#what if tfp/rid2015 starscream was in aop aka the revenge timeline

So this was an old draft that I had written for something that was never going to pass. I wanted to write it for fun at the time. But I think this would be a good draft to use on how to end the Revenge Timeline. I have nothing in between, but I think this would be a great way to have an ending.

(But the events that do happen prior to this, the Survey Corps and the Autobots do have a final confrontation with Starscream and his bounty hunters. And during the scuffle, I don't know how yet, Eren ends up protecting Optimus from a strike of the Dark Star Saber, killing him and destroying the power of the titan permanently because of the dark energon. As Optimus is grieving over Eren, Megatron survives and has one final moment with Starscream.)

The Dark Star Saber fell out of Starscream’s grasp as he crashed into the ground. The others watched to blade in freefall…and Megatron grabbed it by the handle. The sword began glowing under his touch, but Megatron ignored it before walking over to Starscream.

The Decepticon groaned in pain as he held his side. He saw that he was leaking energon from his wound and didn’t know what to do. He tensed in fear when Megatron held the tip of the blade against his neck.

The Survey Corps grew worried in regards to Megatron’s situation while the Arcee and Wheeljack weren’t sure on what to do.

Starscream chuckled nervously. “Well, even when I had the upper hand, you still managed to best me. But I guess you never took me seriously. Even after everything I did for the Decepticon cause, you did nothing but belittle me, abandoned me. You never once took me seriously.”

Megatron didn’t respond as the blade continued to glow brightly.

“Well, what are you waiting for ‘O high and mighty Megatron’!” Starscream challenged, “Are you going to kill him?! Cut me down like you should’ve done instead of sparing me from Dreadwing?! No matter what you say, you’ll always be the psychotic warlord you’ve always been! Like you would know anything about oppression!”

Arcee saw that Megatron didn’t waver to Starscream’s word. She picked up a soft ‘click’ and looked over to see the Survey Corps aiming their weapons…at Megatron. Arcee grew concerned as she looked over at Armin, but she could see the hesitation in his eyes as his fingers moved towards the trigger.

Megatron raised the Dark Star Saber in the air as the Survey Corps prepared to fire. Instead of swinging at Starscream, he swung the sword at Starscream's fallen ship. A purple beam was released and it cut through the base, cutting through energon lines and blowing it up. The Survey Corps and the Autobots covered their faces from the explosion as smoke rose into the air.

Starscream was in complete shock as Megatron lowered his arm and let the Saber fall to the ground. Megatron raised his foot and stomped on the blade hard, shattering it to pieces. The Dark Star Saber stopped glowing, and the remnants of the blade faded until the handle remained.

“W-why?” Starscream stuttered.

“The path I walk, no longer leads there,” Megatron declared.

Megatron walked away from Starscream, allowing the Survey Corps to breathe a sigh of relief. Starscream; however, was pissed off. That was it. That was it?! How dare he?! How dare Megatron turn his back on him?! How dare Megatron change?! How dare Megatron find peace and contentment?! Tormentor! Liar! He doesn't deserve to live! He forced himself to stand up and held his side from his wound.

“YOU DON’T GET TO MOVE ON!” Starscream shouted, and in an act of desperation and fury, he leapt towards Megatron to rip out his spark.

Megatron turned to see Starscream charging at him while the Survey Corps flew to his defense. Megatron was ready to let Starscream cut him down, but the seeker was kicked in the face by Optimus. The Prime tackled him to the ground and punched Starscream in the face twice.

“Optimus?!” Hanji shouted.

“Prime, stop!” Megatron shouted as he bolted towards Optimus.

Optimus clasped his servos together and smashed them in Starscream’s face. “GIVE HIM BACK! GIVE EREN BACK!”

Optimus transformed his servo into his blade and rammed it at Starscream's face. Starscream lifted his servo in defense, and the blade pierced through his servo and struck his optic. Starscream cried out in pain as Megatron pulled Optimus off of the ‘Con.

“Optimus, enough!” Megatron shouted as he struggled to keep Optimus back.

