when i first watched fma:b back in march 2023, i thought i would manage to watch the entire thing without getting obsessed with a wlw ship. i was wrong. the second these two started interacting i immediately became enamored with the trust, respect, and intimacy that they share, and with the way they seemed to find in each other the same steely spirit, grit, and inner sense of self. their ability to communicate their philosophies, despite their differences, and listen to each other with ease and tenderness just. GOT ME. they got me.

if you're convinced of their chemistry just from that, great, my job here is done! but if you don't believe me yet, or you want a little more, it would be my honor to point you in the direction of the first ever fic i wrote for them, "recognition." (tumblr post for chapter 1 here!)

"recognition" can best be described as a 4 chapter old woman yaoi where (almost) nothing happens and two milves fall in love. or if you like, sorry izumi, two very young women navigate the beginnings of a long distance relationship, polyamory, workaholism, and chronic illness. it is sickeningly fluffy, and to date the longest thing i've ever published.

so, okay, maybe 23k is too long for you. or maybe fluff isn't your thing. or maybe, somehow, you've made it through all that and you want more. not to worry. i have more.

just this week, i posted "bone deep" (tumblr post here), which is a 5k E rated omegaverse fic that's kind of like recognition on fastforward and if i didn't cut out the sex scenes. and if it was omegaverse. it's the first omega thing i've ever written, but i really wanted a chance to write more in depth about how i see olivier's stone identity, and weirdly this setting gave me the chance to do that!

and now we've covered everything i've made for them...so far. but i want to give a shout out to some others in the rarepairs mines with me, because i'm not the only one who care them!

@machinerismsx's fic "An Open Invitation" is genuinely incredible. it's hilariously funny (there's lines in there i still think about and giggle), and also like. super hot. we didn't know anything about each other's fic projects til after i posted "recognition," but we were stunned to realize we'd written a lot of the exact same plot points, including what i refer to as The Curtis-Armstrong Alliance.

you may have noticed that in my compilation, sig and alex also had like, off the charts chemistry. m and i noticed that too! so in both of our fics, while sig and izumi are still married, they are also each get an armstrong all to themselves, lol.

You seem to be really against Hermione for the bird incident, but don’t seem to care much about Harry sending Hedwig to claw at Ron and Hermione during the summer preceding fifth year, why is that?(/gen) You also seem to ship Ronarry. Is it just because she’s the canon love interest that you’re so upset? I know Harry regretted telling Hedwig to do what she did afterwards, but I don’t remember him ever apologizing to Ron and Hermione. How can we know that Hermione didn’t apologize to Ron after he came back in Deathly Hallows but before the battle of hogwarts?(I agree with your opinions on Hermione in general, I’m just curious.)

If you don't know, I've made some jokes about how Harmony shippers are right about Harry and Hermione having something in common, which is that they both sent birds to attack Ron.

Harry doesn't interest me nearly as much as Hermione because to be frank he's pretty much just... the most boring character in the series to me. I like him for his Ron-loving potential which is pretty off the charts when Rowling isn't actively using Ron as a stepping stone for Harry and Hermione to look better.

I'm actually a pretty big Romione shipper even if I myself get confused about what I'm mad about sometimes. Honestly, it's just that I've kinda had it with people constantly writing Ron fucking up and having to make it up to Hermione, I want her to be fucking up and making it up to him and it not being considered a Crime Against Women Everywhere because yeah, women fuck up and hurt men too, men also get abused or shat on by women, it happens. Hermione as she is has a pretty toxic mentality, what with her often using violence completely casually (her first "big heroic moment" in the series is to set a man on fire) coupled with that shitty tendency of Rowling to use "Hermione on the verge of tears" as a kind of sedative to make the average reader go "who cares what Hermione did before, she's crying NOW and that's UNFORGIVABLE, PROTECT HER".

But, Harry himself also has a system like that, by virtue of being Our Poor Orphan Protagonist. Honestly, I hate to say it but Potterheads read another book because yes, Harry is nothing new, when an author wants you to root for their protagonist they give them a backstory that makes you want good things for them, yes Harry's suffering is just all destined to make you attached to him and meant to make you think everything that ever happens to HIM personally is automatically The Most Horrible Thing Ever To Happen To Anyone Ever and I'm kinda done with that as a whole because of fandom experience. I can only tell people to pay attention to what Ron goes through only to be rebuked by a "but look how hard Harry had it, in comparison Ron is a baby" so many times before I get completely soured and decide that the character they feel so sad for doesn't need any more people to feel sorry for.

... I don't know if I'm being clear. But yeah I function mostly through pure spite nowadays.

How can we know that Hermione didn’t apologize to Ron after he came back in Deathly Hallows but before the battle of hogwarts?

Honestly she can have apologized anytime, I'd just like it to be shown to me, and I'd like it to mean something.

While for example @divagonzo believes that after Malfoy Manor Hermione realizes her own mortality and blunts her sharper edges, I still remember the scene where Ron isn't sure they can trust Griphook and Hermione immediately insult him for being racist. Yeah, if that's blunting her sharp edges then I sure hope she's got other ways to do it otherwise she's gonna need a lot more Malfoy Manors.

As it stands, Harry and Hermione are really underdeveloped and bare-bones. If Harry has a character arc then I've missed it entirely because while he does realize that Snape has reasons and shit he's still kinda hating on him all through OOTP, HBP and DH until the Epilogue pulls the rug from beneath our feet. Hermione has moments indicating there's some things happening - her arc with Luna in OOTP is neat, in DH she finally learned to thank Ron for complimenting her - but aside from that she never is confronted to actual failure, to actual dilemnas, to actual problems without a true "I'm right you're wrong" solution - we only see her "being right" without anything exploring what she COULD be beyond "being right".

Which leaves Ron to shoulder the burden of having to do character development for two static characters that amount to "male role model" and "female role model". Ron IS confronted with failure, with actual dilemnas to which there's no easy answer or solution, Ron IS confronted with his personal character flaws... in pretty much every book, he's kept in a loop of "complete character arc" -> "oh no JKR needs drama to happen and she can't have Role Model 1 & 2 do it because they're supposed to be Above Mere Mortals" -> "backtrack on Ron's character arc so he can cause the drama so she doesn't have to strain her brain too hard", which is pretty obviously a disservice to Ron's character. And sadly, the fandom picks up on it but takes the wrong message from it: instead of realizing "wait, Rowling is violating the rules of good storytelling by constantly backtracking on her one good and complex character's development all so she doesn't have to risk Harry and Hermione's popularity by using their character flaws to create conflict", the fandom instead goes "ugh Ron is always causing messes while Harry and Hermione always have their hearts in the right place and always want what's best and anyway if they ever did something bad it's because they were forced by the situation".

