-this one is a LITTTLEE easy i will admit but,,,Cat,,,,,it just fits!!!!

-he's very good at just kind of. dealing with whatever it is that you kinda throw at him. if you randomly decide you wanna try and take up all the space on his bed (good luck, its fucking Big) that's ok, he'll just lay down next to you somehow. if you decide you wanna lay on him then whoops!! he's stuck there till you get up now lol. (the amount of times deimos and sanford come back from missions and just see him sitting on the couch with you laying on his lap is uncountable,,,each time he just makes a gesture for them to be quiet so they dont wake you)

-VERY gentle w/ you, especially after becoming a mag. he always pets you very carefully with his more normal hand because he's scared of hurting you (there was one time he'd accidentally nicked you a little with his claws and he felt SO bad, kept fussing and asking if you were alright afterwards)

-you both purr!! his is a little louder than yours naturally but he kind of. tries to force it to be quieter because he wants to hear you :[ you kind of. get him into the habit of not doing that so instead he just lays his head on your chest or stomach so he can hear / feel it

-he can pick you up so easily its really funny. exactly ONE time on a mission where you were about to get hit from behind while dealing with another grunt and he just like??? SWEPT you up off the ground and wrecked their shit. the entire time you're just kind of there like 🧍

Sanford

-I'm so serious about this one dont even TALK to me. bnnuy.

-HE JUST THINKS UR CUTE!!!!,,,,ur a lot smaller in comparison to him (dont even get him started on how you look standing next to hank or any mag agents) and it makes him go :] ,,, on that note 9/10 he's carrying you around, he just likes picking you up and holding you since it's real easy and its a way of keeping you close to him (also he likes showing off his strength to you a little bit but shhh)

-rip to you though because you've got more sensitive hearing and. if you've heard his voice lines. then you know. this man. isn't always the quietest. BUT as soon as he noticed how you kinda flinch whenever he's yelling something on a mission or to one of the others then he apologizes a bunch and does his best to keep it to a minimum around you,,

-deimos is a menace and he would try and get san to confess to you a bunch'a times and it would usually just end in him trying to like. cover your ears or something so he can tell deimos to stfu. it barely works but its funny as fuck to see your confused expression and sans flustred one to dei

-all in all he just thinks you're really cute and kind of funny...sometimes you just kind of. sit down next to him and kind of stare because you want him to pet you lmao. on that same note at some point you just kinda. got into the habit of coming to his room to lay down with / around him and he just <:']

-You're incredibly sly and fast, directly complimenting his more flighty nature. he is a coward who avoids danger and you ARE said danger, u are fucking deranged <3. at first he kinda thought of you as an enemy because you kept swooping in and saving him but the entire time you kind of. dragged him around like a ragdoll SJFFDJWCDS,,,you're running off as you pull him by the hand to follow you and you like. looked over your shoulder and gave this fanged smile back at him and he just . his brain fucing exploded you killed him. he didn't stop thinking abt it for like 3 days.

-anyways. you run circles around him its crazy, you two playfight and roughouse a lot. however he did have to ban you from biting too hard because you accidentally drew blood one time,,,,,u were apologetic and you kept checking the wound to make sure it was ok and that he was doing alright,,he wont admit it but he thought it was funny to see you all worried abt him, teases you about it but you just bare your fangs (jokingly) and threaten to do it again. he just gets flustered and rolls his eyes with a little scoff.

-you make a lot of like. squeaks and yips when you're excited or otherwise kinda worked up and he thinks they're real funny. he tries to imitate them but he ends up failing and 10/10 you hear his voice crack BUT he still considers it a win when it makes you laugh so :)

-admittedly he does poke and prod a lot lmao. he likes to trace your paws and to kinda. brush against your claws a little because he thinks they're really cool. also again this mans fucking weird, he's stuck his hand in your mouth before because he wanted to fuck w/ ur sharp teeth again. you bit him. he does not do this anymore.

