I had to go… my galleries shared the same name with them! Lol no really I’m so glad they opened a spot in Connecticut! You can listen to the bobolinks and red winged blackbirds while you pick! Ok, so never been much of a morning person or early riser. I will get out of bed at the crack of dawn (5am-ish let's say) for something like this however - Sunrise @wickedtulips! Even in the rain, it's still stunning. Last year, we waited way too long and missed out on peak picking time, and ended up blogging about their show garden. A huge, warm thank you to Edible Rhody Magazine for the wonderful feature on Farm Fresh Rhode Island in the beautiful new Spring Issue, Petal Power! As always, the magazine uses stunning photography along with timely information to bring us the latest and greatest from Rhode Island’s local food scene. 

As Edible Rhody says: Eat. Drink. Read. Think. Local. The latest issue tells the story of Farm Fresh RI’s start, and outlines some of our most important work growing the local food system — from farmers markets and nutrition eduction to wholesale distribution and local food subscriptions. (There's even a special shout-out to our friends at Four Town Farm!)

Sunrise @wickedtulips this morning! Bought tix for this new sunrise series online a few weeks ago, wasn't sure if they were open today with the rain and all but they were. A lot of other peeps there at 6am too considering the stormy weather. (Yes, it requires getting up around 5am, usually something of a challenge for me.) Most taking photos for IG or maybe their blogs but a few actually picking. Note: You don't have to be a blogger to enjoy it. So pretty.
