This is my first time writing and i'm definitely no writer. English isn't even my first language. It is kinda long but I swear it's going somewhere. I just really love them and this will only work untill we get a new kieutou clip so whatever. Hope you enjoy. And I'm sorry if it sucks. constructive criticism is always okay but I will probably not take it into account because I am already depressed. Enjoy!!

Basically what I wish happened today for kieu my.

Kieu my stared at fatou's text notification on her phone, not knowing what to answer.

She still didn't know how to feel about their interaction on Tuesday, it all happened so fast and the last thing she wanted was to fight with her girlfriend.

At the time, leaving seemed like the best solution and Kieu my had every right to feel conflicted about what fatou said.

"you're the only thing distracting me from everything else at the moment"

The words resonate in her head. It hurt. Kieu my couldn't hide that those words are the ones that kept her up that night. And obviously, also the crazy situation they were in right now.

"Kieu my?" The words broke her out of her trance and she looked up from her phone to see Zoe looking at her with a worried look on her face.

"Are you okay? You've been checking your phone every five minutes since we got here" Zoe added getting closer to her

"yeah, I'm fine. I'm just... Forget it." She answered her best friend. "We're gonna lose the guys if we don't keep up" she said looking straight ahead.

Zoe didn't push her and just agreed. Kieu my put her phone back in her pocket. They jogged a little to catch up with their friends and they just kept walking.

She looked at the small group and laughed dryly to herself, which earned her a weird look from Constantin. Somehow her tall dumb friend got himself all the way to fricking Brandenburg and couldn't remember how. When Ismail told her about a 'Consti-emergency' she figured they would have to go get him from a ditch somewhere, she just would have never guessed it was from the countryside, one (1) and a half hour away from Berlin.

On the way there Ismail had told them that Constantin had called them completely trashed asking for help.

Kieu my really hasn't been keeping up with what's been happening in her friends lives. She felt bad. But at the same time, how could she? She's had so much to deal with between her parents and the shop and school and... Fatou. There she goes again. Even when she tries to be mad at her she just can't keep the skater out of her head. She reaches for her phone in her pocket when she hears a commotion ahead.

When she looks up she sees Contantin throwing up in a bush. She looks away not wanting to throw up herself.

"You guys go and head back i'll take care of... This" she hears Ismail say and when she turns back around she sees them patting the blonde's back

"are you sure?" Finn asks them and when they only nod their head 'yes' he looks at Zoe.

"yeah... okay let's go then" Zoe finally says after a minute of staring at the ground. "Text us if you need anything and when he... Calms down." She adds with a tight lipped smile. Zoe grabs her boyfriend's hand and her Best friend's arm and they start walking away.

"well that was... Unexpected?" Kieu my says after a few minutes of silence.

"yeah/yeah" both Finn and Zoe answer at the same time. "I'll text my brother and tell him we're coming back" Finn adds.

They got lucky this time around. Last time, they had to drive an hour to go get Constantin and drive back to Berlin in the middle of the night. But luckily Finn's brother somehow lived in Brandenburg so they didn't have to drive all the way back. When they got there and found the passed out boy they decided they all needed a break.

After about a twenty (20) minute walk and a small bus ride they finally got to the small house. It was cozy. Kieu my really couldn't complain. She got to share a room with her best friend while the boys would have to try and fit on the couch in the living room. Although she's pretty sure she's gonna sleep alone because Finn somehow managed to find another bed in what seemed to be the attic and with some good arguments managed to convince Zoe to sleep with him in there. But she's also pretty sure she won't be able to sleep anyway.

Like every winter day, night falls pretty fast. It's past 8 p.m and they already ate. Constantin is passed out on the couch and the others are talking about all sorts of things in the kitchen. Kieu my takes it as her queue to go to her room.

"I'm gonna get some rest. I need my beauty sleep" she tells them. They all say goodnight and she's left walking to her room alone.

It's only ten (10) minutes later when someone knocks at her door. "Can I come in kieu?" It's Zoe.

"yes, please"

"so are you ready to tell me what happened with Fatou or not?" Zoe asks nonchalantly.

"how did you even-" she gets cut off

"Come on Kieu, you're my best friend... and I saw the dozen texts she left on your phone" Zoe drags out

Kieu my falls on her bed and zoe sits next to her playing with her best friend's hair.

"I feel like I messed up... Like somehow I did something wrong and now she's pulling away from me" she starts and even before Zoe can say anything she continues. "But I just wanted to help her and she..."

"she what?"

"she said I was a distraction. And that I should leave her alone and she just got angry at me and I didn't want to fight with her so I... Left. Oh my god, I shouldn't have left right? Now she's gonna think I was there only for school stuff. She probably needed me and I left... Am I a terrible person Zoe?" She let out in barely one breath.

"See now you're spiraling. Take a breath, okay? No you are not a bad person. You were just upset and Fatou probably was too but those kinda things happen in a relationship. Me and Finn argue all the time and most of the time it's because one of us misunderstood something the other did or said" Zoe reassured her

Kieu my took a few deep breaths and sat up in the bed. She started playing With her fingers like she always does when she's feeling things.

"I guess I'm just scared that right now she's into me because I'm a good enough distraction but the moment she doesn't need me anymore... She'll just move on to someone more experienced or more interesting." The words leave her mouth with shaky breaths. Kieu my's eyes start shining but she blinks a couple time to keep the tears away.

"oh Kieu, you are such an idiot sometimes" the blonde laughs while kieu my looks at her dumbfounded. "Fatou is not like that. Nora once told me that one time, when the girls had a sleepover Fatou couldn't stop talking about you for the entire afternoon, so much so that when she fell asleep she was still saying your name" she continues. Kieu my blushes at the statement, thankful that the light is dim enough for her friend not to notice. Before Kieu my can say anything her very talkative friend continues. "She's smitten, Kieu. Maybe she just as some stuff going on. I mean don't we all" she adds wich earns a small laugh from her friend

Before they can continue their conversation someone knocks at the door and comes in without waiting for an answer. It's Finn, with a big smile on his face.

"hey girls!" He says way too excitedly. "I was wondering if Zoe.." he says looking at his girlfriend. "..Would like to come join me in our fine chambers?"

Zoe looks at her friend who is smiling at her. "Duty calls. Sorry. But if you wanna keep talking-" Kieu my cuts her off.

"Go, don't worry I'm fine. Thanks for the talk"

Zoe smiles one last time before running out of the room hand in hand with Finn.

Kieu my lays back down and closes her eyes. She can't help but think about Fatou. How does she manage to always be on her mind, it's unrealistic. She thinks about their date at the museum. Their date. She smiles to herself and covers her face with her arm to hide it. She thinks about how she nerded out to her and she just answered with something as nerdy. About how at that moment she kissed. About how well their lips fit together. About how happy she was that day. Maybe Zoe was right maybe she was spiraling.

Her phone rang and snapped her out of her thoughts. She looked at it for the first time since they got back. She gasps

It's Fatou. Of course it's Fatou, she probably thinks she ghosted her again. The moment she picks it up it stops ringing. Kieu my hesitates but puts it back down. She gets a text and as fast as she put it down she picks it back up. It's a text from Fatou. She also notices she's got some texts from her mom and a missed call from Ismail.

'hey, I just saw on your Insta you're doing a 'social media cleanse', sorry for calling you it's probably against that whole thing' -21:37

Right, Kieu my thinks, the social media cleanse.. that was Zoe's idea honestly. Another text.

'you looked really good in those pictures tho, real 'twilight' vibes🧛 -21:38

Kieu my smiles at her phone and starts to write an answer when she remembers that they haven't actually resolved their issue. And yes Fatou apologized but Kieu my expects something better than a text. On another hand she did tell her girlfriend to call her when she calmed down.

'can I call you again' -21:40 'please?' -21:40

Her phone rang again but this time she picked it up and answered. She waits a few seconds.

"hey.." she hears her girlfriend's tired voice from the other end

"hi." She says back, trying to keep her composure even behind the phone.

"how are you? I saw your posts and got worried"

"I'm.. fine, it was all pretty last minute" she answers

"Oh okay, It's good to hear your voice"

There's a silence, it's not awkward, somehow it's sad.

"Fatou?"

"yes"

"are you..." She begins but can't find the strength to finish.

"i'm not" she hears more than sees the sad smile. "I got fired"

"what- Why? When?" Kieu my asks

"Saturday. I messed up a bunch of times. Was late even. I don't know..." Fatou sounds so defeated

"I'm sorry. Why didn't you tell me?"

"I don't know.. it's not your fault"

"Fatou. I just want you to know that I didn't come to your place just for school stuff. I wanted- I want to help you and I just feel so helpless because you can see right through me and I can't seem to understand any of your problems. I'm sorry." Kieu my starts rambling but gets cut off by Fatou laughing dryly.

"Are you serious? I was the asshole and you feel bad. I'm the one that should be sorry and I am. I am sorry. I don't have an excuse I shouldn't have snapped at you like that" Fatou says and Kieu my thinks that they don't have the same definition of snapped.

"Look, I don't like this, you being mad at me and us not talking so if you just give me a chance to really explain myself I would really like it if you would come and meet me when you get back" the skater girl continues

"yeah, I would also like that" she says with a small smile

"oh okay.. great.. well would you be up for a date at a ping-pong table bar then?"

"definitely"

"great, okay then I guess I'll just leave you to your cleansing"

Kieu my laughs

"goodnight Kieu my"

A pause

"goodnight Fatou"

She hangs up.

Kieu my knows that their conversation isn't over but for now she'll take it. For now it's good.

"was that Fatou?" A voice startles her from the doorway. It's Ismail.

"Shit- you scared me." She paused "Yes it was Fatou"

"Great cause I couldn't handle your sad moping face anymore. What'd you guys talk about?" They ask

She ignores his question. "I do not have a moping face." She says with a hurt look across her face. They look at her.

"Was it that obvious?" She asks with a frown

"Yes! Babe come on even Consti could have noticed if he wasn't puking his soul in the bushes" Ismail says dramatically. "Now come on give me the details. I need to know everything that is happening between my bestie and the mother of my tortoise" they sit next to Kieu my.

"you're so dramatic" she laughs. "Relax, we had a... Quarrel on Tuesday and she apologized and asked if we could meet up to talk about it" she tell them

"a quarrel? Okay m'lady... About?"

"some stupid school stuff" she lied.

"well you're a terrible liar because I overheard that entire phone call so what's up inside that little head of yours"

"Ismail, boundaries, please"

"oh please I've seen you at your lowest miss vu. There's literally nothing you can hide from me now."

