#what happened to Jaden’s parents?

Hey everyone. I’ve been thinking about what happened to Jaden’s parents in terms of my AU.

And I think it’s pretty crazy how they weren’t really around much, partially neglected him, and paid for him to get a lobotomy versus ECT like they tried to say in the dub.

If y’all wanna hear about my headcanon of what happened to Jaden’s parents in terms of my AU or in general, let me know in the comments.

I love Jaden but I think he deserves better parents and I think it’s weird how the show doesn’t exactly touch on that aspect of his life much.

Every few years Yugioh comes back and takes over my life.

And as I rewatch the anime I can’t stop thinking about a world where Jaden was raised by Yugi.

I don’t know if you all remember but a few years back there was a creator on here and they had an au were the Gx gang were raised by the Duel monster gang. But they are gone now and I can’t find their stuff😢 but it’s okay. I’ve got my own ideas on this!

Instead of having the whole Gx gang raised by the DM gang we are just going to focus on Jaden.

When Jaden is four all the drama with Yubel happens. His parents aren’t around very often, and Yubel is being Yubel. She sees Jaden fighting and losing duels so she lashes out at the other duelest because in the dark world if Jaden lost that duel he’d be dead. She’s just protecting him. He designs the Neo-spacians and they get sent into space, and his parents make the request for Yubel to be sent up as well (I know in the show it was Jaden but we’re going to say it was his parents idea first)

Jaden is now having horrible nightmares about Yubel and his shadow magic is lashing out. He’s four. He has so much power and no idea how to control it. So his parents, afraid of their child take him to get ‘help.’ Whatever it is that they do it blocks out Jaden’s powers and his memories. He can’t remember Yubel, he can’t see spirits. But it’s to late. He’s already branded a social pariah and his parents are scared of him and he doesn’t know why. His parents just can’t take it anymore and drop the kid off at a fire station (don’t know if this is a thing in Japan but in some states you can drop a kid off at any age at and just leave) or maybe they just die. Either way they are gone and he’s in an orphanage. Alone, scared, no spirits, parents, or friends.

Here is where Yugi comes in.

Our boy just graduated. DSOD just happened. (Jaden’s cards going to space were Kaiba testing things for his satellite thingy) Kaiba is AWOL. But Yugi doesn’t know why…yet.

Maybe he’s in town for a tournament, or college, but for some reason he’s in town, and what he does find is this kid dueling by himself in a park. No one will go near him and he looks so lonely. And Yugi knows that feeling. So he goes over and plays with the kid. Jaden is ecstatic, the king of games wants to duel him! Best day ever.

Over time the two keep running into each other until Yugi learns about the kids situation. No family, no friends, he’s alone in the world. And Yugi, he just can’t stand that. Yes Jaden is a little loud and over excited but he’s a great kid and Yugi can’t even comprehend why his parents would abandon him. So he makes the decision to go and adopt this kid.

But the adoption’s weird. He expected a lot of questions. He’s 18 after all, and while he’s got his grandpa’s support, he’s still 18 years old trying to adopt a 4 year old. But the orphanage basically throws the kid at him happy to be rid of the problem. (Everyone in that part of town knows what used to happen when Jaden dueled.) and Yugi is perplexed. He’s not mad, it’s the outcome he wanted, but why is everyone so scared of the kid?

He tries to find out but there are no records of Jaden. Who his parents are, or what happened. (Rich people have the ability to get certain records closed) so he goes to the one person he can think of who might be able to find those records, Kaiba. But when he gets there Mokuba is barely keeping it together. Yugi asked where Seto is and the kid just breaks down, telling him all about Seto’s trip to the afterlife to duel Atem and Yugi is floored. Why would he be so stupid. Mokuba begs Yugi to go after his brother. But Yugi hesitates, he’s got Jaden to worry about now.

“Who’s Jaden?” And it’s in this moment that Yugi realizes he was so wrapped up in adopting Jaden, getting him home, and trying to figure out why that whole town was scared of a 4 year old, that he didn’t tell anyone about Jaden! So he quickly explains to Mokuba who Jaden is and what is happening and why he needs Seto’s help.

Mokuba didn’t think he could like Yugi anymore then he already did, after all Yugi has helped him and Seto a lot, but now! After learning he saved a kid for an orphanage and an awful upbringing like he and Seto had, he adores this man. (Now if Seto would just get his head out of his butt and realize that Yugi isn’t just his rival but also a perfect match. He’s the biggest rivalshipper) but he needs Yugi to go after Seto, after all who else can?

So Yugi calls Joey to watch Jaden. And Joey is experiencing so many different emotions, having so many breakdowns. What do you mean you got a Kid Yug? What do you mean Kaiba went to the Afterlife to duel Atem? What do you mean you’re going after him? Why? I’m so confused!!

But he instantly loves Jaden. They both love dueling, they both have empty heads. Uncle Joey is in the house! He offers to go after Kaiba for Yugi, Jaden can’t lose him, but Yugi insist he go. He wants to see Atem, but he also knows he has a better chance than Joey at coming back.

So after Kaiba Yugi goes. Jaden’s safe with Joey and Mokuba.

And if this isn’t in the top 5 weirdest thing Yugi’s ever done, which is saying something.

He meets up with Kaiba and Atem. And Atem has spent the last month yelling at Kaiba for coming here because the man didn’t plan on how to get back. And here comes Yugi, Atem sees him and starts to lose it because, either Yugi is dead or he followed Kaiba here and he doesn’t know which is worse. Until Yugi starts yelling at Kaiba as well. Because “I had to leave my son to come get you!” And hold up now Atem and Kaiba are Floored because “son?”

Atem’s wondering if it’s been way longer than he thought and Yugi and Kaiba have just aged well, or did he miss something THAT big when he was with his aibou.

