What remains after eternity
Homage
Lazarus has been in some sketchy places. Places not meant for human eyes. Places even gods feared to tread. However, that still didn't prepare him for this. Tim's mind seemed broken, worse than before. The air was humid and cold, and it smelled of rot. The area seemed to be abandoned.
A man, no, that wasn't right he looked like he was barely 19. His hair was cut in a military style, matching the uniform he was wearing. His blue eyes seemed distant. "You.... you shouldn't be here."
"I shouldn't be many places." Laz tilted his head. He didn't recognize the uniform, but that's probably because it's after his time on earth. He left and never looked back. "What happened?"
The kid looked down at his feet. "I was abandoned."
Laz reached out, and a bullet went through his hand. He takes a breath. "Let me help you."
"I can't be helped." Blue, tired eyes stared through Laz. "You don't belong here."
Laz was staring up at mechanical eyes, watching Tim wipe his mouth.
"What the fuck was that?" Lyf stared at the two.
Laz groans laying on the floor. "That is what happens when a mind is strong enough to force me out."
"Hurt you?" Tim tilted his head.
"No, I'm just. I'm just going to lie here." Laz takes a breath. "You ok?"
"Taste funny." Tim crouched down next to Laz poking at his leaking eyes.
"You probably shouldn't eat it, but I don't care." Laz looks over to Lyf. "If Thomas asks, I'm on the floor."
"Lazarus, seriously, what happened? Tim, don't eat that!" Lyf tries and fails to shoo Tim away.
Tim chuckles. "Like Jonny's babies."
"I'm not entertaining that comment." Laz sighs. "As I said, Tim's mind is strong enough to force me out. I need a moment before I even attempt again. Now, don't get me wrong. Strong doesn't mean healed it means dangerous. I'm going to have to talk to Scratch." He groans.
"Are you ok?" Lyf suppresses the urge to taste the fluid from Laz's eyes.
"Bruised ego mostly, with how long I've been at this, it's surprising to deal with this. Also, incredibly sore being forced out is really painful, but mostly hurt pride. I'm gonna be on the floor for awhile, sorry for making a mess, Aurora." Laz, let's out a breath.
"I've already called Brian and Thomas to grab him." Aurora chirps. "You depressed bastard."
"I resent that." Laz groans. "I am an orphan."
"I dont think that's the part you should be arguing." Lyf sighs. "Tim stop poking him."
"Hurt." Tim points at Laz.
"Not hurt." Laz huffs. "I'm just sore."
"Idiot." Lyf pinched his brow.
"I help." Tim gets up and grabs Laz with his vines.
"Fuck me." Laz can't even move his arms to cover his face.
"I will inform Brian and Thomas that Tim is taking him somewhere." Aurora sounded bemused.
"I'll follow as well." Lyf shakes his head.
.......
Jonny stepped out in his boxers, carrying Trevor on his back. "No more complaining, I'm taking you to your room."
"Dad, I can walk." Trevor mumbles he was pale, and his tail drooped behind him.
"You want to try that again?" Jonny huffs. "Just because all of you brats have my stubbornness doesn't mean that good thing."
Trevor huffs back. "Not a baby."
"Yeah, yeah, a big, strong man." Jonny chuckles. "Come on off to your room."
Trevor mutters something intelegalible.
"Dad! Trevor! Are you guys ok?" Thomas rolls over. "Just go without me, Brian."
Brian nods and keeps moving forward.
"Where were you two running to?" Jonny raised a brow.
"Tommy." Trevor reached out, then dropped his hand and yawns.
Jonny smiles with a sigh. "This is why I'm carrying you." He turns to Thomas. "Are you guys ok? Trevor told me what you guys were doing, and thank you."
"It was Trevor's idea." Thomas rubs the back of his neck. "Tim is carrying Laz around, and Laz got kicked out of Tim's head, which is the first time I've ever heard that happening. Laz claims he isn't hurt but can't move because he's sore like he overworked his body. He heals fast, so I'm not worried, but I am a bit concerned about what Tim thinks help means."
Jonny chuckles. "They'll be fine. Join in taking your brother back to his room."
Thomas adjusts his chair and rolls after his dad. "I... I can tell you what happened to him."
"I don't need to know." Jonny smiles softly. "You brats have your -"
"Tommy, tell dad. Gonna tell dad." Trevor groans, hiding his face in his father's shoulder. "Dad should know. Doctors aren't nice."
"I... Trevor, that literally has nothing to do with the terminus curse." Thomas pinched his brow.
"Your brother is on a different plane of reality at the moment Thomas cut him slack." Jonny snickers. "Come on, Trevor, we'll be there soon."
"Dad I was bad." Trevor mumbles.
"So am I." Jonny hums. "You ain't special."
"Noooo!" Trevor whines.
"Thomas, tell your brother no serious conversation when he's mentally gone." Jonny sighs.
"I don't think anything I'll say will help." Thomas frowns. "Trevor doesn't talk about where he was sent to when he turned 25. I was with Mae. We had each other to figure this out. Alex, well, they were just dropped with Aiden, so they were fine even met Izzy and Laz before we did. Janet, well, you already know how that was."
"It's bad." Trevor whines. "I was bad."
"Again, that's not special, you brat." Jonny huffs. "Would you like to hear my list of crimes?"
Trevor is quiet.
"That's what I thought." Jonny sighs. "There is ain't anything you brats can do to make me hate you nor be worse than I was. Hell, even Brian has done bad things, and he's the good one out of us."
"Baba, I'm sorry." Trevor whimpers.
Jonny stops in front of Trevor's room. "Alright, alright, that's enough. We ain't talking till you rest properly."
Thomas watches his dad wrap his brother up in blankets as tight as he can manage.
Trevor relaxes almost immediately and starts to purr as he falls asleep.
"What do you want me to wrap you up to?" Jonny crosses his arms with a smirk.
Thomas blushing. "I would say yes, but my legs are fused in this position, and I'm worried about my arms. Can I have a raincheck."
Jonny chuckles and shuts Trevor's door and ruffles Thomas's hair. "Yeah, yeah. Come on, I'm going to make Trevor's favorite meal, and you'll help me."
"I think I can manage." Thomas chuckles.
........
Marius blinks, staring at Lazarus, dropped in his nest by Tim, who just left. "How can I help you?"
"Your nest is weird compared to Thomas's." Laz blinks. "Um, kind of overdid it and got thrown out of Tim's head. My body is sore all over, and I can't move. I really don't know why Tim dumped me in here."
"I am a doctor." Marius frowns. "Although he could have just put you in the infirmary. I don't understand how he gets in here. My door is locked for a reason."
"In his defense, I don't think he knows either." Laz huffs. "I don't need a doctor. I just need to rest a night or two of sleep it will fix this. It's been a very long time, but that is what fixes this." He looks away. "Scratch would tell you the same. He's the one who taught me to go into people's heads."
"It sounds like this isn't normal." Marius hums, placing a blanket around Laz. "Why do you think you were kicked out?"
Laz narrows his gaze. "I was warned about this." He sighs. "Fine, I'll play along, but none of this leaves this room. It's not good."
"Doctor patient privilege, your secrets are safe with me, or I'll just forget." Marius frowns.
"I don't envy your position either. I can look in your head when I'm up to it if you like." Laz pauses. "Nothing too bad just to see how fractured your mind is if it is even that. I won't look at any memories that would require you to be asleep. Can't get consent if you're asleep."
"That is kind of you, but I rather you didn't." Marius takes a breath. "So why is this bad?"
"It's good and bad. Good because his mind is strong, and he's in there fighting. Bad because it's incredibly unstable. He's going to have more of these reality slips before it gets better. There isn't an easy way to say this, but we will have to keep those cages and things set up for future use." Laz looks back at Marius.
Marius sighs. "I had a feeling that would be the case." He crosses his arms. "Do you want me to carry you back to your room?"
"What, you aren't going to ask more questions?" Laz raised a brow.
"I don't need to. You don't have the information and are assuming." Marius gets up as Laz flinches.
"You purposely make the others underestimate you." Laz, let's out a soft oof as he is picked up.
Marius hums softly.
.......
Lyf stops. "O-oh, when did Tim get in o-your room."
"It is ours, Lyf. I appreciate what you're trying to do, but we are bonded. It always will be ours." Marius hums.
"Like I get it, no memory and whatever, but your body remembers isn't that enough?" Laz blinks. "I mean, your hair literally triggered the heat before you got to this state."
"Why do you know that?" Marius raised his brow.
"I never said I didn't know the xeon language. I just can't speak it. It doesn't work well with human vocal cords." Laz sighs. "Look, I don't have a dog in this race, but that's just my two cents. Neither of you can predict the future, so why dance around the present like you two are strangers?"
"Because I'm not an asshole?" Lyf rolls his eyes. "Why are you such a dick?"
"Age mostly." Laz tries to shrug and fails. "Also, the fact I really don't like romcoms. Even if you don't remember Marius, you clearly have feelings for Lyf, and Lyf is so head over heels for you that he would follow you to the end of time."
Marius blushes a mix of purple and black.
Lyf matches the blush with his own.
"No wonder why everyone gets annoyed at you two." Laz sighs. "This is clearly not working, so either drop me in the infirmary you've passed twice, or I can keep going."
"I... uh...." Marius swallows.
Lyf covers his face and groans.
"Please don't use me as an excuse to spend time together. It's weird." Laz sighs. "Can you please just drop me off."
"R-right." Marius quickly rushed back to the infirmary to drop Laz off into a bed.
.......
Marius sits in the gardens next to Lyf. "I..."
"Ivy told me about what happened." Lyf rubs his arm. "I just want to go at your pace. I didn't want to make you feel unwanted."
"I don't feel..." Marius reached out, lacing his fingers with Lyf's. "I don't know what is truly me from the instincts and hormones. I know I feel safe with you. It's still so fresh in my mind, and I get thrust here. I'm supposed to be different. Myself now has long past."
Lyf sighs. "You're still Marius, and the past few centuries, I've learned so much about you, and I will learn something else new as time moves on. I look forward to eternity with you no matter what time period your mind is in." He smiles. "Also how the fuck did you get doctor from mechanical engineer? Just because you're medically trained now doesn't mean it makes any sense to me. I can handle mech pilot, I can handle your insanity, but that what the fuck Marius?"
Marius blushes, shaking in a silent story. "That's a funny story, actually."
Lyf listens with a stupid smile on his face, which is cut short when Brian trots in not human shaped. "Oh, uh, hello."