She hesitates but starts talking anyway. "You know how I told you about me officially 'meeting' her friends last week" they nodded. "Well when she got there she was visibly upset and I didn't know why and then she got a text and got even more upset and now she just told me she got fired." She takes a breath. "And I just feel bad because those are all things I'm supposed to know about my girlfriend you know? Except she doesn't talk to me about that stuff and I don't know how to get her to open up.." she finishes breathless.

"you poor disaster" Ismail smiles and shakes their head. "You ask her" she's about to cut him off but they put their finger in front of her. "You find the right way to ask her. Love language Kieu my... Love language." They stand up and put their hand up like a shakespearean poet and goes on. "Give her time to open up, this is Fatou Jallow we're talking about. And remember communication is key." They finish, winking and walking backwards to the door and closing it behind them.

Kieu my was about to laugh at her friend's theatrics when the door opens up again and Ismail walks back in.

"no, but I just wanted to ask if I could sleep here cause Constantin has taken the whole couch and he smells like a dead body so...?"

The both of them laugh and Ismail slides next to Kieu my in the bed. "I'm gonna take that as a yes" they say.

"sleep well, ice queen" they mumble already falling asleep

"shut up" she smiles.

That night she dreamt about her girlfriend. She remembers all those weeks ago when her friend sleeping next to her asked her how the dreamy skater girl made her feel. At the time she hadn't known how to put her feelings into words. At that time her girlfriend was just a silly crush. Except Kieu my vu never got silly crushes. But she had instantly known Fatou was different. She was different then and she's different now. And with that thought she drifted into a peaceful sleep. Her insecurities forgotten for the night. She should have never worried about any of this in the first place. Soon she's gonna see the girl she loves again and everything will be alr-

*record scratch*

She woke up with a gasp.

"I love her"

She panted

"congrats, you're the last one to know" she heard Ismail mumble in their pillow.

She smiled to herself, feeling dumb for realising this just now. Looking at her phone she saw 5 a.m. deciding she deserved a little bit more sleep she closed her eyes and with a content sigh drifted back to sleep.

"when I get back we'll definitely see each other" she thought

Re-update: I had my exams this week and am really fucking exhausted and i'm just gonna wait and see what happens tonight. If it's a sad clip i'm probably gonna write the version I would've wanted to happen but i guess we'll see. Sorryyy

School crush (Vinira fic)

(English is not my first language so I apologized if something doesn’t make sense. I tried not to but mistakes happend; me, for example) 

Chapter two:

It was lunch time at Hexside. All, or at least a good part of the students were having fun talking with their firends and eating their meals.

Emira was doing none of it.

Sitting in the cafetria’s table with her brother and a few other kids that she was forced to hang around with, Emira was in silence just looking at nothing.

‘‘Hey, Em, you good?’‘ Edric asked.

‘‘Perfectly.’‘

‘‘Well, you don’t look perfectly’‘. Odolette said. If Emira had to be honest with herself, she would said that Odolette was her very best friend. Not that she will ever say it aloud.

And actually, all Emira’s forced friends weren’t all bad. If you ignore Mungo, the rest were pretty good.

‘‘So, are you gonna tell us what’s wrong?’‘ Clovis asked with a lot of pudin everywhere but his mouth.

‘‘No and clean yourself’‘. Emira answered. Then, she started to look away at the same direction.

Sorcha, who was at Clovis’ left, took a napkin and cleaned his face.

Emira was looking at the double-track kid’s table with her peripheral sight. Emira wasn’t dumb. As much as she would like to see Viney laughing at something her friends said, she couldn’t. In one hand someone could notice, in the other hand that someone could be her friends, and in the third hand (the worst one) Viney could notice.

‘‘Oh!’’  Clovis exclaimed ‘‘I see what’s happening now’‘

‘‘What?’‘ Odolette asked after a few seconds of silence. 

‘‘Is my imagination or our dearest Emira is looking intensely at that up-grade hot boy over there?’’ Clovis asked.

‘‘What?’‘ the whole table, Emira included, asked.

Odolette look at the direction Emira’s eyes were supposedly looking at, Emira did too, just to find a good-looking schoolmate that Emira haven’t met yet, his face was familiar, tho. Probably she have seen him around the school in all these years. 

Yes, he was handsome, Emira and everyone with one eye on their face could tell, but there was one little problem. The guy was a he. And she was a lesbian.

‘‘OH TITAN!’‘ Odolette began ‘‘YOU LIKE-’‘ 

‘‘Shut. Up.’‘ Emira interrupted by putting her hand in Odolette’s mouth to stoped her before someone could hear. ‘’And before anyone say anything, no, I don’t like him.’’

‘‘So, why were you starring with those heart-shaped eyes?’‘ Sorcha asked with exxageration in her voice.

‘‘I didn’t made heart-shaped eyes.’‘

‘‘Sure you didn’t’‘ Clovis said, sarchastically.

‘‘I’m serious. I don’t know what you are talking about.’‘

‘‘Oh, Em! Having a crush isn’t bad.’‘ Odolette began ‘‘Honestly, I don’t know him, but I could sit with them and ask his name or even settle a date this week.’‘

‘‘But what if he says no?’‘Sorcha asked, ignoring completely the annoying and dumbfounded face Emira had.

‘‘As if someone would say no to a Blight.’‘ Clovis answered the question. ‘‘So anyway, Edric,’’ he change the subject ‘‘as Emira is obviously lying,’’

‘‘No, I’m not!’‘ Emira yelled.

‘‘what do you think? Ready to become a protective jelaous older brother?’’

‘‘Nah, Em can do whatever she pleases to. In first place she’ll have to actually talk to-’‘

‘‘Wait! Emira is actually in love?!’’ Sorcha exclaimed. The three friend were just joking and teasing, but now that Edric have sincerely accepted that Emira in fact was crushing that boy, things wouldn’t stop soon.

‘‘Sorry.’’ Edric whisper to his sister once Em started to look at him angry. 

Emira sighted. She wasn’t mad at Edric but she sure was mad at Sorcha, Clovis and Odolette.

‘‘Well’‘ Emira thought ‘‘At least Mungo is not here.’‘

And, as the universe and the Titan loves her so much, Mungo appear just behind her and Edric.

‘‘What are we talking about?’‘ 

The atmosphere changed. No one liked Mungo. 

He was part of a wealthy family, as the rest of the twins’ group of friends, but with the sly diference that he did really believed all the bullshit his parents talked about. 

Sure, they were all little rich babies, but that didn’t mean that they shared all their belives with their parents. Except Mungo, of course.

And besides that, he is jus simply... Annoying. Always trying to appear the greatest among the greats, when he was defenitely not.

All in the group officially stoped liking him when they were nine years old and had told all their parents that they stealed some some sweet fruits from the kitchen in one of the thousand parties they were all together.

Reth was simply a boot-licker.

That’s not bad, the own Emira has to be one when her mother is involved. It’s a technique to survive, but she learned when and to who be one. And to always back-up your friends. 

Mungo prefers praise above anything.

That’s why not even them, who are suppose to be his friends, like him.

 ‘’Nothing at all’’ Edric aswered. 

When Mungo appear all their conversations had to change, at least when it were problematic.

Wich was most of the time.

Before Mungo could ask again Odolette asked: ‘‘What where you doing?.’’ And Mungo didn’t hesitated before start talking about how he is so great that his healing  teacher asked him help with something Emira didn’t care to listen.

‘‘So, due to those important and urgent business meetings, my parents will not be able to come to the open doors day.’’ Emira catch Mungo said after a few minutes of dozed out.

‘‘What open doors day?’’ Edric asked while chewing the last slice of his lunch.

‘‘Principal Bump haven’t give the announcement in the illusion track?’’ Sorcha asked.

Em and Ed axchanged looks.

They both skipped those first classes.

‘‘No, he hasn’t.’’ they said at the same time. Normally they wouldn’t care to their friends to know that, but Mungo was there too. And that brat could make someway to let their parents know. 

‘‘No matter how many times they’ve done that, it still gives me chills’’ Clovis said reffering to the perfect sync the Blight twins had.

‘‘Agree’’ Sorcha and Odolette said. Mungo didn’t, but it was obvious that everyone freaks out when they do things like that, especially with gestures.

 ‘‘So, back to the topic,’’ Em interrupted “What was that opend doors thing again?”

“Well, principal Bump announced that, to show some parents improvment, instalations, and much more shit, basically is inviting the tutors to come the next week friday and spend a day here.” Sorcha explained. “He’s even gonna let us go earlier and the ones that can’t get their parents to come, must deliver a letter sign by your tutor and can take the day free.”

“So, besides from Mungo, does anyone’s parents love you enough to spend the day here?” Clovis asked. Before Mungo could object something, Luz, The Human, came in the cafeteria running and  screaming while a giant, wild and mounstrious weird-looking abomination was chasing after her.

And just a few seconds later, Luz’s friends came in too. Willow, Amity and the little ilussion’s track boy that Emira never learned his name before.

After a little of battle, screams and some help from a pair of other students, they could stoped the monster in a few minutes.

 When his children asked him if he could come to the open doors day, he couldn’t say no. 

He was tempted. But he didn’t.

The mountain of paperwork will have to wait.

The four Blights get in the chariot and soon, they were flying their way to school. Normally they would go walking, but Alador preffered to not.

“Dad” Amity called “, before you get in the school there are a couple of things you should know”.

“Oh, I almost forgot, thanks, Mittens.” Edric said. Amity didn’t even scolded him because of the nickname. She give up some time ago.

“What kind of things?”

“Well...”Amity began.

“Wait, first of all you have to promised us that nothing will reach mom’s ears.”

“Or the emperors ears.” Completed Emira. Alador nodded in agreement, but still aware.

“Does the emperor even have ears?” Edric asked.

“Mmmh... No idea...”

“Guys!” Amity called. “Focus.”

“The thing is,” Amity tried to explain again. It was more difficult that it seemed to “There might be a couple of things that... well...”

“Are illegal” Edric said.

“Edric!” both sisters yelled.

“It’s the truth!”

“But there are ways to say the things!” 

“So, Hexside really has illegal things?” Alador asked. He was surprised but his face was looking as calm as always.

For some reason that didn’t surprised him as much as he suspect it would.

“Yeah... So, first thing: There’s a human studying there.”

Ok, Alador did not see that coming.

“That human’s mentor is The Owl Lady.”

Oh, great.

“And the school also have double-track students.”

“Let me guess”. Alador sight. “The human?”

Edric snorted. “Pfft! Of course not, dad!”

“The human is the only all-tracks kid” Emira explained rapidly. “The double-track students are witches. And one of those is my crush”.