So Yugi has to explain who Jaden is. (Kaiba’s in love but he doesn’t realize it) and Atem is so proud.

Yugi drags Seto back down to earth but not before some adventures in the afterlife. That may end with Atem coming back down with them by accident. (A gift from the gods, Atem didn’t plan or ask for it, but he will forever be grateful for this second chance at life) Uncle Atem gets to meet his nephew and he’s pumped.

Jaden grows up so loved. Learning from the best. Seto finds out about Jaden’s past and Atem works with the kid on unlocking his powers once again while Kaiba tries to retrieve Jaden’s cards from space. (They are his soul cards, he’s suppose to have them, just as Kaiba is suppose to have Blue-eyes, or Atem the Dark Magician. And Seto just sent them to space!! Yugi was not happy when he found out, he doesn’t blame Seto, but he’s not happy)

Jaden grows up going to all of his dad’s tournaments. They give the kid a baseball hat and sunglasses so no one knows what the ‘prince of duels’ looks like.

Eventually Yugi and Seto get their crap together and start dating/get married. Seto is the most over protective Oto-san ever. Only rivaled by uncle Atem.

When Jaden is fourteen he’s ready to go to duel school. He enrolls are Jaden Yuki. His transcript does not mention his parents, as Jaden doesn’t want any special privileges at the school.

Yugi gives his son winged kuriboh on his way to his entrance test. The whole gang is there in a private sweet to watch the entrance exams and see Jaden’s duel against Dr. Crowler.

Seto is furious at his staffs behavior but Yugi and Atem are more focused on Jaden finally being able to see spirits again. They’re so excited. Seto less so, he’s happy for his son but he’s so focused on his employee bullying a child, his child. (Lets just say Crowler owes keeping his job to Jaden, he will have no clue of this until after Jaden graduates)

Gx is so much funnier because Kaiba is hearing about all the crazy things his staff is doing and he’s ready to fire everyone, but his son keeps saying he likes them, the school, the adventure. Jaden so desperately doesn’t want any of his classmates to know who his parents are, not wanting to be treated differently. So Seto can’t fire them, yet. But once Jaden graduates he is overhauling this school.

Yugi is at a cross between laughing at Atem and Seto being over protective and also losing his mind because who stored the dark lords at this school! “Seto, did you know about this?” (Seto’s never been more scared of his husband)

Season one is uninterrupted. But season 2 is close. Even Yugi wants to step in when the evil cult comes to light. But it’s season 3 that makes the family lose their minds.

Teen Parents 2 - Jaden Walton

A month later.

Jaden had been having an AfterParty live to chat with fans. (Buzzcut and blonde) He stops talking when hearing cries outside the door. You knock on the door, getting his attention.

"Jaden!!"

"Noah won't stop crying." You said, shushing the child in your arms. You walk in the room, but make sure you're not visible in the camera.

"Pass him to me." He says, grabbing Noah from your arms. Jaden looks at his son, placing his tiny head on his shoulder and patting his back gently."Hi, buddy. It's okay."

"Aw. Who's that?" The fan he was talking to asked upon seeing the adorable baby.

"This is my son, Noah." Jaden tries not to show the baby's face. He didn't want his son's face to be on social media. You both had decided that when the secret got out, you guys wouldn't show his face in fear of getting hate or worse.

'He's cute.'

'Who's the baby mama?'

'We lost him yall'

'Never expected him to become a teenage dad.'

"How old is he?"

"4 months." The timer ran out, so Jaden picked the next lucky fan.

"Hi."

"Hey. How are you?" Jaden asks, feeling something tug on his chain. Noah had grabbed his father's chain, wanting attention. He lists his head and babbles against Jaden's cheek.

Javon happened to walk in at that moment. Jaden looks up and turns his son to face his uncle, face still out of the frame.

Javon noticed his favorite nephew, smiling. "Ayy, what's up, Noah?" He had originally come to join Jaden on his live, but I guess he can hang out with Noah for a little bit.

The older twin grabs his nephew, placing him on his hip. The father talks to the fans, keeping turning to check on his baby boy.

After a while of talking to the live, the blonde buzz cut boy rests his baby on his lap. Playing with him.

"Give me a hug, No. Give me a hug, buddy." Jaden opens his arms to the 4 month old on his lap. Noah obligates, climbing on top of his chest and hugging his father. "Yeah! Good job, buddy." For a 4 month old, Noah is a smart boy.

Jaden goes to take a seat in the middle of his younger brother and his twin, across from Jayla. You place the baby into his feeding chair, which was next to yours. You all began family dinner.

You look around, smiling and feeling at home with Jaden's family. They've become your family.

Book 2: A Heated Housewarming

It’s been a week since Jaden and Mabel started dating, and everyone at school won’t stop bombarding them every time they come in. Jaden is growing tired of it but Mabel loves the attention so he puts up with it. One day, Jaden’s dad come across Miss Pines at the grocery store alongside their kids. The parents both gush over their kids’ relationship, while Jaden and Mabel just hold hands and talk to eachother. Then Miss Pines says that since the last day of school was tomorrow, she and her husband would be sending their kids off to Gravity Falls and asked if Jaden would like to come. Jaden is hesitant but his dad answers for him. In 2 days, he’ll be staying at the Mystery Shack with Soos and Melody.

