the threat is empty and the both of you know that. seonghwa would turn you away if you rushed to him now. it’s hardly like it’s an emergency, and your lover is far too busy to deal with such trivial matters as yeosang teasing you a little. you wouldn’t get much more than a side-eye and a slap on the thigh before being sent on your way. of course you could wait until seonghwa is finished, but by then you’ll have probably forgotten the whole ‘i’m going to tell on you,’ schtick you have going on right now.

hiiii my loves🫶🏻sorry for my inactivity, I’ve been really busy with work😭 for those who have never seen my page, I’m a shifter, mostly to Naruto, but I also shift to Bleach, demon slayer, arcane, and JJK. Everything I post is based on my DR.

I’m going to start off by saying the akatsuki are my family, we may not be blood related at all but our bond as friends is unbreakable🖤I truly feel accepted with them^.^

Konan: she’s a quiet natured woman, calm and level headed yet calculated. I swear I’ve never seen her scared or even anxious. She’s so strong, physically and mentally! She’s a romantic too. In my DR she’s married to Pain, and Nagato and omg. Such a lover girl, it’s the cutest thing seeing her with them. (Only time I see her get flustered☺️)

Pain: just like his wife, he’s more on the quiet side. He handles handing out tasks and assigning missions. If he’s not away on a mission himself, you’ll most likely find him tucked away in his office handling the countless paperwork the man has to handle. He enjoys reading and learning to cook(he isn’t the best and has burnt more things than making anything edible. Konan is teaching him :)

Nagato: lives in Amegakure and comes to visit every once in a while. He handles a lot of more private affairs which is why he doesn’t live with us full time. Insanely powerful and every time he visits, he trains 1on1 with every member to help strengthen our skills. He’s really kind and gets nervous easily lol!

Itachi: he recently went through a break up and for a while was rather down about it but his spark came back! He’s insanely patient and an absolutely amazing big brother. Sasuke will come visit time to time or he’ll pop into the hidden leaf to visit his parents. Family is everything to him. He keeps his bedroom neat and clean, everything has their own place lol. His favorite genre of movies is thriller

Kisame: for starters, the dude is MASSIVE. In height and size in general. He works out daily, and before the end of the day will be found outside training. Itachi is like a brother to him, he can read Tachi like an open book and tends to know when he’s upset before Itachi even realizes it himself. Was quite the ladies man before getting into a committed relationship with a sweetheart ^.^

Zetsu: May be a bit of an odd ball but I mean that in a sweet way. His sense of humor is rather interesting and tends to be funny when he can’t read the room. Likes to magically appear to scare people or to pass on messages from other members. He’s very close with Tobi and myself so he’ll hang out with us time to time when he’s bored

Orochimaru: tends to be in his lab, all the time. If any of us want to hang out with him, we’d have to go downstairs and enter his laboratory to do so. He doesn’t mind it, he enjoys the company and isn’t afraid to admit as such. Weekly, he’ll visit the Hidden Leaf to have lunch or dinner with Lady Tsunade and Jiraiya. (Was the one to encourage Jiraiya to finally ask Tsunade out, and they’ve been together for quite some time now!)

Kabuto: he’s surprisingly super shy. He only trains with Orochimaru and only does so when the compound is primarily empty. He’s very respectful and just like Itachi, he’s very patient.

Zabuza: level headed, and an extreme strategist. Rather loud, especially when he talks about something he enjoys. Tends to work out with Kisame a few times a week. Haku is his assigned partner and they’re away a lot of the time, as they both like to be on the move but Zabuza always enjoys being able to come home and relax on the couch, watching a movie. (Doesn’t have a favorite genre, he’ll watch anything)

Haku: soft spoken and kind. Can be a smart ass which is rather amusing because he always has a comeback for everything. Enjoys baking, and on the days he’s not running around, you’ll find him in the kitchen, reading from a book as he works on a new recipe.

