【ロンドンで食中毒により倒れた僕を助けてくれた命の恩人のジョンがエディンバラに来てくれたので、スコットランド伝統料理巡りしました🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿】 　 　 ホテルの目の前のカフェにいつも行列ができていたので行ってみることにしました。 @edinburghlarder 僕はスマホがあれば全てが行えますし、時間に余裕のある男なので、行列も有意義に過ごせてしまいます。 30分程待っていたらやっと席に案内されました！ ここですかさず『What do you recommend』（あなたのおすすめは何ですか？）と質問して、とりあえずスコットランドの伝統料理のfull breakfastを頼みました！ フル・ブレックファストにはスコットランドの習慣から受けた影響がよく見られる。スコットランド人はイングランド、ウェールズ、アイルランドなど他地域の人間よりも多い量の朝食を食べ、紅茶を何杯も飲む。 イギリス料理で一番美味しい料理」として朝食が挙げられるが本当に美味しくて栄養価が高かった。 真ん中の真っ黒の平べったい丸い食べ物はブラックプティング。豚の血液で作った真っ黒のプリン。 　 　 朝食を食べてホテルに戻ったらジョンとたまたま遭遇！ 感動の再会！ 10時間くらいかかるのに来てくれて嬉しいです！ ちなみに東京から大阪くらいの距離です！ 友達は大事にします。 　 　 しばらくは、一緒にいたスペイン人の @roigcortijos とジョンの3人でロビーで話していました。ミギャールがバルセロナの人間タワー（組体操）のことを教えてくれました。 cadtells catalunyaという名前でなかなり高くなり、1番下の方は何十人もの人が腕を組んで支えています。 　 　 ジョンがWhiskey rooms というお店に行きたい���言っていたので2人で行くことにしました。 店内には様々なウィスキーが置いてあります。 まずはお食事。 ジョンはバーガー&チップスとギネスというビールを。僕はハギスというスコットランドの伝統料理を頼みました。 ハギスは、茹でた羊の内臓（心臓、肝臓、肺）のミンチ、オート麦、たまねぎ、ハーブを刻み、牛脂とともに羊の胃袋に詰めて茹るか蒸したプディング（詰め物料理）。さまざまなバリエーションが存在し、内臓は主として肝臓が使われるが、心臓や腎臓を使う場合も多い。僕はウィスキーソースをかけて食べました。美味しかったですが、好き嫌いの分かれる味かもしれません。 　 　 食事が終わり、ジョンと一緒にホテルに帰ることにしました。 帰り途中にファイヤーを使ったヘンテコな髪型をしたパフォーマーがいました。周りには50人くらい人が集まっている中、火を操ったり、剣を口の中奥まで入れたりしてパフォーマンスをしています。 　 それ以外も帰り道は面白い出来事がありました。 ヘッドホンをしながら踊っている30名くらいの団体がいました！ロンドンよりもスコットランドの方が陽気な人が多いのかもしれません！ 　 今日は歩く距離は短かったのですが、土曜日ということもあって、とにかく面白い出来事が起こっていました。エディンバラは観光地であり、素敵な街！ 　 さて、明日は日曜日！どんな楽しい1日になるのだろうか。。 　 #エディンバラ旅行 #スコッチウイスキー #ウィスキー好きな人と繋がりたい #ウィスキー愛好家 #命の恩人 #Edinburgh #Scotland #Spain #スペイン人 #食中毒 #スコットランド伝統料理 #fullbreakfast #ハギス #blackpudding #theedinburghlarder #littleedinburghlarder #カフェ巡り #バー巡り #whiskeyroom #体一つでROMANある生き方を #自由 #freedom #世界中に友達ができる #スマホ仕事 #イギリス一周 #スーツでイギリス一周 #手ぶらでイギリス一周 (The Edinburgh Larder) https://www.instagram.com/p/CTbnnxwAyR2/?utm_medium=tumblr