Meanwhile, Stan and Ford learn that the twins are coming back to Gravity Falls for the summer, so they dock the Stan-O-War and decide to spend the summer back in the town they made a lot of memories in. During a phone call, Mabel spills the tea that she has a new boyfriend. Stan is surprised when he finds out that Mabel’s new boyfriend will be staying with them for the summer. So, 2 days later when Jaden arrives, the first thing Stan does is grab him and drag him into the basement to interrogate him (with Ford ofc). Stan tells him if he ever hurts his great niece, he’ll wish he was never born and Jaden is genuinely threatened by this and is kinda on edge now. Later, Mabel decides to throw a welcome-back party to kick off the summer and guess who arrives? That’s right, Gideon Gleeful. The news of Mabel’s new boyfriend spread like wildfire and Gideon declares Jaden his mortal enemy. Jaden doesn’t even want to attend the party because he’s already volunteered to do a bunch of stuff in town like babysit a bunch of little of kids but seeing Mabel’s excited face and her bright eyes made Jaden come up with a plan. He would switch between his roles for the whole night and hopefully nobody will find out. Someone does. It’s Gideon. After an hour of switching, the little kids Jaden’s babysitting somehow manage to find their way to the shack and Gideon takes this as a chance to make Jaden look bad in front of everybody and convince them he’s not good enough to be Mabel’s boyfriend. Jaden is embarrassed in front of everyone and Gideon asks how someone like Mabel could ever love him. Jaden snaps and goes all off on Gideon, telling him he KNOWS he doesn’t deserve Mabel. She’s warm and kind and beautiful, and he’s a weird ugly loser. But Mabel has already put her trust in him, and there is no way in hell he is going to break that trust. He’d die a million times to make sure Mabel is happy and loved, and he asks Gideon if he’d do the same. Before Gideon can answer, Mabel screams at him to get lost and that he wasn’t even invited. Once Gideon’s gone, Mabel softly asks Jaden about what happened and he apologizes. He realizes he’s getting teary-eyed and quickly runs out of the shack, all the way out into the woods where he finds a small stump to sit on and cry to himself. After having a good cry, he notices someone approaching him. It’s Stan. Jaden quickly collects his composure and bitterly tells Stan to leave him alone. He’s already had a rough night and he doesn’t need the small speck of his self-worth to be crumbled by an old man. But to his surprise, Stan puts a heavy but gentle hand on his shoulder. Jaden looks up at Stan and realizes he’s wearing a funny-looking monster mask. Their exchange goes like this.

Jaden: Mr. Pines?

Stan: *monster voice* Uhm…I’m not Mr. Pines, I’m the Boogeyman. 

Jaden: Haha, very funny.

Stan: *monster voice* Nooo, I’m being honest! Have you seen a little kid in a grey shirt?

Jaden: Seriously, is this some sick joke to mock me for being such a loser?

Stan: *whispers* Just play along, kid. 

Jaden: Fine. *rolls eyes* No, I haven’t seen a kid.

Stan: *monster voice* Well…he’s a good kid. When I first met him, I thought he was an annoying loser, but then my niece told me how he made an absolute fool of himself to save my little brother’s animal shelter. Tonight, I watched as he yelled at a brat who’s definitely no better then he is. He said how he was willing to go through heck and back for my niece, and something inside me tells me all that was true. So if you see him, tell him that if he needs a helping hand, he can always stop by the Mystery Shack. Because he’s a part of the family now, the Pines family.

Jaden: *at the brink of tears* Oh…

Then Stan takes the monster mask off and tells Jaden to stop crying and be a man. The two share a little bonding moment together when Stan takes off his jacket and wraps it around Jaden’s shoulders. He then leads the boy back to the Mystery Shack where Mabel immediately hugs Jaden.

Mabel: Jaden! I’m so glad my awesome boyfriend is okay!

Jaden: *blushes* T-Thanks, Mabel.

Candy and Grenda have a fangirl moment when the best part of the night happens. Mabel and Jaden decide to dance on the dance floor together while everyone watches. It was a little nerve wracking for Jaden, but holding Mabel’s delicate hands and looking into her soft eyes made him relax. At the end of the night, Stan walks over to Mabel and ruffles her hair, telling her she picked a good one. The night ends with Dipper and Jaden spilling the punch bowl and they’re both covered in punch as everyone has a good laugh.

hey folks and folktales its me UNDERcomplicated anon and im here to introduce some OCs that i've finally decided to disclose here. This is also an intro to this story, and ykw, i intend to make this, starting based off this intro.

Andrew is your (un)average kid. Diagnosed with AuDHD when he was 6. He's now 13. His parents went missing a day ago, and he's completely unaware. Another thing he's unaware of is the borrower living in his home. Jaden is a borrower. They live inside of Andrew's house. Little does either of them know, there's a larger force forcing their lives to collide further than they're both probably comfortable with. Will Jaden get caught? I think you know the answer to THAT. What will happen after that, is the true question. This is a story about way too much stuff happening at once. How will the main characters react to all this different stuff? Xander and Jaden are walking back home from the orthodontist. The appointment had gone well, and Jaden had been very brave.

Xander: Your mouth feel okay, short stack?

Jaden: It's a little sore but not too bad.

Jaden: It's better than having crooked teeth.

Xander: At least you're a good sport. I was your age when I got braces, you must get it from me.

Jaden: But I'm adopted.

Xander: Alright, alright. How about we get some bike riding practice in? And we can get lunch in town too, since you've been so good about getting your new braces.

Xander: Mom mentioned something about a haircut too, we can go to the barber while we're in town.

Jaden: …Okay.

If Mom told Dad about it, she must really want Jaden to get a haircut. She's always been so good to him, he doesn't want to disrespect her wishes.

Xander guides Jaden through the process of riding a bike confidently, but he suddenly seems a lot less confident. He was just so excited, why does he seem so sad now? He looked less miserable when he was getting his braces on.

Something's wrong. Xander's Dad Senses are tingling.

Xander: Hey, buddy, can we take a break? I want to talk to you.