-he just!!! thinsk you're neat :) he really likes how sweet you can be and also still be evil and fucked up if you so please. you cause problems on purpose and he has to get you out of trouble lmao, SO...most times you just kinda stick around him (unless u have ur own work to do) and watch what he does. sometimes he'll have you help him out with certain things, eventually you kind of just. start picking up knowledge abt this and the first time you say something before he almost messes up on something he's just kinda 'oh yeah ur right....HEY WAIT YOU REMEMBERED-' he doesn't know WHY but it just makes him happy

-it is. admittedly. a little nerve wracking. to be nonhuman. in a lab that sometimes experiments on people. and nonhuman people. for some kind of obvious reasons. so he gets a little nervous about that sometimes. he does his best to kind of keep you out of serious trouble bc of that, keeps you away from phobos or any of his higher ups like him as much as he possibly can because he's scared of what they might do to you :[

-ON A MORE LIGHT HEARTED NOTE,,,u two stay up pretty late at the lab a lot. you just kinda help him out and you both get carried away. it's not an uncommon sight to any night guards or janitors to see you both talking in the dark with only like. a kinda dim lamp on as you both work. its like 1/4 you actually getting things done and 3/4s you two just talking about whatever comes into mind, he shows his more casual and laid-back nature in these moments especially. also not uncommon for people to see you both passed out in his lab curled up against eachother lol

-pets you absentmindedly a lot,,he isn't sure why he does it he just!! does!! he just kinda subconsciously reaches for you (sometimes you have to kinda. put your head under his hand for him which he appreciates). also likes messing with ur paws and claws a little, he's a lot more careful though since he's nicked himself on your nails before

Chapter 7

They arrive at the paintball areana, Kakashi is there giving a speech

Kakashi: welcome to the ninth annual paintball extravaganza...where every summer we ask the neighboring nations come together to have a friendly battle of a paintball. We are delighted have this event due to the ninth hokage who started this tradition on a friendly game of tag. While developing into a yearly tournament of people tagging themselves out with paint by thier opponent. Now the rules....there will no use of any jutszu of any kind....the only weapon at your disposal is the paintball guns along with three cases of paintballs. If you come in contact with a paintball your out...if you cheat your team along with yourself you are disqualified....remember have fun this is only a game to commemorate the ninth hokage's tradition....have fun and get into your starting lines...we comence in three minutes

Kawaki: where the hell is our starting point

Akamari: since it's yours and Sarutobi's first time I'll show you

She walks them to the starting spot where the group flag is located

Kawaki: really we are into the far left...away from the groups

Boruto: it gives a cover when we enter the forest...so our opponents don't know where we are

Itachi: and its easier to stalk those who are inexperienced

Minato: why do you think they have it set up this way

Sarutobi(to Kawaki): ready to have fun dad?

Kawaki(smiling): yeah son I'm ready

The team hears the bell and they run off into the forest to take cover, team seven finds a large trunk to hide in

Boruto: ok we wait here...

Kawaki(irritated): the hell with waiting...are we not suppose to pebble people with our guns

Boruto(amused): kawaki....its paintball...

Suddenly they hear three teammates out already....and hear 'fireball' chanting in the stands

Boruto(smiles): guess she got ahead of the game

Announcer: fireball is at it in the first minute of the game...taking out three teammates at once...what a show performer.....she must love her fans!

Kawaki(shocked): wow...that crazy chick is Akamari....is she really that fast?

Boruto: told you....she's not called fireball for nothing...she's the real deal you know

Kawaki(hearing a branch break): get down...I heard someone

All three of them are low on the ground...a green member steps out into view, Boruto takes the shot and he's out, they run from the trunk and head into the trees trying to see the birds eye view, suddenly the announcer comes on the speaker

Announcer: wow....what a match....Zerubi was cornered until one of his teammates shot four of the purple team....what a show it is I tell you

Boruto(realizing): we need to move Zerubi is either finding us or Akamari and the boys....but most likely Akamari

Once they are in ground view Boruto sees a white opponent, he shoots first and the kid from the white team is out

Boruto: got him....oh no..

Suddenly the white team ambushes him...but Sarutobi shoots them all before getting to Boruto

Announcer: what's this a new rookie has joined the scene....a Sarutobi I presume...just shot the rest of the white team....this tournament is getting good folks!

Kawaki(slaping him on the back): that was amazing son....

Boruto(shocked): where did you learn to aim....

Sarutobi: I practice on shooting games....at the arcade

Boruto: well....we are gonna need you....

Announcer: what is this.....two teams are already out....blue and red....and by the twins Itachi and Minato....what a show folks...its getting good

Boruto(to Kawaki): well that just leaves three of the green team, Zerubis which is the black team, team 12 which is gray, and us

Back at the stands the Uchias and Uzumakis are watching the show go down on the big screen

Sauske: So this is the so called extravaganza?

Naruto: come on Sauske...cheeer on for your granddaughter...she's the best when it comes to playing games

Hinata(pointing): look it's Akamari...she looks cornered...by the gray team!

