My mentalist in Anima Beyond Fantasy : Isabella Rosario, accompanied by her familiar the Angel.

Isabella is a shy, socially awkward girl who has the power to read people's minds, as well as use telekinesis. She is convinced her gifts are actually angels helping and protecting her. Sadly, one day, she got caught by the Church, as magic is considered heretical and a sign of the Devil in this universe. After a serie of experiments, she got forcibly bound to a canine-like creature, nicknamed "the Angel".

The Angel is a untiring beast who transcends mortal limits. Not only is it incredibly resistant and strong, it also doesn't have any physical need, doesn't sleep, heals incredibly quickly, and is able to shapeshift.

Despite the traumatic circumstances of their bounding, Isabella and the Angel deeply care for each other, the monster acting as the mentalist's guardian since they escaped thanks to an Azure Alliance's raid on the lab they were locked in. Unfortunately, the experience still deeply scarred Isabella, who has lost part of her sanity.

The moment when Devin realises that there might be similarities between siblings - so he will never look at Talia the same way as before. For him, it is a very traumatic experience, after all, he has grown up under the 'tutelage' of a ruthless dragon in another world and knows nothing about family relationships.

I love to traumatize my supernatural beings with banal things that are quite ordinary to humans. For me it's fascinating to think about how many things can cause shock to different characters, depending on their personalities, species and backstories.