“I’LL KILL YOU!” Optimus roared, “I’LL DESTROY YOU!”

Megatron thought fast and placed immense pressure on two vital energon veins in the back of his neck. Optimus’ systems immediately shut down and he fell into stasis. Megatron quickly caught Optimus’ body before it hit the ground. Arcee and Wheeljack ran over to the distressed Starscream and quickly handcuffed him before he could do anything else. Hanji and the others rushed over to Optimus as Megatron carried him in his arms.

“He’s-,”

“In stasis,” Megatron explained to Hanji before turning to Arcee and Wheeljack, "Check if those bounty hunters survived!"

"We killed two of them! Shadelock's still at large!" Wheeljack informed.

"Locate him!" Megatron barked at him.

“Can someone do something about my optic!” Starscream demanded.

Levi aimed his energon spear at the ‘Con. “Gladly.”

Mikasa, realizing that the threat was neutralized, quickly flew over to where she last saw Eren, but nothing of his body remained. Not even dust. It was if he never existed at all. He was gone.

"Mikasa." Armin flew over to her side. He had also tried to find Eren with his own eyes, but...there was nothing left. Armin heard whimpers beside her and turned to see Mikasa crying, clinging to her scarf before falling to her knees. Armin couldn't help it as he started crying as well. He fell to his knees and wrapped his arms around Mikasa in comfort, the two grieving over the loss of their childhood friend.

(That was the idea. I'll definitely need to do some clean up when I get around to it. Whatever is left is free game.)

Well here's a dead timeline I haven't gone into. Let's go into the Revenge Timeline.

TW Torture Implications

Megatron heard the door to his cell open, but didn't bother to raise his helm. Through his poor vision, he managed to catch the sight of pedes in his view. The former warlord was tempted to bite the servo that reached for his chin, but refrained from doing so. He couldn't give him any reaction, any at all. It was clear he was slowly beginning to spiral and he couldn't feed into that at all.

The servo grabbed his chin and tilted it upward, and Megatron's gaze fell to Starscream's maniacal and gleeful optics. The new form was something that Megatron was still getting used to. Frankly, the clash of the multitude of colors on his armor was an optic sore.

"How are you fairing today, master?" Starscream mocked in that condescending tone, "I hope your quarters are to your liking."

Megatron's limbs were restrained to the wall by electric cuffs. The ex-con couldn't move even if he tried. But he didn't break. Don't break. Megatron noticed the way that Starscream's grin grew rather tight, and his optics reflected annoyance.

"No reaction today, hm?" Starscream released Megatron's chin before walking over to the table full of torture devices.

"That's fine." Starscream picked up a saw and examined it, "I find it a good challenge to determine what will make you scream."

Megatron didn't reply to that, causing Starscream to continue. "No reaction to that either? It's almost like Unicron sucked the life out of you."

Starscream placed the saw back on the table before picking up a drill and turning it on. Megatron watched the way the machine roared to life and noticed the way that Starscream's expression brightened at the sight of it.

"This will do." Starscream spun the drill in his servo before turning his attention back to Megatron. "By the way, I decided to send a message to that island Optimus has decided to protect."

Megatron didn't react, but internally, he was fuming. Starscream was making his move towards Paradis. He had no idea if Optimus and the others were ready to battle Starscream.

"I thought I'd be generous. Give them some time before they met my demands." So Starscream wasn't going to tell him what those demands were. "And if not, I'll kill Optimus with the same blade that you forged with the blood of Unicron. I will rise to the task that you failed to achieve."

Megatron's grimaced a little, but still gave no response to Starscream. He could not feed his ego right now. He could not give him validation. None of it! Starscream grew furious at the fact that Megatron refused to say anything before raising the drill to Megatron's optic.

"Let's see how painful this will be for you," Starscream declared before striking.

(Well, I haven't touched the Revenge Timeline in ages. This was fun.)