"Hello Brian." Marius smiles then gives a soft oof as Brian lays on both Marius and Lyf. "Ivy was right. You are taking advantage of your new form."
Brian chitters and yawns.
Lyf chuckles. "He is quite soft. Tell me more about your adventures."
Marius smiles. "I guess we do now have the time."
The peace was interrupted. "So this is cute and all, but I have a few questions."
A eerie yelp came from Brian's maw as he skittered back and returned to a human shape. Marius shouted in shock, and his horns grew in an instant. Lyf shrieked and stumbles back.
"Rude, anyway." Mae hops out of the tree.
Lyf takes a breath. "Have you been there the whole time?"
"No, I was following you two from the vents earlier." Mae grins. "For being an acolyte, you're not very observant. Also, I love watching Laz get annoyed with other people's romantic problems. It's the only thing that really annoys him ironically, considering how he gets with Thomas."
Marius takes a few deep breaths, calming down that his horns return to nubs. "Why? Isn't it dangerous given your older body?"
"Rude again, not made of glass." Mae rolls her eyes. "However, I was looking for dad, but you guys seemed more interesting at the moment. As much as listening in on you two falling in love again, I really don't care, so I actually wanted to interrupt to ask Lyf a few questions about his god."
"Why do you want to know about Yog Sogoth?" Brian beat Lyf to the question.
"I'm making a timeline. You see the God's realm is separate from time and space kind of so the events of Gram's murder spree happened, I want to see if it happened before or after your galaxy was eaten." Mae shrugs. "I've been working with Laz on it for ages. It's weird because it affected Laz when it happened almost immediately because Scratch picked him when he just became whole again, which was before humans even went to the moon the first time. However, thinking reality wise, the bifrost happens eons later."
"That's a question for Jonny." Marius blinks, getting a headache trying to figure out the sheer math.
"Isn't that like a paradox?" Lyf stares blankly at Mae.
"I was a doctor, now a pilot, so I can't help you." Brian sighs. "Again, as Marius said, that kind of stuff is Jonny's expertise."
"You guys are useless." Mae huffs. "It's basic theoretical mathematics and creating a timeline. You would think you guys would have thought of something." She grumbles as she walks away.
"It's like a second, Jonny." Brian blinks.
"Fuck you're right." Lyf rubs his temples.
Marius smiles. "Jonny is a really good dad."
.......
"Aha, that's where you went." Scratch appeared next to Lazarus in the infirmary. "Alright, I know you hate this, but I would like to confirm what Thomas told me and Valerie."
Lazarus was in a church, his leaking eyes were replaced with amber eyes, his black hair was brown, and in a loose ponytail. He was in priest garb and seemed to be praying. "I told you I didn't want you in my head without discussing first." He leans back in the pew.
Scratch sits next to Laz. "Never thought you would ever come back here."
"Consider it nostalgia. It's been a long time since someone was strong enough to send me out." Laz sighs. "I suppose that is why you're here."
"That's one reason. Is it too much to want to check on you?" Scratch smiles.
"Still not my father." Laz smiles softly. "Tim's mind is strong, and even with my strength, I was unprepared for how he would lash out. I don't think they filmed everything, nor was it accurate for how long he was being tortured. The first few lobotomizes failed."
"I know." Scratch crosses his arms. "I've been scrubbing over the videos, and there are purposeful sections missing. There's a reason why so many of us enjoy humanity, and it's not for good reasons."
"Anything that could help me?" Laz thinned his lips. "Anything you're willing to share?"
"I don't want you to go back in his head, not until I can have a look." Scratch sits up. "I respect your abilities and how powerful you are even compared to myself. However, I would even state a claim that my own father would be horrified at the things done, and I don't think I've ever considered him to have a limit." He sighs.
Laz frowns. "What do you want me to do? I'm not just going to sit back. Tim is important to my father in law and the entire crew of Aurora and Thomas and his siblings already consider him a second father."
"Do you still have that cloak?" Scratch looks at Laz, who grimaced.
"I do." Laz sighs.
"Keep it close." Scratch gets up. "And you have Thomas to look after. I may be able to-"
"No. That isn't my decision. As I said before, stop offering me that." Laz scowls. "Get out and let me pray to beings who never existed."
Scratch frowns. "I apologize again." He vanishes, leaving Lazarus alone.
Laz returns to softly praying as he turns his head down.
.......
"Oi fuckhead wake up." Alex crosses their arms standing over Trevor who groans.
"Fuck off Alex." Trevor huffs. "I'm comfy."
"Dad made you dinner." Alex rolls their eyes. "Get the fuck up and enjoy it. The others think it's poisoned because they don't trust dad's ability to cook." They pause. "Hasn't actually stopped Marius or Lyf, though."
"Are they disappointed?" Trevor struggles out of the tightly wrapped blanket.
"Oh, immensely, but I can't tell which one." Alex snickers when Trevor throws his shirt at them and gets a clean one.
Trevor yawns and rubs his eyes. "Alright, alright, I'm coming." He groans as he hops out of bed. "My body still hurts."
"Thomas says that's normal." Alex smirks.
"Fuck Thomas." Trevor scoffs.
"Laz is already doing that." Alex chuckles, pulling back their hair. They were always the first to go completely gray.
"I hate you." Trevor rolls his eyes.
They both playfully banter all the way to the dining hall.
"You two don't have to look so disappointed." Jonny huffs, his tail lashing behind him.
"I wanted to eat something bad." Marius scowls eating a second helping.
Jonny rolls his eyes. "Again banned from baking."
Marius puffs out his cheeks. "Damnit."
Lyf snickers. "Ignore him this is very good."
"Damn right, it is." Jonny huffs. "You two brats sit the fuck down and I'll feed ya."
Trevor nods and sits next to Thomas, who is eating quietly. Alex sits across from Marius and Lyf.
Thomas swallows his bite and puts his fork down. "How are you holding up?"
"I'm still in fucking pain." Trevor sighs. "But you already know that. I want to go back to bed." He thanks his dad for the food.
"It doesn't really get easier, but you'll get used to it." Thomas crossed his arms. "What were you talking about before?"
Trevor raised a brow. "Before what?"
"When dad was carrying you right before he bundled you up in blankets." Thomas raised a brow.
"Well, I know dad is the one who did that because you could never get it right, but we were talking?" Trevor matched the raised brow.
Jonny sits next to Trevor. "I told you so."
Thomas huffs. "Shut up."
Trevor has a look of mild confusion. "Genuinely, I have no idea what you are talking about or why dad's right. Um, where Laz? He's normally glued to your side when your legs go."
"Infirmary." Thomas sighs. "Speaking of which, where is Tim?"
"I didn't put a tracker on him." Jonny rolls his eyes. "He's a grown ass adult even with a fucked up mind he can defend himself and he's somewhere on Aurora or my mom's ship. Aurora would alarm if he left."
"Tim is currently napping in his patch of dirt in the garden. He is lying face down, and a new thing has happened flowers have grown over him like a blanket." Aurora chirps. "Also, Nastya is coming to kill the thing you cooked even though I told her it was proper food. I understand why she doesn't trust you that creature is still in my vents."
"I can fucking cook!" Jonny huffs as his kids snicker around him.
"Unfortunately, I have to agree because I was craving something burnt." Marius sighs, laying his head on the table.
Alex snickers louder.
"You burn baked goods, not an actual meal." Mae scoffs. "That's a waste of good meat."
"I can set something on fire if that will help." Janet smiles from her seat.
"I really rather you wouldn't." Lyf frowns.
"Surprise the space cop is a fucking downer." Mae rolls her eyes.
"No fun allowed." Janet huffs.
"Why are you even here?" Alex gets up with their plate.
Thomas chuckles. "Fucker can't handle a little arson."
"I'm going to flick lit matches at you." Trevor clicks his tongue.
"Jonny, control your children." Lyf looks over to glare.
"One they are adults and can do what they want and two you're being a little bitch." Jonny grins.
Marius snorts laughing.
Aurora chirps out a laugh. "I agree with your children they need a new siblings."
Jonny growls. "I'm going to say no on principal now you fucks."
"So I fucking told you!" Thomas huffs.
.......
"Lazarus wasn't wrong. This place sure is a mess." Scratch hums softly, walking through a horror scene. "You are quite strong, but you are still merely human."
"Get out! You don't belong here!" A voice shouts, and rotten vines tries to grab Scratch but go right through him.
"That is quite cute. You keep trying, but I'm not leaving till I get to your center." Scratch groans. "I sound more like my dad every day." He phases through a shut door, and the scenery changes. "Oh!"
A man with bouncing curls and coffee color skin stares at Scratch. He has a pair of broken goggles on a worn military uniform on. He was sitting in a bunk on a base that no longer existed in reality.
"It's not often I get find surprises." Scratch smiles with too many teeth. "How long have you been in here?" Are you even aware of the world around since you died?"
The man frowns. "I got stuck in here trying to get Timmy to notice me, but I just went through him. I think I realized I was dead at that point, but I ended up here. Did we win?"
"You humans are fascinating creatures. However, does it really matter if you guys won or not? The war has long been forgotten. Times a fickle bitch like that." Scratch tilts his head. "However, this is a problem. You're unknowingly blocking Tim from recovering, well, not blocking, making it harder. You really are out of the loop. I can fix that."
"Fix...? What did you do to Tim?" The man growls and gasps as he his picked up by his throat.
"Now don't get feisty, I have to figure out how this will work. A deal would suffice, wouldn't you agree?" Scratch hums. "You don't really have a choice because I will remove you either way."
"What are you?" The man growls.
Scratch smiles. "A god, for one. Two, how about I take you out and give you a form that will last just as long as Tim will, and in exchange, you'll be permanently removed from his head."
"Fine. Fine, you win. I don't buy the god thing, you bloody devil." The man vanishes with Scratch.
Scratch cracks his back, holding a glowing green flame in his hand as a black goo surrounds it, and it becomes a pair of dog tags. He places them down in the garden and vanishes.
TS finds the dog tags and assumes they're Jonny's.
.......
"Attetion, there is an intruder that has suddenly appeared in front of Jonny's door. They are wearing a male uniform from the moon war where Jonny picked up Tim. He has broken goggles on and has brown skin and big ringlet curls. They currently don't seem hostile and frankly look quite confused. However, you may use this information how you wish, and Nastya has given me permission to use my alarms until they are apprehended. Happy hunting!" The robotic female voice was the first thing Bertie heard as he got to his feet.
