iirc, canon doesn't mention much about Hisana beyond "she abandoned Rukia as a baby" and "she married Byakuya, later died after asking him for find Rukia" so I think you could prolly run with it however suited the story best

That might be incredibly amusing. Young!Byakuya being a rebellious teenager and sneaking into the Rukongai and Uryuu coming across him and just going “?????!!!?? YOU ARE SMOL AND INNOCENT. OMG WHO LET YOU OUT HERE. COME HERE, MINE NOW.”

And Byakuya is like “???!!!! HATE!! *hisses like an angry cat* I’M A NOBLE I CAN TAKE CARE OF MYSELF!”

And internally, Ichigo and Uryuu are like “?????? How the fuck did he survive this stage and wtf happened between now and then.”

Eirka. Hm. Well. He’s one of my oldest friends, though I’ve no idea how we became friends in the first place. I think it involved wine. Anyway, he’s...hrmph, really quite unfairly taller than me, dark skin, dark hair, one ear shorter than the other--he’d be quite stealthy if not for the glow of his eyes. A rogue, you understand. I’m sure there must be magic involved, because I cannot fathom how he moves so silently while carrying that many knives. He seems to be under the impression that a half-mask covering his nose and mouth makes him more imposing, for some strange reason.

It’s quite ruined whenever he opens his mouth. Light love him, but the man is ridiculous. He’s so rarely serious about anything that it’s nearly impossible to believe when he is, and it never helps that he picks the strangest things to be serious about. Evidently my entirely pragmatic and reasonable solutions to life’s little problems are ‘heartless’ and ‘bloodthirsty.’ Hrmph! Sometimes I’ve half a mind to bar him from the premises when next he arrives to drink all my good cider.

...On second thought, he is a wonderful friend, kind and brave and loyal. I only wish he’d use the door for once.

Variken fucking Evans. He of the loud mouth and even louder robes. Seriously, neon green ought to be outlawed, it doesn’t even look good on me so it damn sure doesn’t look good on someone with the same skin tone as milk. His eyes are green, too, and they kinda glow a little when he’s casting. Damned warlocks. If it just wasn’t for the robes, though, he actually would be sort of decent-looking. Long brown hair, good smile.

...Of course, then he opens his mouth and it all goes straight to hell. He’s just...so...ugh. Snarky and irreverent and he absolutely delights in being a pain in my ass. Unfortunately, he’s also really smart when it comes to arcane and fel magic, so I am forced to interact with him on a regular basis when I can’t bug Percy. At least he gives straight answers.

...And he’s not so bad to have on your side in a fight.

You wanna know about Juri? Well, first off that’s Juron Spellweaver to you, so make a note of that. He’s a warmage--like me--and quel’dorei--ah, not like me. But I don’t care. Anyway, he’s...mm, a little bit shorter than me? Little bit, and more lean and wiry than I am. Hair like sunlight, skin like that really fancy porcelain shit, eyes like...well. Blue topaz, when he’s not mad at you, and then they’re like ice. He wears a lot of dark blues and blacks, which I may possibly have taken into account when designing the sword he likes carrying around. Got a pretty plain, minimalist style; I wonder how he’d look all in gold and jewels like a prince, but I will probably never get to actually find out. Usually there is cat hair on him somewhere, but I’m not sure I should point it out.

He’s kind of, ah...prickly, you see. Short-tempered and cold and...okay, he can be a real jerk, but he’s getting better! He’s gotten a lot kinder and more patient even just since I’ve known him, and I don’t think he hates people in general or the Horde in particular quite so much. Or...maybe that’s just me, maybe I’m the exception? I don’t know. We do like all the same books--oh, he reads a lot. Like...a lot. And yells at me for spoiling plot twists.

...He’s my best friend. Yeah. We’re friends. And when we get off this fucking demon hell world, I am taking him out for coffee.

Oh, Variken Evans! Let’s see, it’s been a while...skinny guy, longish brown hair, green eyes? Regular green, not glowy, he’s just a human. Pale? Which just isn’t helped at all by his robes, I’m sorry. Nobody with that skin tone should be wearing neon, take it from someone who knows. (gestures at his own skin, which is decidedly on the ‘things found under rocks’ end of the scale) And those giant goggles! Is he an engineer or something? He’s pretty good-lookin’ aside from the fashion disaster, at least. Nice taste in ritual daggers and staffs.

Aside from his looks...well, he’s smart, at least? Kind of a snarky brat, but that’s bearable enough. He can talk your ear off about enchantments and magical items if you let him. For a warlock, he doesn’t strike me as being too power-hungry, but I could be wrong--I don’t know him that well. I should remedy that, I can always use more enchanting buddies.

Okay, so you’d have to ignore the insta-kill sword, because Shardblades are just OP anywhere else (and also in-universe, if we’re being honest) but THAT BEING SAID. These two would have a brilliant time beating the shit out of each other. I’d solidly give this to Adolin due to a) his skill at evade-and-parry (and also skill at reading his opponent tbh, there’s higher INT in play there) and b) the AC of Plate soaking enough that what hits did get in weren’t enough to take him all the way down. Though if enough hammer-hits got in to bust Plate, there’s a fair chance that it’d end up like the second Groon fight, coming down to the last shred of HP.

And then they’d rematch because WHAT A FIGHT, FUCKYEAH
