to essentially glow up to seduce someone, but then they're really, really bad at flirting? That's Charles, seemingly being assigned by the GPDA to swear, and him essentially becoming a wide-eyed country girl in the big city for the first time during this mission* lmao. He tried so hard to make it look casual, but he practically tripped over himself to bring Max and his penalty up at every opportunity in preparation of dropping the swear bomb and possibly joining him in community service 😭✋️.
