Hi there. This is Kriese aka Keira aka the Archon (Moderator) who quietly left Poppy & Zena's discord a month ago, nearly to the day.

Since I'm now getting more public attention (some intentional when I went off private on Twitter to reply to Saige, some unintentional when Poppy shared her DMs with me from earlier today), I decided it's time for me to speak up too.

Today's message will be short: I am sorry for using Spawn's real name in my private messages with Poppy. If I had realized she would immediately post those publicly on Twitter, I would have been more careful. I was still working and trying to get something written on my phone quickly.

I have a busy work schedule and that keeps me away from paying attention to what is going on; I did not know that Poppy, Zena, and Saige had lost their Whiteforest site until after talking to Poppy. Had I known about the desperation behind the sudden contact I probably would have chosen a different approach.

I was still friends on discord with Poppy and Zena until two nights ago when I read the document on Spawn after that dropped. What I felt reading that cannot be described. While I no longer believed Poppy about the SA allegations towards Noehflake, I was willing to rationalize all of this behavior for the past several months as a long-term BPD episode. But the trauma Spawn had been put through while living with Zena and Poppy? That broke me deep inside in a way I have not felt in a long time.

Any time before that I would have entertained a conversation with Poppy, Zena, or Saige. But after that reading that document I decided I no longer could do so.

Final note: because there will be suspicion about me suddenly having a Tumblr account by certain people, this account is brand now. I made it a week or two ago. I never lied in the past when I said I never used Tumblr.

okay so im thinking about the timeline of the difference between hl2 and ep1 cuz like at the end of hl2 elis still in the citadel or atleast currently leavjng it and then jn the beginning of ep1 eli And kleiner are somewhere outside c17

its not clear where they are and by the time of the beginning of ep2 theyre at white forest

so my intial thoughts wer or its the next morning but now im thinking about if they might already be at whiteforest by the start of ep1? cuz when alyx first finds you she says eli was sure she wouldnt find gordon at the base of the citadel (which also hello possible sibtle ref that eli knows about gman and assumes he got gordon again and also the possibility that he might think gman also got him at the end of hl2 and sorta had an inkling where hes been for 20 years ouch), the phrasing of which implies that its been more than just the night becuz shed need to have time to a)set up her terminal and b) for eli to get somewhere with another working terminal and to also be in the same place as kleiner

plus them asking if alyx is out of the city implies that they themselves are out of the city which is mostly woods so theres probably only a few places they could be with that form of communication

then theres also the fact that apparently droves of people have been escaping the city and that theres only a "few" people left (who knows how much relatively a few means) which also implies that both the time inbetween the two games and the course of ep1 is anywhere between a day to a few days, possibly on the longer side due to it not being a govnt organized effort plus the general collapsong nature of the city And the combat many people have to go thru to leave

then when we look at the course of ep1 and inbetween ep 2 we dk t see alyx getting the chance to commu icate with eli ornkleiner again as the o yl way we see people communicating is with the terminals, (while this is obvs more a convenie ce to help tell the player whos talking and when to help build characyer cuz having alyx talking thru a small radio just wouldnt be the same, im going to conti ue to assume this is the only way for her to get in contact with the gang) so when she says in ep2 that theyre in whiteforest the o ly chance shed have for them to tell her that would be if they were already at whiteforest at the start of ep1, though of course im realizing as i write this that she could have just deduced that they were there becuz magnusson is also in that call and he seems to be a fixture at wf so it could just be that

but anyways uh so concluding thoughts, onbetween hl2 and ep1 its probably been at least a day between 2 and ep1 whoch it itself probably takes more than a day

is the entirety of this post essentially pointless and nonviable becuz i realized that eli and kleiner would never have tell tell alyx theyre at white forest becuz she sees magnusson in that one call in ep2?? yes

This is an old point, but I want to clarify this.

To be fair, I should have chosen my words more carefully at the time. I made a bad quip at Poppy because I was upset. It wasn't actually the conversation leading up to the trip that convinced me: it was the DMs after the trip (the conversation on December 27th) that did so.

The conversation between Poppy and me occurred only a couple of days after the Spawn 1 doc had been published, and reading that doc had been the thing to get me to unfriend Poppy and Zena on discord. I was in a VC with several people when I read the doc; I will not name names, but they can attest that I did not take it well. I also mentioned as such on Tumblr back in March, but I was anonymous then. Here's that post.

Note that I do not block people on discord; the reason Poppy was still able to contact me was because we shared a mutual discord (I note as much; see the screenshot above). I do however require people share a discord server with me to communicate (unless we are friends). The reason Poppy never was able to send that follow-up message was I found that mutual discord and left.

I did not realize until hours later that the reason Poppy was reaching out to me in that moment was due to her and Zena losing their WhiteForest site. If I had known that, I would have not been so flippant and shut down the conversation immediately.

Even to this day, any blocks on discord are not mutual. Here's my discord block list:

A little bit of explanation, well after the fact, for some things.

Hey, you were the one that made your rape/assault all not necessarily about the act in the moment itself Poppy. So I think context ‘before the assault’ is totally fair game.

But let’s pretend it isn’t. Let’s just focus on your definitions of assault. You were assaulted because

You weren’t informed properly (of NFs intentions and feelings regarding the relationships).

2. You couldn’t consent properly due to BPD, FPS status, the relationship “hanging in by a thread”, and it was Noeh’s responsibility to recognize that

On point 1- Well, I mean. First of all. The document and conversation on 12/22 makes it pretty clear Noeh was not on board with the trip. Zena convinced her, at best. But Zena convinced NF with the promise of being able to walk away did they not? That’s what the messages show me. NF needed the reassurance to be able to walk away to agree to the trip. Seems pretty uncertain about the relationship to me.

Not to mention Noeh has shared multiple times that she was instructed to ‘pretend everything was great during the trip.’ I have yet to see you disprove, or even comment on that part Poppy. Quite interesting.

Finally, it was your words around your ‘BPD influencing your ability to consent’ that seals the deal, Poppy.’ It was YOUR words that the relationship was ‘hanging on by a thread’ and that made your BPD act up to the point you couldn’t consent. So, you basically confirmed to everyone that you knew Poppy. Not that we are surprised.

On point 2- I mean, I could lecture you on how your mental health is not someone else’s responsibility… But I mean, just yesterday? Your precious girlfriend did all the work for me.

And funny enough, you retweeted that thread this was apart of. So Poppy and Zena- you two must agree with this quote yes? Which means… Oh. Guess it wasn’t on Noeh to manage Poppy’s BPD was it? It was on Poppy to use her tools, her boundary setting, to communicate what she needed/what was going on before the sex occurred. She didn’t, so… Just like we are all wrong for taking Spawn’s side because they couldn’t establish boundaries under stressful circumstances, I guess everyone supporting you is wrong too huh?
