how i think different hq couples get engaged

kageyama and hinata are dating and living together for over a decade before they get engaged. there's just always something more pressing going on - usually their pro-volleyball careers - and they're both just so content with how their relationship is, marriage just seems kind of like an unnecessary hassle and a logistical nightmare that neither of them want to deal with. once they reach their 30s though, and they've both settled a bit more into their careers, i can see one of them casually proposing one day - they don't even have rings - because at this point, they both know they are going to spend the rest of their lives together, why not make mrs. hinata happy and make it official. plus, a wedding is an excuse to get together with all their friends again. when they buy their rings, they buy chains at the same time so they can still wear their rings on the court.

tsukishima and yamaguchi get engaged a lot earlier than kghn, i think they get engaged a year after they both graduate from undergrad. tsukki bought yams' engagement ring in their second year at uni after saving up basically since they got together in high school, but he waited to propose until after they lived and worked "in the real world," just in case yamaguchi found someone better or if their relationship changed when they didn't have school as an excuse to see each other all the time (kei eventually admits this to tadashi years down the line and tadashi scolds him - the efficacy being undercut by the kisses he gives kei at the same time - for ever thinking their relationship was so fragile). obviously yamaguchi was over the moon when tsukki proposed, and takes to calling him "his fiance" at every chance he gets. they wait to actually have a wedding until after tsukki has finished his masters, and they've both started working, so that they can actually enjoy the event with as little stress as possible

iwaizumi and oikawa get engaged around their mid-20s as well. i think oikawa is the kind of person that has had their whole life planned out in a scrapbook since they were 10, and he knows exactly when and how he planned to propose to iwa, so when iwaizumi beat him to the punch - an evening complete with a romantic dinner in a jazz cafe that iwa scouted for the occasion, roses, and a walk to the playground where they first met where upon iwa finally got down on one knee - tooru was so shocked and generally overcome with emotion that he burst into tears and forgot to say yes until hours later, when iwaizumi asked him again after many kisses and sweet words. ofc, after the shock has worn off, Oikawa Tooru's Dream Wedding Plans are back on, and iwa lets him take over planning the most elaborate and expensive wedding japan has ever seen

🧡: What is a popular (serious) theory you disagree with?

I am 1000% sure that Santana did NOT plan to propose in the middle of "Hand In My Pocket/I Feel the Earth Move"

I am 1000% sure that Santana, being Santana, plotted out that proposal. She rehearsed it. Over and Over and Over. It was too on point for her to have been winging it. She'd have been way more nervous if she'd been winging it. She'd have been way more nervous if her plan to propose (in the middle of the song) was disrupted.

My theory, take it for what it's worth:

Also: I have several reasons why I do not believe Santana was trying to propose in the middle of their mash-up and no one will ever convince me otherwise. So I have her set up everything for the proposal to happen after the mash-up finishes.

Santana was not planning on proposing in the middle of Hand In My Pocket/I Feel the Earth Move. Here's why:

When she goes down during the mash up, she goes down on both knees not one.

I know I've read that people think Santana's face is all "Britt … you messed me up" … I see her as "ooh, baby" and she never misses a beat.

She had that whole speech planned out. Saying "I wanna mash up with you forever" in the middle of the mash up just doesn't seem logical.

The music. It doesn't stop or even slow down. Santana doesn't look at the band like "wtf, you were supposed to stop at this point". At the very least the girl who had the ring would have had to stop.

This one is kind of iffy but I can't imagine the writers/RIB/whatever wanted to stop in the middle of a song. I just don't see what the fanbase seems to see in that whole scene. The proposal itself is too perfect for Santana to have had to adjust on the fly. Santana is an overthinker; she'd have been running that speech over and over and over in her head. If she'd meant to do it in the middle of the song the proposal wouldn't have been as good as it was because Santana would have had to wing it. My opinion. It's worth about what you think it is. :)

🏳️‍🌈: Which character who is commonly headcanoned as queer doesn't seem queer to you?