"Where the fuck am I?" Bertie shakes his head and pulls down his goggles. He heard shouting and decided to run would be better than to confront people who were hunting him.
"Remember we want him alive. That means no lethal force, as if any of you is capable of that." The woman laughs through the speakers.
"Found him!" A voice rings out.
"Use me at a battering ram!" A different voice shouts.
"Dibs!"
"Fuck!"
Bertie keeps running adrenaline running in his veins as he runs into an open garden. He didn't have time to dwell on the face. There is something like this on a spaceship. He screams in shock as his feet get lifted off the ground and he is hanging upside down.
"Hi Bertie!" A entirely familiar cheery voice answers.
"T-Tim?!" Bertie gasps adrenaline fading. "W-wha-" His vision went black.
.....
"Fucking second time he gets to end the hunt." Ashes growls.
Jonny froze. "Ashes shut up." He runs towards Tim and motions to his kids to stay. "Tim what did you call him?"
"You know him, it's Bertie." Tim smiles wide.
"Tim, Bertie is dead." Jonny steps back as Tim steps closer to him.
"He doesn't bleed right, but it is Bertie." Tim pulls Jonny into a hug. "He's wearing what he died in trying to save you, which was very stupid." He says while smiling. He kets go of Jonny. "His goggles are even broken from where you headbutted him to try to remove your gas mask to put on him. It was quite a stupid death."
Jonny swallows. "Tim, how about we put Bertie down? Trevor wants to talk to you."
Tim pauses his expression flickers for a moment before Bertie's unconscious body falls to the ground. "Not mad?"
Trevor is pushed in front of his siblings. "I uh no? Why would I be mad? I mean, it was bound to happen. If not you, it would be something else."
"That is a fair argument for our track record." Mae points to Janet.
"Again rude but fair." Janet shrugs. "To be fair, I was expecting you to say Alex because they always get into fights over their rigged bets."
"I mean that would work too and I'm not against it." Alex shrugs.
"Thomas?" Mae smirks looking at her twin.
"Fuck you." Thomas huffs.
"I mean, if you aren't gonna say it, you have a terrible temper." Trevor thins his lips.
"The embodiment of too angry to die." Mae snickers.
Thomas pinched his brow and sighed heavily.
Trevor realized that dad was using this to pick up Bertie and get him somewhere to be looked over. "Um, can I get a hug? I mean, as a thank you to get this over with."
Tim's lips quirked up into a smile. "Hug, baby?"
"Not really a baby, but sure." Trevor gasps as Tim runs and pulls him into a tight hug. "Actually, you know what? I'm not leaving. You have a tight hug." He starts to purr as his face gets red.
"Good baby!" Tim smiles wide.
"Tim, I think you keep doing that he's going to fall asleep." Thomas clears his throat sort of jealous.
"Fuck that I want a nap. Hug me next." Mae also caught up quickly. She also really missed being bundled up tight, but just like her dad will never admit it.
Tim looks behind him. "Jonny took Bertie." He holds Trevor in a bridal carry. "That's ok. You are very good." He turns back and smiles. "Babies are mine now!"
Trevor shakes his head out of his daze. "Wait what?"
Tim grabs the rest of them with his vines. "Naptime for clever babies."
"I mean, at least he's taking me in my chair." Thomas sighs.
"Don't wanna break legs." Tim hums as he begins to wall forward.
"Honestly, though, wouldn't mind a nap." Alex yawns.
"That's because you pulled an all-nighter creating a new betting pool with Aurora on the probability of us getting new siblings and what gender they will pick." Janet rolls her eyes.
Mae raised a brow. "And you thought I was bad about you and Laz."
Thomas blinks. "Actually, yeah, I think Alex is the worst now."
"I stand by my creations." Alex crosses their arms. "Also, everyone who knew already placed bets."
Thomas just shakes his head.
"Babies need nap now." Tim hums the tune of Tim goes crazy.
.......
"I have to say this is the first time I've ever seen something like this." Carmillia laughs. "I can't say I'm bored with my imprisonment."
"I hate to say it, but Carmillia is right. I have no idea what to make of this." Raphaella sighs. "Tests literally show nothing wrong but his blood is a different color."
"Of course it doesn't." Laz groans walking into the lab. "I know excatly what this is and who did this."
"Care to share?" Carmillia crosses her arms.
"Scratch, the god who made me their acolyte. I had a feeling a spirit was trapped in his head, but I didn't really think he would be pulled out, let alone given a physical body again. Remove his dog tags." Laz points and Raphealla does, and the body vanishes. "It's always anchored. Those dog tags are his anchor he'll reform once you put them down."
"Is this common?" Raphaella tilts her head, placing the tags down, watching with interest as Bertie reappers.
Laz huffs out a bitter laugh. "It's the closest you'll find Scratch acting like his father. It's cruel, and there is only a handful of these I've seen. Bertie has been cut off from ever moving on, and of course, he had to agree to it for it to work. The only peace he can now get is having his anchor in a place he can not reform. Those tags are indestructible. Trust me, I've seen the attempts at trying." He steps forward. "Get Jonny back in here. It would be best if you had someone he knew to explain this." He vanishes without another word.
Raphealla frowns. "How uquine, I wouldn't mind testing the limits with consent, of course." She quickly grins.
"That sounds splendid." Carmillia grins back.
.......
Jonny holds his jaw and sighs. "One, if you're going to punch me, make sure you're prepared." He raised his brow as Bertie curses, holding his hand. "Two, I can't change the fact that time has passed. Be mad, but know this is your reality now."
"Bloody fuck, what is wrong with your face?" Bertie rubs his broken hand.
"New Texans such as myself have reinforced bones for starters, and our skulls are built to take damage, hence why I headbutt." Jonny motions to his horns. "Also, why do you think New Texans are short? Our skin is padded, and our bodies are made for impacts. We have denser body mass for a reason. I can pull myself out of a sandpit being buried alive. You humans ain't the default."
Bertie sighs. "Fine, I don't have to like it, but why are you telling me any of this? Why hasn't Tim come out to talk to me?"
Jonny frowns and looks away. "That's another reason, Tim's hurt."
"You're immortal. Try again." Bertie scowls.
"We can still be hurt." Jonny mutters quietly. He takes a breath and grabs Bertie. "It would be better if you saw the truth because you're sure as shit ain't gonna believe me."
Bertie follows with uncertainty in his features. They arrive on a different ship.
A woman stood in the entrance with a raised brow. She was the same height as Jonny, her horns curled around her ears, unlike Jonny's. She looked similar to Jonny. Her arms were crossed. "What brings you here?"
Jonny sighs. "Unfortunately, this man won't believe me if I tell him the truth." He looked uncomfortable. "I need dad to show him the stuff about Tim."
The woman frowns and unhooks her watch, handing it over to Jonny. "Are you sure?"
"I won't be watching." Jonny sighs. "Bertie here will be watching till he asks for it to stop."
Bertie narrows his gaze. "How can I trust you didn't fuck with the footage."
"I wish it was doctorared." Jonny shakes his head, tossing the watch to Bertie. "Show him the truth."
Bertie rolls his eyes. "Whatever you say."
The watch comes to life, and the video starts to play. Jonny heads inside with the woman.
........
"Was it really wise to leave that man with your father watching that?" Valerie sips her tea.
Jonny frowns. "The idiot got himself killed, giving me the gas mask. I tried to save him, but he's stubborn." He shakes his head. "No, he's angry, and I don't think anything I could say would make him believe me. He shouldn't have to see Tim like this without the context."
"You've become a good man, Jonny." Valerie smiles. "I'm glad we finally got to reunite."
Jonny smiles softly. "I suppose I can't argue with ya mom." He sighs. "What did Scratch even do?"
"Well, from what he told me, he found Bertie in Tim's head. Which isn't unheard of spirits getting trapped in the living quite often, and when that living person dies, they move on together. Well, that's how it's supposed to happen." Valerie sips her tea. "Although obviously none of us stay dead for that to work. Apparently, Bertie was creating a block unintentionally and so Scratch removed him. It's his fault for accepting the deal."
Jonny nods and stops before he makes a noise when Bertie runs in, throwing the watch at Jonny, which Valerie catches.
"You're so fucked up! How the fuck did you create this?" Bertie was fuming.
Valerie puts the watch back on reconnecting it to something Bertie doesn't see. "Now, he didn't create that. You have humanity to thank for that."
"What? So you're saying... you're saying.... bloody hell." Bertie covers his face.
Jonny sighs getting up. "I tried to warn you. We can't die, but that doesn't mean we can't be hurt, tortured, get sick, and destroyed. Tim.... Tim is recovering. He should be napping with my brats."
"Oh, he is. TS sent me pictures." Valerie smiles softly.
"Wait, one, you have kids?" Bertie stares at Jonny. "Who would have your kids?"
"Me." Jonny rolls his eyes. "Why do people keep asking me that?"
Bertie pauses as something clicks. "Oh right, um, sorry.... also, isn't Tim radioactive? Shouldn't you be worried about your kids?"
Jonny snickers. "We're from a desert planet. We don't have the thing Earth has protecting it from a suns radiation." He takes a breath. "Besides, that isn't what you should be worried about. How Tim reacts to being woken should be your concern."
"What?" Bertie stares at Jonny.
.......
Tim is curled around Laz, who looked annoyed. Thomas was awake trying very hard not to laugh. Everyone else was out cold.
Bertie and Jonny stared at the scene.
Jonny opens his mouth and pauses. "How did Laz get involved?"
Thomas covers his mouth taking a deep breath.
Laz huffs, causing Tim to curl around tighter. "I made the mistake of looking for my partner."
Bertie quietly. "Is he an alien too?"
Jonny snorts. "No, he's human."
"But his eyes." Bertie motions to his own face.
Jonny starts to cackle manically. He wakes up everyone.
"I'm so glad you find this hilarious." Laz sighs as Tim hugs tighter.
"Mmmm, Jonny." Tim mutters. "Laz is a good pillow priest."
This causes Thomas to break laughing. "I'm fucking stealing that."
"I hate everyone in this room." Laz groans.
"Tim, come on, get up. Bertie wants to talk to you." Jonny sighs.
Tim unwrapped himself and got up rubbing his face, Bertie notes that he purposely avoids his eyes. "Ok we can talk."
