guys.. krystle isn’t "leaving"..? this LT gig isn’t like a steady permanent employment she’ll be off to work on other projects with other clients while louis works on LT3.. and it’ll probably be a good while until louis will need her work on a regular basis for appearances and live performances (will long hair louis return for the LT3 development period ??! 👀)
she’s just being sentimental because it’ll be at least 1-2 years before the whole crew will all be together again for another tour (and some will have moved on to other gigs..) and these people have all been part of her almost daily life for 3 years now. all the team, band and crew will be doing other things while louis works on new music (..except his management of course) - but most of them will likely be back for LT3 promo and tour
#I get we're all in our feels but..#nothing she wrote indicates a permanent goodbye..?#she didn’t even write in past tense haha#also that's not really how this type of employment works..#you don't finish a project and then announce you won't be back for a possible next one#whenever that'll be#and who says you're even offered the next job?#when/if the offer comes you can accept or decline at that time#why deny yourself possible future opportunities?#lt team

As a result of watching more dramas, humor me.
You plan to go home for the holidays to spend them with your parents.
Your mother’s been setting you up on blind dates in hopes of eventually finding you a match. She reasons you’re not getting any younger, so it’s time you settle down and start working on a family. Her intentions are good, but you just wish she’d stop badgering you.
You don’t necessarily live the lifestyle where you can afford to have a partner right now.
You work for Onychinus’ leader, Sylus, as an assassin. You’re at the peak of your game, so much so that you’re considered his right hand by his enemies. You also secretly harbor feelings for your boss, but you know they’re fruitless because you think a relationship, let alone with you, is the furthest thing from his mind.
Anyways, you’re drinking at one of Sylus’ bars one evening, venting to him about your mother. He always humors you when you’re not working—you bring a certain flair to his life that he admits makes his days much more entertaining.
“Why don’t I pretend to be your boyfriend, then? Just to get her off your back,” he suggests with an amused crinkle to his eyes, watching you as he sips his whiskey.
You snort incredulously. Sylus and boyfriend are never two words you would imagine fitting in the same sentence. Still, you can’t deny entertaining the idea of what it’d be like to be something…more to him.
You brush him off as just humoring you as usual, snatching your coat from the barstool and fixing your boss with a sardonic smirk.
“Yeah, right. See ya around, bossman.”
Your flight home leaves first thing in the morning. As much as you would like to stick around to shoot the shit with him, you need your rest to deal with your mother come morning.
Fast forward, and you’re back in your childhood home. You feel strange, being in your cutesy, innocent bedroom like there isn’t so much invisible blood on your hands and like you haven’t long shed the sheltered skin you once wore when you were younger.
Your parents don’t know the full extent of what you do. They know you make a generous amount of money—you’ve bought them luxurious cars and clothes and sent them on exclusive vacations. You would buy them a plot of land with a beautiful home built from the ground up if they’d let you, but your parents insist on staying where they’re familiar.
An old childhood friend’s having a get-together. Your mother insists you go—this is the perfect opportunity for you to network and possibly find a future husband. Despite your protests, she pressures you, and you begrudgingly agree.
You stick out like a sore thumb, donned in expensive fabrics at the party. Years of being an assassin and seductress have given you the gift of gab, so you’re the life of the party. Eventually, people start inquiring about your love life. Their questions become so invasive you step out momentarily to gather yourself. Just because you’re good at flapping your gums doesn’t mean you don’t occasionally become overwhelmed.
You decide to text Sylus to help ease your anxiety. You text each other quite often, and someone peering at your relationship from the outside would assume you’re just close friends.
[ Sylus ]: that bad?
[ You ]: yeah. they won’t stop asking when i’ll get married.
[ You ]: it’s really pissing me off.
[ Sylus ]: lol
[ Sylus ]: well why dont you leave?
[ You ]: because i know i’ll never hear the end of it.
[ Sylus ]: hmm.
[ Sylus ]: would you like some company then?
[ You ]: 😏😏😏 what are you gonna teleport here or something?
[ Sylus ]: look up.
On cue, you glance skyward as the telltale shadow of a crow circles the ground around you. You squint your eyes against the sun’s brilliance, making out distinct iridescent feathers circling above. “Mephisto?” you suspiciously inquire.
You look down, only to be met with a familiar swatch of scarlet and white. “Sylus?!” you shriek, jumping back and clutching your pounding heart, almost having shit yourself.
He wears that customary smirk, looking so cool with his hands stuffed in his pockets. He wears a tailored, dark suit, his blazer hanging off his shoulders, ruffled by the summery breeze. “In the flesh.”
You swallow against the stickiness of your throat, wide-eyed and feeling like you’re dreaming. “What the hell are you doing here?”
Sylus examines his nails, his tone conspiratorial. “Well, I was just passing through—”
“Like hell you were!” You aim an accusatory finger at him. “We’re, like, 1,700 miles from the N109! There’s no way you’re just ‘passing through’!”
He shrugs, feigning innocence.
A few of your high schoolmates, summoned by the commotion, gather in the courtyard behind you. The crowd oohs and ahs, whispering as they study your tall, devastatingly handsome boss. One of the women asks who he is, admiration evident in his voice. You know that tone too well: if you don’t claim him, I will.
You swallow your resolve, seizing the opportunity to shut everyone up.
You sidle up to your boss with a fake smile, encircling one of his arms with both of yours, your hands wrapped around his impressive bicep. You cling to him, playing up the theatrics of a docile lover. It makes you sick.
Sylus smiles down at you in your peripheral, the omniscient lift of his brow letting you know that he’s never going to let you live down what next comes from your mouth.
“This is my fiancé!” You pat his chest with a giggle pinched from your lungs, cold dread dropping into your belly.
What the hell are you even doing?

hi im assuming the us vs them post is about a specific term, which one would that be?
so the sysmed out-group term being referenced in the joke post was (as the reblogs guessed) "endogenic", and I'll lay our thoughts out straight just once to avoid being potentially taken the wrong way
I've got two angles here, existential theological linguistic bullshit, and harm-reduction. stay with me here because even if you're not on board with the first thing you'll want to see the second.
so "traumagenic vs endogenic" is a false dichotomy, and I don't just mean "there's a secret third thing", I mean both classifications are fundamentally not real.
personally? we haven't the foggiest idea why we're a system. but the thing is, I don't think anybody else does either - I think it's genuinely impossible to know why your own consciousness is behind your own eyes and controlling your own body, why you *experience* existing in first-person at all. Like shit, lots of singlets believe it's because a soul has been created or introduced to their flesh, and a bunch of others think that's a load of crap and the chemicals just *do this* on their own. Singlets get this unalienable right to believe whatever the hell they want about why they're experiencing being themselves all the damn time, and I refuse to believe that systems are uniquely special in a way that singlets are not such that anyone can fucking flawlessly divine the cause of our consciousness all of a sudden. These are existential-tier questions and to deny their impossible complexity and the right to self-belief over them is, in my eyes, to deny systems something many singlets feel is part of what makes them human.
You can believe all sorts of stuff about the nature of your own systemhood just like how you can believe all sorts of stuff about the nature of your own existence - that doesn't make you definitively right, it's just a meaningful mechanism through which you understand your own experiences that other people should respect - it's like any faith, go figure.