Uh-oh. Dad sounds serious. It's never good when he's serious. Did Jaden do something wrong?

Jaden dismounts and quietly tucks his bike into his inventory before faking a smile.

Jaden: What's up?

Xander: You seem bummed, kid. What happened? You were psyched a minute ago.

Jaden hesitates. He doesn't want to hurt Mom's feelings, but he doesn't want to lie to his dad either.

Jaden: Well, uh… Promise you won't get mad?

Xander: I promise. Now spill the beans, bud.

Jaden: It's not that big of a deal. I kind of don't want a haircut, so I'm a little sad, but I'll get over it. We can go back to bike practice now.

If Xander knows one thing about his wife, it's how she tries so hard to make each of them happy. Something's off here.

Xander: Jay, did you tell Mom you don't want a haircut?

Jaden: No. She says I need it though.

Xander: I think she's just used to you having shorter hair. Why didn't you tell her you like your hair the way it is?

Jaden: I… didn't know I could.

Jaden: You and Mom tell us when to go to bed and to brush our teeth. I thought this was like that.

Xander sometimes wonders if Jaden's upbringing with his strict biological parents had more impact than he lets on. Maybe it doesn't and Jaden is just trying to respectful.

Xander: Mom and I do have to make sure you get enough sleep and take care of yourself, that's our job. But you're growing up, and you're starting to care more what you look like. It's okay to tell me or Mom you'd like more of a say in this stuff, as long as you're being kind.

Xander: If your mom knew you were this unhappy about cutting your hair, she'd never made you go through with it. I can talk to her, if you want, or you can tell her how you feel.

Jaden: She won't be mad?

Xander: Over a haircut? Never.

Jaden: I-I think I'll tell her.

Xander: And don't ever feel like you can't talk to us if you think something is unfair. We might not always be able to change our minds, but we can always talk about it. We're here to take care of you, not boss you around just for the heck of it.

Jaden: Okay! Thanks, Dad.

Jaden doesn't remember much about his biological parents. He remembers being sad a lot. He remembers feeling powerless.

He might just be a kid, still, and he's not always going to have a say in certain things, but Jaden knows he's safe with the parents he always deserved.

While Xander treats Jaden to some lunch at one of the food stalls in town (his sister runs them, so they eat for free anyway), lunch at home is a lot messier.

Ophelia: My goodness, look at you, messy girl! Let's get your face cleaned off.

After setting Wren down for a nap, Ophelia sees her son and husband walk through the door.

Ophelia: Hey, your new braces look great! Did you and Dad have fun in town?

Jaden: Yeah. Can I talk to you, Mom?

Ophelia: Oh, sure, sweetie.

They settle down on the ottoman in the entryway before Jaden tells her the truth.

Jaden: I didn't say it yesterday, but the truth is, I don't want a haircut. I like my hair longer.

A wip of the Jaden story im writing because im thinking about it now - I started it like two months ago and then got busy with life and comms and now Im still busy with life and doing my best to find some time to write anything lmao

The night was quiet and relatively calm - at least for Gotham standarts - because except for a few stopped muggings and one attempted robbery there was nothing happening. It was always nice to have an easy patrol, when all rogues and thugs decided to take a break for once, and Dick enjoyed just flying through the city. It was a while since they had such a peaceful night, a while since Dick had time to take a solid breath and actually step back and have a break. So of course something had to happen. Dick was just swinging around one of the taller buildings, looking out for anyone that might need his help when his comm cracked up to life. "Uh, guys-" Jason's voice sounded. "We have a bit of a situation here." "What is it?" Dick asked at the same time as Batman called out, "What's your location?" "No immediate danger." Jason said and Dick could almost hear the eyeroll in his voice, even through the modulated helmet. "No danger at all, actually. I've got a kid here, saying I need to help him find his parents." Dick frowned. It wasn't something Jason would report to them - the Red Hood was actually the one that helped out kids the most and it's not like Jay would need any help with a task like that. Which meant it was something bigger, something more serious and Dick didn't think twice before heading towards the part of the city Jason was supposed to patrol that night. "That's it?" Damian spoke up, clicking his tongue in annoyance. "That's the situation? I thought you more capable-" "He ran up to me and called me 'uncle Jay'." Damian's mouth snapped close with a click. "Oh." "Yeah." Jason sighed. "I'm taking him to the Manor. We need to figure out where he came from 'cause I've got the feeling he's not from around here." "You think he's from another dimension." Tim said, more statement than a question. "Or a time travel. Told me he remembers some kind of beam or ray flying towards him before he found himself on the streets." Dick's heart clenched at the thought. If the kid got in the way of some magic beam or whatever it was, it meant he probably found himself in the middle of some rogue's scheme. Even if he was living in Gotham it had to be so scary for a little kid, first to get attacked and then to find himself in an unknown place. Good thing Jason was there. Who knows how long the boy was walking around, looking for someone to help him. "Is he alright?" He found himself asking. Maybe it was because his heat was coming up but for some reason the thought of the pup hurt made him uneasy more than usual. "Just some scratches on a cheek. He'll be fine." Jason assured and something immediately loosened in Dick's chest. "It's nothing! I've had way worse last summer when I fell of the tree and sprained my ankle." A voice sounded weakly through the comm - Jason probably had the kid propped on his hip. "Dad got sooo angry! But the worst part was that I couldn't practice my flips anymore! I had to stay in bed a lot which was kinda fun but I couldn't run and-" "Woah woah, kiddo, slow down." Jason interupted him, amused. "Take a breath."