It's... upsetting.

The smell of caramel and cocoa hung in the air of the small coffee shop as you worked silently. Your laptop sat on the table in front of you while you sewed a small rip in one of your client's commissions. You weren't the biggest seamstress, but you did it pretty well by hand and it went by a lot quicker and smoother for you then doing it with a machine.

You loved coming to the coffee shop to get your work done. The smell of roast and warm pastries soothed you, and the large, iced coffee you always ordered remained one of your favorite drinks. No other place was able to make it the way you liked it like this place did.

Putting down your commission, you took a sip of your coffee, relishing in its taste. You breathed out a sigh and wiped your lipgloss off the straw. You were about to scroll through a few unanswered emails when a man slides into the other half of the booth you occupied.

Blinking, you took in the sight of him, and your eyes met hazel ones. "Um, hello," you said, feeling a spark of uncomfort grow in you. The man gave a small smile, holding a drink of his own.

"Hello. I'm hoping you're Ms. Y/N?"

You ran the possibilities through your mind. He could be a sales marketer, or a fan. Though, it was weird to run into a fan of your rather small business in your rather small town in an even smaller coffee shop. Unnerved, you gave a nod.

"Good, that makes things a lot easier. I don't want to scare you, but I have been looking into your business as an artist and designer. I'm Kita Shinsuke, and I have a job proposition for you."

Swallowing around a lump in your throat, you said, "Go ahead."

He takes a small sip of his drink, before clearing his throat. "I'm sure you've heard of the band INARIZAKI?"

You snorted. "Who hasn't?" you asked jokingly. The band was popular, known for its amazing talent and "hot" members. You hadn't heard much of their music, but they sounded good enough on the radio when you drove. You knew Kuroo was a bit of a fan, but that's all the exposure you had.

Running a small business, you don't have a lot of time to engage in things you may like. You were constantly running yourself ragged trying to ship out the right number of orders with perfect quality to your clients. You couldn't even count how many nights you'd stayed up till the birds began to chirp trying to package and create things. You may have overestimated your abilities to sell your own makeup, clothes, and other cute things along with being an at-home makeup artist. But you wouldn't stop for the world.

Kita agreed with a small chuckle. "Well, I am their manager. Due to unfortunate circumstances our current makeup artist and outfit coordinator left our team. Obviously, we wouldn't want any big faces on our team as we'd like to keep it small for the privacy of our band members. You were recommended to me through a friend, and I was told how to approach you."

You tried to think of your recent clients, and their backgrounds. Off the top of your head, none of them seemed famous enough to know the manager of the INARIZAKI band. Unless it were Bokuto or Kenma, but you're pretty sure they wouldn't talk with them either.

You had to admit, he was piquing your interest.

"So, Ms. Y/N. It isn't anything set in stone yet, but could we arrange something? I'm aware this is very short notice, but we have a small concert three nights from now and I'm afraid I am not well-versed enough to do it myself. Try it out, see if you'd like the gig, and we'll see how it goes.

"It is very sudden," you say, thinking back to all the projects you had at home. But you didn't have any makeup gigs as of recent, just small shipping's and your own personal life. You could do it, probably. "Let me check my calendar."

Kita nodded. "Of course."

You ignored your emails once more, and clicked on your calendar tab. You were right. Any bookings weren't for another week at the least, and most of your current commissions were small things like scarves or sweaters. Well, you had those specialized kneepads to work on for Bokuto's birthday two weeks from now, but you had some free time.

"I could do that, yeah," you say, smiling at him. Kita seemed nice and pretty harmless, and you had heard the name before. You trusted him, even if it was stupid to say.

Kita's small smile grows into something a little hopeful. "Wonderful. I've already emailed you before this, but I hadn't gotten a response. So, you have my contact information. May I have your email?"

You nod, writing it down on a pad of paper for him. He pockets it. "I'm going to set up something with the band as a meeting before the concert. Most likely a dinner tomorrow night, does that sound good?"

"Just send me the details!" you beam, giving him a thumbs up.

He gets up to leave, but you grab onto his sleeve. He turns, cup in hand. "Thank you for giving me this opportunity, really. I'm very excited."

Kita looks down to his shoes for a second, as if in thought, then his hazel eyes snap back up to you. "I should be the one thanking you for accepting so suddenly. You're really saving my job, Y/N."

"I wouldn't say so. You do a lot for the band as manager. If you didn't, you wouldn't have found me."

"I suppose you're right."

Kita leaves after that, and you turn to face the coffee table. Shock begins to register within your body. Did that really just happen? Your fingers shake, and you know you won't be able to get any sewing done for a while.

This was the opportunity of a lifetime. Kita said he'd emailed you before. What if he hadn't been so determined as to hunt you down? Would you have missed this just because you slacked off on checking your emails?

God.

You take out your phone, and open twitter. Talking about your issues on social media always got a laugh out of your friends.

y/n and akaashi were the first friends out of the group, dating all the way back to high school. akaashi's overprotective of her like a brother, and they hang out the most. akaashi introduced her to bokuto at vb when she became the manager for his team and then to kuroo and kenma.

kita regularly goes to the same coffee shop y/n was at with aran. he just happened to run into her there picking up coffees for the two of them.

Yeah I'm still confused about Tommy's involvement in this storyline. (Also it doesn't help that I don't vibe with his character at all) Yes it started the Bi Buck story, but at the same time the whole relationship (if we can call it relationship yet) as been super rush. It just feels like they are trying to shove so many elements at the same time which doesn't give people time to see a connection developing.

Also I think what doesn't help me is that all the interview/cameo have been confusing me. It seems like Lou is there for an arc, but I have seen people saying that since the official Instagram follow him and that Oliver seem interested to continue to have Tommy there, he will be there for the whole season. (That interview where he could stay as a friend) Also saying that Tim was still writing that last 3 episode that it could change. I mean I'm pretty sure Tim as a vague ideas of where the major point of is story will go. If he does change it last second to include more Tommy then that will be pissed me off especially knowing that he was brought for an Eddie storyline in the beginning.