Frustratingly, these words - traumagenic, endogenic - they're not talking about belief, they're objective buckets actively being used for exclusion. So every time we use the term "traumagenic systems", in saying "systems that objectively exist because of trauma" we are saying, loudly, "it is possible to know why a system exists". and frankly? no the fuck it isn't.
Anyway that's airy bullshit and reflects very idealised interactions so - practical, realist opinions, and harm reduction:
Saying "I'm pro-endo" is a net good, though I think "I support all systems" is probably marginally better because it doesn't perpetuate categories pushed by sysmeds for exclusionary reasons as being essential to defining systemhood - as we joked about.
Contrastingly, self-declaring "traumagenic" or "endogenic" in a bio is a net bad. Saying "I'm a traumagenic system" also says "Hello sysmeds, I believe in your dichotomy and I'm one of the good ones" (great way to get sysmed followers), and that factor doesn't go away if you go on to say that you support all systems - you've already thrown away your opportunity to shield more vulnerable systems from harassment through making who sysmeds need to target more obscure.
In fact, regardless of whether your bio says to sysmeds "I am a target" or "I'm not a target", by saying it explicitly, you're pressuring other, more vulnerable systems to similarly self-declare. It's like cis people putting pronouns in their bio to shield trans people from harassment through obscurity and embarrassment, but in reverse - if you shut up about it, and *just* call yourself a plural system, even if you do believe in their categorisations, you stop the propogation of the self-labelling and exclusionists are forced to make themselves look like idiots because most of their harassment would have to be done at random. It's basically herd immunity - nobody talks, everybody walks.
anyway yeah there's context for future, though honestly the section in plural respect is a lot more succinct lmao
#plural#asks#mod aaa#also it probably doesn't need to be said but obviously there's a place for reusing the words to describe belief#but I think there's a lot of places (like social media bios) where doing that does actively do harm in some way#its not a clean reclamation and it probably won't be for a while#I'm still going to make stupid jokes with both terms and you should too not sorry#i don't think they should be taken seriously as objective categories so why not

What's your message today?
Daily Message: 02.08.24
Close your eyes and take a deep breath before picking a pile. If you feel drawn to more than one pile, it's alright, you may take the piles that you're drawn to. What's important is to take it how it resonates and leave what doesn't.
PAID READINGS
TIP JAR
FEEDBACK
NOTE: Please feel free to give me a feedback on my ask box about the reading! As well as tips on my Ko-fi. I would highly appreciate it and it'll be a huge help for me to save money for my tuition fee this year.
Pile 1
Hello, Pile 1! This is such a lovely day for a reminder. I'm getting that you're in a confused state right now. Perhaps you're confused about your environment, especially the people surrounding you. Some of your connections are not working anymore. Some people don't serve you anymore. This is because you're growing as a person and you're outgrowing them. Most of the time, you lose people along the way because the version of them doesn't go along with your new version, and that's okay. You outgrow not only yourself, but other people as well. This is your reminder to leave connections that no longer serve you. Cut off people who aren't happy for your growth and achievements in life. You don't deserve them in your life and you know this in your mind, but in your heart, you're still denying it. But one way or another, you'll realize that some people are just not meant to be in your life on the long-run, or perhaps forever. Some people don't appreciate you and you don't need these people. It's okay to let go of people who only love your miserable and unhealthy version, and never happy for your growth.
Pile 2
Hello, Pile 2! I'm seeing a lot of in denial here. I'm hearing that you're not seeing things clearly. You refuse to view things logically and you're having a hard time looking for new possibilities to have a better future. You're more of a living-in-the-present person and you're just going with the flow. But I'm getting that you're like this because you're too scared of the future. You have a lot of what ifs going on in your head. What if it doesn't work out this way? What if I regret this decision? What if I need to do this and that? What if I fail? What if I disappoint people in my life? This is your reminder that failing is a part of life, that's how you'll learn. Whenever you fail, you get up, then let yourself take the risk and fail again. If you're not going to take the risk, what's going to happen? Nothing. This is your sign to take the risk and grab the opportunity that was presented to you. You don't know whether a good future is waiting for you at the end of it. And you'll never know unless you take it. You're an adventurous person, so go and start your adventures.
Pile 3
Hello, Pile 3! I'm having a lot of emotions coming from your end. Your reading leans more towards relationships, specifically romantic relationships. I'm getting that you're in a relationship right now, whether this is a situationship or you're still dating or it's official. In any case, you might feel like the person you're dealing with is not giving you what you want or need. This person is not reciprocating your energy, efforts, and even love. You're scared of ending this connection with the person because they made you feel loved, but that's simply because no one did the bare minimum for you. But this person can't even do the bare minimum, they just do more than other people, even your friends and family. You have an emotional connection with this person, which is why it's quite difficult for you to end it. You're emotionally attached to them and you do love them. But you have to make a choice. I'm getting betrayal here. This person might be betraying you right now and they're taking the risk of losing you because for them, the grass is always greener somewhere else. I'm hearing a message that says take a break. Take a break from them and from your connection so you can actually reassess it. It's time to reassess this. You already went through a lot and this person won't be any different. Your heart might be sinking as you read this, and I know it feels heavy, but we all have to go through that so we can learn. This time is just for you to learn. Let go.

Love.
Kaz Brekker x asexual reader.
Mildly edited, apologies for mistakes✨
——-
You had been a part of the crows for a while now. What surprised everyone the most about you was your relationship with Kaz. He would call you into his office and discuss future plans with you, plans that he normally kept to himself. You loved to hear the way his mind worked out those elaborate plans. The two of you constantly stole hidden glances and occasionally he would pass you tea, allowing his gloved fingers to linger against your bare ones. The first time it happened your heart nearly burst from your chest. You knew of his aversion to touch, yet this did not feel accidental. You looked at him to see if he was okay, only for him to remove his hand and walk away before you could see his face. Though you did manage to catch the red tint on the tips of his ears, matching your own cheeks.
Inej had seen your tea exchange one time and had teased you for weeks. She didn’t want to tease Kaz, for fear or scaring him away from you. He was a precarious personality, always one step away from doing something crazy. She did not realise how similar you were. Her teasing had made you realise your feelings. Love was something you had long told yourself you would never know. While Kaz had an aversion to touch, you had your own aversion. Over time you had come to learn that no man wants to stay with someone he could never lay with. So when you realised your feelings for Kaz, your survival instincts kicked in and you put up your walls. You made excuses not to go to his office and avoided the kitchen. You needed to purge these feelings, you believed it was for your own good.
Weeks passed and you had all just completed your latest heist. You were all dressed much too posh for the Slat, but it was just enough glitz to get the job done. While on the job, Inej had stopped you. She was tired of you being distracted during the fighting.
“You are being stupid.” She snapped. “You are running away from your feelings because you cannot give yourself fully to a man, when Kaz is a man who has no interest in such a gift.” She was absolutely right. You had been denying yourself the opportunity to love someone the one person who would not want you to change. You had to remind yourself of this conversation as you awaited the perfect moment to tell him. It came almost too quickly. As soon as you arrived home, Jesper left to parade his outfit around the Crow Club. Apparently it was a crime not to bless as many eyes as possible with his looks. Inej however, raced to her room. She wanted to get out of the fancy dress as soon as she physically possible. You watched Kaz go into the kitchen and decided it was time. You followed after him and started to make a tea. You put the water on to boil and turned around to grab your cup, only to find it being held out to you. You took the cup and instead of the usual gloved touch, you were met with the shaking bare hand of Kaz Brekker. It was a fleeting touch, he did not linger this time. But it drew you to his eyes all the same. For once he did not look away.