Deidara: confident! He’s proud of his scars and doesn’t shy away from past mistakes or ‘failures’. He’s also what a lot of the akatsuki refer to as a pretty boy since anytime we all go out, the girls flock to him. Takes pride in his hair and appearance but he’s never cocky. Has never outright said it but it’s presumed he’s bisexual🥰

Sasori: just like orochimaru, he tends to be in his room, working on new creations and preparing damaged puppets. Deidara will also be found in his room more times than his own. Doesn’t smoke like some of us do but he’ll enjoy a nice cold glass of sake at the end of a tiring work week

Tobi: goofy, childish, flamboyant, and easily excitable. Now, sometimes this persona will falter, mostly whenever he’s in our shared room where Obito takes over. As Obito, he’s much more reserved, dominant, intimidating and a major softy. He helps me work on repairs(I have my own business of custom made weaponry, Kunai’s shuriken, etc) he’s also a medical ninja, and his level is very close to Sakura’s.

Kakuzu: quiet, and grouchy. Tends to not be as vocal about his affections unless him and I are alone. He’ll never admit it but loves having his hair played with or back scratches. Has fallen asleep in my lap from me doing so. His favorite food is onigiri, all kinds of doesn’t matter what the middle is filled with. He’s not a picky eater in the slightest. Just like Kisame, he’s massive. He’s the tallest member, standing at 6’5.

Hidan: anytime he’s in the mood, he’ll team up with Tobi. It’s a recipe for chaos. If he wants attention, he’s taken after what Tobi does and have multiple shadow clones ‘annoy’ me until I give in and pay attention to him lol. Hidan is very in tune with his emotions and knows when he needs to step away and take a break from things. He’s also an affectionate drunk, so he’ll be found wrapping his arms or his body around me. Trailing along behind me like a lost puppy🥺

1.strained but getting closer. Charlie gets emotional whenever Adam’s hurt now and understand how important he is to her dad. They don’t always get along and she gets very easily embarrassed around him with what he says to her about him and his dad. They do have one thing they bond over though; guitar lessons. Charlie knows how to play some string instruments like the Cello and some guitar so Adam ends up teaching her some of his tips and tricks.

2. Adam teases the shit out of her and she hates him lol she wishes he’ll leave but she does acknowledge his good side when he shows it. She’s shocked at how much she loves his boys and Charlie in his own way. They have short moments of getting along but most of the time, Charlie has to keep them apart or they’ll end up killing each other. She also finds him disgusting since he tends to walk around without a shirt most of the time and scratch himself in true dad fashion.

3. Eden and Ziros relationship has been complicated their entire lives. Eden was incredibly jealous of Ziro when he was born, he would throw pretty bad tantrums to get their attention in the beginning but eventually, the two grew a lot closer. Eden teases Ziro a LOT, to the point Luci and Adam have to break them up. He will defend his brother no matter what though, he genuinely loves him. As they get older though, it becomes more strained. They’re so different and with how Eden kills their dad, Ziro feels more pain and betrayal towards him but he still loves his brother.

4. So many years of practice and constantly drawing to find the style I’m comfortable with lol I’m still not great with a lot of things like bgs but that means a lot😭

5. I kind of wanted a reason to give him cool scars lol and for some reason, for me personally, I couldn’t find a way to give him a natural birth without it being somewhat complicated anyway? Since Luci is the literal demon king of hell, Adam’s body could only handle so much. Luci loves to be soft and kiss them gently when they’re alone.

Kind of, Charlie’s version of it lol she felt like the patrons of the hotel could benefit from what him and Luci should learn too so she tries to have one of her own, even though she had no idea what she was doing. It just ended up with the patrons arguing over their own made up pregnancy drama and Adam watching in amusement, eating snacks and Luci more than fed up with the entire thing lol

7. They don’t really have much of a relationship quite yet. It’s more acquaintances than even siblings tight now, but they do like each other whenever he’s able to come and visit.