Announcer: what's this....fireball is surrounded by all five of the gray team....what will she do...and how will she get out of it.....

The gray team starts to shoot she jumps in the air doing a halfway summersault and spins taking out all five teammates

Sakura and Naruto(sreaming): yeah that's our kid....go Akamari....whoooo!

Announcer: well her name goes with her game....fireball is at it again taking out all five teammates at once...you can hear the fanclub chant her name in the stands

Fanclub: fireball....fireball.....fireball

Sauske(embarrassed): now I know where Akamari gets her competitive side....and I'm regretting it already

Hinata: at least it's in good fun...right Sauske

Sauske(gloomy): I guess...if it's for fun

Suddenly Kawaki and Boruto show up to sit in the stands along with them

Naruto: what happened to you two...?

Boruto and Kawaki: paint bomb....don't ask how...

Hinata: and Sarutobi...where is he...

Boruto: still in the arena with Akamari and the twins...Kawaki pushed him out of the way and we got ambushed by the green team

Kawaki(angry): stupid teenagers...well at least I got even...

Boruto(irritated): shooting them with paintballs mercilessly after we were out is not how you play the game....

Kawaki(smiling): well....at least they learned thier lesson

Boruto(screaming): you injured one of thier players....because of you we are banned from playing....ever!

Sauske: wow...he really did that?

Boruto: yes....and Kakashi officially banned us from playing.....ever again

Naruto(smaking his forehead): when it comes to playing fair....Kawaki was not that fond of losing

Kawaki(arms crossed): never will be either....

Boruto(irritated): just when we were having fun...you ruin it for us....from now on stick to board games will you

Kawaki(pointing): look it's my son...and the green team...

Sarutobi sneaks up on the green team one by one and takes them all out

Announcer: what a good tactic by Sarutobi folks...he successfully singlehandedly took out the green team

Kawaki(smiling): at least he holds down the fort....

Naruto: not bad for a first timer...

Hinata: at least he's ok....

Boruto: show off...

Sauske: this game is pointless...if Akamari is playing it...

After an hour, only three stand Sarutobi, Akamari, and Zerubi

Hinata: look...Akamari and Zerubi are facing off....but where's Sarutobi...

The twins(after losing): look dad there!

Boruto(smacking his chest): Kawaki look....!

They see from the camera that Sarutobi is hiding above the tree, three feet from Akamari, he is waiting for her cue to fire

Announcer: this is the climax folks...we are at the edge of our seats, who will win....Zerubi or fireball...its a face off like never before

Zerubi(on the screen): give up you have no chance...

Akamari(on the screen): really now...you sure?

Zarubi..shoots at Akamari...making her lose

Zarubi(laughing): finally I won...I won...

Suddenly two paintballs strike Zarubi out from the trees

Zarubi(angry): that's impossible...who shot me!

Sarutobi(jumping from the trees): rule number one- don't underestimate your opponent

Announcer(shocked): this is impossible...for the first time...in three years...we have a new champion...(assistant handing the card to the announcer) this year champion is Sarutobi Madra

Kawaki(getting up and screaming): yeah...my boy did it...whooo....he did it!

The crowd starts clapping as they announce the new winner and they hand him his trophy as the reporters take pictures. The Uchias, Uzumakis and Kawaki go to the stage to congratulate him

Sakura(hugging Sarutobi): you did wonderful...good job dear

Sauske(patting him on the shoulder): that's was unexpected...but a least someone else besides Akamari won....

The twins: yeah you should see the fanclubs...they are devastated they both lost

Sarutobi(confused): fanclubs?....

Then he notices both groups crying over thier best champions

Kawaki(hugging Sarutobi): I'm glad you won...and...did you have a good time?

Sarutobi(hugging his dad): the best...and I'm glad to have spent it with you

Kawaki(smiling): yeah so am I...

Boruto: hey where's Akamari...our fireball..?

They see her talking to her fans, suddenly Koji approaches her...she gets excited as Koji hands her a letter. She reads it and is disappointed while giving him back the letter. Koji grabs her arm and she yanks free from him yelling at Koji. He stops her to explain, she pushes him and runs off crying kicking over a trash can

Sakura(angry): I'm gonna gonna beat him with a pole when he gets home....its the second time he does this to her....

Sauske(sighs): he's not coming is he dear....this is the second year without her father.....and her sister

Hinata: she just video chatted him the other day asking him to come to her birthday since she'll be leaving in November....he said he'll see

Naruto: she always puts on a brave face...guess this time it's different...she just couldn't take another disappointment

Kawaki: wait two years....