Titan, have mercy of them.

Alador Blight have been walking with his children for all around the school. The plan was that the first hours he would spend it with Amity.

Those were pleasant. Alador was too in the abomination track when he was a schooler.

Ah, the good old days when the only things that matter were the grades. He did enjoyed his childhood and his teenage.

Alador didn’t had a lot of friends, but sure he had good ones. His family wasn’t rich or famous, but he lived well and happy with the few luxuries he could have.

In his last school year he formally started a relationship with Odalia and married some years after. The twins born and, in two more years, his little Amity did too.

Alador was in his way to meet Edric and Emira. Amity kinda ditched him when this girl appear. For the colorful uniform Alador guessed that she was the all-track, human, the owl lady’s apprentice. So Alador didn’t said anything and just let Amity enjoy herself.

In his way to the illusion track, Alador saw Bump with the owl lady. The woman was laughing while Bump had a tired expression in his face.

“Dad, I thought you would be spending time with Amity” Edric said when they meet on the halls.

“Well, she preferred to spend time with her friends”.

“Amity has friends?” Emira joked.

“Don’t bother your sister”. Alador said, but before one of the twins could say anything a teacher interrumpted:

“Mr. Blight, what an honor! Hope you are enjoying yourself”.

“I am, is always a delight to spend time with my children”. Alador turn to look Edric and Emira, that where behind him.

“Ed, Em, good morning”. The teacher saluted, with a big, hypocrit smile on his face. “I don’t think I saw you in class the last wenesday”.

‘damm gossipy teacher’. Both twins thought.

Their history teacher was mad with them. He would always give them extra homeworks and tried to put a lot of tricks in their quizzes just to make them fail. They hated to fail.

Failure was never an option.

So, they started to have a war with him. 

Who would get mad or insane first?

Most of time, the teacher did.

In this war everything was posible. One time, Edric and Emira even went to his house, in the middle of the night, to set their biggest prank ever.  La créme de la créme.

Let’s just say that, their dear proffesor didn’t went to school for two weeks.

And when he returned, his skin was covered by rash. And his voice was more pitched than a little three year old girl. Oh! And he stinked like rotten meat, too!

The twins didn’t remembered why this whole little war began. The only thing they knew was that no one, besides the them, could knew. The three woud get in trouble, with either principal Bump and Odalia Blight. None wanted that.

Alador raised an eyebrow, curious.

“Of couse we where there, tacher, we woud never do something as skip classes”. Edric began.

Alador raised more his eyebrow. Of course his twins ould skip classes. They’ve been grounded too many times for it.

“Yeah, I mean, we are Blights, any behavior below perfection just doesn't exist”. Emira put emphasis in the Blight part. A casual reminder os status, as her mother says.

“Oh, yes. I think I forgot. So, how’s your proyect going?”

“Dad, I wanna show you something”. Emira called, while grapping her hand in her father’s arm and tooked him far away from the teacher while Edric keep distracting him.

“Care to explain?” Alador asked as Emira pulled him away from that hall.

“Nah, I’m fine”.

Father and daughter walked some more steps until Emira abruptely stoped and stared there for a few seconds while her face turned a little red.

“Is something wrong?” Alador asked. The hallway didn’t seem to have anything out of normal. Just some teachers, students and, because of the special ocassion, some parents, too.

“Oh, no no. Just, let’s get somewhere else and-”

“Hey, Em!” A voice called.

And with that, Emira’s face got even redder. 

Not as much as Amity’s angry face, but sure it was something.

“Ahahha, hiii Viney” Emira said, weirdly, as she walk up the hall to get close to the girl.

Alador, watching from the distance, scanned the girl.

Brown hair, double colored uniform and a familiar green eyes. She was way shorter than Emira (and probably the rest of her classmates), but seemed stronger.

“I thought you won’t be comming today”. The Viney girl said.

“Uhm, yeah, my, uh, dad is here... today”. And then Emira pointed in the direction Alador was. 

“Should I go and say hi?” Viney asked Emira. 

“No, you shouldn’t!”

Viney tilted her head.

Alador chuckled a little. He knew very well how the blush mess™ works. Alador thought that perhaps he should apologize to his daughter for inheriting that trait.

“I- I mean, sure you could but I don’t see why would you liked to do something like, meet my dad, pfft”. Emira was nervous, ok?

Alador from the other side of the hall, listening the best he could to the conversation and trying his best to not laught, waved a little his hand to Viney, wich she responded.

 “Anyway,” Em tried to change the subject. “Did your dad is here or...?”

“Yeah, actually, and if none of my siblings took him away, he should be... there!”. Viney pointed to a man talking to the healing track teacher. He was back on his back, so Emira couldn’t see his face but sure Viney’s dad was tall and buff and seemed like Viney inherited her brown hair from her dad, but, as Emira noted, her skin color should be from her mother’s side. Viney’s dad skin was tanned.

“Miss Tamer have done an excellent work. I’m glad she was able to come back to classes”. The teacher congratulated, as Emira could hear.

‘Of course Viney did excellent’, Emira thought. ‘She’s top student in both beast-keeping and healing. A complete cute nerd’.

“Well, thank you miss Alawdi”. Viney’s dad said. His voice was deep but friendly and he was notably happy about the teacher's comment.

“Oh no, you should thank Viney. She’s the one who put the dedication. And as much as I would like to keep talking about such a great student, I have to give more feedbacks to some parents. Good morning, Mr. Tamer”. Alador couldn’t stop himself from remembering the name Tamer. He had known someone with that same surname. 

And with that the teacher moved to talk to another of her students’ parents. It seemed more like scolding than feedbacking.

Viney’s dad turned around and looked for his daugher, that was still by Emira’s side.

“Dada,” Viney called her dad while he was walking to them. “She’s Emira, the friend I talked you about”.

‘She told her dad about me!’ Emira thought ignoring completely the friend word.

“H-hello mister, uhm, mister Tamer, sir” Emira talked first.

‘I really need to apologized for the blush mess thing’ Alador thought watching all the scene from the distance. Because of the perspective he couldn’t see neither of the Tamer’s faces, but Emira’s one was straight on his view. 

Alador noted that Emira’s left hand was hide on her back and was pulling her braid a little.

That was for sure a little tick that Odalia had too. Except that his wife pulled her dress skirt or shirt. Not her hair.

“... Yes, my dad’s over there”. Alador heard Emira said. He dozed out a little while remembering where his old locker was.

He looked to the only group of people, at this point, and he-

What were the probabilities? One in a million?

But of couse he had to have the one...

Because, Titan, Gradyel Fortis was, after all this years, in front of him. 

His last named changed, probably because, as he was seeing, Gradyel had a daugher, wich means that he is married. But, Alador could never mistake him, because Gradyel Fortis was his very best friend more than a decade ago.

Suddenly the shortest girl’s green eyes made a lot of sense. ‘It is her mother’s same green eyes’ Alador thought.

“Alador? Is that you?” Gradyel called.

“You know eachother?” Viney asked her dad. with a vissibly confused Emira beside her.

Alador walked to the group, feeling how his cheeks burned, just a little, nothing too obvious.

“That if we know eachother? We used to be best friends, and neighbors”. Gradyel explained to the girls.

“Really?” This time Emira asked to her dad. Her curiosity overlapping her nervousness.

“Yes, we used to hang out a few years ago”. Alador finally said.

“Few years? You mean few decades” Gradyel was laughing at this point and give Alador a pat on his back. Gradyel didn’t measure his strength, because of that Alador to choked a little.

He didn’t mind, after all, Gradyel Fortis never learned how to control his strenght, really.

He changed a lot, just like Alador did. But his essence was still the same.

The same Gradyel Fortis that he spended chatting in classes with.

The same Gradyel Fortis that he helped to cheat on a test.

The same Gradyel Fortis that tried to bake a cake for his birthday (and failed).

The same Gradyel Fortis that he helped to confess the girl he liked.

The same Gradyel Fortis that was Alador’s crush for almost four years.

BNHA rambles (part 6)

So here are my thought on episode 6 and 7 outside ofthe battle trial on wich I’m making another special part

Episode 6 part 2

-the partnership between the school and an official company is a great idea, even more when you know what will happen to those specific student

-Izuku accidentally hanging up on all might in his panic is me

-Yes! Mama Inko being a good mom, recognizing she made a mistake, telling her son she’s proud of him, and APOLOGISING for her mistake! And that’s so great because it’s really rare to see an adult apologizing to a kid in anime or in real life.

-However, while it’s sweet of her to have made him a costume, it means that it can’t be up to norm and it’s no wonder it got torn apart so easily. The problem with that is that it could have led to severe injuries even outside of the context of fighting Bakugo since he doesn’t have the same protection as his pears

-Izuku reaction to seeing Uraraka costume is a good reaction of how boy should react at seeing cute girl. Yes, he’s flustered, yes, he probably looks at her body for longer than strictly necessary, but he doesn’t make any comment about it, doesn’t keep staring at her form and doesn’t do anything that could make her uncomfortable (in opposition to the grape boy who immediately make a comment that he definitely could have kept for himself).

-Everyone hero costume looks so great!

-I really love the little video game like animation to explain some things

-How does all might, who saw Izuku every day for ten months, not realize how terrified of Bakugo he is. I mean Uraraka does, and she’s known him for less than a day.

-Izuku being inspiring without realizing it give me life. Also, the fact that his notebooks don’t just contains quirk analyses but also battle strategies and that it’s implies that he memorized it (as well as Bakugo fighting style) is once again a great show of how smart he is

-Izuku starting to reclaim the name ‘Deku’ as his is so great, also Uraraka realizing that he’s quoting her on the new meaning of that insult must have made her so happy

Episode 7 (outside of the battle trial)

-Baby Midoriya and baby Bakugo are still so cute

-Bakugou already thought he was above everyone at 7 and that make me sad

-Izuku, baby, when someone treat you like Bakugo does to you have to stop idolizing them, it’s not healthy (at least he recognizes that Bakugo is on the wrong path)

-I’ll say it again, Izuku is extremely smart, he doesn’t have only his last notebook but at least the 3 before that one memorized, including which page contain the information. Has adapted his fighting style after seeing Aizawa act once and is able to analyses Bakugo fighting style and react to it on the fly.

-But he is also capable of strategizing outside of life and death situation on a longer term: he was able to predict his opponent most probable move and how to use it to end up in the best situation possible

-On a side note, can I say how I hate All Might qualifying Izuku analyses as a simple ‘fanboy knowledge’. This is clearly so much more, it’s something that he must have spent hours working on (reminder that it includes strategies for different kind of situation between other thing), so it really grates on my nerve)

-The fact that Bakugo was already spending all his time putting down Izuku before he was four and then gaining a god like complex at the first compliment he receive show that there was something wrong with him for and he should have been put in therapy to deal with it for a long time.

