god i just realized. cuz the bellum x linebeck fic takes place in a light au and therefore the events of (and around) ph didn’t happen so if i plan this out right i could actually write linebeck’s brother as a character and not some vague backstory figure

#yeah i hc he has/had an older brother and i surprisingly do not use him often in aus #hes dead in most of them but present in…… space au gimmick au prrrrobably the modern aus #i could give him a role in the murder mystery one and hes def alive in ruined hyrule 1 #wether or not hes alive in dark mage au depends on if i mentioned him or not in the ganonbeck fic #salty talks #he could have some real potential in this au since he’d be like. 28. thats 8 years older than when he ‘canonically’ dies #idk ive been playing with the idea of him being engaged or smth. maybe he has a gf. he isnt straight i do need to figure that out #but hes living a normal life with a partner and gets a quick visit from his brother like heyy its been a while how are you?#not knowing his wayward little brother is effectively fucking the kraken this time around. or maybe he finds out idk #he n linebeck are close they have to be #im iffy on his brother’s name? for years it’s just been nick but ive considered extending it to smth like. nikoli. thats a company #i wanna stick with amth like nick bc thars what its been for YEARS but i gotta add a little twist to it its too normal #damien is normal but its juuuust fantasy enough if that makes sense. nick is so. normal he needs a weird full name #in the end he’s going to be called nick casually