8. they’re not quite close but Lucis trying. He’s just awkward with introductions and not making himself look silly. Abel finds him a little weird and extravagant but not in a bad way, in a “he might actually be good for my dad” kind of way.

9 + 10. A select few in all of Hell and Heaven, it’s one of the only moments that Sera and even Emily would be able to see Luci. Both Adam and Luci wanted their wedding to be extravagant, any way to flaunt their love for each other. Luci HAD to have his ducks involved somehow so he made Adam accept their wedding cake topper is them as ducks lol It was a very busy ceremony but Luci and Adam haven’t been this happy in many years.

As your mentor, he has to come and watch a few of your lessons and give you feedback, and he finds himself stumbling around his words when you ask for feedback because he was too busy admiring the colour of your nail polish and how encouraging you are when the kids get things right, he has 0 notes on his notepad.

I love the idea of him desperately wanting her to need his help, too. I reckon you’re filling in some feedback sheets after some mock exams and you just need to ask him about something. He’s got a full class, maybe like year 9s (so they’re about 13 or 14), so you just gently knock on the classroom door. He’s stood at the board talking about something, pointing, and his face literally lights up when he sees you. He waves you to come in and you’re like ‘sorry, could I just have a word?’ and he’s like ‘don’t apologise!! everyone, be copying down what’s on the board. yeah, everything alright?’. He listens to you so intently and he’s nodding and helping you, taking a seat at his desk and turning his laptop to you to show you what to do. The kids are whispering between themselves as they watch you together, a small laugh escaping your lips when he says something silly, and going all bashful and pink when you’re like ‘thank you so much, that’s been so helpful.’. He continues the conversation for a little bit, simply so you don’t leave yet, and he has the absolute look of love on his face. When you leave, he sighs a little bit like a lovesick teenager, sitting back in his chair and forgetting that he has an audience. Like you said, the kids are like ‘omg are you together!! are you in love!!’ and he obviously turns on teacher mode and is like ‘that’s enough of that lol.’

And yes, he tells them to be quiet and that they’re wrong, but they’re actually so right. He is in love with you within a matter of weeks, and so are you, and I think it takes until at least six months for you to recognise and accept it.

I get that everyone's family is different, but I wasn't raised in an environment like that so I too would be bothered. ahh i bake lots of things, whatever the mood calls for lol. cakes and muffins, apple and pumpkin pie, steam puddings, cobbler, cookies. a lot of people make gingerbread and sugar cookies to decorate. my fav thing to bake is probablyyyyy cupcakes bc i just think they’re so cute and fun to decorate! yesss we put up our christmas tree at the very start of december, sometimes on thanksgiving at the end of november. we actually have two right now, one downstairs that my mother decorated to look perfect, and one upstairs in the loft that my sister and i were given full control over, so it’s very colourful and nostalgic and lovingly “tacky” lol. lots of homemade ornaments and paper chains and things that are less classy but still fun. my favourite christmas movie is The Holiday, we watch it on christmas eve, but my actual favourite that i have a tradition of watching every christmas eve night before falling asleep, is A Very Merry Pooh Year lol. i love answering questions and sharing stories about our holidays :’)

that’s pretty chilly for india! where i grew up was in a little forest valley and we did get snow! i’ve spent christmas a lot of different places and i’ve been in some that were literally -23 celsius 😅 but currently i live more south closer to the ocean and it gets about the same as you, like 6 degrees celsius, but often it’s like m20. i use Fahrenheit so i’m using a converter to get the celsius haha. 🌸❄️

Ahh! I am living in this really quiet neighbourhood right now for work. My home is in a very busy part of town, and there's always so much background noise there, living here feels like those sensory deprivation pods, and I don't like it at all. I don't like the quiet at all, I think. I love some kind of music, noise, anything. That's such a great idea... I'm stealing that. :)

I'm just giving you a general idea here though. The thing that you said about the celebrations being muddles, is the same here in a way. Everyone celebrates in a different way depending upon the region they live in, their religious inclination, lots of stuff. Exactly! I wish i lived somewhere I could be exposed to more cultures from other countries too, it's fascinating to me how varied cultures can be, yet so many people find community through these celebrations. It really is beautiful thing to be human, and get to live this one life.

