Found out a bunch of my friends that identify as catholic don’t actually follow lent… and then the more I go out in Friday during lent the more people I see eating meat, like yes of course I know religion can be performed however you want, but as someone that was raised with lent being a no meat thing and I had no other option I’m like “When did you all decide eating meat on Friday was ok and why was I not informed????”

one thing thats so interesting about being a vegetarian is you get to hear all about everyones hypothetical activism that they care about very deeply when talking specifically about your diet and why it's stupid, but literally will never bring up ever again in any other context

Anyway I've found out that if you're deficient in B12 you are not changing into anything. I've only just started taking these vitamins and already there's been a huge difference shifting-wise. Don't take them if you don't need them, but if you're having trouble shifting, maybe check your health?
