Oh absolutely! Sorry if howdy is ooc, (out of character) I'm abit rusty, I haven't written anything in a good while :)

Let's say after you came into town, wally gave you a tour and introduced you to everyone.

Howdy is kind fellow, probably always doing something in his shop (I think its a shop..)

Howdy is more then happy to help you out with anything, be it huge boxes, furniture, getting utensils in the right place, etc

Howdy is pretty organised and with his multiple legs & arms, he can be both fast and helpful.

Nicknames!

He may call you newbie but in an endearing way!

Please come by his shop often, he really likes seeing you!

Howdy WILL invite you to anything, (if the other person is okay with it)

Howdy likes seeing you smile, it makes him feel happy when you are fitting right in!

No matter how introverted or extroverted you are, howdy will always invite you to hang outs

howdy will always be there for you,

Howdy would probably give you secret discounts ( and stuff like "buy one get 5 free")

Wally Draling: *Holding a love letter but is too damn short to reach you*

Cute Scenario:

I don’t know but the idea of Wally falling in love with somebody who has trouble showing emotions without getting flustered is so cute to me.

Like Wally could be just smiling staring at them and then all of a sudden, let’s call them Neighbor, Neighbor is all like “Stop that.”

And confused, as well as worried, Wally is like stop what, only for Neighbor to be all blushy and flustered saying “stop staring at me.”

I also think Wally is very chill but not stupid so he’ll catch on very quickly on why they’re flustered and he’ll just be like “I don’t know what your talking about.”

So then Neighbor has to elaborate but the more they explain the more flustered they get and Wally’s just watching all amused.

And this will go on until Wally feels bad and then he’ll apologize but the Neighbor is already annoyed, in a friendly way, and so now Wally has to apologize.

But the way Wally apologizes doesn’t make it better because he puts his face on the Neighbor’s shoulder and then looks up at them with doe like eyes while saying sorry in a cutesy voice.

Which in turn will make the Neighbor more flustered and even worse hide their face in their hands, to the amusement of Wally.

Oooh, these'll be different from other headcanons I've seen!

Wally Darling flustered!!

So, despite what everyone else writes... He doesn't get flustered easily. Flirt with him and he'll take it as a compliment, compliment him and he'll... Take it as a compliment!

What really gets him flustered? Kisses!

Kiss where his nose is meant to be and he'll pile on the floor-

Give a lil' kiss to the top of his hair and he'll literally find it so cute!

Kiss his hand or fingers and he's like :O

But kiss his cheek and this man with be over the moon! He finds cheek kissing the cutest and most intimate and just loveliest thing!

Blowing kisses doesn't work, though, he's learned that already!

Giving gifts may or may not work! But if you make your intentions obvious enough... He still might not get it-

Give him a red paper heart and he's like "aww, so cute!"

But once you get any romantic intentions through his little pea brain, he'll start to catch on and get more flustered.

Grab his hand and he'll blush a bit and keep on with his convo

Pull him onto your lap and he'll stop talking altogether for a moment

Once he realizes that you mean this in a non-platonic way... He'll start looking at the small things.

Even smaller when you're alone.

He'll notice what hand you draw with and give it a kiss, and you're reaction is so cute that now HE'S flustered!

Onto a more story like thing-

With a kiss on the head as you gently hold his face in your hands, the two of you alone after a fun day and you're off to go to your home...

And slowly, hesitantly letting go of his face, you'd be shocked to find that he'd grab your hands quickly, looking up at you with pupils blown wide.

"Please." He wouldn't speak further, but you understand what he meant.

And so you'd gently hold his face again, leaning down and peppering many little kisses on his face! Oh this poor boy is so flustered!

But he's laughing, and trying his best to return them in the most puppet way possible! It's little bonks of his face on yours, but it's still sweet enough for both of your hearts to be soaring!

Howdy whistles contently to himself while organizing the shelves of his store. His work is cut short by the familiar jingle of the bell at the entrance, alerting him of your presence.  “Howdy, neighbor, welcome to my bodega! Anything you need, I got it for ya. How can I be of service?” Howdy greets you with a warm smile as you step inside.

You walk up to the front counter and clear your throat. “I know this is not what you're currently selling, but…” Howdy's big, buggy eyes twinkled, “What is it? I can get it in stock in a jiffy, if you'd like!” You awkwardly press your lips into a thin line and exclaim, “It's not a product.” 

“Oh?” He pauses. “Then what is it?” He asks slowly, the gentle baritone of his voice flowing through your eardrums. His eyebrows furrow and antennae shuffle with worry. You snicker and wave your hand dismissively, “Hey, don't give me that look! I wanted a hug!”

The frown on his fluffy face soon molded into a bright smile. "Oh, then why didn't ya just say that, lovebug?" He rushes over from behind the counter and swoops you off your feet. Howdy's lower pair of arms kept you up as he wraps his upper pair around your waist. He gently squeezes you close. "You're the cutest, (Name)!" The two of you giggle, giving sweet butterfly kisses against each other's noses.

i personally see howdy being the papa of the neighborhood, taking care of everyone alongside poppy (but he's a lil bit more strict than she is about it lmao)

hear me out on this one guys…. i know that most ppl portray him as this chatterbox, but he knows how and when to listen. 

howdy will make sure that u never feel unheard or unloved, the sweet boy will make it his mission to put a smile on that adorable face of urs

Barnaby slouches in the bench chair and sighs. He takes a bite out of his hotdog when his eyes trail to a familiar face, walking up to him. "Ah, ey, kiddo. Whatchu want?" He gives you a relaxed smile. "I wanted to ask you for something."