This one is tough because I haven't read a lot of fics beyond Brittana.

But.

Quinn and Rachel come to mind ... but I think Quinn, at the very least, is bicurious no matter what she said to Santana about it being a "one time thing" that turned into a two time thing... if it was REALLY a one time "i wanna experience/experiment" when Santana suggested another go around she'd have been "I'm good, let's go back to the bar, I'm losing my buzz"

With Rachel - she said something in season 5 about expecting to have a lesbian experience in college (something along those lines) but I think that was more a "role" for her - a way for her to "experience what's it like to be a lesbian". Don't really see it.

The BIG WINNER, though ... is PUCK?!?!?!? I have seen fics where Puck and Kurt (Hummerman? Kuck? Purt? Pummel? idek) are a thing.

💀: If you had to choose one major character to die, who would you choose?

Rachel. I hate her. I don't understand her appeal at all. She's whiny, manipulative, self-absorbed. Santana said it perfectly in 100 -

"You have sold so many people in this room down the river more times than I can count so that you can get a solo or the lead in a musical and I'm pretty sure you don't know the names of the other half of the people"

Just. Ugh.

💀: If you had to choose one major character to die, who would you choose?

Twice? I actually had to think about this one. I hate Finn but it seemed... insensitive? to choose him. So I thought a little more... and realized there actually was a character I could have done without.

Blaine. I ... do not get his appeal at all. He always seemed a bit manipulative and almost like he was ready to cry half the time. But, beyond that, the way he treated Kurt (not that Kurt was much better toward him) just seemed wrong. I don't get the appeal of Klaine. I thought Kurt could do better ... Blaine was another one who just seemed self-centered.

I realize my responses aren't popular ... but, quite a few of my opinions on Glee are unpopular so... yanno ... there's that.

Other Ships That Are 👌: Terence

This would be a super interesting one—they have enough proximity and adjacent sorts of work, and I think they’d get on well. Terence is incredibly underexplored so there’s lots of room to play and even invent some drama. But, altogether, very wholesome!

also—the J15 Toby helps in his flashback story in RWS—that lil tale is in the end soooo anti-climactic as to feel pointless, so I’m amused by the notion that the real reason Toby’s mind still drifts back there is because ✨ 💗✨ First Love✨ 💗✨

Interesting But Fence 👀:

I see Henry proposed a lot—the whole “Forest” episode gave some material—it’s hard for me to see how to flesh it out, but, yeah, interesting. ssshhhh no one tell Henry they had to kill a few trees along the way to build Toby

Duck—Just underexplored. “Everyone knows” Duck is a fussy know-it-all but believes Toby is so chill but RWS Toby is really not all that chill it’s funny how the common perception is that they are so different… I think they’re really awfully similar, and in fact the mutual I-want-things-done-my-way stubbornness could cause the occasional conflict! but they also have a sort of “city mouse and country mouse” dynamic in their backgrounds for contrast… interesting.

I’ve also given some thought to your proposal of Edward. This is funny too, because the “everyone knows” here is the inverse of the above—so many people believe that they are interchangeable but I really don’t see them as all that similar. That said, I admit I’m quite lukewarm on this because I don’t see the chemistry… but it would be cute to re-interpret canon as Toby arrives -> likes Edward a lot but is exasperated by how much crap he just takes from Some Of The Others -> it’s thanks to Toby that Edward develops a backbone…

Better As Friends 😊:

… ultimately, though, while I kept an open mind for your sake, I don’t see how Toby benefits from Edward? also tbh i have a headcanon that edward has a Thing for engines bigger than him. And therefore I would put ‘em here.

Also, I’ve said this before, but I still would love a ficlet centered on the early stages of Toby and Bertie’s relationship—think that would be cute. Though by “relationship” I here definitely mean “friendship.”

While we’re at “brainstorming Toby interactions, because by God we deserve far more than we seem to get,” well, Toby’s friendship with Bridget and Stephen as they grow up would just be such a joy to explore—

They’re a great duo, but they’re not romance-coded just coz they both have sideplates, smh

Oh, Daisy definitely got hot and bothered about Toby once in a dream. She was baffled, appalled, questioned her sanity. She tried desperately to act normal afterwards and made a hilarious hash of it.