Initially I was going to do the Peaceful Timeline, but then I thought...why not make some Gabi haters happy? This is Starscream killing Gabi in the Revenge Timeline. Part 2: Gabi’s death

"Oh, dear," The Warrior Cadets froze in fear with their bound hands when they saw a massive metal titan stepping of off his thrown and coming into light. They could all see this colorful titan grinning at them with an expression that looked so unhinged.

"It looks like you humans are so far away from home, aren't you?" Starscream taunted.

"W-What do you want with us?!" Colt stuttered, "You already have Marley! Just let us go!"

"I'm sorry. I can't do that." Starscream didn't seem apologetic, "Sure I have my control over Marley, and I have this."

The Cadets flinched when the titan pulled a long, ragged, sword from his back. It was uneven, crooked, glowing a bright purple, and they definitely felt something off about it.

"The Dark Star Saber," he explained, "Forged from the Blood of Unicron with the ability to cut mountains in two."

"Um...what exactly is Unicron?" Udo ended up asking.

"Udo, shut up!" Zofia hissed.

Starscream just looked annoyed as he put the sword back on his back. "Uncultured little insects, I swear to Primus."

"Let us go!" Gabi shouted at him, "If you don't, you'll be sorry! Our Warriors will come and-!"

Starscream started cackling in response. "Your 'Warriors' fled like cowards! They abandoned you and let Marley deal with me all by itself."

"No," Gabi gasped. Reiner...Reiner wouldn't leave them behind. Reiner wouldn't leave her behind to danger! "You lie!"

"I only speak the truth," Starscream smirked, "Those titan were fleeing on a ship and I was prepared to take them into custody, but then Megatron made an appearance. I was more than happy to put him in his place."

"Who is Megatron?" Falco asked. The child didn't like the way Starscream's grin grew wider.

"Oh right, you poor, wretched things have no idea who you've been staying with," Starscream proclaimed.

"Know what?!" Colt demanded. He didn't like being kept in suspense.

"Well Megatron is the name of what you call the 'Flying Titan'," Starscream put the word in air quotes, "But you lot know him by a different name: Matthew Hayes."

The Warrior Cadets were in stun shock. Mattew? Matthew was the Flying Titan. Starscream reveled in their devastated expressions and continued.

"I never thought I would see my former master demean himself to the status of a human, but I suppose it was too easy, considering no one thought that his behavior or even his optics were wrong!" Starscream laughed again, "By the Allspark, his optics were still red and none of you humans caught on! No wonder he got away with it so easily."

"No...," Gabi shook her head in disbelief, "No! You liar! You devil! Demon bastard!"

"Ooo, some spark in you." Starscream was amused, "But I speak the truth. I was there when your Warriors fled and I was there when Megatron dropped his cover to buy time for your Warriors to escape. He helped your Warrior run away in fear of me! Oh, it's something I can't stop myself of reveling in!"

"Matthew is not the Flying Titan!" Gabi screamed at him, "Matthew is our friend!"

"Friend?!" Starscream cackled, "I would hardly count Megatron as a friend, but tell me: what makes 'Matthew' so special to you? I highly doubt that Megatron is even capable of kindness, and you Eldians are always treated as devils yourself. But please, enlighten me."

“Don’t mock him like that! Stop lying! Matthew is good! And kind! He’s the only non-Eldian who doesn’t insult us and call us devils!”

“Oh really,” Starscream chuckled.

“He helps us grow and get stronger! He gives us food and tells us stories!” Gabi continued.

“…hm,” Starscream didn’t sound too amused at that.

“Sure he’s harsh, but he doesn’t insult us or attack us just for existing!” Gabi yelled as she took a step forward.

Falco noticed the way that Starscream’s expression turned from amusement…into anger and disbelief. It looked unhinged! Mad!

“Gabi!” Falco called for her, “Gabi stop!”

“No I’m not done!” Gabi took another step forward, “I’m not going to let this devil trick us into think that Matthew is the enemy and that Reiner would abandon us! He’s a good person! He wouldn’t lie or betray us!”

