Just realized that if only Poseidon went straight to Ithaca and asked for Odysseus, Penelope could do the biggest gamble of them all and get one of the suitors in SUCH DEEP SHIT.

Poseidon: "Odysseus of Ithaca! Tell me this instant where is this mortal who dared to hurt my son and try to lie about his name!

Penelope: ...

Suitors: ....

Penelope: *weaving stops*

Final Bug Fact:

The world NEEDS bugs. They keep the soil healthy, pollinate, control pests, and contribute to the worlds' ecosystem. By the end of the century, it is estimated 40% of insect species may go extinct due to habitat loss. Yes, that is very scary. But with even one beetle spared, one caterpillar rescued, and one Hollow Knight comic of all things, things will change. Because I know there's a lot more Dewi's out there than most people realize. Stay curious.

Comic Thoughts and Pictures Below!

I wanted to put here how amazing and sweet everyone has been with this comic. I finished a 75 page comic in 3 MONTHS. I am at a loss for words. That sounds crazy and it IS crazy. But man was it fun. Even on days were I wasn't able to draw due to fatigue or business, I loved working on it from start to finish. And guess what!? This is my first ever FINISHED comic :D I'm so proud of myself. I know there's some things I want to change and the art is wonky in most places...... but I'm content to let it be. What an amazing summer adventure!

I'm hoping to post the full comic on another Comic website. I may or may not edit some of the art ^w^ So I'll let y'all know when I release it.

being a jujutsu sorcerer and a parent rarely ends well. sorcerers who have to fight for their lives everyday barely have any time and energy even for themselves. adding babies to the picture is hard to imagine.

but gojo was determined to balance his work and personal life when you entered his life, which is why he has a baby girl strapped to his chest as he holds up his hand and crosses his fingers, already to send a special grade curse into his domain.

"daddy~" his baby babbles, cheek squished against his purple uniform.

"yes, baby?" gojo smiles down at his baby and gently sweeps her hair out of her eyes. he pays little to no attention to the curse, who had already spread out their domain and is currently sending wave after wave of attacks, all of which gojo repels with a touch. "this is domain expansion," he gently explains to her, smirking at the curse who is obviously offended that he wasn't taking them seriously. "in a second, you're gonna see daddy's domain."

his baby blinks and shuffles around in the strap, whining a bit as she tries to get comfortable. for all she knows, it's too dark and hot and she misses mommy's smell.

before she knows it, the space around her begins to look like the night sky, and she can't see the curse anymore.

"this is my domain," her daddy says, but she misses seeing the sun. why is it nighttime all of the sudden?

"nooo" she whines as she kicks around. where's the ice cream he promised her earlier? and where is mommy? she doesn't want to go to sleep yet!

"not easily impressed, hm?" he laughs, protectively holding his baby's head against his chest as he closes up his domain after finishing off the curse.

"let's go get ice cream, yeah?" he ruffles her hair and holds up her hands, dancing them up in the air with a huge grin. the sunlight hits her face again and a smile quickly reappears. "you did so good today. did you learn a lot about jujutsu fights today? did'ja enjoy our little adventure together?"

"ice cweam" she smiles, doing a few happy kicks. and that's how the tradition of getting ice cream after missions started for the daddy-daughter pair.

I took a fever nap and had a dream that there was a group of lesbian warriors in baldur's gate 3 who could all turn into tigers (or maybe they had pet tigers? I don't remember) and only people who identified as lesbian women could join the group so it was like a variant of Artemis's hunters from percy jackson but in my dream they let Wyll join. So it was just this group of lesbian warriors and the Blade of Frontiers. And he was like actually one of them not just a visitor or smthn like he had the swearing-in ceremony that I witnessed in my dream.

Realization hits Suguru hard whenever he's drunk on a friday night and has to be bathed by his wife.

He's a decent drinker─neither a lightweight or a hardcore alcoholic, just somewhere in between the middle. There are certain days to when he drinks: some days, the alcohol would burn his throat and he'd stop immediately like it's the first time he's ever drunk─and other days, the alcohol would taste nothing, almost like he's drinking water, so he continues to pour it down his throat until his mind feels fucked.

Tonight, the alcohol tastes like nothing, and he was wasted.

"Stay still, honey."

You've lost count of how many times you've told him to stay still and to behave. He's been whining, and flailing his arms in the air, and even telling you his secret that he has a ring somewhere in his drawer that he'll use to propose to his girlfriend─you, his wife.

(Unbeknownst to him, you already knew about the ring.)

You wanted to sound stern, you really did, but how could you when he's so adorable avoiding your gaze just because he claims that his wife would not like it if she knew about this?

Is this how he acts around other woman who's not you?

(Of course he does.)

"Please bring me to my girlfriend, miss. My girlfriend will get mad if she knows you're touching me like this."

Suguru's determined to keep his head down, almost like it's a grave sin to look up.

A chuckle emits from your throat, amused by your husband despite already being soaked from the amount of times he's accidentally splashed the water.

You decide to play along.

"I told your girlfriend that you'd be staying here for the rest of the night seeing how you're not in the right state to go home by yourself."

A sudden splash, he immediately turns to you, eyes looking like they're starting to flood.

"My girlfriend would not allow that!", he looks down, and you don't miss the frown that settled on his lips.

"She doesn't like it when I hang around other women..."

"Does she not love me anymore..?"

That wasn't how it was supposed to go.

Suguru continues to look down─like a puppy left by his owner─and you feel guilty, but it wasn't even your fault that he's so wasted to the point that he can't recognize who you are─the woman he's been with for years, the woman who he wakes up to everyday, the woman who he decided to marry, his wife.

You rest your arms on the edge of the bathtub, serving as a cushion for your chin to lay on. You call him, tone as gentle and familiar.

"Suguru."

Suguru looks up, and he suddenly sees the world before him─his world.

"Honey...?"

One smile of yours and a tilt of a head was enough to knock some force to his alcohol driven mind before realization hits him hard.

He's here, you're here, inside the home you both built for yourselves as husband and wife.

He's yours.