However, Toby regards Daisy as nutters generally, so he didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. He has no idea why she acts the way she does. Ever.

also Toby does unironically think James looks splendid—reminds him of that J15 he once rescued and remembers so fondly, doncha know—but James has put any chance he ever had with the tram through the shredder, of course. like, multiple times.

If I Had to Put Them in a Polycule 💗: Ummm…

Toby/Henrietta/Elsie? idk. Oooh, and of course I have wondered about the dynamics once Victoria arrives. I’d be down for Big Happy Poly Family. Like, I don’t think it actually happened, but yeah, sure, I’m open to it.

➳ It wasn't such a bad idea to play around once in a while

➳ So you bought a pack of Cookies and Cream pocky to play with Yamaguchi

➳ He wasn't too big on the idea at first, since you two are just FRIENDS after all

➳ Not for long though 

➳ But you managed to convince him, saying that it'll be fun and stuff

➳ He reluctantly gave in eventually

➳ You gave him the advantage of biting his end first, and you scooted closer to bite yours 

➳ When I tell you you could feel the heat radiating from his face

➳ The both of you started the game after you counted to three

➳ You started off pretty slowly, then you sped up after noticing Yamaguchi's pace slowing down

➳ You were nearing the middle of the pocky, when all of a sudden Yamaguchi picked up the pace and reached the middle of the pocky

➳ But he didn't stop there

➳ Instead of moving away and claiming his victory, he continued biting until he reached your lips

➳ You were shocked, obviously, so you just sat there and stared at Yamaguchi's closed eyes as he continued to kiss you

➳ After what felt like an eternity, he finally pulled away and looked at you. As soon as he noticed you're a blushing mess, a small smirk formed on his face

➳ “Well, wasn't that fun?”

➳ Your blush darkened and you narrowed your eyes at him

➳ “You sly little….”

➳ “You should've expected that coming though~”

➳ “Well, you sped up all of a sudden!! How was I supposed to see that coming?!”

➳ You grabbed the pocky box and took another stick out

➳ “Let's do it again. I won't lose this time.”

➳ Let's just say that this went on for a pretty long time and at the end of the day, you decided it'd be best to just confess your feelings to him 

➳ (Which was also "coincidentally" the sole reason you wanted to play a pocky game with him)

『Matcha flavoured Pocky』

➳ Unlike the matcha pocky, your first kiss with your boyfriend was, minty 

➳ You and Akaashi just started going out and one day, during a sleepover that was held at Bokuto's house, all of you decided to play pocky game since it was the 11th of November 

➳ Of course, as a new (and also the only) couple in the group, the both of you were targeted as the ones to play the game first 

➳ You felt a bit conflicted about this matter. Of course, it would be a dream come true to get to kiss Akaashi (who would even let that chance slip by) but you're also not sure if you wanted your first kiss to be because of a party game

➳ Akaashi noticed your reluctance and figured that you might not be ready to kiss him yet, since you two just started dating after all 

➳ (Not gonna lie, he was pretty dejected but he valued your feelings first and foremost like the gentleman he is so he won't force you if you don't want to.)

➳ “I'm sorry, but can we pass this one up? I don't think L/N is ready to--”

➳ “We'll do it!! I mean-- I'll do it! I'm totally okay with doing it!”