Starscream could only hear that human’s shrill screams, but the context of her words were drowned out by his swirling thoughts. Megatron…a good person? No. That was wrong. Megatron is a liar. A brute. An utter fool. Who abandoned the Decepticon cause and left him at the servos of those Predacons he allowed to be created! All those years of torment and abuse! All those years of getting hit and beaten into the ground! The scorn! Ridicule! Now he’s playing nice with humans?! Insects?! He values humans more than his own second command!

“He even set up a mock burial for our fallen comrade after he died!” He…he did what?! Starscream wasn’t allowed time to even grieve for his trine! But Megatron decides to give humans closure! This was wrong! THIS WAS ALL WRONG! Megatron doesn’t get to be happy! To have closure! MEGATRON DOESN’T GET TO MOVE ON!

Falco noticed the way Starscream clutches his head and his eyes twitching in fury. Everyone in the room did. Everyone except for Gabi who kept trying to make her case. “Gabi! Gabi, stop! Please!”

“No! I’ll never stop defending my friends!” Gabi declared.

“Will you JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTH INSECT?!” Gabi gasped when Starscream transformed his servo into a blaster and aimed it directly at her. She stared down the barrel of the gun, the situation not catching up to her brain.

“Gabi!” Falco tried to reach for her, but Colt tackled him away and shielded him from the sight as Starscream fired at her. Udo and Zofia ended up getting blown back from the blaster while the bounty hunters watched in surprise. Falco could hear Gabi's scream of terror as he saw a red light consume her and incinerate her to the bone. When the light disappeared, Falco saw there was nothing left except the charred floor where the impact happened.

"G-gabi..." Falco felt tears forming in his eyes as Colt sat up. The older brother's shock was also replaced with tears. Udo and Zofia were also horrified at the sight. They all walked over to the charred space and kneeled down before they started sobbing.

The bounty hunters turned their attention to Starscream, who seemed to slowly recollect himself from his moment of insanity. He turned to them with a dark expression.

"Take them to their cells," Starscream ordered.

Roughedge looked over at his comrades, unsure if he should follow, but the Vehicon and Insecticon were already picking up the crying humans, telling them to shut up. Looks like he had no choice in the matter. Not unless he wanted to keep his pay.

Not sure if you were asked by this question but what kind of theme song would you put for your story and the different timelines?

Oh I have talked extensively about putting certain songs in AOP, but I was never asked to talk about the different timeline.

Dark Timeline

So the Dark Timeline is a timeline of dread and horror. You think of something like devastation because Shockwave is that much of a monster who will defy the laws of everything just because he fucking can.

So something like this would be the main theme:

Shockwave is just a force that can't be stopped. This is the music that I would want for the Dark Timeline

Revenge Timeline

Well kind of obvious, it's gotta be a revenge song, like Hell's Comin With Me or Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. But Starscream is the Prince of Vos. His theme has to be classy in his eyes and show his obsession in destroying Megatron and Optimus and ruling the galaxy. So something like this revenge playlist:

Chaos Timeline

Soundwave is also out for revenge, but there also betrayal laced in those story because Megatron and Soundwave have a much deeper connection compared to all the other Decepticons. But Soundwave is also a professional spymaster who's heavily reliant on technology. So his theme would also have some sort of techno vibe to it. Maybe like the darker version of Miguel's theme in Across the Spiderverse or Spot 2.0.

Can't Pretend by Tom Odell is a good one but it's not techno.

War Timeline

It's just all the themes from both TFP and AOT just being played. Although Amalee's cover of Guren No Yumiya is a perfect song for the War Timeline because of the techno elements to it.

Beloved Timeline

Any song that deals with soulmates, reuniting lovers, all that soft shit. Because both Optimus and Elita thought they would never see each other again until they became one with the Allspark. So to be reunited again, there's no greater feeling than that.

So something like Han Zimmer's One Day from Pirates of the Carribean. Or the first half of Epic III from Hadestown (I love that musical)

Although the songs after Optimus and Elita reunite and slowly learn more about each other and fall in love all over again are songs like this:

Deity Timeline

So Predaking is seen as a god by the people of Hizuru, which is something that he's wanted: to be treated with respect. Would he be someone with a god complex? Maybe. Predaking at the end of the day is a cloned, traumatized, two-year-old trying to find his place in the world. So there would have to be a theme that would show his power, but at the same time show hints of vulnerability in the melody or something.