Kenji: Fucking whore. Jk. Kinda. Big momma's boy, kinda had beef with Chazz for a little while when Kore and Chazz were separated for two years during his childhood years, but he speaks to Chazz more often now and has a better relationship with him. Literally is the embodiment of a gifted and intelligent student now is a severely burnt out and tired moody bitch. Has more fucking break ups because he literally doesn't fucking understand relationships well and has a lot of inner problems with himself. Eventually gets better, working on himself. Massive bipolar disorder. Is an asshole because...literally he is one, not because of his bipolar. Very confrontational and argumentative when he is being accused for shit he has never done. Can't see Duel spirits, but can hear them?? Assumed he was just hearing things. Also a big lover of dueling. Very competitive but can be hella petty if he loses. Hates the smell of hospitals and medial equipment, it makes him physically ill and very anxious (lore related lmao).

Himari: Resting bitch face 24/7, is genuinely very sweet and shy. Is she glaring at you from across the room in a terrifying manner?? Oh don't worry she's squinting her eyes trying to read the board behind you. Very passive, rarely loses her temper. Has the fucking literal patience of a Saint. Unless you catch her on a bad day and you set her off, don't be surprised if you find yourself smacked through the wall. Works out a lot, mainly to distract herself or pass time originally. Plus used to have trouble with carrying heavy shit due to her previous weak and frail physique, so wanted to be able to carry shit better (cough also to impress this crush she has on a girl cough). Loves to dress feminine and girly, tries to style her outfits a lot. Literal daddy's girl, yet gets embarrassed and shy when Chazz is kicking off with some kids or parents who might be mean or accusing Himari, and she has to physically remove him before she dies of embarrassment. Literally loves her dad but at times think he might go overboard, hence why she talks to her mom about certain issues and probably dating advice (don't even fucking say anything you seen that episode with Chazz tryna Duel Alexis to be his girlfriend, you should know why). Let's her emotions out when it comes to dueling, especially with how frustrated she gets or angry. Literally considered her Duel monsters her friends during her childhood due to lack of friends, only to look back and cringe. Doesn't realise her Duel spirits watch over her a lot and try to protect her.

Ekou: Accidental child. Literally was not fucking planned, he came as a fucking surprise. Yet was the most chill and easiest of the three to raise. Kinda. Despite how he was always found in odd places he shouldn't have been in. Definition of...that one weird kid in class you don't talk to but he is surprisingly chill af. Comes out with the most horrific and outlandish shit at times that everyone fucking turns and side eyes massively. Also, comes out with useless trivia about probably classic horror movie or slasher movies, adds nothing to the conversation. He just enjoys the cheesy block buster campy slashers and horror movies, no matter how dumb or ridiculous they are, he gets a laugh out of it. Also, attracts a lot of the evil and bad shit a lot. Like Jaden 2.0, yet no fucking idea why. Ekou tends to find himself in what seems to be friendly little duels only for it to be duels where he nearly dies (specifically these happen during his mid to late teens). At this point he's not phased anymore he's more so expecting it and is like "so what is it today, three monkeys trying to disguise as a man while standing on one another or some giant bulking cloaked mysterious man who threatens my friends and loved ones?" He just at this point tries walking away to avoid it yet his ass gets dragged in. Surprisingly fucking smart, he just can't be bothered to do the homework he gets given. Definitely collects magical girl figures. Mainly cause he finds them cute and adorable. Also owns a pet fucking fat tailed gecko he absolutely cherishes and adores. Takes care of it a lot, legit carries it everywhere with him, she just chills on his shoulder, in his jacket or on his head. However, like his dad, he can actually see Duel spirits. It kinda just happened one day when he was like five and he got startled when his duel monster was chilling next to him in bed. Actually treats his duel monsters well, talks to them a lot which...alarms people assuming he is just talking to himself. Also wears snazzy fucking sunglasses cause why not.

Will I ever post more about them? Probably not- I'll probably focus on the current cast etc. Unless I do post more about them then shoot me dead pls.

Jade smirked at Tori through the bars of the prison. She had her arms crossed and her hip cocked. There was something about an orange jumpsuit that set Jade's mind off. She clicked her tongue and looked Tori up and down, purring. "Having a tough time in there?" She asked, making eye contact.

Jade tried to hide her laugh when Tori rolled her eyes and tried to grab her through the bars. She backed up and stuck her tongue out. "Apparently not." She said uncrossing her arms and rubbing her hands together and then clapping. Tori huffed and crossed her arms. "Ha ha." She mocked, kicking at the dirt on the prison floor.

Tori was miserable, more than miserable, she was terrified. She should not have been in this place, everything was wrong. She felt like a rabbit surrounded by a bunch of lions. She had never felt like that until she got to this place. She was a pretty confident person, she always stood up for what's right, but she genuinely felt unsafe and was sick by it.

Jade pulled a cigarette out of her breast pocket from her jacket and put it in-between her lips, she could feel Tori's discomfort. She flicked her lighter on and lit her cigarette. "Do you really have to keep smoking? It will kill you." Tori interrupted. Jade smiled softly, looking up at her. "I do it to piss you off." She said stepping closer to the bars.

Tori let Jade take a few puffs before reaching through the bars and taking the cigarette. "Hey!" Jade yelped, trying to reach through the bars. Tori stepped back. "Nuh uh, smoking is bad." She said dropping the cigarette to the floor and stepping on it. Jade whined and held on to the bars. She sighed and pouted. Tori looked at her and walked over, she booped her nose and smiled.

"Smoking is bad and I care too much about you for you to go ahead and do that." She said liking seeing Jade pout. Jade snarled playfully and tried to bite her. Tori laughed as she crossed her arms. "Time is almost up, I don't want to leave you." She mumbled softly, feeling her emotions getting a little overwhelming.