➳ You quickly interrupted Akaashi and grabbed the Matcha pocky box from the table before taking one pocky stick out

➳ “L-let's do this…”

➳ You bit one end of the pocky and moved closer to Akaashi to make it easier for him to bite his side of the end

➳ Kaori and Bokuto both whistled at your boldness which made you blush even harder. Akaashi sent a silent glare their way in an attempt to make them shut up, to which they did (but not without smirking and grinning like cats at the sight of you and Akaashi)

➳ The game started and you could feel everyone's stares digging a hole inside you

➳ The two of you started at a pretty slow pace, and it felt like the pocky was kilometres long given how long it took for you to reach the middle

➳ As the both of your faces started to get closer, your heart thumped louder and louder, making you worried that Akaashi would hear it

➳ You took a glance at his face, and just as you did, almost as if he noticed your glance, he looked back at you

➳ Seeing Akaashi's beautiful eyes staring back at yours in such close proximity made your brain stopped working for a moment and in a state of panic, you accidentally snapped the pocky in two and stumbled backwards 

➳ Akaashi blinked in confusion at the whole situation, which just made your brain short circuited and steams started to escape from your ears

➳ You became a stuttering mess and you couldn't sit back up until Akaashi held out a hand to help you

➳ As soon as you got to sit up straight again, you immediately buried your face in his chest and murmured “It's my lost….”.

➳ Akaashi finished biting the leftover pocky and held you closer to him

➳ “That was a good game,” he whispered back

➳ Everyone started to give you two lovebirds teasing grins and laughs 

➳ The game continued with you still buried in Akaashi's chest, with you occasionally giving curious glances to see exactly what was happening

➳ After some time, everyone started to get sleepy and decided that it was time to sleep

➳ After what just happened, you honestly didn't really feel like sleeping

➳ So instead you whispered Akaashi's name and gestured for him to come closer after you two were ready to lay down on the futon

➳ “What is it, L/N?”

➳ He came closer to you but was surprised when you suddenly pulled the collar of his shirt and tiptoed just enough to reach his face before planting a kiss on his lips

➳ The kiss smelled and tasted a bit like mint, since you two just brushed your teeth and all, but you honestly weren't complaining at all. It was refreshing 

➳ Right after you parted your lips, you tried to look at him straight in the eyes (keyword: tried) and explained your actions

➳ “S-sorry I suddenly snapped the pocky….it was an accident...well, kind of. Besides that, I wanted our first kiss to be special so uhm…”

➳ Akaashi understood your intention now and he couldn't help but to give a soft chuckle at your flustered self

➳ “W-what's so funny??”

➳ “Nothing, it's just…..you were too cute so…”

➳ You silently screamed at him and lightly punched his arm as he continued chuckling. The both of you were still careful so as to not make any noise and wake up the others though

➳ (Kind of useless though since they were just pretending to sleep and already witnessed your lovey-dovey couple moments)

『Tsubu Tsubu Strawberry flavoured Heart Shaped Pocky』

➳ It all started with a stupid dare by Kuroo 

➳ Of course, how could you chicken out and refuse if that was the case?

➳ Apparently, Kuroo’s older sister bought too many boxes of pocky and gave him some. He thought of sharing them with the team and brought them to school

➳ After practice was done, however, he got a brilliant idea

➳ He distributed the boxes to everyone but when he got to you, he got a different way to give them

➳ “Here you go, Y/N. A heart shaped pocky, special just for you, the manager. Tsubu tsubu strawberry flavoured.”

➳ “Oh, I’ve seen this type of pocky on the internet before. They look so cute! But I didn’t manage to find them anywhere. Thanks--”

➳ Just as you were about to take the box from him, he retreated back his hand and held the box higher and out of reach from you 

➳ You looked at him with visible confusion, and he smirked down at you

➳ “Well, this is a special type of pocky you know? It feels like a waste to just give it to you like that.”

➳ “Didn’t you say that I got the special one because I’m the manager?”

➳ You’re starting to get annoyed at his attitude but you tried to cover it up with a forced smile

➳ “Still, this is the only heart shaped pocky I got from my sister…..Hmmm what should I do~?”

➳ You tried to grab the box from him, but he only held the box higher and on top of that, used his other hand to push your face away from him

➳ You finally ran out of patience and started to go full on feral mode at him

➳ “KUROO TETSUROU JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN POCKY!!”