I hope he's gone soon. I was hoping episode 6, but it could be episode 7. This is a short season and I don't want them to to spend to much time on side character.

i don't know what to think anymore, but I think what doesn't help is how some part of the fandom try to make you feel guilty that you can't accept this new ship. I have been on a blocking spree and it feels great, but it hasn't be easy.

Sorry that was long, but just wanted to vent a bit and tell you I like some of your takes.

Exactly! Everything between Buck and Tommy is rushed and doesn't feel organic at all. It's a frustrating storyline for so many of us, because it just doesn't deliver on the romance. It's boring and dull and kinda just falls flat.

That's why I've got the strong suspicion that Tommy is only there to serve the narrative of Buck coming out as bisexual. He is a plot device to uncover this hidden side of Buck, but it doesn't make any kind of sense in the long run. 911 has been telling the Buck and Eddie story for so many seasons now. It feels organic and natural. There is a build-up and so much history between them. So why not use Eddie to give Buck his bisexual oh-moment? Simple, Buck needed to realise he was bisexual first. That way they can write a slow realisation of feelings for Eddie. Feelings that have always been there. Also, Eddie is still with Marisol at the moment. Any feelings reveal at this point would be so messy. This ship deserves better than this.

As for those interviews and cameos. Oliver always seems to rehash the same things: vague Tommy references and how he wants them to stay friends afterwards (which doesn't bode well for their romance), the kiss felt the same as a kiss with a woman, he is so damn proud to be able to play a bisexual man (GO Oliver! I love him for that!), if Buddie were to go romantic he would be open for it. He never really interacts with Lou directly or shares a lot of Tommy or bucktommy pictures. He just vibes with the fact that he is proud to play a bisexual character. Which... good for him!

As for Lou? He is all over the place. I like the guy, but he is very chaotic. But overall he has been pretty clear that he's only there for a little while. He is also still involved in other shows, so he won't have time to fully commit to 911 anyway. Next to that, even he has mentioned Buddie in his interviews and cameos. I mean... the fact that it was also pitched for him to be with Eddie? Yeah, Tommy is a plot device alright. It is always possible that Tim will try to milk Lou's popularity by extending his stay for a couple of more episodes, but overall I'm not too worried about his staying too long.

I know Tim is still writing some episodes of S7, but the main storylines are already set in stone by now. It's only the details and how to get from point A to B that still have to be worked out. I'd like to think that they wouldn't just change main storylines at the drop of a hat like that. Tim isn't always truthful when it comes to his comments on 911.

Okay, this is for everyone who needs to hear it:

Don't feel guilty for not vibing with a character or a ship!

Don't listen to haters who try to make you feel guilty about it. But also don't go out there to make other people feel guilty about shipping bucktommy. We all like what we like. All you can do is block haters and filter out the tags you don't want to see. Also, surround yourself with people who think alike. Trust me, there's a lot of us out there.

Lastly, I decidedly don't vibe with Tommy or bucktommy. I don't see any chemistry between them. But I also need to accept that this is where the storyline is right now. We have no other choice then to follow the narrative and hope it leads to something more interesting, like Buddie. We'll just have to wait and see and hope that the show is smart enough to follow the chemistry between Buck and Eddie, and not let themselves be swayed by the superficial and temporary popularity of one guest character.

Don't worry about venting here. I don't mind. These are trying times in the Buddie-fandom and we all need to let it out once in a while.

no one is going to know what i'm talking about but FUCK IT, this is my house and i do what i want. so here's a short-ish breakdown of me and hugo— my concept art boyfriend that i've been unable to stop thinking about. maybe i'll share general hugo headcannons (hugocannons, if u will) later on my main blog. but anyways! more under the cut if ur interested!!

we did NOT get along at first, just like i did not like him at all in real life for a while. i thought he was dweeb ass nerd with a stupid haircut, and he thought i was a stubborn and passive-aggressive little runt (neither of us were wrong JSDKHFKJ).

we'd complain about each other to literally anyone who would listen. nuru and varian got so sick of our shit. we got used to each other after a few weeks and started to just hate in silence, but that adjustment period was ROUGH.

this animosity continued for a quite a while, but at some point hugo gets severely injured and i have to nurse him back to health (bc my s/i is an apothecary, yay :3). i'm by his side basically 24/7, since without me he'd do something stupid and get himself even more hurt. we bicker early on, but eventually things begin to mellow out. like— we have actual, normal conversations and even open up to each other about our pasts to an extent.

even after that whole ordeal is finished and hugo's healed, we still remain civil. almost like we're becoming FRIENDS or something.

things develop from there. i haven't worked out how exactly i want us to get together, but i think it goes something like -> abrupt/unexpected kiss -> panic and run away while trying to avoid each other -> agonizing over our feelings -> then finally talking it out and starting to date.

secret dating??? in MY self ship? its more likely than you think.

we pretend to still hate each other in public, but in private we are super lovey-dovey. like, sickeningly so.

we do eventually get found out, but i don't know how quite yet. but the most important thing is that it results in super cute fluff bc our friends still love us and support us anyways :)

i've only posted about her once and she isn't like, set-in-stone cannon, but i've thought abt many scenarios in which we have a daughter— hazel elizabeth.

hugo would be a loving if slightly awkward and overprotective dad. he'd really TRY to steer her away from being a troublemaker (he doesn't want her to end up like how he used to be), but it's just in her dna to strive for adventure, regardless of what problems she may cause.

he wants to be the cool parent so badly, but he is not. he is the worrywart parent. i am also the worrywart parent, but i'm better at not panicking over small problems.

kinda unrelated, but he's super househusband coded imo. he would love not needing to steal for once— just doing the chores and cooking and stuff, then smothering me with affection when i come home from work.

She had the impression that Hal’s eyes were still upon her. She felt the hot blood rise afresh to her cheeks. For a brief instant she was visited by a flash of resentment. Why, oh, why, must Hal spoil their long, sincere friendship by trying to turn it into a love affair? Again Constance’s golden tones rose and fell, adding to the enchantment of the night. Marjorie’s instant of resentment took swift wing as she listened to the wistful German words for which the great composer had found such a perfect setting. She was glad she loved music and moonlight and poetry and all the beautiful bits of life. She did not wish life to mean the kind of romance Hal meant. Her idea of romance meant the glory of work and the stir of noble deeds.

Again, she's absolutely going to marry him eventually. It's in the book titles. So why is the author doing this? Is it because she's anticipating younger readers being "scared" of marriage so she wants to work them up to it?