Naruto: yeah when Souske left her here she was twelve....she hasn't seen her dad or sister since then

Billy's been driving around for the last twenty minutes, music blaring and smoking cigarette after cigarette as he looks for Max. She was meant to be at one of her friends' houses, but the little shits apparently jumped from house to house without telling anyone. Everyone was meant to be at the Wheeler's- and boy was that fun having to see Karen Wheeler answer the door side-by-side with her husband, squirming and with pleading eyes to not utter a word of their previous flirtations- but the kids weren't there. So Billy drove to the Byers', and again no luck.

The Sinclair household only had one mouthy little girl that Billy briefly found amusing, and it was she who directed him to the Henderson's.

"Just walk right in," the little girl Erica had told him. "My brother and his friends will most likely ignore the doorbell and Ms. Henderson likes to chase her evening pills with alcohol."

"For being a kid, you know an awful lot about what Ms. Henderson does at night."

"I'm thirteen, you mullet wearing bastard." She had sassed him- actually sassed him before slamming the door in his face and all Billy could do was laugh about it.

The kid had fire and he liked it. It was rather refreshing.

Then having gotten back in his car, he memorized the directions to the Henderson household that Erica had given him and drove.

Pulling up outside the Henderson house, Billy stubs out his cigarette in the ashtray before cutting the engine and climbing out. The lights are all on inside, so he wastes no time stomping up to the front door and ringing the bell.

No answer.

He tries the door knob and it's locked.

"For fucks sake," Billy grumbles, growing agitated.

He then decides to pound on the door with a closed fist, but again there's no answer. There's a TV blaring somewhere inside, but he rather not start peeking through windows and risk the neighbors calling the cops on him. Instead he stomps around to the back of the house and is intent on pounding on the back door, yelling until someone answers him. But the moment he steps foot in the backyard, a strong familiar scent hits him full force and he stumbles to a stop before looking for the source.

Dusty and all his little friends had decided to come over and you knew there'd be no peace in order for you to watch a couple of movies as you had planned. They'd all congregated into Dustin's room which was just right next to yours and immediately they were a loud mess. So after making sure your mother was nice and tuckered out downstairs in front of the TV, you went back into your room and into your closet.

At the very top, very back of your closet was your secret stash of weed that was only smoked in emergency situations. And this? This was an emergency of boredom that you needed to quell right away.

So after making sure you had everything in your box, you tuck it under your arm and go back downstairs to exit the back door. In your backyard is the only thing left that reminds everyone of your fathers presence before he split- a large treehouse in the sturdiest tree that Dustin and his friends usually chilled out in when they weren't inside.

There's an actual staircase that wraps around the tree and you climb them all the way up to the house itself. Then plopping down in one of the bean bags, you set the box in your lap, open it up, and smile as you stare down at its contents.

After rolling a blunt and lighting up, you take a deep drag and let the smoke settle in your lungs before blowing it out. Drag after drag, your body starts to loosen up and you quickly find yourself sprawled on the floor of the treehouse.

You have more than enough weed for another blunt and you lazily start to roll another one.

Before you can light up, however, a voice stalls you.

"You do know the entire back yard smells like weed, right? You looking to be busted?"

Rolling over, you belly crawl to the door and look down. Standing in your backyard, looking far too handsome for his own good, is none other than Billy Hargrove. "You gonna be a narc, Hargrove?"

He walks over to the bottom of the stairs, eyes narrowing suspiciously. "Do I know you?"

"Nah. We don't have classes together, but you made an impression on all the little sheep at school. Name's Y/N. I'm Dustin's sister."

"Hmm." He glances at the house once more. "So can I just walk in and grab Max or..?"

"They got a D&D session going on, so good luck, man."

Billy huffs and turns around, stomping up to the back door and entering your house. You watch, lighting up your second blunt of the night and wait. A handful of minutes pass before Billy exits alone, looking a little more agitated than he had moments before.

Chuckling softly, you hold out the blunt so he can see the embers burning bright in the night. "Need a little relaxation while you wait? Come on up, Hargrove. I don't bite." Billy sighs but makes his way towards the stairs nonetheless. Laughing as he ducks to enter through the door, you roll onto your back and hold out the blunt towards him. "Welcome to Stoners Anonymous. I'm Y/N and I'll be your host this evening."