⛄️ owl-themed things are so fun! my mom used to buy me owl everything when i was little, because i was convinced it meant i was smart if i owned owl things.

i’m a long fic reader all the way, i usually filter ao3 so that it doesn’t show me anything under 50k words. i only really read oneshots if someone i know wrote one or one came up on my tumblr dash. and yes, i am a larrie, so i completely understand what you mean about tired tired sea! my heart actually aches every time “darling dearest, i’m fighting for your kind of quiet” pops into my head 🥺

i actually have a collection that i keep with bookmarks of fics that i think changed me in some tangible way. there’s currently seven fics in there: three larry fics, two phantom of the opera fics, one labyrinth fic, and one gilmore girls fic. the most recent one is everything of mine is yours by blueskiesrry, and holy shit, that fic actually completely rewired my brain i think. i had to read it in one sitting because i just couldn’t put it down and then i sent it to my non-larrie friends practically begging them to read it too because it’s just SO perfect! it’s just so heartbreaking in such a mundane way and i started sobbing even harder than i already was when i realized it was going to have a happy ending… a good unrealistic or fantasy setup can be wonderful, don’t get me wrong (i really love collision for one, and soulmate aus and omegaverse are both really fun for me), but when something is written to be so commonplace and still manages to capture actual lightning in the emotion behind it, it’s just on a whole other level. it’s one of my inspirations honestly, i hope i can write something so good someday!

BOTH SO TRUE like karasu analyzes people for fun he’s clocking otoya IMMEDIATELY LMAOAO and omg i was working on hollyhock a bit earlier and karasu finally showed up and i started tweaking because i need him…it’s so hard writing for his bff when he’s right there 😭 the only consolation is that he and y/n’s relationship in hollyhock is at least super relevant to the story though it’s not romantic. he’s based on hideyoshi to the extent that y/n is based on nobunaga (so not a TON but def to a certain extent) and like. ugh i can’t spoil so i’ll just leave it at they are soooo important (to me and to the plot in general).

that’s my fav way to write canon fics!! i like filling in holes in stories even if they’re not necessarily PLOT holes — just things mentioned in passing that i can expand on in my own way. i’ve done it a few times w aot and also w jjk!! i think it’s why coming up w a bllk longfic idea took me a while…the scope of the “world” is relatively limited so it’s hard to expand on it in a natural way. plus i only write female main characters and ah. well. canon bllk is not exactly an inviting atmosphere for women as we know 😫

Haha, oh gosh, @physics-of-one-piece . So I have two kinds of drafts. The first is something I WILL post when it’s done (no matter how long it takes my scattered self to finish). That type I do put in the WIP list on my pinned Tumblr post.

Yet my second kind of draft is random stuff I start all the time on a whim, not sure if it will ever become anything. I don’t really count them as WIP’s though, because most likely they will never see the light of day. But since you asked…let’s see.

I’ll just go ahead and describe them all since I don’t have asks. Asks are only off though because I would stress like crazy about not answering them in a timely fashion or well enough 😭.

Currently in my One Piece docs, with their actual filenames:

-Chapter 20: The only thing really happening. Doflamingo’s Marine next chapter. It’s nothing crazy I assure you. It won’t justify the long wait. I just did all those oneshots in between this and Chapter 19, and had to finish the oneshots first or I knew they’d end up in the purgatory pile.

And here is said purgatory pile…ready for a ride? 🤣

-Christmas Morning: drabble I started thinking of Doffy and Cora in a modern!AU dealing with getting all their kids’ toys assembled and distributed Christmas morning. Basically Doffy bitching and flustered, Cora amused. Inspired by watching my husband putting together a dollhouse this Christmas and the misery that was for him. But Christmas is over. So probably ditched.

