regarding that last post on apologies bc i already had too many tags on it and i dont wanna bother OP with a reblog reply. but it’s important to get zen with the fact that sometimes, as a person, you are going to hurt someone else unintentionally. and whether you have an opportunity to explain yourself or not isn’t necessarily actually going to mitigate the fact they were hurt. sometimes it’s just you trying to take control of a situation so YOU feel better about it rather than addressing what the person you wronged actually needs in that scenario, even if it comes after a sincere apology. and if it’s coming before the apology it probably is not going to help the way you want it to. 

does it go against every instinct not to spend 20 minutes explaining your side so they know you didn’t mean it and forgive you? absolutely. but it just makes the situation about you & your feelings again. so sometimes you need to swallow the discomfort and deal with it and just tell yourself you’ll do better next time without making it someone else’s problem too.

it isnt until ur reaching for a ledge and some webbing shoots out of ur arm (from a glitchy little spot on ur arm, where it could be coming out of ur skin, but sometimes its a blue and red bracelet)

it latched onto the nearest building, and thats how u find out u can grapple ur way, literally Spiderman style, out of the harbor

and u get some tools to help fashion just a little shelter, bc u dont have any money/mora rn, and ur able to literally build a house???

You used to think being with Neteyam would mean being at constant peace, you would never have to worry about him being reckless; never worry about him not coming back to you.

Things changed when lo’ak turned 13, something rebellious went off inside him and he was determined to involve his older brother in his shenanigans, his shenanigans that, mind you, were sometimes extremely risky.

Lo’ak was reckless, didn’t think things through , resulting in Neteyam being attached to his hip.

You loved to see their brotherhood, but sometimes you worry for their well being, especially neteyam. He likes to take responsibility, thinks he’s tough and can take it all. And now you’re here with Tuk and Kiri, making casual conversation and pretending your stomach isn’t doing backflips, hoping the Sully’s make it home safe, especially the one dearest to your heart.

You’re starting to forget how many times you’ve bought up your concerns regarding neteyam’s safety. It’s never gotten too far though, you don’t like bringing up anything related to death, afraid you’ll jinx it. Neteyam lets you voice your concerns but usually brushes past it fairly quick, mentioning how these are his duties as future Olo’eyktan.

It makes you wonder, out of all the things you worry about, it was never a matter of Neteyam being unfaithful, you trusted that boy with your life and wore your heart on your sleeve.

Your thoughts are interrupted when you hear Jake’s distant voice , not realizing how you zoned out, you get up hastily and make your way through the cave system the omaticaya people found sanctuary in after the destruction of the hometree.

Your heart pounds loudly in your chest, almost making you sick from how long you awaited Neteyam’s arrival, you catch a glimpse of the boy getting scolded by his father, you know they did something reckless by his condition and how ashamed he looks, your face scrunches up as your eyes scan over Neteyam’s body, cuts and bruises littered everywhere.

“go on get patched up, you’re dismissed” Jake looks away and you hold back a grin, because you just know lo’ak’s gonna get told off for that war paint on his face.

You scramble your feet and speedwalk to Neteyam, his head hanging low slowly rises on the sound of your arrival. “Ma Neteyam” . Your voice is hushed, breathy, like you just released a breath you didn’t know you were holding. Your hand travels up to his face, your eyebrows furrow at the gash on his cheekbone “great mother” you whisper and meet his eyes, they look at you worried.

“y/n” his hand shoots up to hold your wrist in place, he lets out a low hiss as your thumb makes contact with the bruise on his cheek

“Mawey. What did you do nete, you were supposed to be a spotter” he shakes his head as if disappointed in himself, unable to hold back, he slides his hands around your waist and captures you in a tight embrace, his nose tickling your neck, your hand that once lied on his cheek , now goes to hold his head in place as he melts within your arms.

sensing the intimacy, Mo’at looks at Kiri knowingly and urges her to take Tuk and give you both a moment of privacy. “what’s wrong neteyam” you ask sweetly after a moment of silence, hoping anything you do lessens the burdens of the boy in your arms

“missed you” your arms now around Neteyam’s neck, having him as close as possible

“did you almost die? you’re making it seem like you did” you warily chuckle at the boy’s seriousness and decided to lighten up his mood, you feel his smile against your shoulder and let out a grin yourself.