Billy's agitation is quickly wiped away and a smile takes place of his scowl. He takes the offered blunt and holds it to his lips, taking a long drag as he lets his head fall back and eyes close in pure bliss. Blowing out the smoke, he then takes a seat. "That's good. Who's your dealer?"

"A good customer never reveals her sources until at least the third smoking party."

"Whatever you say." He takes another hit, letting his gaze wander around the spacious treehouse. "You know, a good host usually has snacks for when the munchies hit."

On cue, your stomach rumbles and Billy chuckles as you groan. Cursing quietly, you sit up and crawl over to a stack of crates that act as a stand of cubbies. Pulling out a walkie talkie, you turn it on and hold down the button. "Calling all nerds. Calling all nerds. Take a break from D&D and bring me some noms. Over."

Billy grins, passing the blunt back to you. You take a drag as the walkie in hand crackles to life. "Are you high? Over." Someone giggles before it cuts out.

"As a kite. Now bring me some noms. Enough for two. Over."

"Two? How much did you smoke?!"

"Don't question me, Dusty, or I'm telling mom what really happened to Mews."

The walkie goes quiet, so Billy asks, "Mews?"

"Mhm," You distractedly nod. "Mom's cat that she fucking adored more than her own kids. My idiot brother brought home something feral and it ate Mews. We had to tell her, her beloved cat ran away."

"That's wild."

"Alright. What do you want? Over."

You first pump victoriously. "Pizza rolls."

Billy's nose wrinkles. "Screw that. You got cash? We'll drive and pick up burgers."

Your eyes widen as you beam at him. "You're my new favorite person! Here. Finish it," you tell him while passing the blunt back to him. "I'll go get some cash and shoes, and meet you out front."

Tossing the walkie aside, you watch as Billy picks it up to speak into it. "Cancel the rolls. Y/N and I are driving for food instead."

"Billy?!"

He smirks. "Hello, Maxine. Since you and your nerds are taking forever, I'm taking Y/N for food."

A bunch of rambling comes over the walkie and he clicks it off, tossing it on one of the bean bags. Then with the blunt between his lips, he exits the treehouse and saunters down the stairs.

By the time Billy makes it around front, you're standing rather impatiently in the middle of the sidewalk. All the kids are on the front stoop, glancing between you and him.

"So you two are friends?" Dustin asks. "Since when? You don't socialize, Y/N."

"Whatever. We officially met tonight. Shared a blunt and now we're the best of friends!"

"The best," he leers, coming up beside you and throwing an arm around your shoulders.

All the boys grimace.

"I don't like it." Dustin grumbles.

"Too bad. I didn't like Mike when he first came around."

"Hey!"

"No offense, Wheeler," you quickly amend. "And now look. I adore all you fuckin' gremlins, but that's about to change if you don't let me leave and get a burger."

"Fine!"

"Fine! Let's go, Hargrove."

Billy flicks the remainder of the blunt to the ground, smirking as he turns and leads you to his car. You readily open the passenger door and climb on in, waving at your brother and his friends who suspiciously keep watch of Billy. After settling in and Billy settling in as well, his engine roars to life and you laugh as AC/DC immediately blares at you.

He peels out in front of your house and you hang your right arm out the window to feel the wind rushing against it.

"Come on, Billy. Show me what your baby's got."

Glancing at you, Billy slowly smirks. He turns down one of the back roads, pressing harder on the gas and picking up speed. You laugh, leaning your head towards the opened window and letting your hair whip every which way. "Whoooo!" You scream.

As you settle back into your seat, your bright eyes land on Billy as he splits his attention between you and the road. "Where the hell have you been since I've been in Hawkins, Henderson?"

You waggle your eyebrows. "If you'd stop bullying Harrington, hot shot, you'd find me napping somewhere in the room."

He huffs. "Don't tell me you're fond of boy wonder?"

"Eh. Steve's decent." Billy scoffs. "No, I'm serious. If you boys would get over your egos or whatever shit is keeping you from actually being cool with each other, you'd see Steve is a hell of a lot more tolerable than Tommy. Because seriously, gross. You can do a lot better than Tommy, my dude."

"You talk a lot. I'm honestly surprised I've never met you before."

"Mhm. I think I'm possibly one of the last remaining females who hasn't taken you for a ride."

"Just name the time and place, sweetheart, and we'll rectify that."

"Smooth, Hargrove. Very smooth."

"I try."

"Well try driving faster because I've got a serious case of the munchies and if you don't feed me soon, I'm gonna get cranky."