➳ This is why no one messed with you regarding the subject of candies and sweets

➳ It was quite a scene, and Kai had to step in to ease the fight

➳ Kuroo finally lowered his arms and you took that as an opportunity to snatch the pocky box 

➳ But he used the same trick again and moved his arms away before you could reach it

➳ “I’ll give you the pocky, under one condition.”

➳ You looked at him with extreme irritation. His name’s going to be in your blacklist for sure now

➳ “What?” You said, rather begrudgingly.

➳ Kuroo smirked in victory. He turned away from you and faced the direction Yaku was in.

➳ “Yakkun! Come here for a sec!”

➳ Your heart literally jumped out of your chest at that moment. Kuroo’s planning something, and whatever it was, you’re not gonna like it

➳ “So here’s the thing. I’ll give you the pocky, but only after you complete a pocky game, with Yakkun. How’s that?”

➳ Your face turned dark red at his proposal. 

➳ “Are you crazy?! There’s no way I’ll do that!”

➳ You whisper yelled at him so as to not raise any suspicion from Yaku.

➳ “And why won’t you, hmm?”

➳ Seeing his teasing grin and narrowed eyes, you knew at that moment, that Kuroo knew of your crush on Yaku. 

➳ “W-what-- how do you--? Don’t tell me you knew?” 

➳ “Knew what? Are you hiding something perhaps?”

➳ You gritted your teeth in frustration. Oh, he knew alright. And he’s gonna pretend as if he doesn’t

➳ “Whatever, and why should I even do this?”

➳ “To get your desired special heart shaped tsubu tsubu strawberry flavoured pocky?”

➳ Phew that was a mouthful

➳ He swung the pocky box in front of you, tempting you even more

➳ Just as you were about to agree to play the game, a realization struck you

➳ “Ha! Nice try there, Kuroo. What makes you think Yaku would even want to play this game with me?”

➳ “Play what game?” 

➳ You literally jumped from your position in shock when Yaku’s voice suddenly came up behind you, earning a snicker from Kuroo

➳ “I dared Y/N to play a pocky game with you, and if they did, they’ll receive this special pocky as a prize.”

➳ You internally screamed and tried to keep yourself from murdering this rooster head but Yaku’s unexpected reaction made you forget about the murderous instinct for a moment

➳ “Oh, okay. Sure, let’s play it then.”

➳ “W-wait, are you really, REALLY sure you wanna play it with me??”

➳ “I don’t see anything wrong with that. Besides, you’ve helped us -me especially- a lot by being our manager already. Helping you with something this trivial is the least I can do.”

➳ You tried to hide the blush that was creeping up your face and Kuroo, noticing your heating face immediately nudged your arm while displaying a much wider grin than before

➳ You excused yourself for a moment and took out your phone before googling “Can you stay friends with someone you just kissed?” in the case of you two kissing after the pocky game

➳ “Well then, here you go. I’ll give you mine since I still have some more at home.”

➳ Yaku took the box of pocky from Kuroo after he fished it out from his bag and opened the packaging. He took one out and bit the end without the coating

➳ Noticing that Yaku's ready for the game, you put back your phone inside your uniform pocket. You gulped once and tried to calm your nerves as you moved closer to him to bite your side of the pocky

➳ When you scooted closer to him however, he didn’t notice your presence until you were directly in front of him and biting the pocky with a heavy blush on your face

➳ Yaku stared at you with his wide, brown eyes for a moment before snapping the pocky into two out of reflex and fell on his back

➳ All of the others stared in shock at Yaku who’s now on the floor, covering his face with one hand. It was pretty obvious that he was blushing, even if he tried to hide it. His reddening ears gave it all away

➳ “Yaku, what’s wrong?”

➳ Kai was the first to break the silence. You were still shocked at his overreaction so you were just standing there with the half broken piece of pocky still in your mouth

➳ “Wait--I-- I just--- Uhm--- I thought we were playing a pocky game???”

➳ You had probably never seen Yaku this flustered before in your entire life. It was certainly a sight to see, but it just made your blush grew darker on your face

➳ “And you were….Wait, don’t tell me, you don’t know how a pocky game works?”