Marjorie must be 22 by this point, she's finished college (No idea what she studied there, that wasn't nearly as important as girls scheming against girls) Wrong-guy-first would be a common way in later authors to draw out a romantic storyline but Marjorie has never shown any romantic interest in ANY boy. Another common thing in girl fiction would be 'I don't want to get married yet because then I'd have to give up (my job and other forms of fulfillment) so while I like this boy I have to keep him at arm's length" - I've definitely read THAT kind of plotline in fiction from the 40s/50s. But that's never what Marjorie's narration says about Hal either. She always comes through as not wanting romance, period, and dreading the day she'll be forced into it.

“Can’t you find time to go out in the Oriole with me tomorrow afternoon, Marjorie?” There lurked a trace of stubborn purpose in Hal’s question. “It will be our last sea voyage in the good ship, Oriole, this summer, you know. I suppose you will go from Hamilton back to Sanford.” Hal eyed her almost gloomily. Marjorie nodded. The two had reached the main entrance of the hotel a trifle ahead of their chums. They now stood waiting at the foot of the wide, ornamental flight of steps which led up to the central veranda of the enormous white stone hotel. “I’ll try to go for a part of the afternoon, Hal,” she promised, careful to keep reluctance out of her voice. Pinned down to answer directly she had not the stony-heartedness with which Jerry had ticketed her. She could not flatly refuse the invitation of her boy friend of long standing.

Desperately trying to hide her reluctance in order to be polite. How romantic.

Of course, he takes her willingness to be alone with him as a SIGNAL because obviously she must know that he loves her so she must be accepting it! Right? And he looks so excited that she works out he's going to take this as a chance:

“Oh-h-h.” Marjorie dropped down on a low chair. For a moment she sat plaiting little folds in the soft white evening scarf, now fallen into careless disarrangement across one shoulder. “Oh,” she said again. “Er-oh, dear! I’ve something to report, [Mother]. I wish I hadn’t. I couldn’t report it to [Father] as I can to you. It’s about Hal. He’s going to ask me to marry him. I wish he wouldn’t.” The vehemence with which Marjorie voiced the disquieting report brought a shadowy flash of concern to her mother’s face. It faded instantly into a distinctly humorous expression. “How do you know Hal is going to ask you to marry him?” she quizzed, her eyes twinkling.

"Wow, my daughter seems really upset about this! Should I worry.... Nah!"

To be fair her mother does then sit down for a serious talk and say that she understands that Marjorie does not love Hal, and that's a great pity because they wish she did, but that she needs to be true to herself, so it's okay to say no. (After all, it's still going to be several books before Marjorie gives in.)

Sorry to keep going on about this but it does really make me wonder what the author was thinking. To have her character be so set against the concept, really emphasized as a personality trait, and yet it's still going to happen eventually. What message was being sent here?

To love and to be loved in return,” he said slowly, but with a kind of fatalistic decision. “You’ll love someone, someday, even though you can’t love me.” The shadow on Marjorie’s face deepened as she listened. It was almost as though in a flash of second sight Hal were telling her a fortune she did not care to hear. “When love truly comes to you, then you’ll understand what you can’t understand now,” he ended. “I don’t want love to come to me. I don’t wish to understand it,” Marjorie made sad protest. “Since it isn’t in my heart to love you, I should never wish to love any one else. You’re the finest, gentlest, truest boy I’ve ever known, Hal, or ever expect to know.” Hal’s half averted face was suddenly turned toward Marjorie. Across it flashed a rare sweet smile which lived long afterward in her memory. “It’s as I told you last night, Marjorie Dean. You haven’t grown up.” Tender amusement had mercifully broken into and lightened his gloom. “You only think you have,” he said. Marjorie’s naive avowal had brought with it a faint stirring of new hope. “Yes, Hal, I’ve grown up,” Marjorie began seriously. “It’s not——” “You’ll never really grow up until love finds the way to your heart,” Hal interrupted with gentle positiveness. “I hope when it does it will be love for me. I can’t give you up, dear. I’m going to call you ‘dear’ this once. I’d rather have your friendship than the love of any other girl in the world. I’m going to wait for you to grow up.”

Really the best spin I can put on it is that the author is writing these books for much younger readers whom she thinks legitimately haven't grown into romance yet.

So much for trying to do individual episode posts every week! We gonna do them in clumps and queue-away instead because life gets in the way some times! Trying to still break them up by episode though~

If episode 1 was the introduction to how the reincarnation stuff works and her previous life, episode 2 is the introduction to Fantasy Britannia/Germany/Russia before the Fantasy Crimean War, and setting up the premise of the show. The royal family are the de Romanoffs but they're blond haired and blue eyed, and the world feels more German than British, so FANTASY EUROPE IT IS YALL.

BY THE WAY Elise is from the de Clorance family which is hiLARIous play of FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE!!!

Also. We get a character that WAS NOT IN THE MANHWA and LOOKS LIKE HAKU FROM SPIRITED AWAY. I didn't completely forget this man from the manhwa did I???? It's been a year or two since I read it but I wouldn't forget a long haired man.

I was trying to figure out why he has two voice actors and... Well. His main voice actor is Azakami, Youhei who plays a ton of supporting characters, including a dozen of small roles in Aggretsukko which is hilarious to think about.

Anyways, we get a lot of set-up about who Elise was before she died in her first life, and a declaration that she no longer wants to marry the crown prince and instead wants to be a doctor, setting up the stakes for the story, and gives us some fun Doctor flavored power fantasy tidbits, with a fairly accurate(?) diabetes diagnosis!

She's not trying to hide her knowledge at all, including knowledge about what's to come like war tactics, but the hand waving of (OH, I read about it in a book! Oh, I was just thinking about the topic very hard!) is very powerful magic in this world it seems.

Elise makes a wager with the King that if she can pass the medical exam, she gets to call of the engagement. Everyone thinks she's craycray, but this girl has a one track mind that has jumped of the rails of PrincePrincePrince and on to ScalpelScalpelScalpel.

But also. This girl legit smiles at him while thinking about surgery and doctor stuff, and has him blushing. This man has zero interest or experience with women up until now, and it shows, or will show in later episodes.

ELISE is also oblivious to this as she apologizes for everything she's done up until now, and everything she hasn't dont yet in this time line. And is like.. "I know you don't want this engagement, so sorry for forcing you and always stepping over your boundaries."

YOU DID BRUH. IN YOUR PAST LIFE.