He chuckles. "Whatever you say, Henderson. Whatever you say."

Movie that makes you remember your childhood: the Land Before Time Series! i used to watch them on new year’s eve, and when i was home sick from school

Movie that makes you cry: hmm i’m pretty certain Lady Bird made me cry

Favorite 80s movie: sorry to the 80s but i cannot think of a single 80s movie that i’ve watched and remember genuinely liking. i’m gonna say All the President’s Men (from 1976) instead cause that movie was great, and i was impressed by how un-dated it felt

Favorite comedy and Favorite sports movie: Bend It Like Beckham. two for one! it’s also one of my fave coming of age movies

Favorite animated movie: THIS ONE IS HARD but probably The Prince of Egypt. as a kid my favorites were disney movies but those haven’t aged as well for me

Favorite horror movie: i’m a fuckin wuss and i can’t handle horror movies BUT i did suffer through The Sixth Sense and ended up really enjoying the twist ending and the characters in it. so that one by default.

Favorite gangster movie: does The Taking of Pelham 123 count?? everything i’m thinking of for this is heist movies instead

Most overrated movie: gotta steal this answer and say Wonder Woman. it’s prob not actually the most overrated movie i can think of but it’s maybe the most overrated one among people who’s movie opinions i usually agree with.... sorry to wonder woman stans but this movie was not good! the plot and writing and acting and did i mention the plot were all bad!

Movie with the best soundtrack: i’m always a slut for the Lord of the Rings soundtrack but i also LOVED the soundtrack and how it was used in Baby Driver. i.... let’s just say i did not enjoy the last 45 minutes or so of that film but it was SO much fun to watch the majority of it, mostly due to the soundtrack

Movie you can watch over and over: i just did the comfort film tag a few weeks ago and anything on there!

Most embarrassing movie you love: i was gonna say NONE cause a lot of movies i like that get hate get that hate for misogynistic reasons. but i’m gonna say In Bruges because like - I do love this movie but whoooo boy the unexamined racism, ableism, etc. yeah this movie is a black comedy and it’s not like the various prejudices are presented in a positive light, but it is also written to get you to laugh at those jokes instead of laughing at the people who make them or the absurdity of them. people who love this movie without talking about that caveat are very 😬 so it’s embarrassing company to keep? or it makes me think twice about liking the movie?

Yo! Would anything have changed in AMOSC if Magnus didnt become Starwish's Opi? Like, he hadn't found his One yet?? Would Prime have taken her in?? Ratchet?? Would it change a lot or a little??

Ummmmmm okay buckle up for a long ramble because I can never talk about my stories and keep it SHORT XP. 

Yes and no? If Ultra Magnus had never sparkmated, he might have still ended up in the running to be her caretaker because he would still have been very respected and known as a decent, honorable mech. But honestly, yes, either Optimus would have taken her in or (more likely) Ratchet would have. Fun fact: Ratchet almost DID end up as her caretaker in AMOSC. I had it in my plot notes and everything once I knew I wanted her to be a medic, because who better to raise a medic than a medic? I still have those notes I think ... buried in the eternal void all my other plot notes seem to disappear to. But then I was rewatching the TFPrime eps where Magnus first shows up and my muses flipped the table with visions of Ultra Magnus learning kindness and family from her while teacher her to stand up for herself and the rest is history :). Second fun fact: other mechs in the running to be her caretaker/Opi other than Optimus and Ratchet (Ultra Magnus was not on my original list, funnily enough he was a literal last minute change) were Alpha Trion and Prowl. Because Wise Immortal Archivist™ and Logical Tactician™. Alpha Trion would have been less her intended caretaker and more the result of Optimus frantically calling for advice/to see if Alpha Trion would mind taking in a civilian to work in his archives for her own safety and Trion would have been like- sure. She can stay in the Archivist dorms. I shall make her my apprentice along with Smokescreen. Prowl would have been a literal last resort if Ratchet and Optimus couldn’t do it for whatever reason, because with Prowl at least Optimus knew she’d be treated fairly, no one would dare accusing the SiC strategist of doing anything dishonorable with her, and he has technical experience with younglings thanks to Bluestreak. Prowl and Starwish would have been a lot less Parent-Child relationship and more a trio of Disaster Siblings where the eldest (Prowl) frantically tries to keep order and learn how to Parent his two younger, constantly winding each other up siblings (Starwish and Bluestreak).