“not funny” he groans, the wound on his cheek stinging from the stretch of his smile

“i know, i know, i would be so lost if you left nete” your voice now softer, Neteyam pulls back from your embrace to look at you, hand’s still on your waist

“baby, look at me” you meet his gaze, jittery at the nickname he calls you

“i promise you, every time i go out there , i leave behind a piece of my heart with you, and i’ll always come back, always, to see you holding on to it, you are my motivation, i come back because i want you, because…” he brings his forehead to yours and inhales your scent “because i love you so much”

Every single word he says, makes you feel some type of way. Your eyes widen, pupils dilate at the confession, you grab his hand and interlock it with yours “i see you, neteyam”

his lips twitch slightly, happy you accept him as yours, his gaze drops down to your lips once, back up to your eyes, drops twice, and back at your eyes again, hoping so desperately you get the hint that he wants to kiss you, so bad.

you grin and move forward, you whisper “you’re cute” , attaching your lips to his soft ones, and oh it’s so perfect, your hands go behind his neck as his go around your waist to bring you closer, he cranes his neck to deepen the kiss and you pull away to breathe, his lips chasing yours as he captures you yet again in a gentle peck

“ew bro” you hear lo’ak’s voice complain, you whine, embarrassed that you were caught, your face now hiding in your lovers neck, too afraid to show your embarrassingly shy facial expression

would stream with silverwolf and gets a bit annoyed whenever she beats his ass whenever they play together. sometimes they meet up and also play horror games together. blade has a straight face but is actually terrified that he screams “fuck!?!!?” while silverwolf stares at him with a straightface like it wasnt even that scary -_-

anyways, moving in and discovering he was your roommate was interesting. he wasnt really shy… just awkward, and may come off a bit condescending and mean but if only you could see his red ears whenever he interacts with you. at first you were wary of him whether or not he would do his own share of chores so you nag at him multiple times. spoiler alert: he does do his part<3 this is where you both start interacting more by playfully being sarcastic at each other.

“tsk you know i do chores when youre not around… you gotta trust me more will ya?”

it was a rough start getting to know him as a roommate since he is always in his room when youre around or when he goes out a lot whether to the gym (which you find yourself staring at his figure or analyzing it behind his baggy shirt) or to hang out with his friends, he comes home late. but a sweet gesture he does is when you wake up in the morning, you see a bunch of food or take out on the counter as a thank you for cooking and leaving some for him.

he finallt brought his friends around (silverwolf and kafka!) and they introduce themselves to you while they nudge blade teasingly. like how could he hide his precious roommate from them. thats when they started asking you questions while blade’s ears are perked.

“so dear are you single? what do you like and dislike? to think bladie wouldnt even talk to his dear roommate… dont make them feel lonely blade ‘kay?”

“yea… i am whyd you ask? and i like ___ and dislike ___. and oh im fine!”

after that interaction, blade is a bit more talkative to you now but still a bit closed off. thats when you questioned him about the noise he makes and asks if he streams. he embarrassingly said yes while he continues to answer your questions begrudgingly.

you tend to text to your friends about him and march 7th starts teasing you to no end. dan heng kinda warns you about him but would support you to no end… just dont get in blade’s bad side. stelle or caelus would purposely create scenarios where you have to talk to blade since they have a lot of classes with him.

one time you were going home after seeing your friends until you came home to see he was making a meal for himself, shirtless. in which he blushes deep red but shrugs it off as he smirks. you were surprised and actually squeaked, telling him to put a shirt on.

“put some clothes on damn it.”

“well stop looking its really that simple.”

since your friends, you, blade and his friends came to the conclusion you both like each other, do you actually confess? no but obviously you both are stubborn and would rather deal with the sexual loving tension. roommates who decided to do grocery shopping together one day. to go out and maybe look for a pet. roommates who sometimes rant to each other about deep personal stuff. working out together. following each other on social medias. wt this point march 7th and kafka is practically screaming at u and blade’s face to confess.

that was until you were knocking at his door and he wasnt there since you already brought him his food. you came in his room for the first time to see his stream was on and people were wondering who are you. looking around his space, you found some of the little gifts you gave him and saw his phone glow up to a silly cute picture of you that you sent. making you feel flustered bc goddamn it you just needed to hand him his food.