It feels like your typical self sacrificing female protag in a shojo. BUT. She's self-sacrificing for the selfish (positive) sake of CUTTING PEOPLE OPEN!!! It's cute to know the romance will have a base to build off of though, and hopefully be realistic.

My favorite take from this episode, and in the series so far though is...

Capybara: THERE IS NO CULTURAL TOUCH STONE IN THIS WORLD FOR MOTHER TERESA!!! Crow: YOU DON'T KNOW THAT. Capybara: ...I don't know that. But there's no Christianity in this world!!! Crow: You don't know that. Capybara: ...I don't know that. NO CHRISTIANITY IN MY ISEKAI PLEASE!!!

Moral of the story: Anything goes in an Isekai. Just don't look to closely or you'll break it. lolol

Chapter 11 Part 1: More fog!

Ephraim's army is ready to depart the port and set sail for more central parts of Grado.

As she is about to get on the ship, Lute hears someone call her name from behind. She turns to see who it is.

"Uh, I got this while we were in port."

It was...that pegasus rider...with the green hair.

"I saw that you're always reading in camp between battles, so I thought you might want something new. I have no idea if you'll like it or not..." the pegasus rider shifted slightly on her feet, and then suddenly looked past Lute, towards the ship.

"Um, anyway, I've got to go and make sure Titania is settled. I'll see you around, Lute!" She quickly handed a book over to Lute and then hurried onto the ship.

Lute looked at the title: "Secret Book". Flipping through the pages, she could see some descriptions of local medicinal plants, some obscure minor spells, as well as some species of birds she had never seen before. Perhaps some endemic species? Lute was always interested in picking up books like this, often only printed in a couple copies by some local who was familiar with the area. There was potentially all sorts of rare information in a book like this!

"This will do nicely!" she thought.

"I must thank Titania for the book the next time I see her. But I wonder why she decided to give it to me?"

As Ephraim's army sets out at sea, Selena is just arriving back in the capital. She announces herself to the emperor, only to be immediately asked why she has returned without carrying out her mission, and if she was disobeying orders and ready to turn traitor just like Duessel.

Instead of fighting the accusations against her, Selena meekly apologizes and begs for forgiveness. She repeats that her life is devoted to the emperor and whatever he wants.

Selena asks for another chance and says that she will perform any task.

Lyon interjects, and asks his father for permission to assign the task. He asks Selena to go to a town, "Zahlbul" (maybe?) to find and bring back a dragon stone that is supposed to be there.

Lyon further explains that it looks like a normal gem, but he says he needs it for his magical research.

The scene cuts back to the ship, and Ephraim and Myrrh talk about how neither of them have ever been to sea before. Myrrh, in fact, hasn't ever even seen the sea before!

But then Seth interrupts that there is a suspicious ship coming up behind them, and that they need to prepare for battle.

And it looks like it's Riev again! He tells his monsters to attack.

So first, let's take a look at the ma--

Well, what's the worst that could happen?

Here's our crew for this battle. Kyle is taking a break and is being replaced by the much stronger Duessel. It may be a permanent roster change, but I haven't quite decided yet.

All three fliers, including our recent addition, Cormag, are coming along. There will be a lot to gain from their mobility on this map that is mostly sea. Neimi is coming because I know there are a lot of enemy fliers, so I hope she can use her effective damage to get some kills and experience.

This map has a reputation among some people for being annoying. Since it's a fog map, it's easy to get surprised by enemies if you don't look up map info ahead of time. (Or even if you do look up info and are just kind of a sloppy player.)

I've played the map before, and I've also made sure to look up what is going to happen with reinforcements here, because I remember that there are some nasty surprises if you go in with no foreknowledge.

Started, Subscribed, and MSQ/Major sidequest Cleared FFXIV and it occupies my brain like a parasitic worm (but I love it) as goes most people who get into it it seems. For those wondering started with WHM and have run it through just about everything so I'm fairly confident I am at least Somewhat Competent in pretty much everything except Savage and Alexander raids (shudders in Eyes of the Creator if you know you know)

Not only that but have main 5 categories of battle class leveled- WHM for healer, PLD for tank, MNK for melee, DNC phys ranged, RDM caster

I should stop talking about FFXIV help

I think I've changed jobs??? still call center-based work boo been there two years and I Hate It Homie (but hey 16/hr without a degree is hard to beat)

Genshin Impact made a character I finally was willing to eat the lore for Miss Shenhe I love you so much what a wlw icon I think I did reblog something of her earlier but yea love

Played through Persona 5 Royal was a good game but I have never seen a game Say So Much and Nothing At All at the same time while also contradicting itself (and somehow in 100+ hours of gameplay even on 2nd easiest difficulty and w/ a friend and a guide hello). Core cast is poggers tho love these high schoolers and I don't think anyone would be surprised to hear I love futaba the most

Have kinda accepted that I've fallen out of love with KH and frankly don't feel a lot of hype for 4. 3 was a solid gameplay entry with some neat use of worlds for the filler plot but the more time goes on the more disappointed I get with how it handled resolving anything from all the build up, shafting it in favor of setting up a game that doesn't even exist yet.

Because of this I REALLLLY loved Endwalker and was very happy to play it on release (oops back on XIV braincell)

I do miss RikuVen tho and think about how Re:Mind validated the hell out of me by confirming Riku hung out with the Wayfinders and to the lil guys out there making content big fucking salute I'm sorry I'm a bitter woman who couldn't handle expectations.

Have a wild ass idea about XIV/Fates crossover to give an excuse for Ysayle/Corrin to exist they are just about perfect together but can't quite figure out how to make a plot to justify it that I'm satisfied with

Finally, someone that gets it!

I would talk to @teamcapwasrightandishouldsayit about some Loki and Coulson fics. They ship Loki/Coulson. Here is an ask they sent me with fics that have Loki and Coulson on a scale of being super romantic to not being all that romantic, since according to the expert there is more Loki/Coulson on Ao3 than Loki & Coulson. Not all are AoS, but, hey, unfortunately we've found ourselves a really rare trope.

I don't want to self promote on a post like this, but I will say that I am working on two fics that will feature Loki and Coulson being friends + the rest of the AoS crew, but it just hasn't gotten to that point yet, if that makes sense. Captive is a long fic and a Loki/reader, thus the main focus isn't Loki and Coulson, that's just a nice outcome that will happen. And while it's being set up bit by bit (both characters have been introduced, Coulson is suspecting that Loki is doing Things), it hasn't happened yet and with the speed I write things who knows how long that'll take.