For changes ... hard to tell, considering my ability to plot out details of a story over the long-term is kinda patchy at best but with Ratchet, less would have changed in the overarching plot (becoming a medic, unlocking weird program) than things would have changed in the minutia. Starwish would have decided to be a medic earlier, her relationship with Ratchet would have been a bit tricky because she would have been his child and his apprentice at the same time (and whoo boy the angst of the “I don’t believe you memories arc” would have been ... whoooo boy). Starwish would have also developed a much greater tendency toward sarcasm and caustic dialogue as her defense mechanism because Constant Exposure to Ratchet™. I’m also not sure she would have become a Cyber-Ninja. Like- Yoketron might have still offered, but I’m not sure Ratchet would have been so keen on advising her to take it. Honestly I see her learning combat from the commandos Ratchet patches up (and the Wreckers, the Wreckers were originally going to be a way bigger part of Starwish’s life) rather than Yoketron in this alternate path. That’s about all I can think about for the Ratchet Path atm.

I never really gave much thought to how the Alpha Trion, Optimus, and Prowl paths would have gone, so I can’t tell you as much about them. I do remember that Alpha Trion would have realized something was Up with Starwish well before her program physically manifested and taken her more firmly under his cryptic wing and that she would have essentially become Smokescreen’s technically-younger-but-definitely-more-mature sibling figure. She also would have intentionally gone diving into the secrets of Cybertron’s history and stuff out of curiosity, and been a Cyber-Ninja earlier because Alpha Trion would have known about her sooner.

Optimus and Elita would have been awesome tag-teaming parents, Cyber-Ninja-ing would have still happened, but perhaps most interestingly Starwish would have spent more time outside Autobot cities, learning medical skills from the Femme Contingent and generally being nomadic with them (if with longer/more regular visits to civilization because of Hardwire and the Twinlings). 

As I said, Prowl path would have been a Sibling Disaster Trio, and instead of straight up Cyber-Ninja she would have picked up a lot from Jazz’s mechs, who Prowl works with surprisingly closely. Possibly even become the Spec Ops go-to medic. Also, the D R A M A that would have gone down during the “your memories aren’t real” arc and then later the courting debacle would have been legendary. Prowl would have probably legit punched someone in the face during the former and Jazz would have been under So Much More Scrutiny from Prowl in the latter. Because Prowl loves his Amica Endura but Starwish is under his care and in his responsibility and Prowl takes that Super Seriously™.

....I hope that answers your questions? This was fun to talk about but I know I rambled a lot. Also, gonna tag @wolfsrainrules cause she might find this ask interesting.

this segment with these kids with disabilities........ i dont know how i feel about this...... it feels problematic to me....... the trainees dont know what theyre doing, so how is this benefitting these children? if anything its just to make the trainees look like theyre doing some great charity work or something, but i dont appreciate the attitude some of them have towards these kids... i get theyre frustrated and werent properly prepared to interact with them, which i dont blame them for, but its like why is this segment even a thing, iqiyi??? theyre just coming in and using these kids as a backdrop to make themselves look nice, and not actually doing anything sustainable or meaningful to help them... what good is it to get these kids to like them and get familiar with them just for them to leave within a few hours? its just another person who came and left........

I think he can do it!!! hes working so so hard, despite being injured, and hes helping so many other kids..... i just wish his work can be acknowledged. 

oof now thats its down to 2 votes a day... its time we see who people’s real biases are... im guessing theres gonna be some drastic changes in the rankings from here, bc the kids who are just well-liked by everyone but not actually “biased” will be dropped like crazy. i know who im gonna vote for, but im sad it means i wont be able to vote for some kids who i know will really need votes too..... but i believe you can kinda tell which kids are “bias” material and which are more just generally well-liked. that’s all im gonna say about it, but for everyone who’s voting, just choose wisely bc some kids will need your votes more than others, just saying....