“You look beautiful tonight.” He stared into your eyes intensely. You could see the battle in his mind.
“Thank you.” You smiled. “You look rather dashing yourself.” This made him laugh.
“Dashing. Really?” He had never been described as such before. While some might find it funny to call Kaz Brekker a dashing man, you genuinely meant it. One moment with him undid all of your emotional repression. You were right back in it. You wanted to run away but the sound of the water boiling over brought you to reality.
“Why have you been avoiding me?” His words reminded you of his presence. You spun around and gave him an answer.
“Because I love you.” He took a step back at your confession. His eyes were full of love but his body looked ready to run. You knew how that felt.
“You shouldn’t love me.” He shook his head. “I can’t hold you close or kiss you goodnight. I could never….consummate. You deserve more than I could give.” Now it was your turn to shake your head.
“I do not want those things.” Gentleness graced your face as you took a step closer to him, tentatively filling the gap he made. “Love to me, is in the way you look at eachother, talk to each other and the experiences you share with each other.” You handed him his gloves from the table. “You don’t need to push yourself for me. Gloved touches are enough to last me a lifetime. Love is in the heart, not in the skin.” You hoped you had gotten through to him. His breath shook as he put his gloves back on. You did not know if he was ready to face this. You watched for an indication but he gave you none, then ran out of the room.
You were quite down about Kaz’ decision. But you tried to keep your head up, you knew it wasn’t for lack of feelings. You had been in his shoes countless times, terrified to give your whole self to someone and it not be enough. All you could do was hope he would see that you want him as he is. You stared out of the window at the street, watching the people go by as you tried to think of something else. It seemed the universe had other plans for you, as a throat cleared in the doorway. You turned to see Kaz, staring uncomfortably at you.
“Did you mean what you said?”
He asked. You nodded in earnest and gave him a smile, which to your surprise he returned. His was smaller and fell quickly, but it was there and it was for you. He slowly walked closer, cane clacking softly with each step, until he came to rest next to you on the windowsill. He let out a breath and visibly relaxed as you both watched the street together. You felt true peace as you sat side by side sharing gossip about each person that walked by for hours. The passer-by’s had become scarce as the night grew late and a quietness had befallen you. You lifted your head from the window frame when you heard Kaz moving. He was staring down at his gloved hand as it moved towards your own, as if he was willing it to move one millimetre at a time. When his pinky finger reached yours, he wrapped it around your own and chills filled your body. You both moved your eyes from your hands to each others faces. Neither of you could stop the contented smiles that showed prominently, and neither of your hearts had ever felt so full.
——-
This one’s for all my fellow aces who may be struggling. Remember, love is in the heart, not in the skin. 🫶
This work hit home for me. I didn’t realise how much repressed feelings I had about trying to find love as an asexual. I have never met another person like me, but I know they are out there. I hold out hope that all of us will one day find the person who will take us as we are.💓
Thank you for reading🌷

Scarlet
“When I am dead, I hope it may be said; his sins were scarlet but his books were read.”
Yunho is a patient man, but sometimes you wear his patience thin…
Warnings: Dom!Yunho(like actually heh), use of toy(riding crop), unprotected sex, pet names/nicknames, dom/sub dynamics, smut, also soft Yunho at the end Word Count: 3.1k
You met Yunho through mutual friends. At first, you were shy, Yunho was way out of your league. All the girls wanted him, but for some reason, he never brought anyone home. He hardly afforded them much attention either. He was the perfect gentleman, always so nice.
Until he met you.
He hardly spoke around you, at first you thought he didn't like you. Then gradually, he began to open up. He was adorable, and he was so blushy when the two of you talked for longer than 10 minutes. It made you melt, it was clear that the two of you were attracted to one another. But you were too shy to say something to him, not that you needed to. Yunho knew. He always knew.
When Yunho finally asked you out, no one was shocked. You two were perfect for each other. But there was something different about Yunho, you noticed. He didn't seem to eat or sleep, and after a few months, you finally confronted him. The answer you got wasn't what you expected. In fact, you thought he was joking. But, he wasn't.
But it made sense. Why was he so alluring. Why everyone was so drawn to him? Why he was so charismatic? It was because Yunho was a vampire.
That was his deepest, darkest secret, well one of them. Perhaps his second one was that he desired control over you. He wanted complete and total submission from you, in every way possible. You knew he was ‘kinky’ but the night he dangled those keys in front of your face changed your future. You were apprehensive at first, it was a lot to take in. After all, he had quite the collection of things.
He quietly watched you from afar, observing, waiting for the moment you had a question. Yunho immediately gave you a synopsis of what you picked up, no matter what it was. Ranging from its uses of it, to where it originated from. Even before you opened your mouth, Yunho was immediately answering the question you had. He wanted to share this part of his world with you. Even if that meant waiting for you to catch up to speed. And he had all the time to wait for you. You both had a discussion about what you wanted and didn’t want, and Yunho was wholly understanding that this was all new to you. After all, he didn’t want to push you away. Yunho very rarely chose a sub, let alone a sub who knew his secret.
After a while, he learned that maybe if you had the opportunity to explore the room alone, you’d be more open and honest. Figuring that you may be more comfortable if you had the chance to explore without him around. So Yunho allowed you the keys and told you to feel free to go through everything and anything while he was gone. “Call or text me if you have any more questions.” He gave you a soft smile and left you to your own devices.
You stood in front of the dark door, fidgeting with the keys for a few moments. You bite your lip apprehensively, take a deep breath and finally unlock the door. You were greeted with the smell of wood cleaner and Yunho. His scent was all over this room; he did admit he spent a lot of time in there. You walk toward the ‘whipping wall’, as you called it. Yunho found it adorable that you were naming the things in his playroom. But he couldn’t deny the fitting name. The wall was covered by things that all hung on hooks; from canes to tickling devices, Yunho really had one of everything. You were intimidated by the more brutal-looking devices and opted to look more closely at the less lethal-looking ones.
You were most fascinated with the whips and flogs, heat filling your cheeks and neck as you run your fingers over the riding crop. Maybe Yunho would use it on you one day. The thought made your legs clench. You clear your throat, trying to rid yourself of the heat you felt suddenly. You keep moving through the room for a while and decide that you were done exploring. You leave the room and make sure to lock it. Carefully put the keys back where they belong and go to the door, texting Yunho that you were going home for the evening. He texted back immediately and told you to travel safely. He followed it with a, ‘I’ll call you as soon as I’m through with this business.’
You catch a taxicab and ask to stop by the store before heading home. You remembered that there were something’s you needed to grab before getting home, and maybe grab something for dinner while you shop. You were dropped off at a store a few blocks away from where you lived; a good thing if you couldn’t find a taxi later. But you dreaded if you didn’t.
After leisurely browsing the aisles for the list of items you needed, your phone buzzes. Yunho texted you; any kinks I should know about Princess?