-Chateau: This one was a oneshot inspired by a YouTube playlist of classical, slightly off putting waltzes. Like tragic/haunted vibe. But the premise was reader being the daughter of an abusive nobleman in the North Blue. At one of her dad’s balls she’s sitting alone at a table hating life and Redsuit!Doffy shows up to ask her to dance. Because the Donquixote Family is actually there to rob the place.

But it turns out Doflamingo had been doing business with her dad, and Doffy decided he was done and is just going to clean her dad out/probably kill him. But Doffy takes a liking to her, sees the abuse and gets more personally involved. She actually had the glass devil fruit first that I later used in “The Gift” oneshot instead. He was going to encourage her to kill her own father to be “free” like him and leave with his pirates as they’re on their way to the Grand Line. And she is a noble. So he’s thinking he just bagged a nice queen for Dressrosa too.

-Doffy Dream: Oneshot of Doffy lucid dreaming of what his life would have been like if Tsuru had found him as a child instead of Trebol. Him being aware it isn’t real the entire time, but getting into it and not wanting to wake up anyway. Because he can interact with Tsuru and Rosi fully in the dreamworld of being all marines together. And it just being really bittersweet for him of how different things could have been.

-Doffy Nightmare: Lol, my working titles are so creative! But Doffy having a nightmare of reader betraying him and him flying into a rage and killing her in the dream. It’s a very vivid dream. So he wakes up sweating buckets and panicked to see her still sleeping safely beside him. But being Doffy, yes, he’s extremely upset, but now it’s also in his brain of that possible betrayal. So he wakes her up and is all pissed off at her even as he’s still upset at the thought of losing her. She doesn’t know what the f*ck is going on. I think a lot of this ended up in the “Please Don’t Leave Me” oneshot anyway really. Him pissed off, but also upset at the idea of reader possibly dying and leaving him.

-Pool Party: This one is pretty much finished. I never posted because the tone is so different than all my other stuff. I feel like I’d need to sort of rewrite it to post it now. But this is from an actual dream I had.

My parents live in a different part of the country than me. When I did used to visit more before I had a kid, I’d usually fly in for a few days by myself. They have a pool, so we’d sometimes have a pool party and invite over whoever wanted to see me basically. Family, school friends, so I could see everybody at once on the short trip.

But I had a dream that at one of the parties Doffy, Cora, Law, and Luffy were there 🤣. Modern!AU versions anyway. BUT I was just chatting with Law like we were old premed student friends or whatever and then Doffy and Cora got in this big argument in my parents’ kitchen.

Law grabbed Cora and I got to hug/push Doffy into the counter to break them up. He was taller than me and in a white polo shirt and swim trunks. And he LIKED it. He kept bitching at Cora, but never pushed me off. He was so damn warm and I swear I remember this so perfectly. He even smelled good 😭. But then Luffy ran past us and deeper into the house, and I had to go catch Luffy because he was going to destroy the house and I knew that. And Doffy got mad! Mad that I let him go so easily after that to go chase Luffy.

So I basically wrote this dream with Reader instead of me. But the modern!AU setup was that she was home from college, her parents were Neptune and Otohime, and her little sister Shirahoshi. Law and Cora were her high school friends (Cora was still a little older than them), but her mom Otohime invited her friends and Shirahoshi’s friends to the party.

Luffy shows up as a Shirahoshi friend, Law and Cora for Reader. BUT Cora has to bring Doffy because Doffy got his license revoked for DUI or some bullshit and their parents want him out of the house for a while (he also got evicted from his rich boy apartment for selling drugs out of it and trashing it with Vergo and Trebol). He’s the rich badboy that got expelled from reader’s high school before she graduated and has been in trouble ever since.

The fight that Doffy and Cora get in is because Doffy still had drugs with him and Cora found them in the car. Cora ends up leaving with Law. Doffy pretends to have Vergo pick him up after the fight, but actually comes back to the party because he’s toxic shit and took an interest in Reader after she broke up their fight.