-I know this scene is serious as it affect their relationship from then on but the way he fell from that tree is so funny

-Yes you were fine ‘kacchan’ but you could have not been you egotistical idiot. Also, that face was called concern you dumbass

-Iida being excessive as always is hilarious but also it made Uraraka showed herself so it worked

-Kudo to the fabric Mama Inko used which mostly survived Bakugo full powered attack

-Iida running away with the weapon at the last second was pretty funny too.

-Alright I take back what I said about the fabric used for Izuku’s costume

-Also Fuck Bakugo.

-Did Uraraka really use a whole ass colon as baseball bat? What a queen!

Alright, that’s all for those two episode since I put a lot into my other post on the battle trial in itself (spoiler, there’s a lot of critc in it since I have a lot of problem with it.

SPOILERS WARNING FROM SEASON 4

Last episode S4

Shadowmoth, Ladybug and Chat Noir are in the basement where SM hides Emilie, he *somehow* (run out of ideas here) gets CN miraculous first, he detransforms and LB tries to protect Adrien taking all of the risks, but SM also gets her miraculous and yeets her to the other side of the room, Adrien runs up to her and realizes she's Marinette, but she's hurt and can't stand, Adrien gets really mad and it's ready to fight with or without Miraculous, but watches as SM detransforms, is his dad, in shock he only sees SM unify LB and CN miraculous and opens the thing where Emilie rests, Adrien falls on the ground and Marinette tries to see what's happening, both of them just see how SM is asking for his wish, revive his wife, the cost? A life, and he watches his son and the girl next to him, he thinks a while and chooses to sacrifice Marinette. Marinette knowing she's going to die says in a last but long breath "Me, Marinette Dupain-Cheng, renounce to being the guardian and I name Adrien Agreste as the new guardian" Adrien realizes what's going on and tries to hold onto Marinette's body as she stops breathing.

While in Marinette's bedroom, the Kwamis are confused as they see the box transforming, they know something is really wrong but they can't do anything, the are already being sucked back to the box.

Back to Adrien, he is in tears and hears that his dad is calling up to him and notices his mom with life again, suddenly everything hits again, his dad was hawkmoth all the time and his mom was always on the same house as him, dead, in the basement, the sacrifice to bring her back was Marinette, Ladybug, his best friend and the girl he loves more than anything in the world. His mom calls up to him, "Adrien? Why don't you come here? You didn't missed me?" Adrien is confused by his feelings, the only thing he wants to do is hug a living Marinette. "Adrien" his mom says again but with a warning voice. "Adrien come here, your mother is talking to you" says his dad now, he's no longer using the miraculous. Adrien doesn't want to leave Marinette, so Gabriel walks up to him and says to him in his ear "I brought your mother back Adrien, now we can be a happy family again". Adrien feels his mom hand on his shoulder "Let her go, son. With the peacock miraculous we can create another one! Someone way more perfect than her". Adrien holds back the tears while hugging Marinette's lifeless body and answers with his voice shaking "She was already perfect". Emilie and Gabriel shared a look. "Adrien, sweetie, we have four miraculous already, and now you are the guardian, we can do whatever we want, except one thing" Adrien looks at his mother with tears in his eyes and a confused look. "Bringing her back" Gabriel finishes.

Adrien is mad, he doesn't knows what to do. While in his thoughts Marinette's body gets removed from his arms and he gets lifted up, he can't move or answer to anything, he only sees his mom smiling to his dad and Marinette's body on the floor of the basement while they go up in the elevator. His dad was telling his mom everything in this last year, including the fact that he was Chat Noir, and when they get to the top Emilie says "Adrien, I really don't think you should go to school anymore, I think we should go and travel all together while Nathalie teaches you everything you need to know, also, how are we going to know you are not coming back to betray us and revive that baker's daughter girl if you are not on our watch?" Adrien can't process anything, so he just leaves to his bedroom.

He's so confused, he wanted his mom back, but he also wants Marinette, and his freedom, and his friends, he really need to leave, he can't be here while the love of his life just died, his mom is back and he is supposed to be happy, but he wasn't, he was angry, and sad. "Plagg, claws out" he calls. But nothing happens, he checks his right hand and remembers once again, his dad took Plagg, he can't even talk to him. Everything was back to what it was, him being locked out of everything, learning at home, doing what his parents wanted him to do. He doesn't wants that anymore. He remembered what Luka said to him, he doesn't wants a sad piano as his intern music, he really want to hear that happy melody that he has, and that happy melody was with Marinette.

He crawls up to his dad office, he notices that neither of his parents were around, he goes back to the elevator, once he's down there he can only think on one thing, bring back Marinette. He finds the ring and earrings on the floor, he doesn't remembers how he knew they where there, he grabs his ring and uses once again. Immediately after he puts the ring on his finger Plagg appears, he doesn't have time to process Adrien's face when he says once again "Plagg, Claws out". The first place he arrives was Marinette's balcony, he opens the trapdoor and enters to his bedroom, he sees as Alya enters to the room at the same time as him. Next to Alya was Trixx, both of them standing in shock when they saw him. "If you're here, you must know where the Miraculous box is. MarinMarinette trusted you more than anyone so I wouldn't be surprised if you knew. Where is it" Alya is not dumb, Trixx told her that the guardian changed, she got worried and that's why she went to Marinette's house. If Chat was there, and Ladybug wasn't with him, then something really bad happened. She just moves to where she kept the box and opens it, both of them see the new box, totally different from what it was. Chat carefully takes the box and opens it to grab a Miraculous. "What are you going to do with that?" Alya asks. "I'm going to give this to the only person that can fix this".

Next thing we know is that Alix was excited because she finally got the miraculous, but she was way more mad than excited, she needed to know everything to know what things to avoid in the past, so Chat told her everything, and everything was more than enough to make her furious. Alya went with Chat as Rena Rouge, and was trying to hold the tears as Chat told them everything, she just wanted to go and kick Gabriel's ass, but that wouldn't bring her friend back. She needed to trust Alix.

So... that's all I got in a bad wattpad fanfic mode. But I didn't meant to write it that way.

The rest goes like Alix travels back to the past and tells Marinette a lot of thing that happens, ignoring identities, so that way she can come with a plan that avoids SM getting the Miraculous, she does and tells the plan and the story to Chat, and everything goes with the plan but before getting back the Peackock and the Butterfly Miraculous, Gabriel scapes because had a second plan in case he failed, he believed that this was the time to say "or I bring Emilie back, or not, but Ladybug won't win" and renounced to Nooroo and Duusu by giving them to a successor -wich we don't know who it is-. In the mean time, they find out they were in the Agreste's mansion and Emilie's body, and Chat says "mom?" And there we go, identity reveal anyways.

But I can't find the right way to write that. AND I REALLY WANT TO ADD LUKA TO ALL OF THIS BUT IDK

"Someone got lucky" Natalie said when Barry entered his apartment, she was helping Nick with his lines for an audition and since the first pictures of his relationship with Y/N had emerged she always find an excuse to be near him and ask a million annoying questions "Although is kind of tacky to come to home with the same clothes from yesterday"

"No comment" That usually make her keep her distance but since he took forever to pour himself a coffee she followed him to the kitchen.

"So we were watching the nominations this morning, anything interesting to talk about it?" Somehow even when his job consisted in sell the lie he didn't felt comfortable talking about Y/N with his friends, and specially not that morning. He gave her a deadly glare and just walk inside his room.

Barry left the untouched coffee on his desk and collapsed on his bed, he wasn't tired, and the ideas revolving in his mind would keep him up for long enough.

They have watch several romantic comedies with wine and popcorn and then when they were discussing how impractical and unrealistic they were she apologized to him for the permanent damage that the article would cause in his attempts to get back to Sally, it wasn't strange since they have come to know about each other's past over the weeks, the strange part was that he was not actually concern about it. Sally had become a simple friend and he was sure even had to talk to him more often since Y/N came into his life, but he didn't had romantic feelings towards her anymore.

However the sudden realization that those feelings were gone because of the woman that was curled next to him, screaming at Cameron Diaz to run away from her idiot fiance; made him feel uneasy, he would have prefer to leave, but she was obviously anxious about the nominations the next morning so he agreed to take the couch, but she since she couldn't sleep they open another bottle of wine and start asking questions about each other.

He got to learn that the B&H menthol were her favorite cigarettes, but she was trying to quit and she actually only have one or two every couple weeks when she was to nervous, and he make himself a mental note to buy a package just in case. He told her about his favorite music, and a thing or two about her days in Afganistan, she told her how her mom was dying and her money was not to save her just to help her live her last days in least pain.

She asked about the most terrible thing he ever did and when he couldn't answer she went first.

"Do you want to know the real reason I broke up with Richard?" She said suddenly completely serious.

"You don't have to do that Y/N..."

"I want to, I feel like you have this weight on you and that you think of yourself as a monster, so do I. I may not be the trash human everyone think I am but that doesn't excuse what I have done. I have always hhave friends many friends men and women, and I even like some of them, that doesn't mean I sleep with them but for Richard every men I even talked to was someone I was fucking behind his back" She took one large drink of wine, it was clearly a painful memory "The thing I actually loved him, and I actually saw myself sharing my life with him, he was my agent back then and I could look over her rudeness most of the time... but then I got pregnant" She gave him a sad smile and he could see where the story was going so he remained silent even when he wanted to hold her. "He obviously didn't believe it could be his, and ask me to take care of it, or my life and my career and my mother treatment would be over so I did it. And don't get me wrong I know now that it was the right choice, believing I could have a family with that pig is ridiculous, but it wasn't my choice at the time and I don't know after that I just had to run away from him, I actually sleep with my costar, that's number 3 and use the scandal to break things with Richard, and now I'm here"

He hold her close to him and not thinking he started telling her about Korengal, about Moss and about Mayrbeck, she was comfortable to hold on to, she simply nodded and asked an occasional question about the time those things happened but she didn't judge him, and he eventually closed his own eyes and pretend for a moment that she was not paying him, that there was actually one human being who would love him not only despite his past, but also because of it. Someone who would feel safe enough with him, that she could sleep like that. He wanted to tell her that Sally was nice but she would never accept his truth, and she was like a getaway car, she had been the illusion to be Barry Block and leaving all behind, but her... Y/N came looking for Barry Berkman and she wasn't scared of him, but he also couldn't say it because he knew once things were over she would go back to his life and his little bubble will pop.