You gasp to yourself, sensing your legs clench. It surprised you that even now his dominant side was prevalent. Yunho explained that it was all involuntary because of what he was and that he was just used to making women feel this way. Even if it was on accident. Nonetheless, his question caught you off guard and you think that replying to his text while in public wasn’t appropriate so you leave it alone for now. You carry on throughout the store, calming yourself and preparing for that call Yunho promised you later. Lord knows you needed it. Yunho was very convincing sometimes, and who knows what he had planned for later… You gather yourself and finally check out. Surely enough after some trying, you managed to find another taxi to make it home before it got too late.
Sighing as you walk down the hall to your apartment door, you pull your keys out and let yourself in, kicking the door closed with your heel. You release yet another sigh as you kick your shoes off, struggling with your bags as you managed to semi-safely get out of your shoes. You tread into your kitchen to put your food away, not noticing the figure sitting in your lounge chair until you hear the lamp click on.
You freeze; heart skittering to a stop. You knew that sound very well, the lamp that was beside your chair… The one you spent hours sitting by the window with a book, cuddled up as Yunho watched from the safety of the darker side of the apartment. That lamp.
Slowly turning to see who let themselves into your apartment, you only see a figure. Their face darkened, the light of the lamp positioned just right to reveal only a silhouette. They’re wearing a black dress shirt, unbuttoned enough to reveal a broad chest. Those familiar collarbones were on display for you and only you. Their lithe legs were covered by tailored slacks that squeezed their thighs deliciously. And spread just enough to make your pulse race. His feet were bare, something that he had revealed many weeks ago that he only does when he’s in his ‘space’. Yunho explained that it gave him a better grip on the floor when he was in his playroom because the floor was wooden. But the thing that held your interest was a thin, hard riding crop that slowly and rhythmically tapped his thigh. His opposing hand held his head, his scarlet eyes watching you intensely.
For a moment, neither of you says a word as you scrutinize each other. Yunho’s beautiful eyes scanned your flushed features for a while until they landed back on your face. He splits the silence with a deep drag, “Didn’t reply.” His hoarse voice rumbled, making you jump slightly. It wasn’t loud, or even stern. His words almost sounded like a cat purring, and it sent shivers down your spine. “I-I was at the store.” Your voice broke at the end, making Yunho chuckle. “Why don’t you say it now, hmm?” He smacked his thigh once; the loud sound made you jump again. He held the riding crop up to his nose, moving it down the whip part of the crop until it landed on the clap, “Or maybe this speaks enough for you…” He runs his nose back along the riding crop, inhaling where your fingers danced earlier. “You dawdled on this one longest…” He drew away, his eyes regarding you carefully. “Come here.”
You waver for a moment too long and he slowly rises to his feet. “We’re in the space…” he trails off, referring to you two, “where you don’t get to disobey me.” His voice grows deeper as he hisses the end, his teeth baring at you. Your legs become goo instantly as you sink to your knees. Your eyes fall to the ground, remembering everything Yunho expected from you when you two played. You watch his feet appear in your vision and he stops in front of you. “Hairtie?” He requests. You hold your wrist out for him to pull the elastic off of your appendage. He moves behind you and pulls your hair backward, running his hands through it before quickly and expertly braiding it. Yunho hums a song to himself that vaguely sounds like Often, by the Weekend.
He takes a deep breath and wraps the long braid around his hand and yanks your head backward to look into his scarlet eyes. You mewl, heat spreading through your belly. “Crawl to the chair.” His voice was sharp, piercing your core and making your legs shake. Somehow he always makes it sound so alluring as if he was a walking sex God. The second he drops your braid you instantly do as you were told, pausing only when you were a few feet away from the edge of your sitting chair. You sink back onto your calves and wait for your next demand.
Your heart was sprinting; Yunho could hear it. It made him want to pounce on you, devour you right then and there but he had to take his time. You were new to all of this. Quite frankly, he didn’t care for playing. He just wanted to toss you onto your couch and rip all your clothes off and-
“Take your clothes off.” Yunho ordered. You sit there, unsure if you could stand yet. “May I stand, sir?” Your voice was soft and fragile, making Yunho groan softly. “Yes. Once you are done, back to your knees babydoll.” He approved of your memory; only calling him by his preferred play names, ‘Sir’ and ‘Daddy’. Yunho moved around you to sit in the chair, spreading his legs so that you were now in between them. His scarlet eyes watch your every movement, even the rise and fall of your chest. He most enjoyed the quickening of your pulse as you shifted, realizing what you were about to do for him. He was struggling to maintain his composure...
You shudder knowing that he was observing you strip, making you feel a little self-conscious. You had never done this before, stripping for someone that is. Or really anything that Yunho had planned for you, whatever it was. But you hoped he used that crop on you. Your thoughts cause you to bite your lip, and Yunho grins like a cat, “Penny for your thoughts, baby?” You shake your head, too embarrassed to say what you were thinking. Yunho chuckles, “A loss, for certain.” He drops it and continues to eye you as your fingers make quick work of your clothes. After a few moments, just as you were about to take your panties and bra off, Yunho holds his hand up, causing you to glance at him. “Leave those…” He trails off, his eyes shamelessly racking up your body until they landed on your face. Your cheeks heat up as he sucks his bottom lip between his teeth, surely puncturing them with his sharp incisors. “Come here.” He taps between his legs with the crop, and your feet carry you to stand closer to him. “Bend over my lap.” You gasp at his demand but still obey. It was like your body was not your own, but an appendage of Yunho’s. Yunho really was struggling now. You were being so good to him. He wanted to give you the whole fucking world, even if he had to make it burn just for you.
You lean over his lap, breasts pushing up as you lean over the arm. Your ass was stuck up in the air and Yunho took full advantage of the opportunity, grabbing a handful. “If you ever feel ashamed of your body, I’ll spank it out of you. Your a damn Goddess, y/n.” He purrs. After a few seconds, a harsh slap rang out into your tranquil apartment. “Yunho!” You choke, head whipping to peer at him. A cunning, seductive grin spreads across his features as he raises his hand to deliver yet another strike, his eyes holding yours as his palm connects with the other cheek. You yelp, your mouth dropping open as your skin warms up, the interaction between the two of you making you feel fuzzy as if your body was responding to his. Yunho quirks an eyebrow as he rests the crop on your backside, “Ordinarily,” he cocks his head as his free hand holds your chin, “I would make you look away. But,” he runs the crop between your asscheeks to your soaked core, making you whine, “I want you to look at me.” He delivers a soft quick pat to your clothed clit, making you pant.
You try to close your legs but Yunho’s foot prevented you from doing that. You didn’t even notice that his leg was wrapped around yours until then. He had you pinned to his lap, and the thought of him not letting you go made your pulse race. He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, “The fragrance that you emit when you get horny makes me want to fucking eat you alive, y/n.” he reopened his eyes to reveal his eyes burning a brighter scarlet. “Yunho-” you begin to say but he stops you. “Sir.” He corrects, using the crop to spank you. The sting was sharper but didn’t last as long as when he used his hand. Your legs begin to shake as he spanks you three more times. “Do you like this, Princess?” You nod frantically, panting as your core clenches around nothing. No one had ever made you feel this way. You whimper when you realize that he had stopped. You begin to think you’ve done something wrong, but what you didn’t know was that you had made him snap.
