Having to sit on the floor in our new house due to the negligence of @homebase_uk. Couldn't keep their promise of delivering a sofa, couldn't be bothered to inform us, couldn't be bothered to refund the money. The telephony staff are rude, incompetent, and incapable of communicating. After days of fighting for compensation after their insulting offer of a £20 #homebase voucher -our Cheque never appeared. After more phone calls, being accused of lying, being constantly interrupted & still without sofa the issue is still unresolved. Absolutely disgusting 'service' & a place I will never go back too. #awful #whereismysofa #badcustomerserviceexperience

I'm officially moving tomorow but my sofa and armchairs are already gone. Now I have no proper place to chill and also it feels very strange. I'm sitting at my table for the first time ever for a reason other than eating. Also, very strange.