Bertie takes in the image of his friend. Tim was skinny, skinner than even the worst times on the base. He was pale and looked exhausted. His hair was buzzed short, and he knew the man hated it when it was buzzed for the military. The vines did come out of his skin, and it looked swollen like he was tugging at them. His clothes were purposely hemmed to be shorts and short sleeved. He had a pair of goggles around his neck, and he had a feeling that was just out of comfort. There was a longer lanyard around his neck with a strange dial. He didn't know what that was. "Hey Tim, it's been a while."
"You've been dead." Tim tilts his head.

The Wolf-Con and the Cadet
Chapter 13
---------------
Thunderhoof wakes up out of recharge and looks over at Metalsound who is still in recharge. After Metalsound got to his room last night he explained to her how he felt and how conflicted he was since he was in a relationship with Glowstrike, and she bit him on the neck to mark him. They also fragged, meaning they are fully mates now and can't be separated. Well, now I'm really gonna have to break things off with Glowstrike. I'm sorry, Glowstrike.
He gets a call on his comm from Steeljaw. :: Thunderhoof, I need your assistance. ::
:: On my way, Steeljaw. :: He replied before getting up and getting his armor back on.
He went outside and into the woods where he found Steeljaw holding an unconscious Strongarm. "Eyo! What did you do, Steeljaw!?"
"I couldn't risk the chance of never seeing her again. I didn't intend to knock her out it just happened while I was fighting that damn brat Sideswipe," Steeljaw explains trying to keep his cool.
"I see. So what are you gonna do? You can't take her onto the ship without the other 'Cons knowing."
"You think I don't know that?! I didn't know what else to do but to call you. I need you to distract Glowstrike and Saberhorn for a while until I find a safe place to keep her," he replied looking at Strongarm with hurt optics.
Thunderhoof sighs, "Alright, I'll create a distraction while you sneak her to your quarters. If you keep your door locked so no one can get in, she won't get out and no one will find her. You owe me."
"I know. Thank you, Thunderhoof. But first, I'll need a stasis pod," he said with an idea forming in his processor.
"I thought you were gonna keep her in your quarters not put her in stasis."
"I won't," Steeljaw growled, "I can put a shield around her as I did for myself when I planned Scorponok's capture with the Autobots. She will only be in stasis for a few minutes and when she wakes up she'll stay in my quarters."
"Alright, I'll go get the pod," Thunderhoof said before he walked off. He soon returned with the pod not knowing that Soundwave was following him.
Soundwave shows himself to the two and he quickly puts the pieces together, there was no way Steeljaw's plan of sneaking the Autobot cadet aboard the island was going to work. Soundwave walked up to Steeljaw, "How are you gonna carry out your plan?"
"I was going to sneak her onto the island while she's in the stasis pod," Steeljaw explained.
"What are you going to tell Glowstrike and Saberhorn if they catch you? They'll most likely take the pod and the femme and dispose of her."
Steeljaw felt his Energon turn cold, "I won't let that happen. Unless you have a better idea."
Soundwave brings up an image of a Ground Bridge and the coordinates of Steeljaw's quarters.
"That could work, and no one's going to have to know," Thunderhoof said as Steeljaw looked at the visor.
"Yes, let's do that," Steeljaw says pulling Strongarm out of the pod.
"Guess I'll put this back," Thunderhoof grumbled as he picked up the stasis pod.
Soundwave opened up a Ground Bridge leading straight to Steeljaw's room and Steeljaw walked through with Strongarm. Once the Ground Bridge closed Soundwave turned and grabbed the pod from Thunderhoof.
"What are you even doing out here?" Thunderhoof asked.
Soundwave opens up a Ground Bridge to the room where the pods are being kept and just throws it in.
~~~~~~~~~~
A drone was in the room surveilling and checking the pods when the Ground Bridge opened up and he suddenly saw a pod come hurtling towards him, he screamed before ducking out of the way. "I think I leaked some transmission fluids, better go clean myself up before anyone finds out," he runs out and goes to clean himself up.
~~~~~~~~~~
"You didn't answer my question, Soundwave," Thunderhoof said as he crossed his arms.
"I wanted to know what you were doing with a pod," Soundwave replied. "I also want to warn you to be careful with Metalsound."
"Why should I be careful with her?"
"I'm guessing that you don't know that she's always had a crush on me, but the main reason I never gave her a chance was that she was too spike-hungry. She fragged almost every mech on the warship, including me. Not to mention she likes to think that she could do whatever she wants and get away with it, which is why she switches sides so easily."
That must be why she seemed to know what she was doing when we fragged. She's done it plenty of times before. Exactly how many other mates does she have? Can she even have more than one mate?
"I'm surprised she hasn't fragged every mech here, and only been seducing you," Soundwave said before walking off, leaving Thunderhoof to think about what he had told him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Strongarm wakes up to find herself in an unfamiliar room, she runs to the door to try and get out only to find the door locked. She hears the noise of the door unlocking and moves back, she watches as the door opens and Steeljaw comes into view. He walks into the room before closing and locking the door behind him.
"Where am I, Steeljaw? What have you done to Sideswipe?"
"You're in my room on Decepticon Island, and I didn't do anything to Sideswipe he was knocked out and I just left him where he was."
"You kidnapped me!? I can't believe I thought you were a decent mech!"
"Strongarm, I'm sorry, but I couldn't stand the thought of never seeing you again, it was killing me."
"None of this would have happened if you had stayed away!" She shouted regretting what she had just said.
Steeljaw growled as he started pacing the floor, "I'm just trying to help you see that I love you, I'm not good with this kind of stuff!" He stops, leans against a wall, and sighs, "I don't know how to show my love to a femme, but I'm trying the best I can."
Strongarm wrapped her arms around herself, flinching as he showed his rage, "Kidnapping isn't a good way of showing it," she whispered. Her body was shaking with fear, she couldn't think of anything to say to him right now. She jumped when she heard a knock on the door.
"Steeljaw, Saberhorn wants a word with you," Strongarm knew the voice, it was Metalsound.
Steeljaw growled, "Alright, I'm coming," he glanced at Strongarm before opening the door and walking out, closing and locking the door behind him.
Happiness
| evermore masterlist |
A/N: this is my first fic for the collab with @just-a-belgian-girl! I hope you enjoy it! This honestly took too long to write lol
Honey, when I'm above the trees
I see this for what it is
But now I'm right down in it
All the years I've given
Is just shit we're dividing up
Showed you all of my hiding spots
I was dancing when the music stopped
And in the disbelief
I can't face reinvention
I haven't met the new me yet
It was a chilly Autumn night, Sirius was yet to return home from his latest mission, so you were stuck eating dinner alone… again.
You had come out of Hogwarts a year and a half ago. You were now living with your boyfriend. You were happy as one could be when your relationship starts feeling forced.
In all honesty, one side of you knew that he had fallen out of love. But your naive side won out whispering ‘it’ll be okay’ ‘he still loves you’ ‘his work is just taking a toll on him’ into your ear, preventing you from seeing the truth. So you continued on, stuck in the same routine as always.
Tears slid down your face as you stood to put your dishes away. Of course this happened to you. Nothing ever won out in your favour.
Hearing a knock on the door, you startle and drop the plate into the sink. You plaster on the smile you have been practicing for the past year.
There'll be happiness after you
But there was happiness because of you
Both of these things can be true
There is happiness
Past the blood and bruise
Past the curses and cries
Beyond the terror in the nightfall
Haunted by the look in my eyes
That would've loved you for a lifetime
Leave it all behind
And there is happiness
You hadn’t noticed it was raining until you opened the door wide to let Sirius in. He was soaked through, looking like a drowned rat.
He shrugged off his cloak and threw it over the coat rack, tracking the water indoors. He bends down and kisses your cheek, lacking the warmth it used to have. He murmurs a hello before continuing to the kitchen.
“Dinner’s on the table” you pointlessly mutter, following him through. “I’m just gonna go to bed...” He barely acknowledges what you said, too busy helping himself to the food. You wrap your arms around your aching torso and go upstairs, tears pricking at the corner of your eyes.
You close the door behind you, enclosing yourself in the dark. You flop down onto the bed, tears flowing freely. What had happened to the beautiful romance the two of you used to have? Oh, how you miss it. Everything was so much simpler back then.
You curl in on yourself, as if trying to protect yourself from the hurtful truth. After a while, Sirius sneaks in, bending over to give you a goodnight kiss. If he notices your puffy eyes, he doesn’t say anything.
Tell me, when did your winning smile
Begin to look like a smirk?
When did all our lessons start to look like weapons pointed at my deepest hurt?
I hope she'll be a beautiful fool
Who takes my spot next to you
No, I didn't mean that
Sorry, I can't see facts through all of my fury
You haven't met the new me yet
The sun isn’t even up by the time you both get out of bed. It’s quiet, something totally out of character for Sirius.
He was sitting at the table, head in his hands. You walk behind him and hug him from behind, sliding your hands down his chest. “What’s wrong beautiful?” He shrugs off your hands and stands up, chair cluttering down behind him.
“I’m just- I’m just not feeling the greatest right now.” He leans on the table, hair in his face. He was clearly exhausted. You place a tentative hand on his shoulder, slightly nervous to be touching him in this state. “Sirius if you want I can-” “Just stop.” He flings you hand off once more, turning to face you.
You blink owlishly up at him “What” “I just-” he pinches the bridge of his nose and closes his eyes “I need to be alone right now”
‘I need to be alone right now’
The words echo in your mind. For six months you have been hearing that one repeat. You were sick of it.
Barely registering what you were doing, you slap the top of the table in anger. “No.” He lowers his hand and stares at you incredulously. “No?” It comes in a whisper. The calm before the storm.
You nod feverishly “No. I have had it up to here with your excuses as to why you can’t hang out with me anymore. I didn’t come into this relationship only to be second guessing whether or not my boyfriend loves me.” He goes to interrupt but you plow on, refusing his input.
“Time and time again I have pushed down my anger and hurt saying ‘he’s just going through something’ but you’re not, you’re not. Just.. tell me what I’m doing wrong!”
The room feels more crowded as he moves toward you, eyes spitting fury. “What’s wrong?” He gestures to the two of you. “We are wrong. We can never agree, constant nit-picking at each other and so much anger!”
You throw your hands up in rage “I’m only angry because you neglect me! You slouch inside the house every. Single. Evening. So mopey and goddamn tired either demanding food or sleep and I can’t handle it! You are NOT the Sirius Black of Hogwarts.”
He freezes in anger stone cold. Impassive. Then, he erupts. “Open your eyes Y/n! THIS ISN’T HOGWARTS ANYMORE. We can’t run around like the kings and queens of the world anymore! You don’t think I want to go back? You don’t think-” he chokes, angrily wiping away tears. “You don’t think I want everything as it was?” His voice drops at this, letting the tears fall.