Jade furrowed her brows and stood up straight, she reached over and pulled Tori closer, she sighed. "Hey, listen, Vega, you'll be ok. I'll always be here for you. Your parents and lawyers are doing the best of the best. Beck told me everything that your parents said." She said softer. "I am also really trying, I wouldn't be here talking with you if I wasn't." She chuckled.

Tori smiled softly and leaned against the bars. "Thank you, West." She smirked. Jade went wide eyed and scoffed. "West??" She said bewildered. Tori nodded with a smile. "Yup. You always call me Vega, so." Tori was very happy with her decision to call her West, it felt good. She watched as Jade rolled her eyes and had a small smile creeping up on her lips.

A bell rang and their time was up together. Jade grabbed at Tori and pulled her. "By the way," she whispered. "Nice ass." She giggled as she pushed Tori away. Tori gasped softly and scoffed. "Jaden." She said smiling, trying to walk away. Jade groaned. "Don't even go there. Last names are one thing, but Jaden." She said not knowing how to even respond.

Tori smirked and walked away inside. She already missed Jade's words, her touch, her smell. Jade stood at the bars, holding on, she frowned and closed her eyes. She was terrified that something bad was gonna happen to Tori. She knew Tori could boss people around, hell, she bossed Jade around a lot. Jade chuckled a little at the thought of Tori bossing her around.

FLASHBACK

"Wait, let me get this straight. So Amber caught Ami with Theodore in the locker room, pants down and all?!" says Yuma. The others snorted with laughter whilst Yami nods. "That's what Amber said but then again, why would anyone even trust a word she says? Afterall she is a gossip." says Yami.

"Right." says Yusei with a nod. "Anyhow..." says Yami, flicking his hand in a dismissive manner. "That's their headache. Could care less what those bitches do with their damn lives. They can go contact some disease for all I care. Though they better not come around my end else I'll sue."

The others snorted with laughter at that statement. At that moment, some blonde chick in a blue dress storm into the hallway and stands in front of the boys, hands on hips. Yami glares at her. "Can we help you?" he says in a nonchalant attitude.

She rolled her eyes and says in an irritable manner, "I would like to speak with you in private." she says through gritted teeth. He rolled his eyes. "Fine." With that, they both walk away to an empty classroom.

Once inside, she begins to spill. Needless to say, Yami's eyes widened in shock. "You don't mean it?" She nods grimly. "Trust me. It's that bad." Yami sighed and then thinks for a bit. "It seems that we have to speed things up."

Alexis Rhodes smiles sadly as she pats her belly. Why she even agreed to marry her current husband is beyond her.

Sure family business and stuff but still she could always enjoy a little thrill every once in a while. At that moment, her phone rings. Upon seeing the Caller Id, she smirks and picks it up and says, "Was wondering when you would call."

The caller on the other line had a deep baritone. "Ready for your next assignment?"

Yugi slips his hands into his pockets as he takes a walk along the streets. At a glance he appears innocent but those that know him know that that was far from the corrupted him and the others no doubt about that but there are others that were worse than his brother.

But then again what does one expect from them when their parents were either abusive, negligent and irresponsible or heck all of the above.

Every kid in Domino has a story to tell in regards to their families. Oh he has heard a lot of shit and it isn't pretty.

"Hey Yug." He stops in his tracks and gasps as soon as he comes in contact with a tall blonde dude with brown eyes. "Joe?!" The blonde smirks and walks over to him.

"Been a while huh Yug?" he says. Yugi who was completely out of words simply nods. He and Joey were childhood friends and back then they often got up to all sorts of mischief with Yami's encouragement.

"Still, you are back." Yugi says. Joey nods. "My parents recently got divorced so dad brought me back here with him.

"Oh...sorry about that."

"Heard about Yami. You ok bro?" Yugi shakes his head. "I will never be ok?" Yugi replies. Joey sighs. "Reminds me of what happened to Serenity back then." Years ago, his younger sister Serenity was killed in a car crash.

"Man life sucks." says Yugi. The blonde nods. "Say, lets go hang like ol' times?" For the first time in years, Yugi manages to smirk. "Oh yeah!"

Meanwhile Seto Kaiba walks into his room after a busy day out. "Hey Seto." The boy in question whips around and smirks as he comes face to face with Jaden who was lying down seductively on his bed.

"How have you been Jay?" Seto asks as he walks over to the bed and sits beside his lover.

Jaden crawls over to Seto and sits on his lap. "I need my sugar fix now," he says. Most people aren't aware of the secret affair Seto, Yami and Jaden had back then.

Seto chuckles. "Oh you will get that babe." He pulls the other closer to him and kisses him passionately.

Meanwhile Yusei heads into his room with a glass of orange juice in hand. Ever since he checked into rehab following the aftermath of Yami's death, he had been struggling to stay sober. If anything, they all had their individual demons to deal with.

He stops as soon as he sees a brown envelope. "Who left this there?" There isn't a name prompting Yusei to open the envelope and empty the contents onto the bed. What he finds is some medical report and a note from Y which says:

Yusei goes through the medical report and gasps. "Da Fuck?!"

Elsewhere Yuya hums as he prepares for a nice shower. "God I feel so yucky right now." He soon gets in the shower and cleans himself up. The boy is so lost in his world that he does not notice anyone behind him.

He whips around and lets out a bloodcurling scream, blood splattering everywhere.

That same night, Marik Ishtar growls as he types away on his laptop. If he doesn't submit this report by tomorrow. He soon sees an email notifìcation and clicks on it. Upon seeing the contents, he gasps. "Holy Shit!"

I think the first one to find out is actually Chumley.

He works for Pegasus now. His boss brings him along to a business meeting with Kaiba Corp and it’s the summer time and Jaden is hang out in his Oto-san’s office, maybe waiting to go to lunch with his parents when Chumley walks in with Pegasus.