He had you on your back, pinned to your carpeted floor in seconds. He didn’t speak as he burst the buttons of his dress shirt, ripping at the seams to get it off of him. Yunho’s mouth latched to yours, his right hand holding your jaw as his other peeled his pants off. Your mind was churning, jumbled with thoughts of what he was about to do to you. Yunho and you had only had sex twice but he seemed to be holding back, but not this time. He was going to give you what you deserved and deal with the consequences later. Yunho wanted to use you. Wanted to eradicate any hope of anyone that may come after him, but the thought of anyone else with you made him growl, there would be no one else. He would ruin you so completely that there could be no one after him, ever. And now that he knew you were just like him, he knew he was fucked in more ways than one.
There was another shredding sound and your panties joined his ruined shirt a few feet away. He pulled your bra down enough to expose your breasts, making him hiss. His mouth latched around your nipple making you cry out, his teeth sinking into your flesh. But his tongue was quick to lap up the blood that spilled out, filling you with even more passion. You groaned, running your hand through his hair as he thrust into you, both of you groaning with bliss; he filled you so completely that it was as if he was made just for you, and you for him. He groaned as he began to fuck you into the floor, the sound of flesh meeting flesh was pornographic. You prayed that your neighbors couldn’t hear, not that you cared at the moment.
Yunho’s scarlet eyes met yours, agitating with hunger and desire, and he buried his face in your neck. “I could fucking mark you right now.” he moaned, “no one will want you then. You’ll be all mine. No one elses.” You wail at his words, nails digging into his back as he fucked you harder. “Mine. Mine.” he growls, baring his teeth at you, gripping your jaw. “Yours.” You blubber. Yunho’s mouth falls open and a moan emits from the back of his throat. “Say it again.” he demands, thrusts getting shallow. Your mouth falls open, feeling your orgasm getting close. “Yu.” you plead, holding his shoulders as he goes faster. “Fuck, please say it again.” Dom Yunho was gone. He didn’t care anymore. He just wanted you to say that you were his again.
“Yu, I’m- I’m all yours!” Your eyes roll into the back of your head as he grinds against you, the tip of his dick rubbing the gooey spot inside of you. “Yu!” You cry out as your shatter. You tuck your head into his neck, holding him closer as you cry into his throat. He holds you as his hips stutter and he stops, letting out a throaty groan. For a moment you stay like that, unmoving. Well, apart from the shaking of your body as you came down from your high that was, you didn’t move.
Yunho pulls away and looks at your tear-stained cheeks. His thumb catches a stray one as it rolls down your face, “Are you ok?” He questions. You nod feebly as he gazes down at you with something akin to adoration maybe even love. Yunho offers you a soft smile as he pulls away, helping you to your feet. You were feeling tired as he holds you steady, “Do you want to lie down or take a bath?” He sweeps you off your feet and awaits for you to reply. “Bath.” You reply, curling into his chest finding solace in his warm body. Yunho carries you down your hallway to your bathroom, humming something that you didn’t recognize as he enters the bathroom.
Yunho finally found what he had been looking for for nearly 300 years; someone to spend his forever with.

No Matter What
Title: No Matter What
Rating: R
Summary: Everyone has their reason for committing treason. But ultimately, it's for a better future. They just hope they get to live that long to see that future.
Author's Note: It's been a shitty week for me and I've been struggling to write. I have no idea where this came from but here it is. I don't know if there'll be more parts or if this is it.
“Love is not a because, it's a no matter what.” ― Jodi Picoult, Second Glance
You don’t meet with the musketeers in the catacombs. Instead, you go straight to the country, to the monastery. Emotions are going to be high, loyalties tested. Suggesting treason will do that. Porthos, desperate for adventure, will be an easy one to convince to join the mission. Athos, your brother-in-law, is still grief stricken and looking for an opportunity of revenge. He will join any mission that will ease the pain from the loss of his son. You had also helped raise your nephew when his mother passed away in childbirth. He was just as much your son as he was Athos’ and revenge is also a motivation for you. You've been loyal to Aramis and his cause for over the last six years now. It’s D'Artagnan that is the one that could bring this all down on your heads.
This is why your orders were to immediately report to the monastery. You have all of Aramis’ notes, documents, and evidence. If D’Artagnan decides to turn the three of them over to the king for treason, hope is not completely lost. You will have to be the one to carry through. Being a woman affords you less suspicion so it could be possible to spirit the prisoner away from the Bastille and train him to replace the King. That is why you’re at the monastery in the first place, to tutor him. He will need to behave in the same educated manner that the current king maintains. Reading, writing, art, history, all subjects that had been denied him since he was imprisoned.
When you arrive at the small farm that houses the Jesuit order that Aramis is affiliated with, one of the priests takes your horse and hands you a lantern. You’re a common face around the monastery, often arriving to deliver news or offer literary discussions. The Jesuits were an order dedicated to enlightenment and knowledge which allowed a woman such as yourself to be an acceptable source of knowledge. It’s brought you comfort in a difficult world.
“Brother Aramis will arrive later on tonight, if…”
You nod in understanding. “I’ll wait in the kitchens if that’s acceptable.”
“Of course,” he gives you a small smile. “There’s a bottle of wine if you wish to help yourself.”
You give your thanks and head towards the kitchen. There’s still a chill to the night air so you take a seat near the hearth. You’re still sitting there, half the bottle of wine gone despite your watering it down significantly, and a hundred pages read in your book when Aramis arrives. You try to read his face, the firelight casting shadows on his face and making it difficult. He takes the chair next to yours, dropping tiredly into it with a sigh. You pass him a cup of wine and wait till he takes a drink before asking your question.
“How much danger are we in?”
“As much as we normally are.”
“That’s reassuring.”
He gives you a half smile before turning serious again. “We were right, Athos and Porthos are behind us completely.”
“D'Artagnan?”
“Horrified at our treason. But willing to let us hang ourselves.”
“That’s smart of him. Athos and Porthos both have suicidal ideations so those two problems will take care of themselves. Which leaves us.”
“Well, me, at least. I don’t think he knows anything about your involvement.” He frowns. “Which brings me to a question that I’ve had for quite a few years now. Does Athos know?”
You close your book and set it down next to the wine bottle. “Does Athos know what exactly? That I’m a part time tutor for this particular Jesuit order? That I’ve been working secretly with you to replace the king? Or that we’ve been lovers for the past ten years?”
“How about the trifecta?”
“He knows of my tutelage. That is all.”
You don’t tell him how you went to visit Athos a few weeks ago to finally confess to the secret relationship you had been carrying with Aramis. A secret that was soon to come out eventually when you discovered, despite your age, you were with child. Aramis was already making arrangements to leave the order, return to civilian life once more so you wouldn’t face a ruined reputation. A kind but unnecessary gesture you had told him since you had spent the majority of your life as an unconventional woman. But you had wanted to let Athos know before you started to show.
But when you had arrived, it had been just hours after another kind of news had been delivered. The tidy home had been destroyed. Shards of pottery littered the floor, fabric had been ripped apart, furniture overturned. You didn’t even have to ask what happened, you knew. As you were tidying up, you found the letter that had been delivered in the early morning hours that day confirming your assumption. Raoul, the boy the two of you had raised together, had been killed on the front lines. Even if Athos had been stone cold sober when he stumbled through the doorway that afternoon, you couldn’t bring yourself to tell him your news. That was the moment that had felt like a betrayal.