“I can’t take this new world! It’s big! It’s cold! It’s dog eat dog constantly. Someone like me can’t survive out here! I need life, love, I need warmth. But day in and day out I sit here slowly freezing from the inside out.”
He wraps his arms around his torso and bends over, screaming with so much hurt and anger that you start to cry as much as him.
“I’m sorry Y/n, I just can’t do this anymore.”
He walks away from you, fingers working at his hair. He stomps outside, front door slamming shut causing the whole house to shake.
There'll be happiness after me
But there was happiness because of me
Both of these things I believe
There is happiness
In our history
Across our great divide
There is a glorious sunrise
Dappled with the flickers of light
From the dress I wore at midnight
Leave it all behind
And there is happiness
You hear the roar of his motorbike before you see him leave. You knew this was a long time coming. In a way you were sort of relieved. But damn you forgot how much it stung.
He was gonna come back soon. You just knew it. But he wasn’t going to stay.
This was the end.
The end of you and him. Him and you. Forever.
‘Oh well’ you think, but the tears in your eyes say otherwise. It just started really sinking in now.
You rub your eyes and stifle a yawn. It was way too early for this shit. You finally get up to make yourself a cup of coffee and go sit on your porch.
The sun was starting to rise but you had little appreciation for it. Content to sip your coffee and overthink. It wasn’t until the warm, golden rays of the early morning hit your face did you really start to appreciate it. Hell, you hadn’t seen the sun rise in forever. You slowly place the cup down and rest your arms upon your legs, leaning in. You close your eyes and feel the soft sun upon your face. For the first time in ages you feel whole again.
I can't make it go away by making you a villain
I guess it's the price I pay for seven years in heaven
And I pulled your body into mine every goddamn night now I get fake niceties
No one teaches you what to do
When a good man hurts you
And you know you hurt him too
He comes back near nighttime, significantly calmer than hours before. You were sitting on the floor, leaning against the couch and reading your book. “Did you come back to get your stuff?” You ask, idly flipping over the page. The only response was the sound of a suitcase being dragged across the floor.
He dragged it all the way to the front door, pausing. You stand up from your position, a little confused. “So are you gonna go or-?”
“I never meant for this to happen..” Sirius whispered, so quietly you had to strain to hear him. He turned around to face you, tear tracks staining his cheeks. “I thought we would last forever like James and Lily.”
Sighing you walk over to him resting a hand on his arm “James and Lily are one of a kind. We just weren’t meant for this type of long time relationship.” You smile gently at him, feeling unreasonably calm. “You said it yourself back in 5th year. Honestly we tried too hard didn’t we.” You feel your own eyes start to well up. Fuck, you had thought you were done with tears.
He drops his suitcase and pulls you in for a hug, resting his head on yours. In that hug you feel all the memories you shared and the countless deeds you had committed together pass through. All of those memories were now sitting in an old castle, shut away and partially forgotten.
The two of you pull away and you wave him off. The night quickly swallows him up, leaving where he was going to himself and the night only. The cold air bites at you but you can’t bring yourself to go in just yet, so you sit down and wait. Waiting for what, you don’t know. Finally you force yourself to go in, the house more quiet than you had ever heard it.
Honey, when I'm above the trees
I see it for what it is
But now my eyes leak acid rain
On the pillow where you used to lay your head
After giving you the best I had
Tell me what to give after that
All you want from me now
Is the green light of forgiveness
You haven't met the new me yet
And I think she'll give you that
If someone had told you that in 2 years time that Sirius would break up with you and you were gonna be sleeping alone you would've laughed in their face. But it wasn’t all that funny anymore.
Your body fluids must have gone down to 20% due to the amount of tears you were shedding. Did they ever end? Everytime you wiped your face, your hand came back damp with tears.
It was one of those nights where everything felt lonely. The house had been eerily quiet for days now and...deserted. You shift onto your side, unable to sleep. The left side of the bed remained untouched and cold. You reach over and lay your hand on the pillow. You can almost feel him there. But of course, it’s empty.
You throw yourself out of bed, stomping out to the front.
In the lamplight you see a young couple twirling their way along the sidewalk, their laughter rings around the street, so carefree and drunk on love. You smile softly at them, hoping to god that their relationship lasts.
But like everything in life, they pass by. Leaving the night silent and judging as before. You sigh and open your mouth feeling the need to vent your problems to the night.
“I know our relationship is done, and we won't ever get back together again. But god, I regret forcing it to work. Maybe if we had just let it be…we would’ve lasted longer.” You rest your cheek in your hand and close your eyes. “But that's just wishful thinking.”
There'll be happiness after you
But there was happiness because of you too
Both of these things can be true
There is happiness
In our history
Across our great divide
There is a glorious sunrise
Dappled with the flickers of light
From the dress I wore at midnight
Leave it all behind
Oh, leave it all behind
Leave it all behind
And there is happiness
For the next few weeks your mind is surprisingly clear. You sell your old house and move into a little town on the edge of a forest. You explore the little village you landed yourself in, feeling more free than ever.
You walk back along the dirt path towards your house. You feel warmth on your hair and tilt it towards the setting sun, smiling softly for the first time in weeks.
Oh how you could stay here forever. And you will.
[Long, Tw food (in depth descriptions), brief references to unnamed heavenly beings of no specified religion, brief reference to hell. Not really any angst. Just good Dadza.]
[Hurt/comfort my beloved]
Me: i can't write
Also me: writes an entire fic by accident while telling my friend about an idea I had
(I'm gonna need this ask back at some point so don't keep it too long, okay? But make sure to take care of yourself (unlike Techno sksksks))
(How many words is this) (Cenn I've been writing this for like 3-4 hours. I've been hyperfixating on this)
-@2ble
I had this really cute idea where Techno gets sick after doomsday and Dadza takes care of him (for an animatic, or? How should i draw techno?)
Phil's Dadza side kicks in. He gently pushes Techno, who is in full garb back into bed. "Techno, you're sick. You can't go."
"But I haven't streamed in 2 weeks!"
"Rest."
Techno turns on his side in bed. Dadza gently pulls the blankets up and tucks them around Techno. Techno begins to cough, and the coughs rack his body. Dadza's expression is soft and concerned. He rubs his hand on Techno's back until he stops coughing. Techno closes his eyes. He's exhausted.
Dadza takes Techno's crown and places it on the bedside table.
He observes his ill friend. Techno is nothing like what he was up until Doomsday. He seemed--weak. Vulnerable. Sick.
"Have you had anything to eat, Techno?"
Techno doesn't open his eyes. He shakes his head. "I ran out of food a few days ago. I meant to get more but..." Techno doesn't want to admit that he couldn't get downstairs. He doesn't want to admit to weakness, to vulnerability. But everytime he thought of searching through chests, of trading with the villagers, they just seemed so far away.
Phil noticed a tear leaking out from Techno's eyelid. If he brushed it away, Techno would feel worse about his state because it would mean he was in fact vulnerable.
"I'll make you some stew."
Phil goes downstairs and tends to the fireplace. The fire seemed to have gone out sometime between now and the last time Phil checked on Techno.
How long has the house been this cold?
Phil builds up the fire and puts a cauldron over it. He makes mushroom stew because he doesn't know if techno can stomach rabbit stew.
When it's ready, he ladels it into a bowl and climbs the ladder.
Hanging off the ladder by one hand, he calls out. "Techno, stew's ready."
Techno's eyes flutter open. He sees his friend holding out a bowl of food and his eyes widen.
Phil notices that Techno is sweating and the blanket strewn to the side, only covering his feet.
"Are you too hot mate?" he asks.
Techno is broiling but he can't summon the strength to take off his outer clothes. His body refuses.
He's more focused on food. He's starving, and his body uses up what little resources it has left to sweat.
Phil walks over and puts the stew on the table. The heavenly aroma fills the room.
"Let's get this coat off of you." Phil reaches around Techno and unclasps the chain on his neck. He gently pulls the coat off of Techno's arm but he's still laying on it.
"Techno," Phil says.
"Whaaat," Techno drawls.
"You got to let me get this coat off ya mate."
Techno lets out a deep groan, then turns over on his stomach so his other arm is towards Phil.
Phil reaches under techno and grasps the coat. He pulls it out from under Techno and off his arm. The sleeve turns inside out. Phil fixes the sleeve and hangs up the coat.
Techno's shirt is drenched in sweat. He rolls over and starts fidddling with the button closest to his throat, looking up at Phil.
"Here, I'll get that for you." Phil undoes the button. He can't imagine how tired techno must've been after Doomsday, that he just collapsed in bed fully clothed, not even bothering to loosen them.
At least he took off his armor. Sh-t's heavy, he thinks. Phil ignores the fact that after the adrenaline and excitement wore off, the sore and tired Technoblade probably couldn't move with it on.
Phil pulls the blanket off the bed entirely, folds it, and places it on the table next to the stew. He pulls off Techno's shoes and socks and puts them near his coat.
They were also drenched with sweat, not to mention the smell--but it doesn't bother Phil all that much. He's smelled worse. He's frowns at the imprints on Techno's legs from the socks.
Phil loosens the rest of Techno's clothes. Techno seemed to were his tightest, least comfortable, most regal outfit to Doomsday.
Lucky for them both most of that was just accesories and pins, and Phil could easily remove those.
While Phil was doing this, Techno had been lying on his back, eyes closed. Though Techno tended to be stone-faced, Phil noticed the relief on Techno's face.
"How you feelin', Techno?"
"Philzaaa,"
"Yeah?"
Techno opens his eyes halfway, just enough to see Philza and the bottom of the bed.
"Do you have water?"
Phil procures a water bucket from his bag. "Thirsty mate?"
Techno looks at the water bucket and a small smile creeps over his face.
Phil smiles at his friend. He moves to the head of the bed and looped his arm and tattered wing around Techno and sits him up.
He holds the bucket up to Techno's mouth and tips it to his lips. Techno sips gratefully as the cool liquid pours over his hot, dry mouth and down his throat, cooling him from the inside.
"You've lost quite a bit of fluid, mate."
Techno lets some of the cold water slip out the sides of his mouth and drip down his face. His skin is boiling. The water dropelts running down his skin feel like heavenly beings allowing drops of mercy to fall upon him in the pit of hell.
Techno pulls back briefly to swallow and catch his breath and Phil rights the bucket. Techno leans in again for more water.