Maybe something like this:

But this theme is more for someone who is a villain and Predaking's more of an anti-hero in the Deity Timeline. The idea of what I mentioned is still there.

However, I would like to imagine that whenever Predaking takes someone flying, its a way that he's slowly opening up his spark to the world and the music for that would be more hopeful if that makes sense.

Peaceful Timeline

The Peaceful Timeline is all about love, healing, growth, moving forward, etc. It's about broken people learning to heal with each other's help. It's about Ymir getting the peaceful life she so desperately deserved. It's about Optimus learning to be selfish for once and Megatron learning to be kind. So I can create a huge ass list-! But here are songs that I think fit and I've already thought about using.

So I am currently working on Truths and Lies because the first half of the month I’ve been out of commission and/or doing other side projects. But I’ve been thinking about this for a while and…

I will write one “pilot” for one of the AOP AU timelines. At least one of the more popular ones. I’ve been wanting to do it when I have more time and when I have it, I’ll work on it. Some of them might be multiple chapters so I would have to speedrun some parts for the sake of it. The AUs are pinned on the master list of my profile if you are interested. Now for the question:

Going back to the Revenge Timeline! Specifically Part 1: Starscream takes over

Reiner could only watch the night sky above in fear as the ship continued to ride over the waves. Their destination right now, he wasn't sure. But he knew that he, Zeke, and everyone else on board needed to get away from...that thing.

Reiner managed to see two aircrafts flying across the skies at high speeds, firing bullets at each other in rapid succession. One of them was a myriad of colors while the other was mostly gray. Matthew, the Flying Titan, the gray aircraft, provided them with a means of escape once Zeke had told him of the other aircraft, the other titan known as Starscream. Matthew had warned them of the danger that Starscream had possessed, and Reiner couldn't help but notice the fear in Matthew's eyes when Zeke brought up-!

Reiner had watched Starscream transform into his titan form before pulling the long, jagged, glowing, purple sword from his back. He swung it multiple times, and streams of energy released and headed straight for Matthew. Matthew was still in his aircraft form, flying and dodging every attack before ramming directly into Starscream. Starscream raised his blade to strike Matthew with it, but he managed to pull back before the blade struck him.

Reiner was terrified. Even if they somehow managed to escape, with their technology, they could find them in a matter of seconds. Starscream could go straight for Paradis with his resources! Would they even be safe?! God he hoped that they would-! Reiner froze when he noticed Starscream's body had turned over to their direction. The titan grinned before raising his giant sword. He swung and released a giant stream of purple energy towards the ship. Reiner screamed and ducked his head, bracing for the impact. He did hear a loud noise above, almost akin to something getting torn into pieces. He raised his head and gasped in horror to see that Matthew had taken the brunt of the attack. It shocked Reiner, and it even took Starscream by surprise. The attack ended of tearing his shield in half and taking his left arm off. A jagged wound was now on his side, and it was leaking more of that purple fluid from his body.

Reiner watched in horror as Matthew's body ended up falling and crashing into the see. Reiner looked over the edge to see the disturbed water settle from the impact of the body, but Matthew didn't emerge. He didn't get out of the water and continue to fight. He...he actually lost. Reiner grew tense when he heard someone...giggling? Reiner raised his head to see Starscream's shoulders shaking as he remaining flying in the air. His other hand covered his face as his shoulder vibrated more violently. Before Reiner knew it, Starscream threw his head back and laughed maniacally. With unhinged glee and abandoned.

“HOW DOES IT FEEL, MEGATRON?!” Starscream bellowed at the water, “How does it feel to be at my mercy?! How does it feel to be bested by someone who you belittled?! Abandoned?! I devoted my spark to your cause, and you threw what I had to offer away! Well no more! I succeed where you fail, master! This galaxy will me mine to command and control! The people will remember the name Lord Starscream!”

