Whisper simply remain patient, yet it was clearly that Eimi had been doing something prior to her intrusion given the way she seemd to be trying to gather herself. The hedgehog's quills not as orderly and neat as normal, winded breath, and the clear use of a desk to support herself. Then gears start turning. 'Was she-' The wolfs thoughts stopped short upon being asked how she was and how they can help her.

"I am, fine. I merely wished to seek your advice on something, though if I caught you at a bad time it can wait." Whisper wasn't sure just what Eimi was doing, though it was clear as day they were worn out. Maybe there were working out? Of course, the wolf was simply over thinking things before.

"Oh, that's a good question.. it's been a while.. the last outing I had was with Belle, Jewel, and Amy to the Nature Park/Camp."

A slight rustle amongst the wind as the person walked. A spy for Eggman. Someone looking to turn in information for the evil master mind.

They would only seeing the light reflecting of a blade before the wind would rush past them as she moved. The spy acted fast, grabbing her by the wrist and tossing her into a wall. A gasp escaped her followed by a growl as the spy pinned her, hands above her head.

The spy narrowed their eyes. She only glared back. But remained calm. The spy kept her hands pinned with one hand while the other grasped her chin.

"You made a mistake, sweetheart."

She tilted her head, fluttering her eyelashes a tad. "Did I now? Silly me." she purred.

Before swiftly kneeing the other in the gut. The spy gasped and before they knew it, Whisper had grabbed them by the arm and completely flipped them over.

Before they could get up, she placed her hand on their chest. Hard. Forcing them to stay down before straddling them.

Blade to their throat.

"Doesn't feel too good to be on the other end, does it now?" she narrowed her eyes before leaning her head down. "Now."

"I am gonna need that info you stole. Please and thank you. Sweetheart."

Mist left an entire pie in Echos quarters for her. Chocolate with Meringue. Along with a note, 'will be gone for a few days. Have this on me. Stay safe-' @the-young-red-wolf

Echo looked at the pie and then at the note. Whisper hovered over her shoulder, giving the letter a once over before looking at her risen.

"Any idea where she went?" Echo asked, looking over at Whisper.

Whisper shook her shell. "Unless Cayde has an idea for it, I have no clue. Mist tends to go anywhere at any given time. She could be talking with Ikora or fist-fighting the Nightmare of Ghaul for all we know."

Echo gave a chuckle and shook her head. "That's not comforting... but it does sound like something she'd do." The exo frowned and rubbed her shoulders. "I hope she'll be okay. I know finding the ahamkara egg put a lot of people on edge."

"They aren't the only ones," Whisper murmured to herself hovering over to transmat portions of the pie onto nearby plates. After all, it wasn't going to keep forever and there were only so many people who could eat it.

"It sounds like we could use some nicknames, and I myself in a master at coming up with awesome nicknames." Tangle was sure she could come up with something cool though also easy to remember. "Alright, I'm gonna go full brainstorm mode. Just hang on." There were a lot of people so she was gonna have to really think about it.

Oh dear, Whisper knew there was no stopping Tangle when she got an idea in her head. The wolf isn't a fan of nicknames, not anymore at least, though if it was Tangle then she could deal with it. The scout was still on edge having another Surge and Kitsunami in their zone. At least they were going to move on as soon as they could.

"Mmm...maybe. Can I say though, I fucking hate this whole 'other Tangles' and 'other Surges' BS? Like, fucking shit, at some point I'm gonna know 3 different Tangles or something, determining which is which is gonna be so annoying." She says, her attention being drawn to that wording. Why are there so many other versions of herself and others?! It just makes everything so confusing and annoying!

"I personally find it a bit funny. Despite how similar we might be, there's also a lot of differences. Sometimes a single thing in your life can have such a wide cascading effect." Kit says. For them, that was meeting Reyna.

Tangle was able to do the one chip challenge for nearly three hours before breaking even if it was complete pain and suffering. "Alright, on the count of three. One... Two... Three!" The lemur would eat the entire pepper in one bite.

"Ten rings Angela breaks first," Whisper would say to her counterpart. Was she tempted to try and stop Tangle. Of course, though the wolf knew once the lemur made up her mind there was no stopping her.

Reyna had figured Tangle would try something like this. What she did not expect was her taking Duo along. That's actually hilarious, and she ends up giggling over it.

"Hehehe, funny enough, she is actually following your orders. She's training with Duo by taking him on an excursion into a new world. No better teacher than new experiences after all." She points out. She then takes a breath and adopts a serious look.

"However, if you are going to be with us, there will be rules. Rule 1: you are not to wander off on your own. You remain with the group, and especially Duo, at all times. Rule 2: You are not to attempt any pranks. Bothering my civilians and disturbing the peace will result in fines. And repeated offenses bring increased consequences. And Rule 3: You are not allowed to intervene in anything without my say so. No heroics, no butting in, no being nosey. Follow these rules, understood?" She states, before turning to Duo.

"I apologize you got dragged along by Tangle, but I am happy to meet you Duo. My name is Reyna, and I welcome you all to Arx." She says, gesturing around.

The area they're in is a massive hub. It's like a train station, only instead of trains, it's full of portals to other lands. One leads to a place called the City of the Houses, showing a large sprawling city in the midst of a desert. Another shows a strange island with oranges grown on it called Blood Moon Island. Others show more normal locales, but varied in their environments all the same.

In addition, there were many different people, like humans and lizards. But there was also what appeared to be elves, dwarves, orcs, imps and...undead skeletons walking around. Indeed, skeletons of each of the aforementioned species were animated and chatting with others like it was nothing strange.

Reyna could see Tangle was upset. It made sense, she knew how excitable the lemur Mobian was. But she also knew that excitement could get her into danger unnecessarily. She hears the grumbling from her and shakes her head, sighing.

"You're not being left behind. You just have other tasks you need to focus on." She says before smiling. "If you do good with Duo, I'll make sure you get you something cool, okay?" She offers as a compromise. It might at least placate her for now. Because she's worried that the lemur might try to sneak along.

She then nods to Lanolin and signs to Whisper. ' ' Good to meet you. I look forward to showing you and Lanolin my world. ' ' With that, she then turns around and heads out the door of the barracks. When outside, and makes sure nobody is in the way, she creates a portal to her world. It was leading to some sort of hub area they could see on the other side.

"Let's go!" She says and heads through.