I also have You Lack Conviction which is an AU based off of The Hunt for Red October, a book/movie that takes place during the Cold War in which a Soviet submarine captain defects to the US, taking with him the Soviets' new submarine that isn't detected by SONAR (so, you know, a big deal) but before the captain can make contact with the US, the Soviet Union told the US that the captain had gone mad and sworn to destroy the US via nuclear strike in this submarine. Only one CIA agent believes that something else could be at play and he goes to make first contact with the Soviet captain. In my fic, Loki plays the role of the defecting captain, and Coulson the role of the CIA agent. It also is an Infinoki fic (Loki/Infinity Stones) and by the end Coulson is like a father figure to Loki and the sentient Stones. But I've only written part of it and so far Loki and Coulson haven't met.

I guess there's also my Tesseroki (Loki/Tesseract) fic Astronomical Love but it is primarily a Tesseroki fic. There is a bit of confirmed Loki & Coulson but only for a few chapters so unless you're interested in reading Tesseroki I wouldn't read it for Coulson. You Lack Conviction has Infinoki but it's pretty equal I guess you could say to the Loki & Coulson.

But, yes, you are 100% correct, we need more Loki and AoS fics. Literally, for a show that only mentions Loki a handful of times (and many times not even by name), that show has so much Loki vibes it's insane. Somehow I can get Tesseroki inspiration from watching AoS, a show that has neither Loki nor the Tesseract. And, seriously, AoS was what the Loki series wished it could be well not actually because Waldron sucks but you get what I mean. Time travel, found family, characters that should be dead but aren't dead.

But, seriously, once they got past the whole Loki-killed-Coulson thing, they would all get along so well. And Loki series fans claim that Loki "finally got the family he deserved" which is utter bs, but that claim would actually be true with AoS. I mean, think of the storyline Daisy has when she goes through terrigenesis and has to come to terms with being Inhuman and how Fitz was on her side from the moment he knew, how everyone helped her come to terms. Imagine that with Loki and him finally coming to accept that he is Jotun and that doesn't make him a monster. Look at how they handled Daisy's guilt after being in the hive mind. Imagine doing that with Loki after being influenced by the scepter (which arguably Daisy and Loki went through a similar experience. Jemma said that Daisy's limbic system was the primary target, the part of the brain that handles emotion. And we know that Loki was influenced via emotions being enhanced and twisted). Obviously I'm not saying the storyline should be the exact same. I'm saying that Loki has gone through some things that the MCU literally never addressed again and AoS has similar stuff that happened, they finished the storyline, and handled it well. Thus we know that the AoS team ABSOLUTELY would've helped Loki process and accept things about himself and his past. Also Loki could finally have a decent father figure: Coulson.

For a character that is relatively unrelated from AoS (other than being the cause for AoS everyone say thank you to Loki) he has so many vibes that just work with AoS. And those of us that love AoS and Loki should make some more fics/art for it!

There is a desert of fics when it comes to Loki Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. fics. Like come onnnnn, there is so much potential here!

You could have S.H.I.E.L.D. keep Loki under observation for some period of time, or an au where Asgard just didn't take him for the time being, or sentenced him to Earth after his crimes, either way, there's so many ways you could make this work

There's just so many good possible interactions, Skye and Loki? May and Loki? Fitz and Loki? Most of all, COULSON AND LOKI?? And I would love for Loki to also be totally blindsided by the HYDRA twist, I think it would be a delicious little twist of irony

And this isn't even getting into all the post-s1 shenanigans, just imagine him during the Inhumans arc in 2 & 3? Or him against Kasius, pleaseeee, he would call him a pompous ass to his face, I NEED THIS

Nebula and Tonys friendship was v cute and we deserved to see Tony be a dad to her. This feels v short so I'm sorry

"Maybe some company will do you good, (Y/N)." Natasha said softly, rubbing your arm. You stayed silent, staring at the table. Rhodes had offered you your old room back but you couldn't give him an answer. Your gaze shifted to the glass of water, brows furrowing when the water in the glass began to move. Natasha followed your gaze.

"I'm not doing that." You said softly, glancing at her. Steve entered the room, heading towards the exit.

"Something's coming." He called. Rhodes and Bruce quickly followed him out. You stood up, doing the same. You walked out onto the field, seeing Pepper staring up at a ship. You watched the woman set it down, looking back at you all. Steve ran forward, helping Tony off the ship. Pepper sobbed, running forward as well. You turned, walking back towards the facility.

"Great, the douchebag survived." You muttered, opening the door and sitting back down. You knew loss would come with trying to save the world but you didn't expect to lose everyone you loved. Clint and Natasha were still around but they were grieving as well.

"(Y/N), this is Carol Danvers, a friend of Fury." Natasha said as she entered the room. You turned to look at the blonde, giving a small nod. You watched as Rhodes pulled up images of everyone who had been lost to catch Tony up. Your gaze dropped onto the table when you saw your friends images appear.

"World governments are in pieces. He did.. He did exactly what he was planning to do. He wiped out.. 50 percent of all living creatures." Natasha explained, voices getting softer. You took in a shakey breath, sitting up and glancing at everyone. You made eye contact with Tony. He was skinny and weak but he held sadness in his eyes.

"Is Barton..?" Tony trailed off.

"Clint survived... Laura and the kids are gone." You told him, voice threatening to crack. Tony inhaled deeply, nodding.

"Where is Thanos? Where is he now?" Tony asked, looking at Steve. Steve frowned.

"We don't know. He just.. Opened a portal and walked through." Steve said, staring down at the floor. Tony hummed, turning to look at Thor.

"What's wrong with him?"

"He's pissed. He thinks he failed. Which, yeah he did but so did the rest of us." The talking raccoon, Rocket, said. You didn't have enough energy to question how a raccoon ended up in space, much less question how it could talk.

"Honestly, until this exact last second, I thought you were a build-a-bear." Tony said, looking at him.

"Maybe I am." Rocket muttered in a tired and defeated tone.

"Thanos has been missing for three weeks now. We've got nothing. Tony, you fought him."

"Who told you that? No, he wiped my face with a planet while the magician gave away the stone. That's what happened. There was no fight-"

"Okay, okay.. Did he give you any clues?" Steve asked. Tony blew some raspberries, shrugging. You sighed at his childish response.

"I had a vision. I didn't want to believe it.. Thought I was dreaming-"

"Tony, I need you to focus."