Starscream turned his attention to the ship and pointed the blade at it. “Run while you still can, humans! There will be no place in this universe where you will be able to hide from me! You are all powerless at my hand! I’ve won!”

Reiner dropped to his knees as Starscream continued to laugh with delight. Humanity...humanity was going to die. It truly was all over for them.

Revenge Timeline. Hell, let's have Starscream and Ymir bonding in a weird way. For more context (Starscream's blackmail)

Ymir raised her head when she heard the doors of the ship open. She stared through the glowing purple bars of her cage as Starscream walked inside the room.

"Ah, his majesty finally returns," Ymir mocked him, waving her hand around, "Are you going to kill me now?"

"You're much too valuable to be killed," Starscream reminded, "Since you are still aligned with the island."

"Then you're going to torture me," Ymir assumed.

"I have dear Megatron for that," Starscream sneered as he clenched his claws.

"...I don't get it," Ymir confessed.

"Get what?" Starscream demanded.

"You hate the guy," Ymir recalled as she lied down in her cell, "A lot of people hate him, actually. I hated him for a while. And he's like the worst person to ever exist. Why not just kill him now?"

"Clearly you don't know how the politics works," Starscream proclaimed.

"Enlighten me," Ymir goaded.

"Megatron led the Decepticons for eons," Starscream explained, "He then decided to leave and forfeit the cause for some unknown reason. The Decepticons need a leader, and I intend to rebuild it under my name and kill Megatron so that any dissenters and loyalists that still support him will fall in line. I should be grateful that Soundwave isn't here to throw a wrench in my plans."

"Soundwave is loyal to Megatron," Ymir assumed.

"Was," Starscream clarified, "I found out that he stuck in some dimensional nether realm. Between you and me, it's for the best."

"Guess so," Ymir shrugged, "But it seems like your issue's with Megatron. Why not just kill him and leave us alone?"

"And leave this world and its resources behind?" Starscream smirked, "I would never pass up an opportunity like this."

"I guess, but take it from someone like me. The power pretty much sucks," Ymir declared, "You get thirteen years to live and you're used as a weapon of some kind. Sure you regenerate, but what else?"

"...Perhaps the two of us could work together," Starscream suggested.

"Excuse you?" Ymir raised an eyebrow at him.

"Well you said you didn't care too much about that island," Starscream retorted, "And I currently hold the power and the key to end the power of the titans. With proper resources and an army currently in the works, I could help find a way to prolong your life. Perhaps there could be a way to make you immortal. What do you say?"

"Pass." The response was automatic, taking Starscream by surprise.

"Are you serious?" Starscream was in shock, "Most people I know would jump at the opportunity to prolong their life, especially with an immense power like yours."

"It's not a life I'd be proud of," Ymir declared as she rolled over on her side, her back facing the Decepticon.

Starscream hummed in contempt. This human bothered him to no end, but he didn't feel like torturing her. He was already torturing Megatron, and he wasn't feeling satisfied with himself. It was great for a while, but now...it wasn't fulfilling. Starscream then pressed the button on the door and stepped out of the room before shutting it, a motion that didn't go unnoticed by the titan shifter.

Ba, ba, ba....Revenge Timeline.

Optimus couldn't help but feel this overwhelming dread that he was trying to keep to himself. He wasn't even expecting much today. He was going to help out with the port, train Eren, maybe tinker with the neutral ship or even go to the library. But when a Marleyan ship arrived on their shores, he didn't expect Reiner, Pieck, Zeke, and a few Marleyans soldiers to ask for their help over a name that he hadn't heard in a while: Starscream.

He knew that Starscream was unaccounted for near the end of the war. So was Shockwave. He saw Starscream leave in the opposite direction from Megatron. He assumed that the Autobots were able to handle it, and he himself had to return to the Well in order to help Cybertron live again. But Starscream was now here on this world, with a ship, hired men, and the Dark Star Saber. He was restarting his quest for power and vengeance, no doubt. And this world was ground zero for that. Did Starscream harm the Autobots? How much danger were the Eldians in on this world now that Starscream was here? And all the other humans! Paradis! What would happen to them?! Where was Megatron?! Did he survive Starscream's attack?!

