"Shit," Dean murmured. "Was that a black cat?"

"Where?" Castiel asked eagerly.

"Just outside. On the sidewalk."

"Hey, what are you doing?" Dean hissed, when Castiel got out of the car, chasing after the feline. A few seconds later he came back, gently holding it in his arms.

"NO! No cats in the car! What do you think you are doing?"

"Calm down, Dean. You had creatures in here, that were way worse."

"Yeah, and I killed every single one of 'em."

Dean was furious, but Castiel just looked at him calmly, gently caressing the kitten in his lap. "You are not going to kill this one," he said.

"Yeah? And why is that?"

A faint smile curved Castiels lips. "Because you love me."

"Right now I'm not so sure about that," Dean growled, already starting the engine to finally get home. "You know they mean bad luck, right?"

"I love you too," Cas replied, that silly smile still on his face.

I have soooo many mixed feelings about romanced lich Emmrich. On one hand, I feel it’s the intended path to take, what his life’s work culminates to. It would be selfish of Rook to dissuade him from following that path. Much as I adore Manfred. If you truly love someone, you support them.

But even as a lich Emmrich cannot seem to come to grips with losing his Rook. He’s at peace with his own potential for death, not theirs. How can he be? His commentary upon being reunited with Rook post Solas’s betrayal strongly implies that he would go to extensive lengths to avoid parting with them. Perhaps break from his noble tenants of the mourn watch to remain with Rook. In my head, the lich path ends with Rook becoming something of a lich along side him. So their love can live on in undeath. The pain of love can be a powerful motivator.

El Greco (Domenikos Theotokopoulos), Pentecost (Toledo 1600). This work depicts the moment when the Holy Ghost, in the form of flames, rests on the Virgin and the Apostles on Pentecost day in Jerusalem, as is told in the book of Acts (2: 1-5). The bald, bearded Apostle who looks out at the viewer from the right of the canvas has been identified as a self-portrait, or as a portrait of the artist´s friend, Antonio de Covarrubias. Along with other paintings in the Prado Museum (P00821, P00823, P00825, P03888), this work was painted as part of the main altarpiece for the church of the Augustine College of María de Aragón in Madrid. A sketch or autograph reduction can be found in the Zogheb collection in Paris. The signature is on the second step, in Greek letters. It was redone during an old restoration.

In 1596 El Greco was commissioned to paint the high altar of the Colegio de la Encarnación (Madrid), an Augustinian seminary better known by the name of its founder, Doña María de Córdoba y Aragón (1539-1593).

Pentecost is an invitation to dream. For when a community of faith quits dreaming dreams, it has little to offer either its members or the wider world.

Like any good dream, these dreams involve adopting a new perspective on what's possible, rousing our creativity to free us from conventional expectations. Veers walked past him and entered the room, shutting the door firmly behind him.

“I said to let no one….!” snarled Ozzel, and then he stopped with the gleaming blade at his throat.

Before him were control panels and various screens showing the chaos in the city as well as the situation in orbit.

Amidala had not kriffed around.

Veers had never seen an invasion fleet that big in his entire career. But he was more interested in the small device that the King was holding in his left hand.

“How DARE you!” snarled Ozzel. “This is treason, Veers! I will have you killed slowly and publicly for this…!”

“No doubt,” Veers agreed. “I want the controls to all those chips you’ve implanted in people. I want them now .”

A slow nasty smile crossed the King’s face.

“Worried for your gutter trash friend?” he smirked. “If I were you, General, I would take that sword from my neck. Even if you took my head off, we both know my hand would convulse around this device.”

So he was holding it.

Back at last with chapter 12! Mendel tries and fails to be a half decent psychiatrist, Marvin thinks a dog will fix all of his problems, Trina is pining, Mendel is pining, Whizzer is being a snarky bitch, Jason is pretty sure this is cruel and unusual punishment.

I am 99.9% certain Caitlyn is the one who breaks things off with Vi

In the pit fighter clip, Vi is clearly spiraling

She’s heavily drinking, sleeping in a closet for an apartment, has 0 regards for her safety or wellbeing or anything really

And I’ve seen a lot of people say Vi has a ton of reasons to spiral that don’t even have to do with Cait, which is so true but

She’s not having hallucinations of those things. She’s not hallucinating Vander or Mylo or even Jinx, she’s hallucinating Caitlyn

She sees her in the crowd dancing, she sees her in the Kiramman crest flags (hanging in the undercity for some reason? 🤔)

And we also see this guy hanging out with Vi at the bar and basically taking care of her, is one of the enforcers from Caitlyn’s squad

So while Vi does have a lot of reasons to spiral that have nothing to do with Caitlyn, whatever happened between them was the last straw

Caitlyn leaving her, is what finally breaks her
