I love when Ingo has no memory but makes it really obvious that he had a sibling at some point anyway

A bit of a headcanon here...
So, uhm. What if Emmet had ASD (autism spectrum disorder)?
I’ve done a bit of research the past few days but I’m still not too confident on this, so might as well put some of my findings here.
If you’ve got something to add, or something to correct, please tell me!
and uh. with that, I think we can start now:
1) Repetitive Behaviors:

Pointing!  Emmet points a lot.
It could just be a thing to be cool and stuff but...
You know? It could just be a symptom.
Besides, this also gives more meaning to Ingo also pointing alongside Emmet in a lot of scenes where they’re together. After all, they’re brothers! And if his brother is going to be pointing a lot, why not do it too, just to make it cool(er)?
2) Fixated on a certain topic?

This is really the only picture I could find that could fit this category.
As seen in his dialogue and in most of his appearances, he really loves to battle! It ranges from “I like double battles” to harassing touko into getting a 20-battle streak.
So uh. It’s safe to say he really likes Pokemon battles.
Another possibility is his love for trains, which I think is one of the common hyperfixiations of people with Autism (It’s not really built upon in any of his appearances, but I headcanon that he likes trains more than he lets on)
3) Dialogue
"I am Emmet. I won against you. But this is not the end. I am sure you will show up here again. I will wait for it and win against you again. Because I am a Subway Boss. I am Emmet."
"What I do. What I say. Always the same. Follow the rules. Safe driving! Follow the schedules. Everyone smile! Check safety. Everything's ready! Aim for victory! All aboard!"
"I am Emmet. I am a Subway Boss. I like Double Battles. I like combinations of two Pokémon. And I like winning more than anything else. So let's start a great battle in which every Pokémon uses various moves."
"I am Emmet. I won against you. But I think I just got lucky. In a Double Battle, if you misread one thing, the rest will be totally different. You know. Please win 20 battles in a row, and fight with me!"
His dialogue is very... weird, to say the least. I personally think it’s endearing, but it’s different. Especially compared to Ingo’s!
It’s choppy, and introduces himself constantly (or perhaps he’s self-narrating).
Another thing is that Ingo also does most of the talking when they’re together. In fact, he’s usually the first one to speak (in the anime especially), while Emmet just adds on to what Ingo says.
It could indicate that either Ingo is the alpha twin or he just does more talking so Emmet doesn’t have to.
------------------------------
Well, it doesn’t matter if Emmet does or doesn’t have Autism. He’s great! And I love him :3
