F1CHAI the summer vacation not only brings dramatic shifts and shuffles among the current lineup, it also brings forth a new *rumored* couple. after a previous relationship that was rife with confusion and so much controversy, y/n has rose to the trends, this time, with daniel ricciardo headlining the event. their similar posts have sparked discussions all through out the interweb, prompting fans to speculate that they have spent their break together.

"haagen or ben and jerry's?" daniel hollers from the kitchen, and you raised your head to shout back, "both!"

you focused on the task at hand, picking the perfect movie or series to binge while munching on the junk food spread on the table. it was covered with all the essentials for a night in; chocolates, popcorn, fries and nuggets. you were wrapped in the fluffiest of blankets, and the felt the most comfortable you've ever been in a while.

daniel sat himself on your side, grabbing the other end of the blanket and getting cosy himself. you murmured a quiet thanks when he handed you the icey treat, leaning into him when he kissed your head with a welcome in return.

the aussie raises an eyebrow to his phone, seeing notifications flash after the other and feeling it hot under his touch. he chuckles, showing the barrage of mentions and messages he's recieved, "see, i'm not totally sure but i think they're saying we're on a holiday. together."

"me with daniel ricciardo?" you gasp for added effect, "i couldn't possibly."

"i know, where could they have gotten it from?" he sighs dramatically. "i'm woefully alone."

"and i'm utterly heartbroken," you touched your chest with a fake pout, "on a soul searching rendezvous."

"we're a bit pathetic." he tilts his head, a grin forming on his face. "but in-a-totally-chill way." you giggle.

"it's nice to be sad and pathetic together, though." he nods his head with a laugh, "ditto." you toast your respective icecream cups.

you both settle into comfortable silence, watching the generic comedy film playing on the television. daniel's arms felt comfortable around you, and you naturally fell into his embrace... he felt safe, and warm.

"thanks for being a friend dani." you mumble, on the prepice of sleep.

"... someday.." you were too incoherent to understand what he said in reply, only faintly registering his lips on the top of your head.

hyping up Luther to look like an astronaut to then reveal him as an astronaut themed stripper is amazing

Ben’s response to Klaus at the birthday party and his sassy ass “Klaus”

David Cross does a really good job in this and i made a plethora of chipmunk jokes to myself while watching

Captain Tight Ass. Terminally Emo.

Luther’s love of architecture because he’s been fixing up the academy

Ben’s tentacle tails really made me chuckle for some reason

“the mustache was creepy 🤨?”

Five and Lila actually have a really nice friendship at the beginning of the season if we ignore the end

a lot of the new powers are cool (could have been implemented better but gotta give credit for cool)

As someone who loves both Kenny and Violet, I feel like I’ve found my calling here 😭😭😭

They’re genuinely so similar, and I do agree that the fandom has male bias, as well as protagonist bias actually

Clementine has the opportunity to befriend/romance Violet and then let her get kidnapped 20 minutes later. And for Violet, that is the most obvious feeling of betrayal! I don’t understand why people in the fandom struggle to realize that their actions have consequences

Lee can basically hate Kenny the entirety of the first season and then the fandom defends Kenny for his actions.

Clearly most of us totally understand Kenny’s response to Lee’s and by extension Clementine’s behavior, so why can’t they understand Violet’s response to Clem’s? Makes no sense to me

honestly i feel like aside from having a male bias the fandom has more of a kenny bias than a protag bias. i see his ass EVERYWHERE. CONSTANTLY. some people act like he raised clem as much as lee did 😭 (and i dont like the way the fandom talks about clem sometimes 😒 ties into the "weird about women" stuff)(and javi? wheres javi? i would like to see more javi. i actually think i see david more than javi)

Miles turned on his Smartphone Live having to show off his outfit in the mirror. Now, normally he wears sportswear outfits or baggy big clothing to fit his streetwear styles. His go-to outfit is a simple tee, with an oversize sweater, some workout pants and his Nike pair Jordans. His favorite big brands are Nike, Hoka One One, New Balance, and so on.

So this time he wanted to see his boyfriend's reaction, and to see if he would feel some type of way if he leaves with the outfit he decided to wear today.

The Spdr So-City Live shows many followers went to watch his Live. He smiles at the mirror showing off a very tight shoulder less crop-top with a famous anime figure on it, then had a tight jeans that were low waisted to show off his v-shape from his lower abdominal, even got his hair done into pretty thick twists. He smiles at the camera, "Let see how he reacts." And spray cologne on himself before taking the camera with him to record.

The camera aimed at Miles' face showing a bit of skincare and a light lip balm and his septum showing off a cute yellow gem in the middle. The camera switch to him going through his apartment to find his boyfriend chilling at the dining table having to fix his electric guitar's strings.

At the cashier, it was a young man and happily saw Miles, "Hey, man. Lookin' good." Then stop seeing the punker glaring daggers at him, he put his arms around his Sunflower's shoulder. "Uhh, that'll be $4.50."

Miles was about to pay until Hobie took a twenty dollar bill, and place it on the counter. "Here ya go." I'm in the mood for some angst so let's get cooking. Today's dish is called: Parker Siblings' Past

From what I've gotten from the show and movies, Peter was orphaned rather young (8ish) and placed under Ben & May's care as living relatives. We'll use this as a base and work our way up.

Penny and Percy are his older (and stronger) sisters. Even as kids they were considered more mature and took care of their baby brother. After their parents' deaths, they were temporarily placed in an orphanage until their relatives could be contacted and work things out.

Here's the problem: kids are expensive. Being suddenly told to take care of 3 kids when you and your partner had never thought about that long-term does not help.

Sure, they've looked after the kids, but only for a day, or two at max. They could splurge on those weekends and birthdays. They're already getting on with age and don't have the needed space for another bedroom and beds. And then there are the documents that need to be filled out, the appointments, change of schools, etc. All of that costs money that they don't have.

It hurts them to admit it, but they can't take all three. As they're talking with the agent, Percy and Penny enter with the demand that Peter be adopted given that he's the weakest and would need the most help and attention. The two are fine staying in the orphanage, they kind of like it already.

The couple isn't happy, more worried about separating them, but the girls just wave them off with reasons as to why Peter should go with them and, well, ... There isn't much they can do, is there? Sure, money has gotten tighter, but one kid is better than three, they quietly admit to themselves.

And to be honest, it's not like they're gone? They somehow managed to go to the same schools, hang out with Peter in their free time and help out with the house. As much as they hate to admit it, it is rather nice to still see the girls but not be responsible for them. Almost like before.

As the years pass, Ben and May just... stop putting away money for their adoption. The girls are nearly their majority, only 8 months left for Penny and 20 for Percy and then they'll be out of the system. They both have jobs and have been looking for apartments, they aren't thinking of pursuing higher education but have mentioned looking into trade.

The girls just don't need guardians.
