I'm going to cheat and ask a bout three 1. Unsettled [Tom] - chapter 17, 2. Zodiac Mist (Tom AU, and 3. Close Quarters possible quarantine thing [Tom]
WIP Folder Tag Game
More’s the pleasure to talk about them - mostly cause it distracts from the guilt over not getting anything updated in what feels like forever. We’ll just sidestep the issue of adding to the WIP list when I should be trying to finish things... Yea...

Unsettled: This blurb may get reworked cause I’m still not entirely happy with the direction of the chapter. Part of me wants to pick things up right where we left them and carry on, but then part of me wants to forge ahead to other events that are already mapped out. Neither part, however, seems to be able to do anything about the fact that I keep stalling out.
For one heart stopping moment you’d stood there in your kitchen, reeling. All those years hating him, all those times you had aimed low with a remark, banned another form of interaction, and he’d held together… You’d taken chunks from him during fights and he had always rallied or had taken chunks from you in return. Somehow, you never really thought you’d see the day he simply set his jaw, agreed with you, and walked away – stormed away. You’d never seen him so angry, yet so wounded, and there was a long long list of choice moments to examine.

Zodiac Mist: This AU stirred into being from a title prompt sent by @ourladybinxthings and a direction I started spinning care of the photoset I was trying to create for the story. It started in my head as a fortune being told and spiraled from there. Right now it’s plotted loosely around the blurb I wrote in response to the fic title prompt. Zodiac (Zachariah) feeling something that he can’t ignore and having to make a choice: face the death omens he sees (possibly try to interfere and save whomever has been marked) - or pick up and run from it.

Close Quarters: possible quarantine thing - ok so this one I’m really on the fence about. It’s another one that is loosely plotted that I keep coming back to and going: hmmmm. We know how well they reacted (or not) to being stuck together in the elevator for 12 hours... and while it’s tempting to see how well they’d react to being quarantined together, I’m also not so sure I want to focus on the new normal in that way? I’ve got a few oddball headcanons waiting (begging) to work their way into a sequel - I guess I just need to figure out the situation I want to plop Sunshine and his neighbor into. 😘