He ends up pressuring her and getting her to take one of his pills to f*ck her upstairs in her own childhood bedroom. Hot, but terrible. But, I tried to make it clear he has big fish in little pond syndrome. He’s going nuts in their town and acting out because he knows he’s meant for more than this.

I was going to say he decides to move to where reader is currently attending college (invite himself to be her new roommate probably). Still be a terrible guy there too, but get away from the small town drug dealer vibe and go more for politics and higher aspirations instead. Maybe the name of her college city is Dressrosa? 😅

Reader Birthday: Reader is a very dry humor, leave me the f*ck alone wife of Doffy and queen of Dressrosa. She’s hiding, doing busy work in the underground harbor because she doesn’t want to deal with today being her birthday. She purposefully erased all record of it. So genuinely, everyone forgets. Even Doffy because he’s busy.

He gets pissed initially because he thinks she’s ignoring him (this man needs attention every day). But eventually he realizes what it really is and confronts her.

This was a bit too real life for me maybe. My husband did actually forget my birthday this year. But I realized I liked that for some reason. I deleted it from all socials, so only my parents and one bff I’ve known since kindergarten texted me happy birthday that day. And that was it. Nothing else to make the day different at all.

It fell on a Friday and my husband went out with his friends without me that night (again, he didn’t know and I didn’t tell him). I really don’t know why I wanted it that way. I’m not afraid to be older. I just didn’t want to deal with it this year. I also reused this in “The Gift” I think but from Doffy’s perspective of not wanting his birthday acknowledged. By the way, WEEKS later my husband just looked at me suddenly in the kitchen one night and was like “YOUR BIRTHDAY PASSED” and I burst out laughing.

Reader Headache: I started this one when I was having one of those “either kill me or let me vomit” kind of migraines. I don’t get them too often, but when I do it’s painful enough to make me nauseous. Too painful to sleep. So this was basically wish fulfillment of wanting to be comforted in an instance like that. Reader in her and Doffy’s bed in Dressrosa, and him realizing why she can’t sleep and being affectionate/worried trying to help her.

Singer!Reader: This one still kind of interests me if I ever get time. But basically Reader is a singer in a Dressrosan nightclub. She becomes close girlfriends with Viola who also dances there sometimes. Reader is bi with a crush on Viola. But she genuinely is ok just being friends too. Either way, they get close because of course Viola really has no one she can trust.

But then Doffy has to be Doffy. His possessive bullshitness makes him jealous of where Viola’s been spending her time. And once he realizes the actual dynamic, he’s got to use it against them. He uses Viola as bait to get Reader to the palace. Then forces them into a non con threesome with him. Because everything in Dressrosa belongs to him. Especially its most beautiful women.

Stray Puppy: Oh, actual fluff! I keep repeatedly wanting to write something with a cute animal being forced on Doffy. Reader is Doffy’s wife and the queen. He’s been off island for a while. But he comes back to find she’s found a stray puppy and has been letting it sleep in their bedroom. She’s super apologetic, and tried to hide it from him. She swears it will be gone as soon as she can find it a home.

He is not enthused (doesn’t want it to shit and piss everywhere or give them fleas), but it’s adorable and he does secretly like interacting with it.

For these other ones, I’m mostly struggling with deciding how Reader reacts to Celestial Dragon! Doffy, depending on their history or lack of it, and it also depends whether this is Never Left Mariejois Doffy or Came Back and was Accepted Back Celestial Doffy. Those two are vastly different 🤣 I want to write a naive Reader but also Reader who is aware enough of how CRAZY Celestial Dragons are but then you get to that fear/dread factor once more and deciding how much of that to describe bcs what if they’re childhood friends, would that fear factor burst its head out regardless of their history? Would Reader just be appeasing Doffy while also still letting her guard down and just interacting with him like nothing’s changed?

(Sighs) I am overthinking myb a bit too much? Who knows...