dam im back again guys i just been taking it east both my laptops r broken the good one and the old shitty onee so i havent been tumblring much . psycosis was the most terriffying experience of my life , and i still cant figure out wat was real and wat wasnt , but the main point is that it doesnt matter and wat matters is just takin care of myself and not letting that happen again . tbh my friends said oh we knew this was coming one day which kinda made me feel bad lol but at the same time like wat do u expect ? u can only get away w that type of sleep deprivation n constnat inebriation and completely ignoring ur mental illness for so long . im doing cbt books now and im refusing to see anything but the love and light in every situation , cause like , u kno j, as they say ,, where we dwell in consciousness is truly where we dwell in life . its just been kinda hard and strange and bad and i feel like i have to like , superstitiously take plan b now wheras before i knew i would be fine . or no i didnt i mean before i would let myself have that as a worry in the back of my mind but now i have to superstitiously take precautaions . i kno that can b its own type of ocd and im doin counciling for that . its all just been really stressful and terrifying .... iwanna tell about the experiecne but i dont wanna like , u kno , spread bullshit around or pay attention to it when its bullshit . some parts were so good and beautiful , but some parts were so terrifying . i really thought i was bein taken to hell , and then i really thought like , i was so convinced i kill:ed myeslf and hurt my mom in that way i promsised myself i would neverr ever hurt her . that wasnt real tho but it felt absolutely so real :((( , i think how many years i would read ghost stories online and that felt like searching for something divine more than bein raised w my lack of god or watever , anyways , yeah im not gunna dwell on everything but basically im doing a lot better , i can tell the full story once im far away from it . ive felt so strongly sometimes like , i wish i could go back , to the world i lived in for the majority of my life where theres nothing that can get me or make me do bad things . and i can , i can i can i can itll just take awhile to get to the mental place where i can plainly see it was all or mostly bullshit / hallucination . brutal summer to be hoenst for tthis gal , oh well , anyways , sending u all all my love . life is scary and life is crazy and its still just all a big mystery , no matter what anyone says , and itll b okay , and i think i'll getta see all the people i love again just in a different way . eternal love , unconditional love , undying love ..... yes those three are the theme of the day...... anyways ok everyone have a lovely evening, its precious beautiful august . summer means so much to me , being where im from , and ive just had to like barely barelyy survive it this year , idk . or i alwayss said Every Single Summer I Feel Like I Was Born Again but this year i really really know wat that feels like , just in the snese of im gunna take my mental problems seriously now , instead of ignore them like my whole entire life . A couple of yall asked for the booty routine so here u go, shawty <3

Ik this looks like a lot, but trust, bae, it’s important. I felt like if ima talk abt my routine, might as well talk a lil bit abt food too since both work as a team.

[First, let me say that I am by no means a professional. This is something I've learned and acquired through self-research, as well as having two siblings, one who is a bodybuilder and the other who is a personal trainer. Also, the gym is a safe n fun space for everyone:) Work out because you want to, not bc you think you need to look a certain way <3]

Here's my Split: I added my upper body days as well in case yall wanted to kno <3

Monday: Glutes + quads

Tuesday: Back + Biceps

Wednesday: Glutes + Hamstrings

Thursday: Chest + Tricep

Friday: Full Body

Saturday + Sunday: Active rest!!! (Could be running, walking, bicycling, etc., whatever is fun to do! My personal fav is the stair master for an hr or Running for 3 miles, but you do whatever you can. Listen to your body.)

In addition, I do cardio after each sesh on the weekdays. For me, that's running for like 2 miles or so, depends how I'm feeling, but you do whatever cardio you'd like! A good start could simply be inclined walking!

Also, pls pls pls remember rest days are VITALLL. If u want to grow that booty (which is something the couple of you specifically mentioned), those rest days are important bc this is the period when those muscles are actually repairing themselves from the workout, resulting in growth!!! A huge misconception is that “the muscles grow during the workout”… no. Ur actually tearin up those puppies, so that’s what rest days r for! Both rest + protein contribute to ur muscle repair + growth (I’ll talk abt protein intake later). Naturally, I like to rest Sat n Sun, but it could be any 2-3 days of the week. Sometimes, I be usin that Fri full-body sesh as a rest day too so liiiike... if u need to, please do (especially during periods uuuuugh).

As for specific Workouts, I'll list em here. These r for the booty ;)

Hip thrusts, booty + hamstrings

Romanian dead lift, booty + hammies

Goblet Squat, quad destroyer

Hip abductions, booty burner, omfg

Leg press, depends on footing. Higher on platform works hammies n booty, lower works quads.

Weighted Squats, the whole damn leg.

Body weight squats OR lunges (good for warm-ups)

Leg curl, hammies

Leg extension, quads

Bulgarian split squat, booty n whole leg

I do 4 sets of 12 <3

(ALMOST FORGOT, I TARGET FOR 5-6 DIFF EXERCISE FOR EACH WORKOUT)

Nutrition plays a huuuge part as well, but I'll only talk very lil abt it since ion know yall's specific needs<3

Generally, if u want growth, just take ur current weight and put that in grams, for example = 170 lbs. -> 170 g of protein each day. Now, taking in the amount of protein u need can be hard at first, so just for the beginning, just try to at least get close to it then work ur way up. Foods high in protein that I like are Greek Yogurt, Chicken, Lean Ground Beef, Salmon, and snackies such as protein bars (avocado is like the holy grail for a phat booty just sayin. It's not protein, but it's the healthiest source of fat there is!). As for other groups (fat n carbs) don’t be so strict, bae… just use your portions. No need to restrict urself from ANY food bc no food is “bad”. I can talk allllll day abt this one but ima just shut up for now lmao.

PHEW, honestly, don't mention the gym around me cuz I will not shut up. Ima gym rat at heart so like I could literally keep writing abt this but bc literally, like, 3 ppl asked for this, Ima just wrap up here <3