Chumley is shocked and Jaden has no clue how to play this.

Seto just breaks out an Iron clad NDA and has a shocked Chumley sign it.

Chumley argues at first because he doesn’t understand why it’s a secret until he looks at Jaden and sees how his usually bubbly friend has shrunk in on himself like he’s waiting for something bad to happen.

And Chumley asks him if he’s okay and Jaden reveals his anxiety that people will treat him different if they know who he is. “Just think how Crowler would behave.” And Chumley instantly get it.

And then Seto adds on the fact that there have been kidnapping attempts and Chumley’s like ‘ya no Duel Academy is already dangerous enough.’ (This gets him pulled into the ‘who are we firing’ project that Seto and Mokuba have had running since Jaden’s entrance exam. Crowler permanently sits in the line, some days he tips towards fire and others he tilts towards keep only time will tell)

But Chumley promises not to tell anyone, that it’s Jaden’s secret not his. And while he wished he found out because Jaden trusted him, he still wants to be Jaden’s confidant.

It’s nice for Jaden to have a friend who knows even if Jaden didn’t decide to tell him. And Chumley’s left school so he doesn’t really have a lot of communication with anyone but Jaden anyways.

During school breaks the two will get together and talk about duel spirits and Chumley’s job. Once Jaden gets the Neospacians back he actually starts helping Chumley design a few cards.

Jesse is still the first person Jaden Choses to tell. He’s so special. No one else at school knows and beside Chumley no one close to Jaden’s age knows.

The rest of the crew o my find out post graduation. Jaden’s original plan is to tell ever one at graduation. He was kinda looking forward to the drama. But then the dark world happens….

Jaden wants to graduate quietly. He doesn’t want to be the center of attention.

The others don’t find out until post cannon. Maybe at a tournament held that summer?

There are a lot of hurt feelings. Why didn’t Jaden trust them? How could he keep this a secret from them?

Some get over it faster than others (Chazz. He’s mad for a bit but he remembers how much his brothers suck and how supportive Jaden always was, so he wants to repay the favor. Even if the Slifer never trusted him(he did Chazz he was just scared and then traumatized)) the two bond a lot over being rich kids and Jaden just drags Chazz home one day and is like ‘he’s ours now. I’m not giving him back to his family.’

Joey, my home life sucked, wheeler is instantly on board with this.

Seto just looks at Chazz and asks if he wants to do a hostile take over of his brother’s company or if Seto can just buy them out.

Chazz finally has a supportive family. (They are also crazy.)

I think Aster gets a very similar treatment. Jaden just keeps dragging kids home after graduation like ‘they’re my friends’ and no one agrues against the growing collection of you adults who suddenly have rooms at the manor to stay at.

Some people stay mad for way longer. How can Jadne no trust them!!!! (Take your guess who that is)

BUT YEAH!! i think jaden is super fun!

THIS IS JADEN ESPERANZA. ze's the former head programmer at corazon robotics and tech, and worked directly under michael sylvester! anxious and a little snarky but kinda just wants to look cool so other people will like zem. also ze's blind in one eye and uses a prosthetic.

jaden's story is one that involves a lot of corporate mistreatment. when zir code was used to oppress various robots and sentient ai to trap them within circity (circity was supposed to be an online safe haven these digital folk could travel to), ze immediately walked out because y'know. when your employer does that you kinda don't really wanna stick around.

consequence? ze ends up thrown into circity and imprisoned there also for being a witness to some of crt's more fucked up experiments. jaden just wants to go home, man!!

speaking of home. this is jaden's sibling, retropest! (some of the folks who have stuck around for longer might recognize hir)

retropest and jaden are super tight knit. they had pretty absent parents, so they both practically raised each other, with retropest being about three years older than jaden. to this day, they're still very close, which is why retropest understandably freaked out when jaden went missing one day without a single trace of what happened.

Teen Pregnancy - Jaden Walton

Jaden invited you and you guys' 3 month old son, Noah, to his baseball game. You got pregnant because you and Jaden weren't careful, but you don't regret it because now you have the most adorable baby ever. You had nothing to do so you decided why not go and surprise him by dressing up your guys' son in a cute baseball onesie with some sweatpants. You finished dressing Noah in his outfit, not forgetting to put some lotion.

You got yourself dressed after putting the baby down. You grabbed your keys and purse before placing the baby in the car seat. Jaden's parents and siblings were all going in one car while you and the baby in your car.

You drove carefully and in no time, you arrived. Jaden had gotten there before you guys to practice before the game. You get out and place the car seat on the stroller. You make sure the baby is secured before following the rest of the family. You sat by Jayla, watching Jaden talk to him teammates.

"Hey, can you watch Noah for a second? I'm going to go say hi to Jaden" You ask, looking at Jayla, while pointing at the car seat in the middle of you two.

"Yeah, sure" Jayla started playing with the baby, making noises at him which caused him to laugh. You smile at the noises, approaching Jaden and hugging him from behind, interrupting his conversation with one of his teammates.

"Hi."

Jaden turned around at the sound of your voice, smiling when he saw you smile at him. "Hey, babe" He hugs you back, placing a kiss at the top of your head. "Where's Noah?"

"With Jayla. He wishes you good luck, by the way" You chuckle when you see Jaden raise an eyebrow almost as if to say 'really?'.

You had yet to show Jaden the outfit you dressed Noah in. Since there was still a couple of minutes left until the game, you thought now was a good time to show Jaden. "Wait, I have a surprise for you"

"What is it?"

"Wait here"

You approach Jayla and take the baby in your arms. Noah sees his father and babbles. Jaden feels his heart melt upon seeing his son.

