This artwork depicts the consumption of energy that has been overused throughout the entire World. The glove symbolises a hand that is trying to put much effort to save the EARTH. The electric fan blade juxtaposes as to how the turbine is utilised to generate electricity, so that we are not living in total darkness. There is still hope of light. LAST DAY..!!! Art Of The Day: "Climate Crisis" 46cm x 61cm Unframed Dimensions Variable 2022 - White Board, Canvas Paper, Palm Tree Husk, Transparent Plastic, Wall Filler, Plastic Chain, Enamel. What's the artwork about? It juxtaposes the global unprecedented climate change. The tropical equatorial region has become scorching hot. Subsequently, causing the cold hemisphere to melt even faster. Especially so, in the Artics. Thus, it causes overflowing of rivers and ends up in floods. Simultaneously, a reversal of climate conditions in temperate regions to experience cold weather. The "chain" signifies the border in its geographical sense. It serves to segregate the region into different parts, as a result of climate change. The transparent plastic represents the melting effects of the frozen ice due to global warming. Thus, it causes the depletion of the ozone layers. Nature could be extremely beautiful and nice, but at the same time, it could also be malicious and nasty.