After drinking his fill, Techno leans back and wipes his mouth with his arm.
"All done, Techno?"
Techno swings his arms up knocks the bucket out of Phil's hand, dumping it on his head. The gush of water cools Techno, drenches the bed, and spills all over the room. Phil can't help but laugh. He picks up the bucket and scoops up the water source. He puts the bucket back in his bag.
"Had enough of the water?"
"Philza--I gotta be honest with you, Philza I haven't felt this good in weeks."
Phil laughs again even louder. The two friends are now in a good mood.
"Well now your stew is probably cold too." Phil tastes it. "Actually it's a bit warm still. Not too hot, either."
Techno scoots towards the wall and leans on it. He reaches for the bowl.
"Oh, no you don't."
"Phil, I'm a grown man-pig. I can hold a bowl."
"Maybe on a good day, Techno, but three minutes ago you couldn't sit up by yourself. No offense mate, but I don't think your arms have enough stamina right now. Now come on and eat."
Phil lifts the bowl to Techno's lips and lets him sip at his own pace. He pulls it back.
"How does it taste?"
"Pretty good but could maybe use a little salt."
"Eh, you probably need electrolytes as well after sweating through your clothes and drinking all that water."
Phil put the bowl on the downstairs counter.
Phil found salt in the downstairs chest and stirred it into the cauldron.
He heard the bowl fall to the floor behind him. It fell facedown and spilt on the floor.
Phil swore quietly.
He got a new bowl and more stew from the cauldron.
"How is it?" Techno inquired.
"Try for yourself," Phil said. He smiled as he held the bowl to Techno.
Techno looked at the bowl, then up at Phil. He took a sip.
Techno pulled back and looked at the bowl.
Phil thought he may have tainted the stew somehow. "Is it bad?" he started to say.
But he didn't quite get out anything after "Is" because Techno cut him off.
"It's delicious." Techno looked up at his friend. "Philza Minecraft, you should be a chef. This is the most wonderful thing I've ever tasted."
Phil chuckled. "All I did was add salt, what ya mean?"
"Phil, you have to sell this stew to the rest of the SMP. We could get rich!"
"Techno, I think the sickness may have gotten to your head a bit."
"Phil, I've never been more serious about anything in my entire life. We could be the the most powerful people on the server!"
"We already are. We just blew up a country. Down to bedrock."
"But we could get even more rich and powerful!"
"Well I'll be happy to listen after you eat. And rest. And bathe."
"I don't need to bathe."
"You're not getting out of it. You reek, mate."
"You can't judge me by the smell!"
"I'm not worried about the smell so much as what the smell tells me about your body. I don't know when the last time you washed was but it was definitely before Doomsday and I can't have you laying in your own sweat and filth for much longer. It's sh-t for your health, Techno."
"Philza--"
"Please just eat, Techno."
Techno leaned his head forward slightly and Phil pressed the bowl to Techno's lips.
Techno closed his eyes and savored the flavors. They were so pleasant, so soothing, so comforting. They reminded him of a time when he was safe and there was no betrayal. No war. No need for violence and bloodshed and destruction.
Phil, being a good Dadza friend, made sure that Techno ate an entire bowl. He brought Techno another bowl upon his request, of which he ate half, then left the other half bowl on the table in case Techno got hungry later.
After changing Techno's bed to clean, dry sheets and tucking his friend back into bed, he went downstairs to clean up the spill. He told Techno he would be back at sunrise to check on him. Though he might come earlier just in case. Sunrise was just the latest. Phil had decided that since Techno had gotten through the brunt of his hibernation and was now waking up sick, he should check on him at least twice a day.
Phil scrubbed the dried stew off the floor. He wondered what could've made Techno love it so much. Mere salt couldn't have made it so delicious, could it?
Phil finished cleaning the floor and the bowl and put everything away. As he was about to leave, he stopped. Eyes locked on the cauldron. There was something about it.
I can't leave that there, he reasoned. It will go to waste. If Techno like it, I can't let it waste or burn. I should freeze it outside.
Phil took out a bowl and knelt in front of the fire place. He scoop up big, full ladels into his bowl. Could it be that the soup was really that much better with something as basic as salt?
Phil dipped his finger in the bowl and sucked the stew off of it. He was instantly transported to his childhood. His mind played out feelings of safety, of healing, of comfort, of rest.
He heard his family laughing, remembered learning how to fly, the first time he soared high, feeling the wind beneath his wings. He remembered when Wilbur was born, holding the tiny baby in his arms, filled with love. "I'll always protect you. I'll always be there for you." When he met Techno, when he built the bee farm, and so on.
Phil was moved to tears. He felt loved. He felt like someone loved him no matter his flaws, his mistakes. Phil cried.
It was not out of pain but rather emotion. He wiped away his tears and drank the rest of the stew in his bowl, but it only caused more tears to stream down his face.
Techno was right.
Outside, watching through the window was the one who made the soup what it was. It wasn't Phil's salt.
He stood on his hind legs, paws pressed against the wall of the house.
He had been listening to the two friends talk, had been watching protectively as the wind ruffled his thick white fur.
He was Technoblade's guardian.
Soon he would be called Steve.
2ble this is literally amazing hello????
Humans are space orcs: Demi-Humans
So I've been reading a whole bunch of Humans are space orcs / Australians and the like. And I thought it's my turn to take a shot at it. There's one thing that people here didn't mention even once. (To my knowledge.)
As some of you may know, Japan has currently approved human-animal hybrid experiments. So it's possible that in the far future, human-animal hybrids or Demi-Humans would become a norm. Imagine how aliens would react to this. Take a bunny human for example:
My crew and I waited patiently for our new member to arrive. We were all excited. Some had even prepared a list of questions they wanted to ask them. Having a new member was, ofcourse, a joyous event. But this wasn't just any new crew member. It was a human.
The other humans from the public relations office had told me that the human we were getting in particular was 'special' and 'rare', and that we were very lucky to have someone like them. I did not quite understand why at first... But I soon came to realize why.
As we all waited inside the main deck of my ship, the door slid open. We all looked to see the human. An apex predator species from a class 6 deathworld was on our ship. The human was female and seemed to be the average height for one... But there were some distinct features that I immediately picked up on. Her skin, unlike other humans' was close to a pale white.. almost as if she was dead. The colour of her eyes was a bright pink that almost seemed luminescent, surrounded by a dark pink that then went to a normal white like all humans. I had read a human guidebook, but I did not recall humans having such detailed eyes. Especially ones that were pink in colour... Especially ones that had vertical lines for pupils. Her hair was white with a slight tint of pink. Again, I did not recall reading about this in the human guidebook. But the one detail that stood out the most from the human in front of us... were the two white antennas on top of her head. The antennas were wide and looked like they had fur on them. They seemed to be concave and hollowed out towards their base. The backside appeared to have thicker white fur, with a tint of pink, while the inside had thinner, pink coloured fur.
I set the oddities aside and approach the human. The rest of the crew follow behind me. “hmm.. is this Captain Xorlax’s ship?” The human quietly asks. Her tone of superiority sent a chill through my body I had never felt. I set that aside and stand firm. “Yes, I am Captain Xorlax of the ship Vonhuan. It is a pleasure to meet you.” I greet her and hold my hand out to her. Shaking hands was a welcoming gesture used by humans. She takes my hand and shakes gently. Her slender fingers were much longer than that of a normal human, I noticed. “My names Lirin, I’m glad to be working with you all from today onwards.”
She made an expression described by the handbook called a ‘smile’, which was the human’s way of being polite to one another. As she shook my hand, her predator eyes locked onto mine. There was an eerie dead presence within her eyes. The pink eyes with the vertical pupils gave off no form of emotion, and the stare from her eyes made my whole body freeze.. in fear. It sent a wave of fear through my whole body. It was then that I received a horrifying reminder... we were making friends with monsters.
I decide to not ask her about her appearance. Humans, especially the females, can be very easily offended when it comes to their appearance. I show the human to her quarters and leave her to set herself up. Some time passes, and we leave the space port. The human comes out of her quarters in clothing that exposed most of her pale white body. She mostly kept to herself, but she was trying to packbond with the crew like any normal human.
As time passed, the crew became comfortable with her and began asking her questions about humans like they initially intended to. Though they avoided the topic of her appearance all together. No one wanted an angry apex predator on their ship. I observed that the two antennas on her head were attached to her body, and were not a form of accessory. When called, the antennas would turn to the direction of the sound before the rest of her body did.
We arrived at a space port on a human colonial planet. The crew got off and we made our way to the main lounge of the port office. We waited for our engineer to order some parts that he needed to maintain the ship’s engines. Lirin sat down on a chair in the lounge and was minding her own business with her handheld. Since the office didn’t have chairs for none humans, we stood near her and waited. The other humans in their own seats were glancing at her, and it was obvious that they were even talking about her. She was definitely out of place even among humans.
So I assumed. A human male approached Lirin with a large sum of human currency in his hand. “E-excuse m-me.” The man called out to Lirin. He was making an expression described in the guidebook as nervous. “C-could you P-pyon..... for... me?” Pyon? What was pyon? I did not recall an action called ‘pyon’ in the guidebook. Lirin stood up and looked at the man. She smiled and clasped his hands. “Thank you for the money.. Pyon!” Lirin finished her sentence with the same phrase the man had asked her to say. She tightened her vocal chords and made a high pitched sound.
Whatever this was... it was of great significance. A human who was drinking a fluid sprayed out the contents in his mouth. Another human who was consuming a solid somehow got it stuck in his body, he was making shrill sounds of pain as he tried to remove it from his system. The man who had asked Lirin for the favour was leaking a red fluid from both of the two holes in the appendage on his face. I later came to know that the fluid was human blood and leaking it from their face was called a nosebleed.
Every human in the lounge was quiet and had their eyes trained on Lirin. More males approached her with sums of currency. “H-hey.. can I... touch... your ear?” One of the other males who approached her asked. Less ask and more like a plead. Lirin’s antennas bent down and faced the man. He hesitantly touched the antenna, and then began gently rubbing it. They were clearly finding some sort of pleasure from this.
My crew and I stood aside and watched as countless men came to Lirin with currency and even valuable items, in exchange to touch her antennas or here her make the sound. When we finally left, Lirin had a bag full of items and an astonishingly large sum of human currency. She seemed pleased to say the least.