"Optimus?" the Prime snapped out of his thoughts and looked down to see Hanji staring up at him with crossed arms.

"Yes, Commander." Optimus kneeled down to face her.

"Can you handle Reiner and Pieck and keep a close eye on them?" Hanji asked, "Everyone else is talking with Zeke, and we have our 3D gear out for that to take him down in case if he tries anything. We doubt it, since he's been quite cooperative, but just incase."

"Understood." Optimus transformed into his alt mode and opened his door for the Commander.

Reiner and Pieck were sitting back to back with guards watching them. Reiner was doing his best to keep a watchful eye, while trying not to let the guilt he was feeling eat him alive. Pieck merely glared at the guard staring at them, hands gripping their gear, ready to attack. The two titan shifters turned to see Optimus' alt mode driving towards them. He stopped, and the door opened to allow Hanji to exit the vehicle.

"The two of you are going to be with Optimus," Hanji informed them.

"No," Pieck said.

"It's not up for debate," Hanji reminded.

"I didn't ask to be here," Pieck retorted.

"Please comply, or we will use force," Hanji drawled out.

Reiner...forced himself to stand up and walk over to Optimus' alt mode, feeling like he had no real choice. Pieck, knowing that she was outnumbered and outclass, followed Reiner while glaring at everyone there. Reiner sat in the driver's seat while Pieck climbed up into the passenger's side. Optimus shut both doors and the two were surprised when Optimus wrapped their seatbelts and clicked them in place. Pieck yanked on hers, but that only locked the belt in place due to the mechanism.

"Have fun!" Hanji patted Optimus' door before the Prime drove to the Walls.

The drive itself, was nothing more than silence between them. None of them spoke, or muttered a single word. Pieck turned her attention to the passenger window, quietly marveling at how fast Optimus was going. Meanwhile, Reiner kept his head down, staring at the steering wheel just feeling tired. The two titan shifters then found themselves going through the gates of the Walls and through the crowded town. Pieck took a look at her surroundings, noticing how some of the people were...excited to see Optimus. The kids ran along side the vehicle, waving to the titan with large smiles on their faces. Reiner; however, just felt sick being back here. He felt remorse, so much of it.

A few moments later, Optimus had arrived in Wall Sina and continued driving along the road. The Prime slowed to a stop, and Reiner and Pieck found themselves in front of a well kept building. The two jolted when Optimus opened the doors for them and unbuckled their seat belts. Pieck quickly stepped out, wanting to get out of the titan, while Reiner calmly stepped out.

"Where are we?" Pieck demanded.

"A quiet place," Optimus replied as he activated the holoform, startling Pieck. The Prime then walked over to the door and lifted a potted plant to reveal a key. Optimus took the key and unlocked the door, before gesturing for them to come inside. Both were confused, but complied, given the situation.

"I thought we would be in a prison," Pieck remarked as they followed the Prime and made their way down the hall.

"I am certain that we will be working together for the time being," Optimus explained, "So it would be unwise to lock up potential allies."

"So you bring us to...," Pieck trailed off.

Optimus opened another door, and the two titan shifters were stunned to see a library. All the shelves were filled with books, and not one of them was empty. Large windows decorated the other side of the room, allowing the sunlight to poor in. A desk was seated on their right, with a small stack of books, papers, and a sign-in sheet.

"You are more than welcome to read anything that you like," Optimus offered as he walked over to his desk, "I only ask that you keep it organized and not damage anything."

"This place...is yours?" Reiner finally managed to ask.

"It was a gift to me from the Survey Corps," Optimus explained, "I do keep it open to the public, so you might see a few others pass through here."

"You brought us into Wall Sina to read books?" Pieck questioned, "We could transform and flee from you."

"And you can expect if that happens that Paradis will no longer grant you asylum, and you will have to handle Starscream alone," Optimus retorted.