“How are you feeling?”
“Tired.”
He hums before standing up and offering you his hand. You take it with great gratitude, having spent the last couple weeks apart. There’s such familiarity in knowing where all the calluses are from holding a sword and pistol. The parts rubbed smooth like the rosary beads he uses everyday. The warmth and strength found in his hold as he pulls you to his side, presses his lips to your forehead. You used to worry about the other priests and brothers seeing these displays of affection but your relationship is the worst kept secret in the monastery. And Aramis, with his personality and charisma won over the entire building’s silence on the matter.
“To bed, then.”
He picks up your travel bag and keeps his other hand on your waist as you make your way through the quiet halls to the guest quarters where you typically stay during your visits. You smile as you remember the first time you came here, to visit him after he took his vows. You understood why he left the Musketeers, why he retreated here. Penance is typically only achieved through isolation. One night, he lasted one night before coming to your bed, despite your reservations. You had spent four years together on the outside of these walls. Four years and you had resigned yourself that it would be enough, it would have to be enough. But it wasn’t, not even close.
“Do you remember what you said to me?” you ask when you reach the door to your room. “Our first night here?”
“I’m not sure, I said many things that night.” He gives you that devilish smile. “I was a desperate man that evening.”
“Indeed you were.” You step inside and wait for him to close the door. “I had asked you afterwards if you regretted coming here that night.”
“Ah, yes, I remember that. And I said breaking one vow out of three was still a respectable record.”
Poverty. Chastity. Obedience. Those were the fundamental vows of a Jesuit priest. “What we’re planning to do though, it’s going to take that record down to one. Certainly treason against the king goes against the vow of obedience.”
He nods solemnly before reaching to undo the laces in your corset. “I suppose it’s a good thing then, that I won’t be a Jesuit for much longer.”
You take in a deep breath when the boned garment is tossed into a chair. “Like you were a good one to begin with. A good man, but a lousy priest.”
He presses his lips against your neck, his hands curling around your waist and pulling you back towards him. “If it wasn’t for you, I’d been an excellent priest.”

Can I ask you something? Have you considered doing a fanfic of Aki facing odd against her hold black rose witch persona which I'm surprised wasn't a episode to begin with I mean the idea is too good to waste
The ask box is always open for a reason, my friend!
But to answer your question: Yes, I absolutely have considered the idea of Aki coming face to face with the Black Rose Witch and being forced to confront her own past in a very literal way. The problem with this scenario is mainly one: Logistics. Seeing as Aki can hardly physically split herself in two, making this possible would require supernatural shenanigans of some kind, if you ask me. And sure, 5Ds has plenty of those, but what to use? Time travel? (High potential to shoot yourself in the foot.) A sort of supernatural test of willpower? (Okay, sure, but where, why, and how?) Try to keep it simple, say it's just a nightmare and all in Aki's head? (Possible, but pretty basic.) Say Iliaster creates another signer double, and Aki has to take it down same as Jack took down his? (Runs the risk of being a rehash of the fake Jack episodes, unfortunately.)
Depending on how they're written, I don't necessarily think any of these options are better or worse than the other, and I agree, the opportunity to have Aki literally confront herself would have been great. As far as my own writing is concerned, my main issue, personally, would be where the hell to slot this into canon. Because writing it just as-is, with zero context and no place on the canon timeline, isn't my style. Therefore, I'd have to find a spot for this, and ideally give it some kind of nice payoff, too. And the way my Aki stuff is going right now, especially with the next, big fic I'm currently working on, I'm not sure I could fit this in anywhere. (At least not without making things seem really, really bloated in terms of plot threads and tension.)
That said, I have thought about it before, and may yet think more about it in the future. So I'm not categorically denying I'll ever write this. I'd just love to place it somewhere where it makes sense and haven't found that spot (nor the best way to execute this scenario) just yet.
#yugioh 5ds#aki izayoi#akiza izinski#ask the orchid#I realise this answer might not be entirely satisfying#but this is one of those scenarios that bounces around my head occasionally without ever forming into a coherent outline#bc I'm such a logistics person when it comes to writing and haven't managed to make this one work out so far#but yeah I hope this at least somewhat satisfies your curiosity!#perhaps I should find some peeps to bounce ideas around with about this some time#orchid rambles

📓🐁
A mouse drags in a notebook hoping for your secret fanfiction knowledge.
A dangerous thing to do in a house full of cats, little mouse. Alright, grab your pen, let me give you the lowdown on an Undertale fic I'll probably never write, but I do think about from time to time.
You are a murderer. The courts may call it 'self defence', but you know what you did, and you ain't sorry. You're a criminal, just another degenerate chewed up and thrown out by the system with no education, no prospects, and no future.
What you do have - unbeknownst to you - is a twin. Not identical, but close enough looking that it's obvious you came from the same womb, finally reunited by a rare gene flagged up by the prosecution to link you to the scene of your crime. Maddie's parents are pissed - pissed that you were kept from them during the adoption procedure, that they were denied the opportunity to raise two kids.
One day in court later, and your delinquent ass is on the other side of the country in a Norman Rockwell vs Stepford Wives nightmare, all white picket fences and mowed lawns and assholes wearing pastels. Your new foster parents are far from the worst you've had, and it's cool to have a blood relative for the first time in your life. You've got the opportunity to finish school, even if you're going to be older than everyone else, and as long as you keep your nose clean while on parole you can stay out of actual-adult prison.
Not that anything is that simple. You're not an easy person to deal with for your immature sister, her unprepared parents and the pathetic school bullies not expecting a convicted criminal in their class. As much as you're trying to do good and fly right, some days you just really want to stab a fucker...
Jealous that you're more 'mature' than she is, Maddie gets herself a job at a bakery/café, some place named 'Muffets', run by a couple of skeleton monsters that are pretty common around here. You think she should be focusing on school, since this is her second time repeating the final year, so take it upon yourself to be as much of a nuisance as legally possible to get her fired.
Too bad for you, Black and Blue - who aren't twins even though they look like they could be - are a lot more difficult to rattle than the other middle class weaklings around here, and send you to sit at the kiddie table with the delivery boy, a tall skeleton who sleeps most of the day. It ain't such a bad place - Blue is a nice guy, and Black is tough, but fair, and they treat Maddie pretty well for a part timer who keeps making idiot mistakes. They won't even let her work weekends unless she can prove her homework is all done, so shit might just work out.
Besides, Black is real fun to tease. You'll never get tired of the way he blushes, how his eyelights disappear when you say something 'naughty', the way he flounders when you 'accidentally' touch his arm. He'd never do anything - the guys too straight to even consider fucking someone still in school - but you can still play.
But as you well know, the good times don't last forever. Between the creepy neighbour that's way too interested in your sister, the bad influences from your old life determined you drag you back down, and the assholes in the new one that don't want you to be a better person, your stress and hackles just keep rising.
Questions abound - why weren't Maddie's parents told about you when you were babies? Who is this Matthew kid in the family photo's, and why does he look just like your sister? Are Black's boundaries as hard and fast as you thought? And who the fuck is lurking in the bushes at night?!

