I know that the number on the scale is not the most important thing but I am delighted that I have managed to get under 70 kg at the age of 42 and after struggling for 10 years. I have also managed to get muy body fat under 20% while keeping a good muscle mass. Even in my 20's I wasn't as lean as now. The programme that my coach Calin gave me really works. It has allowed me to lose both bodyweight and body fat while sculpting my all body. I never thought I would be able to transform my body that much in 6 months. Looking forward to seeing what I look like for my competition in 8 weeks. A big thank you to my coach Calin for being a great mentor and providing me with a very effective programme, my girls @ingrid_steve @liligymfreak @digitalizemenow. I am so lucky to have such amazing friends. This is my progress after 19 weeks of hard work. I have 20 more weeks to get ready for the next show in October. Plenty of time to keep on improving and lose more body fat especially off my tighs and hips. I am 18 kg lighter since January which is a total weight loss of 40 kg - 88 lbs since March 2015.