"Lirin, what just happened?" I asked her warily. I needed answers, her appearance, the way everyone acted towards her.... was so unusual. "I mean... You saw didn't You? What's there to explain?" Lirin looked perplexed, almost as if she expected me to know.
I could not hold it anymore, I had to ask, offensive or not, I needed to know. "NO I DO NOT! I understand what I saw, they seemed to enjoy your presence and 'service', but WHY!? WHY!? Why do they enjoy it? Why do you have those antennas!? Why do you look different compared to everyone else!?" I blurted out all the questions that my crew and I had. I disregarded any form of formality and respect. If I offended her, it was her problem.
Lirin began making a rapid succession of sounds. I recalled to the guidebook, it was called laughter, or in Lirin's case, giggling, it was a sound humans made when they found something funny or enjoyable. Her laughter froze and she looked into my eyes, her vertical pupils grew thinner and seemed to grow longer, as if she focused her gaze on me, sending a cold chill of fear through mine and my crew's body. While I was able to hold myself back from making any sounds, some of my crew members could not. We all felt the same fear of a predator looking into us, as if she was ready to devour us. I regretted asking her.
Or so I thought. Lirin sighed. "Well... to put simply, I'm a subclass of the Demi-Human called bunny human. Since I'm a female, I'm a bunny girl." "Demi what?" I was not following a single bit of what she said. "I'm a human, like everyone else, but I'm a different kind of human. I'm a human-animal hybrid. It's not like I'm half human, half animal, most of my body us human, except for a few details, hence 'Demi'-Human. There are different kinds of Demi-Humans, I'm a bunny girl cause I have features of a bunny." "So you're not a different race?" I asked her, still unsure. "Yeah, I'm a human, it's just that my ears are huge and on top of my head, and my eyes and skin are slightly different."
Lirin, pulled on her antennas, which apparently were her ears, and showed them to me. "You probably didn't read about it in the guidebook cause we're pretty rare, there aren't many of us around, let alone once that venture into space. That's also why it's a big deal to most people." My crew and I had calmed down, almost as if a huge weight lifted off of us. We now understood.
"Also, stop getting scared whenever I make eye contact, I'm not gonna tear you all apart and feed you all to my fourteen children or anything." "W-WHAT! WHAT DO YOU MEAN!? YOU HAVE CHILDREN!? AND FOURTEEN OF THEM!?" "Hey! Hey! Calm down, I'm just joking." We all went back to the ship and went back into space, feeling just a little closer to Lirin.
I hope reading this was worthwhile. I'm not that good at writing stories, but I hope you get what I mean. Aliens would be really surprised to hear about different kinds of Humans. Feel free to add in your own Demi-Human type and make a story out of it!
Embracing N'Jada
Finding a middle name x The birth
From pay checks to business ventures. From reputation to marriage to death and beyond. Your name is what you keep. It follows you. It defines you. It sets you apart.
A serious conversation went forth to discuss the special girl who was scheduled to enter soon into the strange world called Earth. Erik and Charlie went back and forth, releasing and retracting middle names in search of one that would stick.
◇
"Hmmm," Charlie grunted, her eyes shut. Contractions. They were coming faster and lasting longer. Erik had already taken her hair out of her face and bunned it perfectly at the top of her head.
"6 minutes apart," Adisa counted. "Don't worry, we are all set. When you're three minutes apart we'll get started. The baby has dropped down, everything is on track. Try to relax."
"Breathe baby, you're doing well. You're good," Erik soothed, rubbing Charlie's shoulders. He knew her lower back was aching, but he'd already put a heating pad behind her.
"I'm good," Charlie sighed once the pain passed. "Vita brought up an important fact that I wanted to tell you about."
She was in her chair in N'Jada's nursery brainstorming middle names with Erik while thinking about all the photos she'd take and how her baby would look. Would she look like her? Would she look like Erik? Her arrival was near.
"...She pointed out the fact that N'Jada is a capricorn which means she is an earth sign. Not just any name will do. It can't be fluffy or airy or cheesy. It has to be sensible, earthy, solid, and durable."
"Bolanile," he blurted, humor leaking from his eyes as Charlie face twisted in horror. "What? It's a durable name that means.. the honor of this house."
"Ew," Charlie stared. "You're not naming MY child Bolanile." Although a sensible Capricorn would probably love it, Charlie wouldn't have it. Erik laughed his agreement and the names continued to fly.
◇
Phoenix was the clear winner for the day until Erik whispered in Charlie's ear in the living room to say he'd changed his mind. Charlie paused the movie.. The Fifth Element.
"Kingpin."
He looked in Charlie's eyes like he'd never been more certain.
"She gotta have strong name that lets people know not to fuck with her. I can see it now, Big Killmonger and Lil Kingpin."
Kingpin? KINGPIN? Him and his unique aquarius mind.
"You don't think that's a tad extra? To be honest I was thinking Sage. Sage cleanses and rids a space of bad energy. Sage heals and purifies. Imagine a girl who repels negative energy naturally and refreshes the room everytime she enters."
"And she don't need some nigga's weakass lil son to heal or complete her. She can heal herself and she's already whole."
"Exactly," Charlie jumped slapping him a high five before another contraction hit stealing her attention. She hunched over and Erik massaged her lower back trying to help. He knew she was in more pain than she showed. Adisa leaped forward from the chair she'd been in.
"Three minutes apart," Erik said watching Adisa nervously. He could feel Charlie's stomach getting hard like a basketball and relaxing as her eyes squeezed in pain. He had to be her voice.
"Let's take her to the birthing room," Adisa nodded for him to lift her. When he transported her and laid her down, his shirt was wet. Adisa noticed at the same time he looked.
"Amniotic fluid," she whispered to calm him. He didn't care about his shirt.
"Don't forget the epidural," he rushed.
"Don't worry Mr. Udaku, I assure you I do this all the time with 100% success."
◇
As the baby crowned, Erik was fascinated. He watched closely to make sure nothing went wrong. Flashbacks of Angel popped in his mind. He refused to let anything go wrong this time. It's why he'd hired the best medical team and set up a sterile room in the house with all of the essential equipment and medicines they'd need. No mistake would be tolerated. No racism fueled negligence. No chances for distaster.
"Big squeeze, Charlie, come on, push!" Adisa directed while her assistants stood at Charlie's sides wrapped up in their duties. Adisa's fingers were practically digging the baby out.
"We may need to make a small incision," one nurse comments.
"NO! No incision. Not yet if we don't need to. Erik, hold her ankle back. Charlie, we need you to push... turn her shoulders and move her head that could help for pressure... There we go, the contraction is coming. Charlie get ready."
Erik took his ankle holding job seriously looking back and forth between the head stretching Charlie's vagina and her face covered in sweat. "Hold on, Cha. I'm so proud of you. You're doing amazing, you hear me? You a CHAMP."
"It's here! Contraction! Use it to really bare down, push!" Adisa digs her finger around the baby's head stretching the opening. "You got it! Pushpushpush! You got it, push!"
Charlie's labored breaths fill the room.
"Dad, you okay?" One of the nurses notices his tense expression frozen in place.
"Don't worry about me, I'm great."
"She's coming! Deep breath, Charlie. Her heads almost out!"
Erik stares at the head in anticipation and finally it's out. He can see a small little heavenly face as it enters the world, facing his direction.
"Daka," Charlie calls gripping his attention. She saw his face change from tense worry to wide-eyed wonder. "What does she look like? Can you see her?"
"She's beautiful baby," he chuckles wiping his face on the side of her foot. He's completely focused on the baby as the body slips out.
Immediately the baby is place into Charlie's arms and her face freezes in the same state of awe that Erik's is still in. The sound of N'Jada's healthy cries fills the room.
They let Erik cut the umbilical cord.
They still had to clean and check out the baby and make sure Charlie was alright.
"Oh my God," Charlie whispered staring at her new daughter. "She looks like me!"
Erik kisses his teeth good-naturedly, a smile etched on his face as he lifts the infant into his own arms, walking off on his own. "She looks like me. This dada's lil monster."
"Mommy's monster," Charlie quipped, not backing down.
"She looks like BOTH of you," Adisa comments quelling the debate.
"So.. what's that mean, we compromise? What about the middle name? Do we compromise on that too? Our baby gonna have a long ass name."
"Excuse you? She's got about as many names as you Erik N'Jadaka Killmonger Stevens-Udaku," Charlie fired.
He grinned, his cheeks glowing. He liked that, he wasn't slick.
"Well... That's cuz she DADA's baby."
"Erik, gimme my child," Charlie demanded shaking her head when he stuck his tongue out in response. He was already trying to be the favorite.
Kink thing: a/b/o I'm a suckered for this *blush*
KINKSAME or KINKSHAME
Why not kick it off with Chimchim and a different take on the whole A/B/O thingy
HeatRating: F/SPair: Jimin x reader
You'dknown for a few days now. It was probably the span of yourrelationship. Knowing someone for so long, had you in tune with themat some point. Even with people spouting nonsense about a “magicalbond between mates”. There was just hard evidence of pheromones andhormones, crossed with knowledge. You knew someone well enough toread their little signs, picking them up without really looking forthem. While your body's biological reaction to theirs did the rest.So when you woke up a few days ago, with the scent of your “mate”in the air, you'd known. A big reluctance to the word “mate” wasevident in how you addressed him. Never speaking of him as your“mate” or “soulmate” or even “bondmate” you rather said“boyfriend” or “significant other”. Most of the time you justsaid his name and introduced him as such. If he wished to let peopleknow you were together he would. After all he could think and talklike any other person. That whole Alpha, Beta, Omega system didn'tsit well with you anyway. As if you were someone's property and theywere yours.
Whenyou'd known about his heat approaching – one of the few things youdid accept as what they were referred to – you'd taken days off.Your boss already knowing why. She was a smart woman, a businesswoman, but also a warm and soft human being. Even though shepreferred to call her significant other “mate”, she didn't judgeyou for the dislike of the word. She never chastised you, when yourefused to talk about your boyfriend. People believing they could askor say whatever they wanted. If it was between bonded Alphas. Likeyou wanted to tell them the most intimate part between you and him.Just to compare or to brag with it. More often than not customers hadwanted to talk to your boss about your behavior. But were met withreasonable response and a quick repartee from your boss. And youdidn't do bad at your job, you were great it. Aside from the meetingswith customers where you had to meet them, you were dandy.