AuTw: if body insecurity triggers you, there's a bit of that in here but not much don't worry.It got a bit angsty kinda but it's fluff I swear.....It's not that they didn't like Christmas. It was a great holiday. But they weren't that much into it as Roman or Patton. Logan did enjoy putting up some lights with Roman (as they were the tallest) and it was quite fun to watch the whole house turn into a winter wonderland.Roman decided to throw a Christmas party, again, and they went all out this year. Not just with the biggest Christmas tree you've ever seen, or the hundreds of decorations they've been putting up for days. But Romam decided that this year he will invite the whole school. From freshmans to seniors. ((i have no idea how american schools work pls forgive me if i fucked up)) He thought why not give everyone a chance to come and if they don't want to that's their decision. It was held in Roman's and Patton's house as their parents were away for the holidays for a honeymoon thing they didn't quiet understand. Who goes to a honeymoon in the holidays?? They invited Logan and Virgil over to help with the decorations and it was finally up! By the time they finished work it was night time, and the party was the next day so Logan and Virgil decided to stay with them. "Guys would you mind if you slept in the same bed? We didn't think this through to be honest There are only two beds and a couch. I'll sleep on the couch as you two are guests and I'm not letting my little brother to sleep on that thing. So would you mind if you shared the bed in the guest room?" Roman asked and glanced at the two boys."Roman you don't have to sleep on the couch, I can do that, it really is uncomfortable you don't deserve that!" They just talked and talked not even noticing the world around them.They didn't hear the footsteps that were coming up the stairs.Roman and Patton decided to check on the two boys as they realized they disappeard. They knew this would eventually happen, the two nerds weren't a fan of social gatherings but they thought at least they would come down for a drink or two.They arrived upstairs and saw the two boys, talking excitedly about some new meteor that they saw a few days ago when they were stargazing. "Roman. Look!" Patton whisper-shouted and pointed at the mistletoe that was hanged in the door frame where the two boys were sitting."Oh my god should we tell them? I mean it's tradition and also those two nerds need to kiss like right now so I say we go for it, right?" Roman said and decided to approach the two boys.When he realized that they didn't notice him he cleared his throat."Khm. I'm sorry to interrupt your nerdy conversation but I feel like you two should look above you." He said with a smirk then waited for the two boys to look up.They both looked up at the same time realizing that there was indeed a mistletoe above them.The two boys blushed and Virgil started to mutter something under his breath."C'mon you know what this means. You two need to kiss!" Patton said excitedly."I-I'm not... I'm not sure Virgil would be very comfortable with uh that kind of physical contact." Logan stuttered out as the blush grew deeper on his cheeks."Guys it's tradition! Just a little kiss then you two can go back to whatever you were talking about." Roman said."Virgil are you okay with this?" Logan asked as he glanced at the other boy. The emo was a blushing mess, that could Logan tell but he didn't knew why. It's not like Virgil liked him as more than just a friend right?Virgil nodded, although he still looked pretty unsure."We only have to do this if you are comfortable with it." Logan said again, putting his hand on Virgil's. He always did that when Virgil needed comfort."Yeah we can..we can do it." Virgil said and swallowed the big lump that was in his throath.The two boys didn't hear Roman's cheer or Patton's squeal as they leaned in and suddenly they lips met.It was so careful and so unsure at first but as they slowly got used to the feeling, their kiss became more confident and more filled with love.When they broke apart Virgil didn't dare to look into Logan's eyes."That was...wow. I'm lost for words." Logan said and touched his lips where moments before Virgil's lips were."Was I? Like bad?" Virgil asked, not knowing in what way was Logan speechless."Oh no not at all Virgil you were wonderful I've just uhm never done this before and I never thought I'd do this with you. Please look at me Virgil." Logan said and lifted up Virgil's head by his chin."I think I love you." Virgil blurted out. He realized what he had said and covered his mouth."Don't worry. I know I love you." They’ll be tagged as “The Awful Couple” TM. I’ll probably post some ideas or thoughts or bare bone scenes.

About the only concrete thing I have thus far about awful couple (TM) is that they aren’t human (obvs). The female is somewhat spindly and deceptively frail looking but could stop a bullet train no problem (if fed), and her face splits into a massive maw when she eats in her natural form. The male typically pretends to be very submissive and meek within the female’s presence but once alone… whoooo boy total 180 hold on to your ass it’s gonna get nuts. Both are different species (either within the same scientific family or completely separate species) that can reproduce with each other but it’s not like. Necessary. More like a “”””fun”””” and for shits and giggles kind of thing. They can reproduce with humans but I haven’t gotten that far yet or really messed with it but I don’t think that they can produce offspring in such a way. Maybe. They primarily feed on negative emotions, mostly on humans (and one another to a lesser extent). They can and do eat solid foods, but it’s not as filling or nutritional. I think they have (or are capable of) very vague or basic empathy but their much stronger predatory instincts come first. Or they’re really good at picking up pheromones when it comes to emotions

I will try to come up with names at a later date but at the same time i’m very tired and very lazy. >>; I can probably look into some mythology and figure something out there but again lol. anyway.