➳ Kuroo guessed with a snap of his fingers, as if he just made a great discovery

➳ “Don’t each person just take a pocky for themselves and it’s a game where you compete on who can finish their pocky first?”

➳ Kuroo covered his mouth to prevent any laugh from escaping and your soul had probably left your body at this point. The second-hand embarrassment you were feeling was no joke

➳ Kuroo tried to explain the rules of the game to Yaku, which just ended up making the libero blush even harder than before

➳ “Who even invented this game….”

➳ He whispered underneath his breath after Kuroo’s explanation. He looked at you who were surrounded by the first years poking their fingers at your arms and asking, “Are they dead?” with a troubled sigh

➳ “Okay….let’s do this again.”

➳ He finally got up and took out another pocky stick. Your soul finally returned to your body when he was in front of you and holding out the pocky with his mouth 

➳ “It’s okay if you don’t want to do it, Yaku! I don’t want you to feel uncomfortable or anything….”

➳ Yaku silenced you by grabbing both your shoulders firmly, but not so much with force, as if he’s treating a fragile thing

➳ “It’s okay. I really don’t mind if I’m playing this... with you.”

➳ You bit the other side of the pocky and tried to focus on eating without thinking too much on what he just said, which just ended up in a total failure by the way

➳ The both of you went on a steady pace but when you finally almost reached the middle of the pocky, you both simultaneously stopped and stared down awkwardly, trying to avoid eye contact with one another

➳ Many thoughts ran through the both of your heads, and all of it were more or less the same

➳ “What if I accidentally kissed him/them? He/they probably wouldn’t like that….”

➳ “He/they would probably even hate me if that happened…..”

➳ After several seconds had passed, you two finally decided to continue biting on the pocky. And simultaneously once again, might I add

➳ This just resulted in the both of your lips to brush against one another in the end, and you swore your heart just escaped from your chest when you felt the sensation of Yaku’s lips brushing against yours

➳ You and Yaku both moved and turned away from one another, too embarrassed to face the other

➳ “Well, you’ve cleared the dare, so here’s your prize.”

➳ Kuroo casually put the box of pocky on top of your head and left the gym to head back home, followed by the others, intentionally leaving you and Yaku alone in the gym

➳ Okay, maybe you can at least lift Kuroo’s name from your blacklist after this. After all, he did help you get closer to your crush…..kinda

Hmm oof i am probably not the best person to be asking this cause I dont write fics or anything but I’ll do my best

So i realized that i just wrote plot stuff but im posting anyway cause i spent way too long on this ahaha

Khun would be that subtle overprotective boyfriend 

He’d just kinda silently watch from afar but he’d totally kill anybody who hurt bam in any way, shape, or form

But he’d like be SUPER sweet with bam like

Pet names yall PET NAMES like khun and bam would prob both mutually melt when they call each other pet names

Khun would always help bam with hw and whatnot, let’s pretend bam’s a physics genius cause thats just how i imagine him in modern life, always has trouble with law class (he’s  taking it just for khun so he can understand what khun’s talking about) so khun helps him

Khun would be a super smooth talker, can woo a n y b o d y, exceptional at speeches, captain of speech and debate team

D3 reactions and thoughts

Well I guess they retconned Dizzy being invited to Auradon in D2.

They could just bring a bus to the Isle and get a bunch of VKs in it instead of just choosing four of them each time. It’s easier and takes less trips. And it would also leave the VKs less anxious because there would be a better chance for one of them to get picked for the program and there would be less waiting.

I like those callbacks to D1, really nice.

Hades vs Mal. I wonder why Hades has to use that blue amber (was it mentioned in the books? And was there any mention of who is ruling the Underworld in Hades absence? Because without him that place must be in chaos.)

Beast, the existence of the Isle is kinda partially your fault, you should’ve taken better care of it and its citizens in the first place.