And that day was closer than ever, she was nominated as Outstanding supporting actress in a limited series or TV movie, and as she had said she had absolutely no chance to win because Maverick wouldn't let her, but the amount of opportunities that would come after if she get nominated would be enough to find a new agent, and walk away from that life, so she had been waiting to hear her name for months and now that it was finally there the look on her face was enough to turn down all of his precautions and he simply kiss her.

He take her by the neck in the middle of her excitement and simply put his lips onto hers and kiss her like she was the only thing he needed to survive, and he was only recovering his common sense when Y/N hold him tighter and kissed him back with the same intensity, he was happy beyond comprehension but reality find its way to his mind and eventually he let go. Y/N opened her mouth to say something but her phone start ringing with congratulations from her friends and that allowed them to have a minute to settle down.

"Don't worry about the suit, they are probably going to offer you one" She said to him finally after answering the phone the third time.

"Yeah sure, I am so happy for you. Congratulations" He was being honest, but he needed to acknowledge the kiss somehow "I'm so sorry I shouldn't..." for some reason apologizing for something he was not sorry for is what he did.

"Please don't apologize, it was nice, is being a long time since someone kissed me like that, say it was the heat of the moment, or that you simply felt like it, but don't be sorry about it because I'm not" The look she gave him, that's when he knew he was doomed, she wanted him, for how long? who could tell, but he was much of a coward to find out, so he make up an excuse and didn't even touch her when he said goodbye, and just walked away.

Fortunately the next weeks past in a blur, a couple days later their Variety interview was the subject of an angry call from Sally for not telling her, and endless banter and teasing from his classmates wich lead to shaming him into bet on her in Jermaine Emmy's pool.

He had tell the story of how they met more times than he could remember, and there was little to no time to be alone with her, other than the choreographed PDA they had agreed beforehand, and she even had to leave for two weeks to New York for another set of endless interviews, on wich she made sure to get his name out at least once, he watched them and pretend that he was the actual loving boyfriend waiting for her return even when his mind kept reminding him he was not.

He had told her everything and she didn't judge him, and his heart was holding the hope that maybe, just maybe in the end she could be a friend since he felt undeserving of something else, and by the time he was at her place waiting for her to go to the ceremony he had already promised himself he would be there for her no matter what.

The award ceremony was magic in itself, walking next to her on the red carpet and watching her like the star she was in the elegant black gown she had chosen was more than enough for him, but there were also a lot of famous people who surprisingly treated him as if he belonged, and in the middle of that crowd he could finally found a moment of intimacy with her on the way she nervously hold his hand whenever Richard looked their way and when he got upstaged to introduce the Award Y/N was nominated in, he was attractive and charismatic but the smug on the bastard face when he read her name on the nominations and then when he finally said the winner (Zoe Saldana or someone like that) were enough to make his blood boil and mentally mark a bullet with his name on it.

"I just lose 300 grand" He whispered in your ear and you could smell a hint of perfume, it was perfect.

"Well next time bet against me, and listen to me when I talk" you fixed his bow tie as an excuse to touch him, he looked unrealistically hot, the tux the hair, even the incipient beard that had started to grow look fantastic on him. "I hate after parties, but Adrian says we should make an appearance and then we can get out of there"

He nodded and you could feel him trembling under your hands, he had been weird since the kiss and you can understand why, but you wanted to reassure him that you didn't give a fuck about his past, that Block or Berkman or whatever you only cared for Barry, that there was something in him that make you feel happy, that he calling out your bullshit was something you needed and that that kiss was the single most happy moment you ever had.

They drove you to the after party and you allowed the crowd to separate you from him while you mapped out in your mind how to talk to him on the way home, and then you felt it, the stench of bourbon and cigars, and a big hand pulling from her arm with strength, you paralyzed for a moment and the promise you had made yourself to kick his nuts the way Barry teach you fly away when he got in the middle of your conversation with a Mexican Director famous for not giving a crap about Hollywood who had a project on Netflix.

"Oh please don't let this man drag you tho those movies actual cinema is here in Hollywood, not paying monthly to watch on your leaving room" He smiled like a hyena and you desperately try to avoid him, but pull you closer and Alfonso simply gave you his card discreetly and walked away. "Quite the spectacle you have put on with the little soldier" he said letting go of your arm, but still blocking your way with his body. "Too bad is about to be over."

"Oh I was not aware you have a saying in when or for how long I am with someone" you spat at him desperately looking for someone to come closer so you could make an escape, but your heart broke when you saw Barry talking happily with whom you assume was his Sally Reed, and you felt alone and defeated and he must have seen that in your eyes because his poisonous tongue kept talking.

"He is good looking I give you that" he said looking in his direction and then back at you holding your chin and you fight with all your strength to not cry right there "But he is just a looser from Ohio, who was caught in the middle of all this glamour" he made a round movement with his hand and then pointed at you "And you are a drinking, smoking whore, you are not going to be the respectable wife of a soldier and retire to live in the suburban house with the white fence. Wake up from your dream Y/N, you need to be with a men who knows how to treat you and how to please you" His hand was on your waist and you felt disgusted by his touch and you cursed yourself for not screaming then and there to fuck off "Tell me little one, does your soldier know how to make you scream? Or does he bore you to death in bed" He was drunk it was obvious and you could feel his breath approaching you and could anticipate his movement, he was going to kiss you.

"Well I haven't recieved complaints" Barry's voice take you out of your trance state and you move away from Richard, he had put his hand on his shoulder and was pressing him steadily in his place, he was way taller and Richard almost look funny next to him "But we hardly ever make it to the bed do we babe?" He possessively take you by the waist and pull you away from him straight to his lips and kissed you voraciously, something that people around you actually notice because you could hear a couple of whistles.

"Are you okay?" He whispered quiet enough so only you could hear and you nodded yes "Such a pleasure to meet you finally, Barry Berkman" He offered his hand and Richard took it trying to put out his charm again.

"The famous Barry, so you are the man taking away our beautiful Y/N to make her a decent woman" He teased you again. You were no longer shaking and Barry's presence gave you courage.

"I think is the other way around" You search inside his jacket for a pack of cigarettes you saw him put there earlier an took one to your mouth "I'm trying to make this beautiful man and indecent creature" Barry quickly offered you fire and then he looked to Richard who was obviously angry at him.

"And you are succeeding honey, anyway I'm going to have to take her away for good, bye Richard" He didn't give him a chance to respond and you were already walking towards Sally, she was there as the plus one of her costar in Richard's movie and she was a lovely person, who only wanted to reassure you she and Barry were done, offered you her friendship and asking for acting advice.

"You want to get out of here?" You said once you have talked to almost everyone but this time Barry make sure to not leave your side in case Maverick come close again.

You walked outside and the car was waiting for you, and different from other times he didn't let your hand go once you were inside, instead he put his arm around you and hold you closer to him.

"I'm so sorry, I paralyzed, I was freaking out and I didn't pushing away, I feel so ashamed" you started speaking against his chest with tears finally coming from your eyes.

"Hey there, it's okay" He patted your back and kissed the top of your head, his voice was calming like a balm taking away the pain "That guy is a jerk, at least he is getting the point now, you were right. What kind of asswhole needs to see a woman with another man in order to understand she doesn't want him?"

"We hardly make it to the bed?" You said smiling "I liked that one, the look on his face"

"I couldn't think anything else, was it too much?" He clearly was nervous about kissing you but this time you were not letting him go so easily.

"Maybe, would you consider this too much?" You pull his face down to kiss him but he didn't move, he kissed you back, not as theatrical as before and his lips felt soft on yours and you could feel his hand on your neck holding you close to him and the other caressing your hair, it felt like pure electricity and little by little he started pushing his tongue inside of yours, and you were surprised by the dominant way he kissed you and the tender way he was holding you.

You were interrupted once the driver announced you were home and once you were inside you could see him burying his hands in his pockets like he didn't know what to do with them.

"We shouldn't" He said finally but his eyes meant something else "I mean I'm still working for you"

"And you say you were no prostitute" you smile at him, using him as support so you could take off your heels and tossed them somewhere in the living room "Are you coming or not?" You take his hand and point to the staircase with your head.

"Yes ma'am" he answered with a grin a followed you upstairs leaving tender kisses in your bare shoulders.

Barry wake up with her naked body still wrapped around him, her dress that had been almost impossible to take off was in the floor in some corner and he went to put on his boxers so he could get downstairs, it was 7:00 am and he wanted to make her breakfast, even if he couldn't figure out his way in the kitchen, but he chose to take a leak first.

He was walking out of the bathroom, with the memories of the previous night burning in the back of his head and then he listened it, the familiar sound of a gun going off and he panicked, because it wasn't in his hands, and then a stinging pain in his shoulder, an actual relief because whoever was shooting didn't knew what their were doing, he collapsed on his back next to de bed and hit his head making all blurry but he was listening.

The noise wake Y/N and Barry could hear her scream when she saw him bleeding, and his mind was only thinking in fighting back, then the lights turned on and he could see her, the figure shaking at the door holding the gun.

"Why? Why did you had to choose him?" Adrian's voice had a high pitch on it "I was the one supposed to comfort you, and to hold your hand last night Y/N!!!" She shot at her but thankfully she was terrible and she missed, barry didn't move waiting for a moment to reach for one of the guns he had hide in her room months ago, begging to not bleed out before he could.

"Leave that alone for once" Maverick voice said from the door "And you get dress" He tossed a night gown to Y/N that was covering herself with a bedsheet, he hit Adrian on the face making her fall to the ground and took the gun away from her hands.

"What the fuck Richard?" Y/N scream at him, and she put on the gown "What the fuck are you doing in my house" She attempt to run towards Barry but he stopped her.

"Oh I wouldn't do that sugar" He sounded drunk or something else, but he had enough coordination to hold the gun better than Adrian that now was a crying mess in a corner. "Sit here and don't move" He forced her to sit on the bed and went to were Barry was trying o stand with a hand holding on the bed. "Come on soldier sit with your whore"

"Adrian why did you do this?" Y/N was talking to the young girl, but she couldn't even look at them she was curled in the floor sobbing and holding herself. "I cared for you, you were like my sister, I loved you"

"Oh, did you hear that?" Richard laughed and went to pick Adrian by the hair and forced her to look at Y/N "A sister, but that's not what you wanted right? You'll see Y/N this lady here found something interesting about your prince charming here, and out of her so called love for you she came to me to help her solve your problem, tell me sweetheart have this man told you why did he came home from the war? He is a fucking murderer." His words sound poisonous and Y/N look shocked, but Barry new it was more about how he got that information than the actual fact that Barry had killed someone.