Pieck kept her mouth shut, realizing that Optimus was correct in his assumption.

"...why are you being so kind to us?" Reiner finally asked, "We should be locked away in chains, but we're standing here in your library. Why?"

"You have been through enough these past few days," Optimus answered Reiner.

"...I'm sure that it's something I deserve," Reiner declared.

"Reiner," Pieck warned.

"Watching my life crumble around me, not knowing whether or not my family is safe, dealing with...that monster!" Reiner could still hear Starscream's sadistic, unhinged, laughter ringing in his mind. "If only...if only I had turned back. This is my punishment. I deserve this."

Optimus remained quiet, and stood up. He walked over to Reiner and placed a hand on the titan shifter's shoulder.

"You're actions cannot be forgiven so easily. That is true," Optimus began, "But Starscream being on this world has nothing to do with your sins. I am certain they have to deal with my own sins."

Reiner was confused. "But you're not a criminal."

"I have made far more mistakes, and decisions with highly negative consequences," Optimus explained, "I have killed many for years in order to survive and lead my people. Starscream, despite some of his personality traits, is one of many who do resent me, and I am certain he will not be the last."

Optimus removed his hand from Reiner's shoulder. "You have made mistakes, Reiner. And now, it is up to you to decide how you wish to correct those mistakes. You are given an opportunity to make things right, and help create peace between our nations. I would advise that you utilize it wisely, and to not let your guilt consume you."

"...It's not that easy," Reiner said, "I'm sure they won't even want to talk to me."

"I am aware," Optimus agreed, "These things take time. Use it wisely."

Reiner nodded his head in response while Pieck...could only stare in disbelief. Reiner has been an active enemy of the island, yet...this titan treated him with civility and respect.

"And one more thing." Reiner jolted when Optimus ripped off the armband from Reiner's upper arm. Optimus then walked over to Pieck and ripped her off with ease before taking them and shoving them in a drawer behind his desk.

"Why did you do that?!" Pieck exclaimed.

"Because that armband is demeaning and discriminatory," Optimus answered, "You are equals here."

Reiner and Pieck were at a loss for words. Why did-! They were taken out of their shock when a student entered the library with a few books in hand.

"Sorry, Optimus, is this a bad time?" the student asked.

"Not at all," Optimus answered, "Are you here to return something?"

The student walked over to the desk and placed the books on the desk. The students looked at Reiner and Pieck in confusion before walking over to the shelves.

"You are free to do as you please." Optimus gestured to the shelves.

"...Thank you." Reiner could only muster.

What happened to the hizuru clan in the 3 dark time lines.

TBH, I don't really have a place for them in the Chaos, Dark, and Revenge Timeline. Simply because I was writing them with the intent that they take place about a year after Optimus arrived, and the connections with Hizuru required Zeke's interference. Chaos Timeline already has them working together with Marley. The Dark Timeline, everything has gone to shit. The Revenge Timeline is literally them trying to escape from Starscream.

I'm not really sure how I would utlize them in this sense. Maybe I can do something with the Revenge Timeline but that's about it.

So in the AOT revenge au, how would Starscream react to discovering that Megatron respects 1 human and considers an equal (talking about Mikasa)? No doubt it will be a big blow for him for his ego that Megatron respects this organic girl child than his 2nd in Command.

He would be understandably pissed. First, Megatron being nice to humans?! Now, Megatron apparently respects a human?! Bullshit!

But it would take a while for Starscream to figure out about Megatron's dynamic with the island, if he ever finds out about it at all. He's too busy in Marley.

I'm not going by G1 for this timeline. I'm going for the TFP/RID2015 Timeline for Starscream. I'm strictly sticking with TFP characters while RID2015 is the outlier because I actually liked him being a menace.

The Bounty Hunters that Starscream hires to get the Minicons as far as I'm concerned were not in G1. This is what they look like:

The red one, being the former Autobot. Two Decepticons, one of whom is an Insecticon. 90% sure all three worked together. And Starscream called the Autobot one Rafetch? I don't know if that's how you actually spell it, but that's what he's called.