I understand what Audrey must be feeling, after all they grew up together, they have history (at some point Ben must have felt something for Audrey too), and then she lost her boyfriend (and the crown) in such a short time. But Ben and Mal would’ve fallen in love any way, love spell or no love spell, as they are true loves. And the way Audrey had acted didn’t help her case.

Mal and Ben are at fault with how things ended up tho. An apology would’ve (probably) prevented those events from ever happening.

When Hades attacked Mal with his amber he only weakened her but when Mal wielded it, because she’s only ‘half Hades’ the amber’s power almost killed Audrey when her own curse rebounded, making it stronger than a normal sleeping curse. Maybe with time Mal can learn to use it without risk.

Ben’s probably thinking “My father-in-law is a GOD?!” and later he’s all awkward around him lol.

And the barrier is down! The VKs will finally know a real life and the villains can have a second chance and prove they deserve it. And if they don’t, well… idek.

Also, this movie needed some Lonnie. It would’ve made it 1000% better.

With the whole “bringing the barrier down once and for all” this film was meant to be the last but… I didn’t feel it. Not the way I did when I watched HSM3 and Cheetah Girls 3. It didn’t have that finale vibe tbh.

when are they most likely to cuddle?   while watching a movie. even if they’re going to the cinema to see a movie, adam is adamant about travelling that little bit further and probably paying that little bit more to go to a little independently run cinema that’s old fashioned with those couple seats because movies are not the same without a little cuddling.

where is their favorite place to cuddle?   the sofa in the loft for sure.

who’s usually the big spoon?   depends on the day, honestly. although adam enjoys being the little spoon just a touch more.

if they are married, where did they get married at?  if not married, what is their dream wedding location?   something tasteful in the city, like a nice hotel near a park or something where both of their families are able to fly in and not have to travel far from the reception. adam loves the city too much to not have it as part of his wedding.

if married, who proposed to who?  if not married, who would be more likely to propose to who?   i think it would be another situation of adam not wanting to push things so kurt would have to. with some subtle hints. maybe. although given enough time and impatience, adam totally would.

if they are married, which one moved in with the other?  if not married, who would be more likely to move in with the other?   they’d probably find somewhere to move in together just the two of them after dating for some time and continue to live there after getting married.

what are three random headcanons you have about the ship that are not related to romance or sex?   1)  kurt makes tea a little too weak for adam’s taste, but it wouldn’t matter how long they’re together, he’ll never admit it because he just likes being made a cup of tea. 2) they’re constantly quoting bbc shows at each other to the point where it becomes some automatic inside joke reaction every single time. 3) after dating for a while, they totally share scarves. those two are scalf fiends.

which one is more likely to suggest getting pets?   honestly, neither of them are big pet people. but out of the two of them, probably adam?

which one eats more snack foods?   possibly kurt? adam is very traditional with having set mealtimes of breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper. so he doesn’t snack in between them at all.

what is their favorite movie to watch together?   idk about movies but the amount of times they watch things like downton abbey or the crown is probably ridiculous.

what is their favorite tabletop game to play together?   scrabble or boggle or something to do with words because adam would always try and claim it’s some british word to see if he can get away with it.

what are your three absolute favorite things about this ship?   look, canonically it really annoys me what they did to adam. because you see this guy is so patient. he’s warm and welcoming and just invites kurt to join in with his fun little singing group because why the hell not? he compliments and appreciates him because he’s honest and charming and a flirty guy. when faced with the fact that kurt is clearly not over blaine post moulin rouge dream sequence? adam is mature as hell about it because he gets it. he’s not mad. he doesn’t take it as a reason to break up. he simply accepts it, voices that acceptance and doesn’t belittle kurt about it at all. like i strongly believe even though kadam was short lives canonically, adam was very important for kurt’s growth and his sexuality and romance outside of blaine. idek how many things that counts as, but i also love their playfulness and how comfortable they are around each other so quickly. it’s refreshing.

what is one thing you don’t like about this ship?   how they didn’t give it the mature and respectful ending it bloody well deserved. curse of being called adam in any tv show is apparently getting shit on. i’m mad for my child.