"-And I needed you. As in past tense. That trumps what you need. You know what I need?" Tony knocked over some glasses, standing up from his wheelchair. "I need to shave."

"Tony, Tony, stop." Rhodes approached him as Tony ripped off his IV needle.

"What we needed was a suit of armour around the world! Remember that? Whether it impacted our precious freedoms or not." Tony looked over everyone.

"Your project got Sokovia destroyed and ruined." You reminded him, finger running over the rim of the glass cup. Tony began stumbling as he argued with Steve, stumbling towards him. He ripped off the Arc reactor, putting it in Steve's hand before falling to the ground. He fainted afterwards so Rhodes and Steve got him to the medical unit.

"This is such a shitshow. I'm going home." You said, standing up and picking up the glass. Natasha turned towards you.

"Stay for a little longer-"

"For what? So I can be told nothing's gonna bring back by family? My best friends? I had nothing then I had something and now I have nothing again." You flinched when the cup shattered, pieces of glass and water landing on the ground. You sighed softly, taking the shards stuck in your skin out.

"Sorry. I'll clean this up." You mumbled, using your other hand to get the water off the floor. Carol blinked, watching in surprise. You opened one of the cabinets, pulling out the first aid kit. You turned your head when Carol stood beside you.

"Hey." You breathed out, running your hand under water to wash away some of the blood. Carol picked up the antibiotic cream, using a cotton ball to dab it onto your cuts. You didn't really feel like healing yourself.

"I'm sorry you lost so many people." She said quietly, picking up the bandages and wrapping them around your hand.

"Well, shit happens." You looked at your bandaged palm, sighing softly.

"I lost two best friends." Carol said, leaning against the counter.

"Nick and Monica, the daughter of a good friend." Carol looked at you, arms crossing.

"Sams' sister calls nonstop and I don't know what to tell her. She has two toddlers, both parents passed away, and she's a widow. How can I tell her that her older brother turned into dust and I couldn't do anything to save him? Dad and I can't even look at each other without noticing how empty the house feels. I wake up everyday hoping it was all a nightmare but then I don't hear Laura telling the kids to get up or Clint going on about teaching Lila archery." You looked away from her, eyes watering. Carol placed a gentle hand on your arm, giving it a light squeeze.

"You did what you could. What you have to do now is be there for the people who are still here. Your friends sister needs you. She needs someone familiar. Someone close to Sam and someone who was there in his last moments." Carol said, watching you.

"You'll never get back up if you keep knocking yourself down." She said softly. You let out a shakey sigh, nodding and sniffling. Carol offered you a napkin, patting your back before she walked away. You wiped away your tears and splashed some water on your face, patting your face dry. You turned and grabbed the broom and collector, taking care of the glass. You put the first aid kit away as Carol re-entered the room with Natasha and Steve following.

"Hey, we usually do things as a team here." Natasha said as Carol spun around to look at her.

"We realize up there is your territory but this is our fight too." Steve added.

"Do you even know where he is?" Rhodes asked, head tilting. Carol shrugged lightly.

"I know people who might."

"Don't bother." You looked at the blue android girl, Nebula.

"I can tell you where Thanos is." She revealed. The humans glanced at each other before gathering in the office to hear what she had to say. You leaned against the doorway, semi interested.

"Thanos spent a long time trying to perfect me. When he worked he talked about his great plan. Even disassembled I wanted to please him.. I'd ask where we would go once his plan was complete. His answer was always the same." Nebula turned her head to look at everyone. "To the garden."

"That's cute. Thanos has a retirement plan." Rhodes mumbled as Rocket climbed onto the table, making a hologram of Earth appear.

"When Thanos snapped his fingers, Earth became ground zero for ridiculously high cosmic proportions. Nobody's ever seen anything like it." Rocket said, making the hologram change to a different planet.

"Until two days ago on this planet." Rocket motioned to the planet shown. Nebula nodded, leaning forward.

"He used the stones again." Natasha whispered. Everyones attention shifted onto the planet.

"You can count me out. I have a therapy session soon." You called, turning around and walking down the steps.

"You go to therapy?" Rhodes asked, brows furrowing as he turned to face you.

"Yeah, it's called napping."

You entered the house, taking in a deep breath. Neither you or Clint dared clean up the place. Everything was left exactly how it had been left after Thanos snapped his fingers. You entered the livingroom, gaze landing on the metal on the ground. You sighed softly, picking up the monitor. Clint had broken it. Clint not following the rules of his house arrest was probably the least of the governments problems. You tossed it onto the couch, walking to the kitchen and opening the fridge.

"Beer, beer, beer, leftovers, beer." You mumbled as you sorted through the fridge. You shut the fridge, looking at the drawings and pictures pinned to it with magnets. As soon as you realized Monty probably didn't plan for the ship you said "fuck his craft, his technique, his passion, his ideas, fuck the trailers, fuck the songs, fuck everything before v3. He, the dead creator of rwby was simply burdening the writers with his ideas on rwby and fight animation is not a way to tell a story in this animation based story loved for it's fighting. No, I didn't. I do not know if bmblb was part of Monty's plans or not, but:

1) the idea that Monty was anti-bmblb requires proof. The thing I said was that he was opened to it and decided to test the water in V2. Unless you’re saying he was dead before V2. Weird, I thought he was even involved in a lot of stuff even in V3.

2) Monty was open about being in favor of LGBTQ+ and when asked a question if there were LGBTQ+ characters in the show, he answered "maybe they're already there"

3) there is literally a part before V1 where Arryn asks if she can reveal her character is bi and they respond “not yet”

I didn’t say bumbleby was against Monty’s vision (just that it was not fully decided relationship wise when it started), nor did I say fuck his craft, technique, passion, ideas, trailer, songs, etc. If you read what I wrote, then you clearly did not understand it, so I’ll make it clear: I’ve always defended bumbleby was plan from the get go and used to use the trailers (especially the songs) to show it. Now, I don’t think the show had all decided from the get go, at least, not the relationships. A tweet from Monty said that Ruby was out of characters in the red trailer, which indicates they were still figuring the characters out. This is not an attack in Monty or even a flaw. It’s fine if a story doesn’t have all aspects of it figured out since its beginning. It’s natural even. And I don’t believe you would see having stuff to figure out as bad if it didn’t give you a reason to attack me.