Resplendent Quetzal Prophecy And Symbolism
The Following Channel is from higher powers, Divine, the ancestral plane and is prophetic through Quornesha S. Lemon|
Whether the Respelendent Quetzal Bird appears in dreams, visions, waking life or synchronicities, it is a sign and message that some rejections are turning around into approvals. This is setting off a chain of events, where you were once denied you’re approved. Where you were once tolerated you’re now celebrated.. Debts are come due, energetically speaking. The plagues are on their way. This isn’t inclusive to all but against one’s enemies. What was once disrupted in your life is now at peace. A prophecy of tranquility is promised. The future bodes well for you and your offspring. Even if that offspring are amongst the animal kingdom.
You can rest assured that YOU are the key. You are the solution, you are the answer to something. A stroke of luck is coming to you. And this isn’t related to some gamble but a business opportunity or opportunities. This is about connecting to the right people at the right time. Someone highly elite is inspired by you. You have a light that isn’t like others. You will be able to quiet the tongues of your enemies with just a glance.
You will speak with boldness and confidence. What you ask for will be given to you, People will become very agreeable with your tone and words.
Your prayers are fervent and your heart is pure. Your hands are clean, this is why divine is close to you. To people who are not on your path, you seem like you’re better than they are. You yourself don’t think of yourself this way but they think you do. It is not your responsibility to get others to see that your intentions are good. Look up to where your help cometh from. Keep your head high where the eagles fly. You will be protected from illnesses and you will be able to extract sickness and disease not only from your own body but that of others. Your hands, your energy, your words are remarkable. Pay attention to your dreams, because class is in session. You are awake at times but awake also in the spirit. Keep moving ahead.
The Resplendent Quetzal is a sign and a prophecy of royalty, an upgrade to luxury, living the good life. Having things go in your desired direction. It is also symbolic of prosperous times ahead. Miracles will happen to you, those around you and those that support you. You may find yourself unwell one minute and healed the next. Things will happen rapidly. Solutions flowing out of the blue. Good things are coming, and a war in your life is now over. What God/Divine has for you no one can take/close/end.
This message isn't, obviously resonant with all whose paths it crosses, as perhaps you may encounter someone of this vernacular, mastery or skill. Therefore, it is a sign from the universe that you're meant to work with such a person.

Unpublished Excerpt: Leaving Catholicism Over Identity
Consider that you have an immutable, inherent quality about you that impacts everything about how you see the world, how you relate to others, and even how you relate to yourself. It can’t be wished away, it can’t be ignored, and it comes out at the most inopportune times when others feel inclined to judge and ridicule and make light of you over it. When you think about the future, it’s shaped by this quality; when you think about the past, it’s always been there, even if you couldn’t see it at first. You never chose this quality–indeed, it came to you quite like a personality trait or a cat dander allergy–but people insist that you can just not do the thing and that you should, in fact, not do the thing so that your eternal soul doesn’t suffer in flames forever. In all of this, you’re left wondering why it had to be you when you tried so hard to be good, to be something else, and yet it never worked. You could never shake that quality that left you so outside the norm, so outcast and othered. You wonder, silently, sincerely, if God even hears you when you cry out. You wonder most of all if everyone else is right about you.
This is what it feels like to be gay in a non-affirming church community. This is what drove me away from the Catholic religion. It wasn’t a desire to do bad things with no consequences, or a desire to rebel against my family, or any of those tropes. It was a sincere search of my soul in which I realized that I couldn’t just not be a lesbian, that I couldn’t just wish away all the parts of me that longed for the touch of a woman. I had tried for so long to be interested in men, I had struggled for years to just fake it until I made it, and I had to realize that it just wasn’t possible. Maybe other people could find a way to ignore some piece of themselves, but for me, it was immutable. It was non-negotiable. It was also something that, evidently, qualified me as worthy of eternal damnation unless I followed a very specific set of rules that nobody else had to follow.
I understand very well that life isn’t fair. Two suicide attempts and many years of non-suicidal self-injury taught me that life doesn’t grind to a halt just because you want it to, just because you can’t take it anymore. But something in me protested at the thought of being celibate forever. I wanted companionship like everyone else had the opportunity to have, I wanted to be with someone I loved and who loved me in return, and I was supposed to believe that was…what, sinful? That it was a disordered desire in the eyes of the Catholic Church? I couldn’t hack it. It wasn’t an issue of sin; it was an issue of being able to live with myself.
I’m also quite familiar with the red letters in Matthew 16:24 that read, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.” It seems pretty simple from the outside, doesn’t it? Every good Christian has to deny their flesh; every good Christian has to take up their cross, and homosexuality is yours! But the unfairness sunk in, and the lack of compassion, and the true misunderstanding. I could deny my flesh for things that actually hurt me–and I know that because I had done it every single time I ever thought about taking a razor to my skin just to prove how worthless I really was. But wanting to feel loved, wanting to give that love in every possible way, wanting to grow old with a woman who cared about me…did that hurt anyone, least of all me?
Sure, there’s also the whole thing about sexuality existing for procreation. But nobody was stopping infertile straight people from getting married. Nobody was revoking the marriage licenses of couples who sought out fertility treatment, or adopted, or went childless because of the struggle. Besides, why was the sex I was having or not having the dominant point of the conversation, anyway? The thing about being gay is that it’s not just about who you want to bang; it’s about who you want to spend your life with, who you love, who brings you joy and receives the joy you put out into the world.
I had tried so hard to be anything other than homosexual. I really did. But it wasn’t happening, and it wasn’t happening because it wasn’t possible. Maybe other people could watch a piece of themselves wither away in hopelessness and be fine with it, but I couldn’t. Is that so sinful in the end?

The Importance of Stump Grinding Valdosta GA for Your Landscape
What is Stump Grinding?
Stump grinding is the act of using a piece of equipment to reduce the tree stump to the ground level to eliminate it from sight. While regular stump removal means pulling out the primary root system entirely, the idea of stump grinding refers to grinding only the stump and a few centimeters beneath the surface. This method is less invasive, quicker, and more costly to most homeowners as compared to the traditional methods.
Benefits of Stump Grinding
Now we will explore some of the reasons why it is very important to hire professional stump grinding in Valdosta, GA. Valdosta Tree Removal offers services to help you with your landscape. Let's dive into some of the top advantages:
1. Improved Aesthetic Appeal
A trunk after tree removal is a very unseemly thing to leave behind especially if you have a well-trimmed compound. Stump removal enables one to have that area back as you desired so that there is no odd looking stump in your compound. It also creates an opportunity for planting new grass, a garden or anything else you may desire to plant in your compound to improve the appearance of your yard.
2. Prevention of Pests
Old stumps are a breeding ground for other pests such as termites, ants and beetles which can later infest other parts of your compound or house. When you hire a stump grinder service, you deny these pests their food source, and thus protect your property from future infestations.
3. Enhanced Safety
A tree stump left in the ground becomes a tripping hazard and may be obscured by grass or bushes. This can be especially true if you have children who play in the yard or even guests who are not conversant with your compound. The other advantage of stump removal Valdosta GA is that stump grinding eliminates this safety risk and offers a sense of relief.