"What do you want Richard?" She said and her voice was soft, she even move apart from Barry in what he hoped was pretend disgust "What are you talking about?"

"This guy you chose killed an innocent man and walked away with it, and your lovely friend here was so worry about you that last night she was too drunk to shut up, so this morning she convinced me to came here and help her get you to safety, but oh no, we are too late" he started pacing around the room making an fake distressed face, and he ignored Barry for a moment "When I got here he had already snapped, he killed your friend..." He pointed the gun to Adrian's head an ignored Y/N pleas and simply killed her "And then I have trouble imagining what could have happened" He had a sadistic grin and took Y/N by the hair and force her to kiss him. "What do you think? He killed himself when he saw what he did?" He pointed his gun at Barry's head who was looking down with his hands behind his back "Or the coward shot you before he killed himself?" He caressed her face with the smoking gun and enjoyed the terror in her face "What is it going to be dear?" He said trying to force another kiss on her.

"Maybe think better asswhole" Barry said and out of nowhere he took the gun frrom his hand an shot him in the head under the scared face of Y/N and even when he was relieved he had saved her he could assume he had lost her forever.

The official version was that Richard was high on many different substances, he broke into your house and tried to kill you but Barry took that bullet and then when Adrian tried to calm him down he killed her and out of fear and his agitated mental state he end up blowing up his brains.

There was no reason to disbelief you, he had make a scene at the party the previous night when you left and the gun was registered, and in his house they found footage of your apartment entrance and some pictures taken from the front building as Barry had suspected.

After some harsh couple of months and a very well elaborated lie things were settled down and you even were about to start working on a new independent film.

Everything was perfect but you still missed him, you haven't been able to manage the initial shock and he interpreted as you being too disgusted by his lifestyle and he choose to go back to his anonymous life, to his acting class and being Barry Block, even when press won't leave him alone for days.

A year passed in a blur and you felt hurt that he didn't called you, and you were too proud to look for him, and suddenly one day, Sally walked in for a table read for the movie, and after it was over, and after impressing everyone there including you she timidly approach.

"Hi, I don't want to be awful, but do you remember meeting me?" She said and it take you by surprise the humility she showed.

"Sure you were Barry's friend right?" You said hiding the pain his name produced in your heart.

"Oh my god you remember that's so sweet of you, I just wanted to say how glad I am to work with you, you are such an inspiration" She seemed sincere but you wanted to run away from everything that could remained you of him "And I'm sorry it didn't work out for you guys, I mean he is still obviously in love with you, but he is such a non violent guy that I get why he walked away, but you are a fighter and I just wanted to say I respect you so much"

You smiled and change the subject, and praise her acting buying you enough time to process her words and a glimpse of hope start shining, maybe it was not all lost.

"I'm lady Macbeth, again" Natalie's voice was proud of herself, this was the third time they were doing the Shakespearean night but this time he hadn't get Macbeth like the previous year but Benedick in a scene from Much ado about nothing, a comedy since Gene thought he needed to experiment more with that genre, and he had cast Saha as Beatrice, but she didn't have the slightest interest since he had actually given her a second role as Helena in Midsummer.

By the time he was ready to come out in scene and declare his love for Beatrice the woman looking against him was clearly not Sasha but he could have known her figure in any place and so he went and started talking not sure of what to expect.

BENEDICK: I do love nothing in the world so well as you; is not that strange?

BEATRICE: As strange as the thing I know not. It were as possible for me to say I loved nothing so well as you: but believe me not; and yet I lie not;

I confess nothing, nor I deny nothing. I am sorry for my cousin.

BENEDICK: By my sword, Beatrice, thou lovest me.

BEATRICE: Do not swear, and eat it.

BENEDICK: I will swear by it that you love me; and I will make him eat it that says I love not you.

BEATRICE: Will you not eat your word?

BENEDICK: With no sauce that can be devised to it. I protest I love thee.

BEATRICE: Why, then, God forgive me!

BENEDICK: What offence, sweet Beatrice?

BEATRICE: You have stayed me in a happy hour: I was about to protest I loved you.

BENEDICK: And do it with all thy heart.

BEATRICE: I love you with so much of my heart that none is left to protest.

BENEDICK: Come, bid me do any thing for thee.

BEATRICE: Kill Claudio.

The last line resonated in his mind for a moment, but she turned to the audience to make a bow and so did he happy to receive the applause, and she went to take his hand on hers and take one more bow before leaving the stage to Natalie.

"What are you doing here?" He asked her once they were apart from everyone.

"Playing Beatrice, Gene is an old friend of mine, I'm surprised he didn't told you, he loves to name drop, I asked him if I could read for this, I do miss theater you know?" She said finding a chair to sit on, the costume looked beautiful on her.

"That's not what I meant" He started keeping his distance.

"You never called, I went to pick you from the hospital and you leave before I got there, you avoid my calls..." Y/N was holding her hands together nervously. "

"I didn't think I should be around you, and Richard was no longer a threat" he said giving in and sitting next to her. "I do my job and walk away, that's how it works".

"Don't call it a work you didn't get paid" She said hurt by his words and he regretted immediately "We both know it wasn't that anymore that night... Barry I would not give you the crappy speech of how much I love you, but I do, I love you, with all the shitty parts that come along with you, if anything I love you more about those, am sorry I freaked out at the moment but I was sure he was going to kill you, I wasn't scared for me nor of you, for you plenty"

He remained silent for a moment and then he finally stood up, and for a moment she thought he would walk away, but he didn't.

"Do you want to get coffee?" He asked simply.

"Will you hold the mug like a normal person?" She joked.

"I'll ask for a paper cup with no handle if it's better" he said extending his hand to her. "And for what is worth, I love you too"

She took his hand and walked with him into the night, but he couldn't feel the darkness anymore, and the future looked bright for once.

Can You Feel My Heart? [OS]

Well, I saw that some people published here some of their writting while they do so on other site (such as AO3 or ff.net) and I tought, “Why not?”, so there it is! 

For your information, I a not an English speaker, but a french one, and I’m not used in writing in a foreign language, so this stuff must have a LOT of mistakes within but I hope it won’t bother you during your reading!

So, this OS is a SongFic based on the song “Can You Fell My Heart” by Bring Me the Horizon, which takes place after the events of Secret of the Sun Drop,. It’s a Moon!Varian AU, an AU originally created by @ghosta-r.

So, basically, I own iterraly nothing, the characters belong to Disney, the lyrics to the singer and the AU to its original creator. You can found this OS on AO3 !^^

Oh, yeah, the lyrics will be in... Huh, I don’t have the english word but in french we say “Gras”, which can be translated by “fat”... Yeah, I jnow, but I don’t have the english font’s vocabulary so! x)  And the thoughts will be in italics! ^^

Rapunzel was running through the wood. The night could have been pitch black if it was not for the full moon that illuminated the sky.

Looking around her, she tried to find the prisoner who escaped earlier this day. The frightened boy with big blue eyes, her friend…

The Moondrop…

Varian.

When the cell blows up, it had taken every single occupant of the castle by surprise. No one had understood what just had happened.

No one, except for Rapunzel.

She had felt the magic flows through the walls of the castle. A magic far different from her own but also so complementary to it. She was the first to arrive at the cell that once held the very infamous alchemist. She saw the hole in the wall where Varian had escaped, but also all the black rocks that had appears all over the place. But unlike the one which threatened the Kingdom, these ones were still glowing in the dark, projecting on the walls a warm silver-blue light.

Yes, warm. Some could have said they find this color cold, just like it was for her until this moment, but Rapunzel, deep down in her heart, feel that these rocks weren't a danger for anyone. For years, her Father -the King, but also Quirin, Varian'father, feared the power of the Moon… She had feared the power of the Moondrop too.

But it appears that the say Moondrop was in reality just a lonely child just desperate to make his father proud.

Varian never wanted his father to be encased in amber.

Varian never wanted to hurt so many people.

Varian never wanted to become the monster he was during the event of Old Corona.

Varian only yearned for love and trust. In his pain, he transformed his guilt into anger toward her family because, in his mind, it was their fault, right? Because Rapunzel said that she'll always help him in his time of need. Because she broke this promise because her kingdom needed her help. Because she hadn't stop the gossip about how Varian had « attack » the princess…

Because she never tries to find him, to help him after the snowstorm.

She let him built a wall of anger and bitterness all around himself and turn his anger toward her family and her kingdom…

Because if the only person he could have blame at this moment was himself, she had the feeling that Varian would have surely let himself die in the snowstorm.

So, here she was, looking for Varian in the dark woods, trying to help him.

Because she couldn't let herself failed him a second time.

Still running, she didn't try to think where to go, she let herself feel the right path to follow.

After long minutes running in the wood, her feet lead her to the cliff where she discovered for the first time the black rocks. She saw a faint light.

A faint blue-silver light. Turning around the cliff, she saw several moon rocks glowing in the dark and surrounding protectively one lonely figure.

His head was in his arms. Those said arms were upon his knees that were pressed against his chest. She heard muffled cries coming from him and she felt her heartbreak at this sound.

« Varian…? »

She saw the alchemist's shoulder tense at the sound of his name as his head jerked up, showing a face ribbed with dry tears.

Rapunzel was surprised to see that his hair didn't have their natural brown color anymore. They were now as the same shade of blue as the rocks which were surrounding him. Her emerald eyes locked with his own. Their color had changed too. From the somber blue, they took this unnatural shade of silver-blue and she saw genuine fear in them.

« Rapunzel…?

Yes, i-it's me. I come to help you » she approached him slowly, one hand in front of her as if she was trying to tame a wild animal.

Can you hear the silence?

Can you see the dark?

Can you fix the broken?

Can you feel, can you feel my heart?

« Don't come any closer! »

The voice was harsh, cold and the young woman stop dead in her tracks.

« Varian… I-I know that I'm not the one you want to see right now. I know that you don't trust me anymore but please, listen to me… Let me help you… »

His icy blue eyes were as deadly as weapon and anger filled his voice when he talked.

« Help me? You want to… Help me…? It's too late now, Rapunzel, far too late… »

Can you help the hopeless? Well, I'm begging on my knees

« Tell me, why now ? » murmured Varian after a moment with a tired voice, « Why hadn't you do this before? Where were you when I really need you… ? »

If the blow struck hard in her consciousness, Rapunzel didn't show how shaken she was.