"Omg, no way." Jaden takes the baby into his arms. He lifts him up in front of him, smiling. "Look at you, son, so handsome like your father."

You roll your eyes playfully. Jaden's coach calls him. Jaden hands the baby to you, kissing your forehead.

"Go sit with them, I'm going to go."

"Okay. I love you."

"I love you too, baby." He kisses your forehead, making you smile.

You go back to your seat, keeping Noah in your lap. While waiting for the game to start, you got a flashback, all of the sudden, from when your parents found out about your pregnancy.

Flashback

You sob in the bathroom, holding the pregnancy test in your grip. Your mom and dad came into the bathroom, having heard you crying.

"What happened, sweetheart?" Your mom asks you, kneeling in front of you worried. Your dad is standing by the doorway. You show your mom the test in your hand, watching her carefully. She, along with your father have shocked looks on their faces. "Are you kidding me?!" She yells, causing you to flinch.

"I'm sorry-" You begin to speak, but your parents start yelling at you. They tell you how you could have been a slut and dumb. They tell you what a irresponsible parent you were going to be. By the end of it, they kicked you out. You had nowhere to go until you went knocking on the Walton's, your boyfriend, Jaden, being the one to open the door to see your red, puffy face. He pulled you into his room, not wanting his parents to see you like this.

After sitting on his bed, you told Jaden about your pregnancy and your parents kicking you out. His family has been supportive ever since you both decided to tell them about it.

Flashback over

You feel a hand on your arm, snapping you out of your flashback. Jayla looks at you, worriedly. "You okay?"

You look at her, holding Noah in your lap. "Yeah, just got a flashback."

"Tell me later?" She asks, receiving a nod from you. Jayla and Javon had become your best friends, who you could talk to and had been so supportive of your pregnancy along with Jaden. Daelo comes to sit next to you, asking a question.

"Can I hold Noah?" He asks, his adorable face making it impossible for you to say no.

"Of course." You carefully hand Noah to Jaden's younger brother. Daelo makes silly faces at the baby, smiling when he starts laughing cutely.

The game starts and throughout the game, Noah claps and smiles every time he sees his father. Even though he can't really see his face due to the helmet Jaden was wearing. Jaden's team had won. He said it was because his two lucky charms were there to cheer for him. You and Noah.

Anyways, one day, Mabel invites Jaden over for a study date at the library. That’s where Mabel tells him that her Grandpa Shermie runs an animal shelter called “Furry Friends” and even shows him pictures of the cute dogs. She then sadly tells him that in the recent years, the business has been failing and she and Dipper have been volunteering to help take care of the animals ever since they started highschool. The next day, Jaden walks by Furry Friends and decides to pay the place a visit. He helps the twins take care of the dogs and one of the dogs escape their cages and once the door was open, a swarm of dogs tackled Jaden to the ground. He and Mabel bond together over dogs. Before he leaves, Dipper gives Jaden some pictures he took during “the Great Puppy Escape”. Jaden was about to ask Dipper why he’s so aloof around him but the fluffy-haired boy was already inside, leaving Jaden all alone. The next day, Jaden returns to Furry Friends and comes across Sherman Pines himself. Shermie tells him that yesterday, his wife fell off a ladder and broke her leg, and because of the failing business, he can’t afford to keep the animal shelter and plans to sell it to the local flower shop next door. Jaden asks if Mabel and Dipper know about this, to which Dipper suddenly walks into the room and the silence was so loud. That’s when Jaden gets an awesome idea. Recently, his mom has been reading magazines about the upcoming “Holiday on Ice” show and that certain candidates play for charities, and Jaden suggests that he attends the event, skating for Furry Friends. He even adds that the prize winner will get a million dollars, which will be just enough to help support the animal shelter. Shermie is overjoyed and says that he’ll help sign Jaden up. What Jaden wasn’t expecting was for Shermie to sign Dipper up in the show too (with his parents’ permission). In the paperwork, he and Dipper were forced to be partners for the show since you need a group of at least 2 people to be qualified. That just made things awkward. During practice, it turns out Jaden is AWFUL at skating. He can’t even stand on the ice for longer than 2 seconds. Dipper was hella embarrassed, and so was he, to be honest. 2 days later, it’s time for the show and Mabel is attending which makes Jaden super nervous. Through some mishaps, he accidentally locks himself and Dipper in a storage room. Dipper calls Mabel and she tells them she’ll figure something out and that they should just wait there. So now, the boys are forced to kinda talk their feelings out. One of their exchanges goes like this:

Jaden: I told you not to distract her! But you just LOVE feeling like a hero, don’t you?

Dipper: You’d rather I let you go out there and embarrass yourself on that rink?!

Jaden: What do you care? I know you hate me!

Dipper: I don’t hate you!

Jaden: What?

Dipper: I never did.

Jaden learns that Dipper has been acting a little harsh to him because he’s been really on edge because of something that happened last summer, but Dipper doesn’t say what. Dipper apologizes to Jaden for being a little too cold to him, he knows that they both care about Mabel so much and that the black-haired boy’s proven himself to be trust-worthy. Jaden apologizes for being so quick to accuse Dipper of being a jerk, and they do a little fist bump. Then, the door is unlocked and the boys are freed just as they’re next. Dipper and Jaden come up with a plan: Dipper will skate on the ice and carry Jaden during the entire routine, and if they’re lucky, they might win. They proceed with the plan and wouldn’t ya know it, it works! Dipper and Jaden win the show and Furry Friends is saved. But the real game changer happens at the end. Jaden is being interviewed some some news reporters when Mabel comes right up to him, picks him up, and spins him around in the air. The two laugh before Mabel suddenly asks Jaden to go out with her. All the cameras are pointed at Jaden, and with his face bright red, says yes. This was just the beginning.