Youclosed your laptop and packed it into the bag. Making sure thateverything is turned off and your workstation is clean, you leave theroom. Locking it with the keycard the company had handed you yearsago. Almost bumping into your boss' boyfriend on your way down thehallway. He was holding a bag of what smelled like fried chicken.Another bag of drinks in his other hand. He smiled at you, when youbarely sidestepped him. “____-ssi” he smiled at you. The two ofyou were of the same age. Your status would have put you higher thanhim, but you'd made clear from the beginning that you didn't care.Still remembering his relieved smile at that. “Hyunsik-ssi... I'msorry... I was in a rush” you gave him a small smile back. Usuallynot the smiling – small talk person. “Ah, then I don't want tohold you off” he said it with a hint of amusement in his eyes. Thattold you, he didn't take it bad, that you didn't want to stick aroundfor a bit of conversation. Thanking him, the two of you parted.Hurrying to get to your car and make a quick stop at one of the stillopen 7eleven.
Thereis no surprise when the apartment looks empty, upon your entry. You'dthought you had at least one or two more days. But depending onstress levels and other influences heats could hit earlier or later.In this case earlier. It did not prompt you to hurry, rip yourclothes off and run to the bedroom. You simply walked to the kitchen,put away the things you'd bought. Except for painkillers, a bottle ofwater and a bag of croissants, which you kept in a plastic bag. Youthen proceeded to slip off your jacket and throw it over the couch.He would later scold you, about not using the coat rack in thehallway. Or having just left your shoes at the entrance. Keys howeverwere put in the small decorative plate at the hallways sideboard.You'd misplaced your keys too often, to chance it with disregardingthat safety plate. Picking up the plastic bag again, you walked overto the bed room. The closer you got, the clearer it was that theapartment wasn't empty. When door closed, the room was soundproof.Courtesy of his close friend Kim Seokjin who was an architect and hadconstructed the apartment building and apartments you were living in.But the door wasn't closed, just slightly opened. A silent invitationfor you to enter the room.
“I'mback” you said, though it was unnecessary. He'd probably smelledyou in the parking lot already. 'Slightly' exaggerated, human sensescouldn't reach that far. The plastic bag was left at the dressingtable. Taking off your earrings, you looked into the mirror. Placedperfectly to allow you to see him. On the bed, rutting against yourpillow. “I hate this project... I mean the idea is great and thefootage too! But all those extra wishes.... I am sure one of theVFX-guys is gonna hang himself...” he whined in response. You tookoff your bracelet next and your rings. There was no need to haveanything on you, that could hurt him. While heats weren't as extremeas many people depicted them in fiction and the News. It was stillbetter to be cautious. Another frustrated whine reached your ears.The pillow leaving a thump like noise behind, as it hit the floor.The blanket pushed to the end of the bed, just to have his naked bodyon display. Such a show off.
Yourhair tied at the nape of your neck, you reached back to unhook yournecklace. Checking in the mirror now for your own reflection. Everypiece on jewelry was taken off, you hadn't bothered with makeup andyour hair tied out of the way. What was left, was to take yourclothes off and join him. “Do you want me to take them off?” youturned your head over your shoulder, to look at him. His head waspropped up on the pillow, one arm thrown across his eyes. While theother was stretched down, hand curled around his erection. “Yeah...I... not really ...” he took a few shaky breaths. There was no needfor any more words, you knew he wasn't in the mood. Slipping out ofyour clothes and throwing them – like your coat before – on topof the next best furniture at hand. Your dressing table. He made anannoyed noise, at the sound of it slipping to the floor, taking somethings with it. Nothing seemed broken though, so you would botherlater in picking things up. Instead you walked over to the bed andpushed his hand away. “Foreplay?” you asked next. He shook hishead, waiting for you to get to it. Heats were so boring.
You'dbe lying if you said it left you untouched. That you didn't feelanything in the whole heat situation. You did feel arousal and youdid enjoy it. But sex was best, when both of you were clear headed.When one could enjoy every single touch, knowing the other is too.This was a chore for him at the moment. His body telling him heneeded it, pushing him to reproduce to keep his gene pool going. Whenthis would be over, he'd be able to explain it in full depth. Thebeautiful soft and kindhearted doctor, that was your boyfriend. Butat the moment, his hands were holding onto your hips. His fingersdigging into your skin, surely leaving bruises behind. His hipsmeeting yours over and over again, as he pounded into you. Breathymoans and groans leaving his lips. Of course accompanied by your own.A particular twisted thrust of his hips, had you pushed forward. Yourhand slamming next to his head on the mattress. As your body wasflung a little forward. He was still holding onto you, keeping youfrom leaving him any unnecessary millimeter.
Hismoan ended in a high pitch, which he would deny afterwards. Your ownorgasm yet to come. However it was alright with you. This wholesituation wasn't about you getting off and you did not blame him fornot right away thinking of it. While heats didn't turn Omegas intothose mindless sextoys people wrote about. They did tend to be a bitslower at the perceiving end. Just as that thought had formed, hishand snaked between your bodies and worked on your neglected clit.There wasn't much stimuli needed, after the pounding you'd gotten.Well aimed fingers and a few more seconds, before you toppled over.Your head resting on his chest, as your body twitched with the bitsof orgasm that he worked you through. Pulling out of you, once he wastoo sensitive and knew you were too. In a few minutes his heat wouldpump blood back into his member and pheromones would cloud his mind.But for now the two of you laid on top of one another. His cumleaking out and down your leg. Some of it dripping onto his legunderneath you. You'd wash up later.
“Theycould have solved it with some good SFX work...” his clean hand ranthrough your hair. “Right? I told them, the same....” you rolledyour eyes in remembrance of that conversation. Moving a little so youcould look at him, you saw him smile at you, his eyes almostvanishing into crescents. “Change positions?” he asked you, younodded. Pushing yourself off of him and let him slip from underneathyou. Once he was kneeling above you, your legs placed over each ofhis thick thighs, he leaned down to kiss you. “I love you...” hisfull lips came down to steal a kiss. “Love you too, Chimchim....”he smiled. You had a max of another minute or two, before he'd wantto go again. “My rut is in a week... just so you can ask Tae tochange shifts?” the angelic smile was exchanged for a cheeky smirk.“Already did” he bit down on his lower plush lip. Handsslithering down from your stomach to your thighs. With a quick andfluid motion – which you expected from him, damn that hobby dancer– he was back inside. A groan pressed into the flesh of yourbreast. Using that opportunity to kiss down and over your nipple.Till he reached the underside of your boob. His fingers pressing backinto your flesh, no doubt creating more bruises. His hips werethrusting into you with a rhythm, of someone chasing his prey or afresh drop of water in a desert. But the frown formed by his drawntogether brows, signaled that something was off.
Youdidn't need to ask what it was, could think already what it was. Nowthat his mind was a little more in heat, than it was before. Hadalready gotten a taste of their Alpha, his inner Omega was asking formore. Usually someone to hate labels like that, there was no denyinghim what he wanted in that situation. Once again reminding yourself,that this wasn't about you. This was about Jimin. Beautiful andcaring Jimin, who went with the weirdest requests you'd ever voicedin face of your own rut. You reached up with your hand and pulled athis hair. Just enough to yank his head back a little. Enough forcefor it to be called force, not enough to be borderline painful. “Doyou want to come ChimChim?” he was blushing to the roots of hiscurrently dyed silver hair. “Please...” he moaned. As if you wereholding him back from chasing his orgasm. It wasn't you. As much asit was his hormones playing tricks in his nervous system. Orsomething along those lines. He was the biology nerd, you were thecomputer nerd. (Who still refused to let Jeongguk know about thenewest version of Overwatch). “Please what?” you demanded. Yourhand pulling a little more on his hair, still not enough to hurt him.Just a little tighter than before. “Please Alpha....” you cringedinwardly. But kept up the little game his Omega needed. “Thencome....” he thrust a few more times into you, this timeremembering to pay attention to your own needs as well. Alwaysamazing you with his thoughtful actions. He came once more, youquickly following.
Hisbody coming to rest on top of you. He'd be mindful to not squash you,if he weren't tired and drained. In an hour or two he'd go again, butfor now he was sated. “'M sorry...” he murmured against yourneck, pressing a kiss to the skin. “It's fine... I don't mind”you kissed the top of his head. Hand running over the back of hishead, to his neck and back up. “I missed you... last week wascrazy” it was muffled from his lips against your skin. But youstill heard him. “You had a lot of shifts... at least you'regetting time off now...” he giggled at the double implication. Yourolled your eyes in response. “I rather spend it with our kind ofsex...” you couldn't agree more. “We'll have plenty of that... myrut is far shorter than your heat. And we always take a few days moreoff” it was a tiny secret between both of you. Just to ensure you'dhave some you time with ruts, heats and pushy friends. While work wasdemanding attention at various degrees. “Kookie still wants toknow...” you sighed. “He'd have better luck sucking my dick”Jimin made a small growling sound. “You don't have one”, yourturn now to chuckle. “Point made” he sat up to look at you. “Whatdo you think of Jin-hyung and Namjoon-hyung's proposal?” he asked.
Asecond or two passed between both of you in silence. Contemplatinghis question, you drew a blank. “I don't care much? I mean Joonieis a grand gestures kind of guy? He loves Jinnie... but he also lovesthe big and flashy... his fashion speaks for itself... Then againJinnie likes it big and beautiful as well...” you shrugged yourshoulders. “We could be naked in bed and it would be the best. Wecould be at the Eiffel tower, with a life band playing and it wouldbe the best. It's... you?” he looked at you. Not saying anythingbut just looking at you. “Like now... we're butt naked... you're inheat. We have this few minutes, or maybe an hour of clarity. We talkand... I never felt more connected to you than ever. Not because yourdick is inside of me” you sent him a knowing look, before he couldcomment. “It's because I know where we stand in the relationship.We know the good and the bad about one another... whatever comes wetake it and we work with it... We're a team, partners... lovers...We're the package deal to me” you shrugged your shoulders. Insteadof another reply he bent down. His hands holding onto your face andlips smashed against your own. His tongue demanding entrance. Despitethe clear roles nature has given each of you. Both of you just dowhat you want. He wants to kiss the air out of your lungs. You wanthim to hold you. Things are just that easy sometimes. When he lets goof you, your cheeks are flushed. His lips are kiss swollen and hischest is moving in deep breaths. Another moment of silence passes,then the words are out of his lips. “Marry me, _____” you chuckleat his words. But link your fingers with his and reply with a“Alright” he knows it's your way of saying yes. He knows, whenyou flip him over and begin to kiss his cheeks, his neck, his throatand down his chest. He knows.