Me acknowledging one of Monty’s flaws as a storyteller is not me disrespecting him. Too many ideas is bad storytelling. Yes, part of the task of a writer is sometimes to know when to dial it down. And that flaw was acknowledged in the context of me giving my thoughts on hbomberguy's video on it, which spends a lot of the time trashing RWBY and I said that I mostly agreed with it. He took the easy way: put the blame entirely on the 2 writers alive, while deifying the one who died, but I don't do that. That's not fair. They were a team and criticism directed at the show should go to everyone responsible for it. There are flaws that are clearly Miles and Kerry, there are others that were Monty’s.

Hi👋, about the poly between aurthur and gwyar. If mc didn't choose both of them, would they both get into relationship with each other?😶

Because I always have a hard time playing any poly route for any game. It just feels awkward to know that the person I love, they also feels the same way towards other people.

I don't mind about other people who likes poly and are in poly relationship, I just don't like it if it happens to me.

That why, if aurthur and gwyar do like each other without mc intervention, my mc would galdly step away. My mc do not like being in the way of other people love or happiness.

For your first question, while at first (when there was the Yniol/Gwyar poly route) I was thinking of letting them be a couple if MC didn't choose either of them, for Arthur and Gwyar it probably won't be the case. I strongly want to add another poly route and since it will include Arthur or Gwyar again it would be complicated for them to get together if not chosen. But nothing is set in stone yet, so things might still change regarding poly routes.

For your second concern, I can tell you that things will work out a bit differently in my IF. I can see why, with certain dynamics, some players might feel a bit pushed to choose the poly ship if they are maybe afraid to "disappoint" the characters involved if they want only to pursue only one of them, when they have explicitly shown interest towards eachother. On the other hand, some other readers might enjoy seeing this kind of interactions between the characters involved in a poly route.

In any case, to take into account all of it, the way I'm planning it you probably will see scenes of Arthur/Gwyar previous to the locking of routes only if you choose certain options (meaning if you are interested in either of them), otherwise you'll only see very brief mentions of their closeness (wich could be interpreted as romantic or purely platonic). But bear in mind that Arthur will behave affectionataly towards all the other ROs as well.

In fact, the ROs are all close, for different reasons and in different ways, but they still mean a lot to eachother even prior to the start of the story (something like what happens in Fields of Asphodel by the amazing @asphodelgame, wich was also a big inspiration for TKH)

The show can be.. lacking sometimes. Jeff himself sometimes contradicts his own lore (see: the damn movie) and I want to take more care with this. Stiles gets a reputation for being a researcher, and Peter for being very intelligent - so let's see it! Actually tell us what's in the Bestiary, more clearly define the differences between species, tell us more about who we're seeing. Let teenagers be teenagers and ask questions!

I'm planning on developing Werewolf lore, Kitsune lore, adding extra species, adding more defined rules to Chimeras and more clearly separating Werewolves and Werecoyotes.

Priority Four

Characterisation/Relationships

I'm grouping these two together because I feel like they kind of go hand in hand in some elements, but this covers a lot of ground.

Age - no cop outs, everyone has a concrete age that we are informed of, no changing age for plot reasons down the age and fucking up the timeline.

No random switching of sides (See: Peter in season four)

No strange out of character moments that don't make sense (See: Stiles/Scott drama in S5)

Making some characters more three dimensional, and keeping them around (Danny, Corey, Mason, Boyd)

I have.. thoughts on some teen wolf ships, and I'm going to be playing around with them, but nothing is set in stone just yet

Characters have strangely placed emotions sometimes, either more angry or less than I think feels right so I'll be adjusting that too

I'm totally not done, I haven't even reached season two as far as planning goes just yet but this is my plan for structure:

Each season will be listed as a fic on AO3, in a wider collection. Each chapter will be an episode. I will rewrite the show episode by episode, adding episodes where I think it's necessary (namely season one, since it's half the length).

Worry not.

Sarah is an author that goes with the flow while writing and that includes making significant changes (which can be a good or a bad thing) and that explains why her books suffer plotholes and inconsistencies sometimes.

As for knowing who the next two books were about, if it was indeed Nesta and Elain's books she would've said “Well the upcoming book is about Nesta and the next one is about Elain” and it's done and over with. She doesn't have to be secretive about it if she said Nesta and Elain's books are next. The only confirmation we got was about Nesta and Cassian. Sarah never made definitive confirmations about who the next books (after ACOSF) will be about.

I think originally she had two books in mind and that would be about Nesta and Elain but later on it's confirmed to be 3 full books (including ACOSF) and one or two novellas. Remember how the end of ACOFAS hinted at Nesta ending up training in Illyria? We saw how she quickly disposed of that plotline in ACOSF and it seems to be pushed to Azriel's book because ACOSF established a future conflict between Valkyries/Illyrians and also the mystery surrounding Ramiel and how it may be connected to Koschei or the Trove.

As I said Sarah writes with the flow of the story and what makes the most sense for the characters and their journeys. For Throne of Glass she originally planned for Aelin to end up with Dorian but then Rowan was introduced and she ended up with him. Does that mean Rowaelin is a crackship that has no basis and Dorian was the OG? Nope, it's just that the author paved a new route for her character's journey and introduced another charcater that would compliment and contribute more to her journey.

Even if originally she had two books set up for Nesta and Elain, maybe Elain might've ended up with Lucien just as Sarah always planned because she wants them to heal together. I think the argument about how Gwynriel will likely be a false ship and that Elriel were the OG is already stirring. Sarah never mentioned Elain and Azriel in the same breath but back during the time of the ACOWAR tour didn't she speak about what kind of date Nessian and Elucien would go on?

We KNOW Elain is getting a book no one is denying it but it's unlikely she will be next. ACOSF did not set her up as MC, she was more of a background charcater that had even less dialogue and appearance than ACOWAR. And Sarah did say she thought it was obvious who the next book is about and Elain's role in ACOSF doesn't scream "incoming MC" to me at all, who had the most screentime after Nesta and Cassian? Azriel and Gwyn.

The majority expect it to be Azriel's book or Azriel and Gwyn as the supporting MC/love interest in the way as it was with Chaol and Yrene. We don't expect the whole book to focus on Gwyn only, their healing journey is something that was set up in ACOSF. The only people that claim Gwyn's story is over and doesn't need a healing journey are the ones that are in denial and skipped her parts in ACOSF.

Also, Sarah did not even write ACOTAR5 yet so nothing is set in stone. Also, check her Pinterest (it's full of the Little Mermaid inspirations and she wanted to adapt that fairytale into ACOTAR😉)