« It's… It's not too late Varian! If only I could mend all my mistakes, if only I could go back in time to prevent all of this from happening, I would ! I want to save you, Varian…

« You really think that you could… ? » he shook his head and chuckled hollowly, « Well, if you say so… Do you really think that you can save me now… ? That… » his voice broke and he didn't finish his sentence.

He took a shaky breath.

« Just… Look at me, Rapunzel… I am truly a monster now, don't you see it…? All this time, I could have controlled this rocks because… Because I bear the power of the Moondrop since the very beginning… ! But I didn't know it before, and now it's too late. People hate me, Rapunzel. They see me as the one who tries to kill the royal family and destroy the entire kingdom. And I know what is going to happen to me from now: a life of hunt and hiding, because of what I am… The Moondrop and a monster…»

Can you save my bastard soul?

Will you ache for me?

Rapunzel said nothing at this and, after taking a shaking breath, put one knee on the ground to be at eye-level with the alchemist.

« Varian I… I don't think that you are a monster… I don't think because you are the Moondrop that you are automatically one…»

He snorted.

« You say so, but you saw what I could have done back then at Old Corona… I hurt Eugene… »

I'm sorry brother

« I try to crush your mother and Cassandra… »

So sorry lover

« I am the reason why my father is now stuck forever in amber… Because of my experiences… »

Forgive me, father

« All my life, I only was a failure… I still am… Maybe that's why mom leaves me with dad all those years ago because I'm just a mistake… » at this words, Rapunzel saw a tear make its way down on Varian's cheek.

I love you mother

« When I didn't know about my power, I nearly became truly a monster. Now, with all that happened these few last hours, how can you say that I am not already one? I have the power to destroy all the kingdom like I could have all those months ago. But don't want to, I'm just tired to be good, to trying to please people or to make my father proud. I just want to… » he closed his eyes, « I don't know anymore… »

He chuckled a little

« I suppose its fate wich strike back for all bad deeds I did before… After all, I failed everyone in my madness… My father… Old Corona… All the kingdom… All my friends, but most of all… »

His teary blue-ice eyes locked with the princess's ones.

« I failed you… »

Can you hear the silence?

Can you see the dark?

Can you fix the broken?

Rapunzel fought back the tears that threaten to flow out of her eyes at this words. The moon rocks all around them were still glowing with the power of the Moondrop but Rapunzel could feel the atmosphere fill with something else.

Pain, and grief, and sorrow.

All those feelings, Rapunzel could sense them. Her Sundrop power was resonating with those of the Moondrop. In a way, she was connected with Varian.

And maybe she always was.

Maybe it's because of this fact that the young alchemist reacted so violently when she refused to help him the day he lost his father.

Suddenly, a thought came in her mind, a simple question. Maybe she souldn't have heard it but it was not really important at this moment.

« Can you feel my heart? »

The thought had a voice that sounded exactly like Varian. It was at this moment that she saw that her own hair began to glow too as if her power were responding to Varian's. With a small, sad smile, she cupped the alchemist's cheek with one hand and said

« Yes… I can feel it, Varian… I can feel your heart... »

It was as if she had pulled a lever. One second he was in front of her, looking straight into her eyes with a confused look. Then she saw relief and guilt in his blue-silver orbs and before she could really understand what was happening, she had an armful of a sobbing Varian. The young alchemist clung to the princess as if she was his lifeline and he was apologizing again, and again, and again against her shoulder.

Rapunzel put her chin upon his head and, with one hand, drew circles on his back, as the other held him against her chest, trying to soothe the emotional mess that Varian was at this moment.

And, surrounded by the warm glowing blue-silver light of the rocks and her own gleaming golden hair, as their power was connected together, Rapunzel could hear all the insecurities that lied for several months, if not years, in the bottom of Varian's heart.

She broke her promises to the young alchemist once, and it leads to horribles consequences. This day, she promised herself that she will never fail the younger ever again.

And to seal this promise, she answered silently to every Varian's fears.

« I'm scared to get close and I hate being alone.

I promise you that until my last breath, you'll never be alone. I will be here to help you, to support you. Eugene, Cassandra, my family, all the kingdom, I'm going to change their mind about you. I won't turn my back on you ever again. I promise you'll be able to trust other people.

I long for that feeling to not feel at all.

I promise you that you would never yearn for feeling nothing anymore. I promise you that you'll be free to feel all the feelings you want to feel. I promise that you could feel love and trust for someone and get this feeling back.

The higher I get, the lower I'll sink.

I don't think so. I think that now, now you had the feeling that you reach the bottom, you can just climb all the way back. I promise you that you'll be able to fly.

I can't drown my demons, they know how to swim…

Everybody has demons within their soul. I have my own and I know they'll never leave me alone. But I promise you that wouldn't have to fear them anymore. »

Finally, Varian's sob calmed down a little and he broke little out of Rapunzel embrace to look into her eyes.

As their powers shine through the woods, her blond hair and his blue-silver one glowing and enveloping them in a soft blanket of light, she could see in his eyes that he heard every single of the promises she had made to respond to all of his fears.

« But… But how…? »

How can I trust you after you betray me…? How can you trust me when I was ready to destroy all your family and kingdom?

Rapunzel smiled sadly.

« I… Don't know… I broke your trust once in the past and I can understand that you don't want to trust me again. And I know that I should feel betray too for all of your deeds but… » she put one of her hand against his chest, « But maybe… Maybe your heart can tell you the answer… » when she saw the puzzled look on his face, she said « My heart tells me that I have to trust you. We are connected, our powers complement each other. I know that I can't solve the mysteries of the black rocks without your help. Because you are an alchemist, but also because you are just like me… »

It was Varian who finished her sentence.

« Because we are just two lonely droops… »

They smiled at each other, their glowing hair floating all around them. She put her forehead against Varian's and laced her fingers with him. They close their eyes in unison as if they were one person and found comfort in each other presence.

The Sundrop and the Moondrop. Just like two separated twins, they have been reunited once again.

They were a family again.

And even if new dangers lie ahead, even if darkness threatening to destroy everything they clung to, they knew that from now on and until the end of time, they had each other.

They will break the mysteries of the black rocks, the secret of the power of the sun and the moon. They will free Varian's father from the amber and save the kingdom…

Together.

Because they were the Sundrop and the Moondrop.

Because they were brother and sister.

MY LIFE STORYFirst I was born a preemie baby and since I was born early I have Cerebral palsy and trimmers. Trimmers means I’m always shaking and my Cerebral palsy means my Learning is slower than others bla bla blaAnyways I grew up with my mom and dad one week my mom the other with my dad. My dad was very abusive he would lock me in closets for hours so he could bring girls home to have sex with and yea we don’t need to go to in to that. My dad would never feed me or my brother so I would have to eat butter and frozen hot dogs 🌭 Blah blah that went on for a few years I can’t go in to everything because of legal reasons. But a few years latter my mom found out what was happing and I was no longer aloud to see my dad so yea I kinda had a normal life I had friends and i was a kid who stayed to him self I had one friend Molly she was like my best friend we did everything we were the two emo kids no one liked. But later on in our friendship I was a ass hole I was at school and she came up to me crying saying she was upset and she didn’t want to be alive and I was with other people at the time and I told her I didn’t care if she was upset wich was a ass hole dick thing to do she she left balling her eyes out and I sat there like think what the hell is wrong with me so after school I went to her house to apologize cuz she literally said she wanted to die and I said I didn’t care hmmmmm. Well I got to her house her mom open the door and told me Molly was upstairs upset so I ran up there and walked in her room and she OD and was dead in her room… she left a not on the floor say I could of stopped her and didn’t and that it’s my fault..So yea I already had depression but that really fucked me up after that my depression was so bad and when I got to school my grades got bad I got joked and had to be homeschooled the after I was homeschooled things cooled down my depression was bad while I was homeschooled I got tested to see what’s wrong with me. I would say what I have wrong with me but I don’t want ppl to judge me so if your still reading this and want to no I’ll send you what’s wrong with me but back to the story After being homeschooled for a bit I met this guy Tyler OMG he was my best friend like he was one of the toughest mofo out there but yea he was coowl but he also anyways he hit me up one day said he was upset so I went to his house and he open the door crying and I was like bro what’s going on he told me his mom and dad found out he cut. And then they told him they were getting a Divorce and he was so fucking upset cuz he was blaming himself so he was crying and then his mom walked in yelling at me for coming over with out asking so I told Tyler to go up to his room and I told his mom that I was sorry and that I will just talk to him for a few and I’ll go So she said okI ran up to his room cuz I no he was not doing good When I got to his door it was locked and I told him to open the door I screamed TYLER OPEN THE FUCKED DOOR and he still didn’t I had so many thoughts going through my mind because I know what it’s like to be suicidal and unlock door. I ran to get his mom she got lock pick and open the door and when we open the door he looked at us and said sorry and shot him self.. after that day I had ppl tell other ppl that I told Tyler to kill him self so I had to go to court for two years I got made fun of a lot are used to get called a murderer…

Those are the big things that have happened Update to where I’m at now I still as depressed as I was 10 years ago I’m still blame my self for my friends deaths I have three jobs and I have two ppl I can call my friends oh and I’m also single afBut yea that’s my story have fun reading. author’s note: It’s my first story and honestly I don’t know why I choosed to post this one. Maybe because of the simple feeling it gives -at least I thought so. I sincerely hope it will give you this feeling and you will enjoy it while reading it. I deeply apologize if there’s any mistakes. 

It wasn’t in your habit. Actually to say the thruth you hated this, your reserved attitude and nature never understood how could this happen. And you always looked intrigued and curious at people who casually managed to do it -nevertheless you were a little bit envious. But here you were now contradicting yourself. You would lie if you say that you didn’t felt your eyelids getting heavier and your attention evaporing itself slowly from your irregular handwriting. But in your defense you could accuse the dim light and religious silence which characterized the library you were studying in. So to say the least this is how you quietly, you, for the first time in your whole life fell asleep in a public space.

It was nearly natural when you spread yourself on the wooden desk, without even worrying of one possible danger in the uge and unfamilliar room. But you also knew you were deserving and needed this little amount of rest, the approaching exams made you constently overstrain yourself for the past two weeks.

But you were surprised when you faced the librarian that kindly decided to wake you up with a light tap on your left shoulder. You seemed to hear her vaguely muttering that she was about to close the area down but you weren't even sure since you were still dazed. But still you managed to realise that you failed  at resolving your exercise. It've been a pure waste of time.

Seeing that she was still standing next to you, you met once again her eyes, you recognized this time an ounce of malice in her pupils. At your raised eyebrows the benevolant woman indicated the corner of her mouth and you understood immediatly : you drooled. You felt the heat urgently reach your cheeks as you rushed to clean the sticky liquid and that's when you realised something, your movement seemed to be restricted and heavy. 