The Role of Professional Stump Grinder Service
Although it can be a good idea to do the job on your own, it is always recommended to hire a professional stump grinder service, to do the job effectively, efficiently and safely. Here's why it's best to leave it to the pros:
1. Specialized Equipment
Stump removal is done by heavy equipment that most homeowners cannot afford to hire or purchase. They are armed with heavy rotating blades which shred the stuck into mulch within a few minutes. Experts arrive with these tools and knowledge of how to employ them, thus reducing the likelihood of harm to your property or to yourself.
2. Expertise
Timber varies in kind and so do the root systems and it is important to know how to handle each of them. A stump grinder service professional knows such subtleties and can work with different types of trees and stumps.
3. Safety Precautions
Operating a stump grinder is not safe and should be done carefully. Specialists understand the right measures to take to avoid any mishap when grinding the stump. They also understand how to work around underground utilities such as water or gas lines that may be endangered during a do it yourself stump elimination effort.
4. Time Efficiency
The Connection Between Stump Grinding and Tree Removal Valdosta
In Valdosta, when people have trees removed they may think the task is done from there. However, the process of stump removal is as important as the process of felling the tree in question. The stump remains to be a hindrance occupying important space and may hinder landscaping processes. Further, if the stump is left behind it begins to rot slowly and may affect the overall look, and safety of the compound.
When you hire a company like Valdosta Tree Removal, that offers tree removal in Valdosta and stump grinding services, you are assured that your compound will be left as clean as possible without any sign that there was once a tree on the compound.

What Is A NOID?
It’s important to note that the official acronym for “NOID” is “notice of intent to deny,” meaning that the intent to deny is in the future and not something that has already occurred. It is not a denial. You still have an opportunity. In fact, that’s what a NOID really is: an opportunity. Specifically, it’s an opportunity to be able to provide more information and give yourself the best chance for a successful outcome.
What Should My NOID Response Include?
Your NOID will in all likelihood include the reasons that the USCIS intends to deny your request, as well as why the evidence you submitted previously was deemed insufficient. Additionally, the NOID should supply examples of evidence that could potentially bolster your case. We can help with all of that. Our team has years of experience in preparing a successful NOID response for our clients. Now, we can put that experience to work for you. We can help you to go through your evidence, documentation, and more, so as to prepare the best possible response with the highest likelihood of success.

Attorneys To Guide You Every Step Of The Way Receiving either a NOID, RFE or anything similar can be frustrating and even a bit scary. But, neither is a rejection in and of itself. They’re both a chance to get things right, to still be able to immigrate to the United States how you want. Why Building a New House in Cork Is Better Than Buying an Existing Property
When it comes to homeownership, building a new house is a great option that offers several advantages over buying an existing property.
One of the most significant benefits is the ability to customise the home to meet your specific needs and preferences. You can work with architects and builders to create a home that reflects your style and incorporates the latest technologies and features. This level of personalisation is not possible when buying a second-hand home.
In addition to customisation, building a new house allows you to incorporate energy-efficient features from the outset. You can choose eco-friendly materials, install energy-saving appliances, and implement sustainable technologies, all of which contribute to reducing your carbon footprint and lowering utility costs. This can lead to significant savings over time and make your home more environmentally friendly.
New build houses also have potential financial benefits. New homes often come with warranties that cover construction defects and repairs, providing peace of mind for homeowners. It is worth mentioning though that it’s best to uncover the flaws before you close the sale and move in to get your contractors to address them immediately. This is why getting a snagging inspection is highly recommended.
Understanding Snagging Surveys for New Build Homes
The snagging process is a crucial step in ensuring that your newly constructed home meets the desired standards and specifications. It is essential to understand that even the most experienced builders may overlook some issues during construction. These issues may range from minor cosmetic defects like paintwork to more significant structural defects like faulty wiring or plumbing.
A snagging company will conduct a thorough inspection of the property, usually when the project is nearing completion but before it is handed over to the owner. This will allow them to identify any defects or issues that must be addressed before the sale is finalised. The snagging company will then provide a detailed report highlighting all the identified defects and issues, which the builder will be required to rectify.
It is important to note that the snagging process is not limited to newly constructed homes. It can also be applied to renovations or refurbishments of existing properties.
Why Hiring a Professional Snagging Company in Cork Is a Must
While it may be tempting to conduct the survey yourself, it is crucial to understand that a professional snagging company has the necessary expertise, experience, and tools to identify even the most minor defects that may go unnoticed by untrained eyes.
By enlisting the services of a trusted snagging company, you can have peace of mind knowing that your new house will be meticulously inspected. Furthermore, any issues will be appropriately documented in a detailed and comprehensive snag list. This report will highlight all the identified defects and issues, including photographs and descriptions, making it easier for the builders or developers to rectify them.
You can also count on them to provide an unbiased and objective assessment of your property. They have no vested interest in the outcome of the inspection, unlike the builders or developers, who may be more focused on completing the project quickly and moving on to the next one. This ensures that defects or issues are not overlooked.
Clearly, the importance of hiring a trusted snagging company cannot be overstated. Professional snaggers act as your advocate, ensuring your home is delivered in perfect condition.
Finding the Right Snagging Company in Cork for You
When searching for a company that would inspect your new build home, it is essential to do your due diligence. Here are some tips to help you find the right snag list provider:
Choose a Reputable and Independent Company
Reputable snagging companies have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and customer satisfaction. Seek recommendations from trusted sources, such as friends, family, or colleagues who have had positive experiences with snagging specialists in Cork. Additionally, ask potential companies for references from previous clients. This will give you valuable insights into their professionalism, expertise, and the overall quality of their work.
Opting for an independent snag list provider is equally vital. Independence ensures that the company is not affiliated with any particular builder or developer. This unbiased approach allows for an impartial inspection that solely serves your best interests as a homeowner. By avoiding potential conflicts of interest, you can have confidence that the snagging report will accurately reflect any defects or issues that need attention.
Don’t Go for Cheap Fees, Always Choose Quality Work
While it can be tempting to hire the snagging company with the lowest fees, it’s crucial not to compromise on quality workmanship. Cheaper options may lack the necessary experience, qualifications, and materials to deliver a thorough and reliable inspection.
Remember, snagging is an investment in your property’s long-term quality and durability. Getting a reputable and experienced snagging company will help identify and address potential defects, saving you from costly repairs or replacements down the line.
Below are some expert tips on how you can ensure a seamless snagging survey and a stress-free working relationship with your chosen snagger:
Get everything in writing. This includes the scope of work, the timeline, and the price.
Be clear about your expectations. Let the company know what you are looking for regarding quality and workmanship.
Be present during the inspection. This will allow you to ask questions and ensure the company performs well.
In summary, building a new house, whether it’s in Cork, Dublin or elsewhere in Ireland, is an exhilarating endeavour that requires a steadfast commitment to quality and attention to detail. From the initial planning stages to the final touches, every decision you make plays a crucial role in shaping your dream home.
As you embark on the journey of building your new house in Cork, remember that snagging is an integral part of ensuring perfection and lasting quality. Embrace the value it brings to your home and make it an essential step in the construction process. Keep in mind, by investing in snagging, you are investing in the long-term enjoyment, comfort, and value of your home.