On your shoulders was carefully set a blue jean jacket. You were about to ask the young lady if the item belonged to her but you noticed it would have been way to big for her frail figure. On top of that the style and the cut seemed pretty masculine to you. So you hurried and finally got up, putting the clothing properly and shoving your -surprinsingly- already packed belongings in your bag. While heading to the exit you excused yourself timidly before thanking her.

Once you were out of the building you couldn't help to feel grateful to have the rugged fabric around your body since the weather has become cooler. The vest was comfortable too and most importanlty smelled quite good. it was weird to describe but it was a mix of something sugary but at the same time it owned a note of masculanity to avoid any childish comparisons. It was something soothing and you apreciated it. You didn't stay any much longer and started to walk to your appartment since it was starting to get late. It hasn't been long since you moved to the city on your own due to your studies, you didn't have much choices. Your parents both realised the distance would have been too problematic to handle for you if you had to stay in your hometown. But you quickly adapted so you were not complaining, you now loved your cosy « chez-toi » eventhough it was still a little empty, it was welcoming.

When you arrived back home, you quickly forgot the last events, and made yourself some noodles before taking a quick shower, you had to gain time if you wanted to go back on your maths problem and hopefully resolve it.

But you were forced to recall the library incident when you opened your silver block note.  A sheet had been slided inside it. It was a sheet that did not belong to you, and where the writing did not belong to you. A sheet were strangely the said difficult exercise was perfectly solved. The letters were perfectly written and the explanations clear as ever, you read them amazed mouth nearly agape. You were in fact really good in this subject, one of the first among your classmates to be exact, so it was natural if you were impressed.

It was easy to conclude that the person who gave you the jacket was the same one who solved the problem. But for what purposes ? Of course you were thankful because it means that you could sleep earlier but you couldn't help to feel a bit guilty since you didn't get the chance to say it directly to the helpful stranger. You looked one last time the blue attire hung to your front door before heading to your bed serene for the first time this week.

You quickly forgot everything once again when you started passing the exams, since the stress accumulated in your mind seemed to be the only think you could possibly thought of. Your planning simply consisted of going and coming back either from the university or the library and occasionally from your job when you friend really needed your help at the shop. You didn't even dared  to go out to get some fresh air for the time being, 'cause you felt like every seconds was worth it. So when the last test came, you finally left the exam room nearly running. You didn't cared about the results, you were free and it was all that mattered, you were not going to leave your bed for hours, at least you thought so.

Apparently not everyone seemed to agree with your « restorative-sleep-session » since only one hour of nap after you were disturbed by your phone. You planned to ignore it of course, but the buzzing became more and more persistent so you had no choice to check at least who was the contact. It was your friend, the one who held the shop. You were pondering about picking up this call but then thought about all the times she truly helped you and finally decided to do it still frustrated with the current situation. Once you did an even more frustrated voice screaming your name reached your ears pulling you now completely from your sleepy state.

«Where the hell are you ? » she started, you were planning to scold her sudden rudeness when you realized your mistake, “You know that you were supposed to held the shop since one hour already right? My mom will kill me if I-”.

You stopped listening to her, all you could do was hearing  her now panicked tone over the phone and deal with your own panick. You muttered curses against your carelessness before assuring her that you'll be right there in few minutes.The amount of time you took to get ready was a total record. Throwing some water here and there on your face, some quick comb strokes to tame the nest, taking the first clothe on your chair -wich consisted of a simple, straight cut little black dress- was all you could do before heading to the front door. “When you have nothing to wear, a little black dress is always the solution, they said” you still managed to think before grabbing the first outerwear and leaving your flat running. You could be there in ten minutes if you were fast enough you smiled proud of yourself.

In fact you friend run her uncle's shop since the poor man fell sick, it was supposed to be temporary, but she immediately offered you to work with her from time to time so you could make some money and also help her out if she needed it. Of course you accepted right away, the shop itself was a simple convenience store, nothing impressive, but still it was quite frequented and appreciated, especially for their fresh products.

At your arrival your friend awaited you ,bag and car keys, in hand in front of the shop with a deadly glare that you tried to ignore. You muttered a quick sorry with your best puppy look, before entering the shop and heading to the cashier, she opened the door to pass you one last loving message: “ I will kick your ass when I come back,”she yelled “'cause I'm way to late now.” and disappeared running toward the parking lot.

After her leaves and in the lull of the shop you finally realized that you took the library’s stranger's jacket by note, it was obviously fitting you to big and surprisingly still smelled good. You stared at the fixed clock on the wall, it displayed 08:45 pm, you were supposed to be there since 7 pm and now one hour and thirty minutes of work awaited you exactly.

You were starting to wonder what was your utility since curiously not a single customer passed through the enter until the start of your shift and this of course wasn't helping at keeping you awake. Your head was held between the two palms of your hands, and yourself were against the metallic counter when suddenly you heard the glass door being pushed, this of course bring you back to reality. You tried to react fast when your eyes landed on the new incomer and politely greeted him.

It was a young man. The first thing that struck you wasn't his face because the black cap that was fixed on his brown locks prevented you from having a great look at it. But it was his completely proportionate stature. He was tall for sure and well balanced, this bring to him a certain elegance when he was walking, you couldn't help yourself to watch his long toned legs when they moved themselves, he was reminding you of some kind of wild feline. He finally arrived at the counter and you finally managed to catch a glimpse at his facial features. You told yourself that he had one of those masculine and pleasing appearance to admire, with deep eyes and soft plump lips. But when he gave you a small smile ,you found yourself thinking instantly otherwise, two deep dimples were engraved on his cheeks, because now his face seemed so innocent and childlike. And you nearly have to held yourself back and not pinch them and comment how cute he was looking at this moment.

The boy followed his way in the shelves as if he knew exactly what he was looking for and where to find it. Which was weird, since you were sure that he wasn't a regular costumer, to say the least you never saw his face at the store.

Soon enough he disappeared from your sight and a long awaited sigh left your mouth. You finally understood what friend meant when she talked about those handsome-boys-you-will-never-meet-again and you smiled at your own stupidity. He reappeared very quickly one article in his hand and was now heading straight to you with his distinct walk. It was unwillingly that you directed yourself automatically to the cashier. Once he reached to it, he deposed a scented peach candle on the cold counter, you had to supress you surprise at the unusual purchase for his gender and simply scanned the item without any comment. It was hard to believe that a guy like him would specifically come to this convenience store just for a candle. But you were certainly not going to complain about it for obvious visual reasons. You told him the amount he had to pay without daring to meet his gaze, because you were still a little bit intimidated but you were already regretting it. However instead of seeing him getting ready to give you the expected money, you heard his low and composed voice for the first time

“Nice jacket.”

There wasn't any flirtatious tone in this two single spoken words and this what actually made you look up at him to meet his eyes for the second time. The sweet and malicious smile that was on his pinkish lips and the light in his pupils made you understood that there was something more hidden between these two words. The handsome boy first witnessed your eyebrows creasing and then suddenly he saw your face illuminating itself, he finally reached for his wallet breaking your eye contact.

It was him. The stranger from the library was standing right in front of you, you were sure about it, but you couldn't bring yourself to say anything relevant at all, you proceeded to have confirmation from him first.

”Are you...perhaps the guy from the library?” the words shyly left your lips. He seemed proud of himself when he handed you the money and sank his gaze in yours once more.

”Yep.” he answered popping the last letter.

A bunch of questions started to come in your mind at his confirmation: Why has he done this? How did he managed to resolve the exercise? Was he majoring in the same university as you?...But you could only thank him sincerely while giving him the receipt, you were actually a little bit embarassed.

”Hum perhaps...would you like your jacket back?” you dared to ask again under his penetrating gaze he was not moving and for some reasons you didn't know what to do or where to hide.

And for the first time you saw him frown and being as confused as you were by your question.

« No. Keep the jacket, it looks good on you. » he stated naturally before inhaling loudly « But I do want something, and it's a date with you. » he ended his sentence rather confident even though you could see in this intense gaze that for some reasons he was unsure.

You were speechless and taken aback by his words but genuinely happy when you realized the meaning of his words. And of course you hardly managed to keep a composed face especially when you face burned this much.

“Well...I guess-”

“Anyway you owe me this at least, right miss?” he smiled cutting you happy with your answer and gaining back his assurance. Grabbing his scented candle he started to head outside backward to maintain the eye contact.

“Tomorrow, 3 pm, in front of the library, good for you?”

You nodded a bit to vigorously to your liking and you saw once more his profound dimples. He looked at you one last time before proceeding to leave completely.

“It's such a shame though, it would have been helpful if I had a tissue back then...” he pointed with his thumb the corner of his mouth a mischievous smirk appearing on it.

You furrowed your eyebrows not understanding right away, he chuckled lightly at your lost expression and just like that, he left.

It then struck you. You found yourself inhaling loudly.

You were always in kind of the neutral side for everything even when it comes to becoming a hero you mostly decided to try because of Izuku and you actually made it to UA even tho you were in a different class than both of them and that made you sad so you made them promise that at least once a week the three of you had to be together at lunch and guess what, this was the day.

You waited patiently for both of them to come, it took more than usual but you realized what it was just at first glance they were exhausted. You guessed that their teacher probably made them overwork or something like that, you didn’t really know

Izuku would normally sit at a reasonable distance while Katsuki would just stay in the position he just landed his butt like, but this time maybe because they were tired or because you said there was food for both of them they both sat close to you but of course you didn’t mind they were your friends after all.

“I helped my mom to make this food because I heard you and Kacchan didn’t had a fight in a week and that makes me really proud!”

Before you could do anything else you feel something on you shoulder and you quickly realize it’s Izuku who just passed out on you and all you could think was “so cute!”

“What an idiot Deku, too weak to even stay awake I should fucking kick your ass”

You stated the obvious as you watched him slowly fall into your lap, realizing that you took away the food so he just wouldn’t fall face first over it

You said with a smile as the people around you started to look at the three of you confused and surprised, someone that you knew was on the same class as Izuku and Katsuki walked close to you almost asking what was happening but without saying anything and you just responded with a finger in front of your mouth and a “shhh”

This wasn’t embarrassing at all this just made you feel like the times when the three of you were just kids, you looked at both of them and realized how long you have been friends and how much they meant to you, enough to stay still so they wouldn’t wake up.

He then gave me five days to produce my photo and counterpart driving lisence and car insurance documents at the local police station or I would be arrested for failing to produce documents on demand.