He tilts his head, eyebrow raised. "Hmm? Go on, I got time." You take in a deep breath, "Hey Barnaby, Can you…" You pause as he leans closer to you. "Can you hold me? I've had kinda a rough day, and you're my go-to." He takes the last bite of his hotdog and pats his lap. " 'Course, kid. You can stay as long as you like."

Just as soon as you get his permission, you're sitting with your back towards him, his big paws placed gently across your belly. His plump figure makes it easy for you to practically sink into him like a fresh new couch. He hums a contented tune near your ear; your face warms up into a joyful grin.

Barnaby glances at you, "Ey, kiddo." You hum in response. "Y'know, I think Sally got a little bit of some competition; your smile alone could light up this whole neighborhood." You roll your eyes, a slight snicker escaping from your lips. "You're just saying that to make me feel better." He held you closer, shaking his head. Barnaby's large thumb caresses the palm of your right hand, tracing circles around its surface. "Nah, hon. It's all truth. I mean, ya must be some kinda treat, cuz I always catch myself gawking at the sight of you."

Eddie quickly walks to the door of his post office, filled with gratitude for another great hard day's work. As soon as he walks through the door, you rush over to give him a tender embrace. He chuckles, “Hey there, darlin'! Did my babydoll miss me?” With your face buried in his chest, you muffle out a "Mhm." Eddie's face beams, patting your back. "Well, I missed you too, honey." He places three soft kisses on you, one on your forehead, and the other two on either cheek.

Eddie tries to move forward, but you don't budge. Your arms are glued tight to him. "Uh, darlin'...? I– I gotta get unready, y'know? Please let go of me." He chuckles nervously. He tries to sneakily pull your arms away, but you speak before he's given the chance. "You've been gone all day, dear. Can't I hug you a little while longer?" You look up at him. The pleading look in your eyes melts the poor mailman's heart within seconds. "Alright, alright, fine! But just for a few minutes. I'd like to change into less sweaty clothes at some point."

The two of you just relax there for a moment, limbs wrapped delicately around each other. Absent-mindedly, Eddie guides you into somewhat of a slow dance, and your bodies sway back and forth as you and Eddie sink deeper into one and other's touch. After about a minute, he kisses your forehead again, then pulls away. "You satisfied, love?" You smile and nod slowly, "Yes, very."

Here is Allie Sweetie my welcome home oc and a fanchild of Eddie and Frank!

Allie is the shyest and cutest neighbor! He was the only toddler in the neighborhood and only 3 years old! He has same personality like me sort of autistic, but he's not my self insert character! Allie favorite color is viloet base you can see his name in the bio is viloet! Allies real parents was killed by unkown and Allie can't remember his real parents during the accident but now he's have a place to stay! Allie favorite food is cookies and milk, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and children food.

Allie was always barefoot but sometimes he wear shoes during winter season and rainy times...sometimes for a walk his feet get tierd.

Allie was a curious child and aundry for some things but he mostly stay away from danger....Allie favorite TV show was gumby....and he love the movies chitty chitty bang bang, Mary Poppins and willy wonka.

Allie is around 2-4 years old I think....

the way you two met is unclear, nor does it matter, really. he felt a magnet pull to you. not in a 'smitten' or 'love at first sight' way, but in an intrigued and 'i wonder how far i can bend them until they break' way. totally normal. it wasn't until barnaby pointed out his growing fascination with you that he was more than comfortable acting on it.

romancing? oh, do you mean terrorizing? his way of showing affection would be letting you know he's there. always watching, and also sending you suspicious packages and...love letters'. these letters can range from...slightly affectionate threats to being downright cryptic. all lovingly written in red ink and cursive and brought to your mailbox! how did he get your address? haha! don't worry about it! (except maybe do.)

he took the advice from barnaby, by the way. resident 'lady killer'.(he is anything but in fact he likes men.) blame that guy.

when he finally and inevitably does make the decision to start seeking you out, it's small things at first. he shows up to your job in his usual disguise accompanied by howdy, of course. if you go to church he shows up there. 'small world.', he says. on the inside he smirks when you believe him. he totally hasn't followed you, figured out your schedule, where you live-- your friends and family...who would go looking for you if you went 'missing'. it's a shame really. happens all too often in the city you live in. easily covered up too. money and blackmail do wonders when the cops are just as human as the citizens.

more than anything, he loves seeing what makes you tick. shy away. what causes you to avert your eyes. he found out pretty quickly you don't like being stared at and felt joy. he loves staring. especially at you. he also loves it when you try and brush off how uncomfortable you really are. cute.

keep in mind that when he does come to you in his disguised form, you do NOT know it's him. in fact, if anything he would make sure that you don't know what he (wally) looks like. he would send you letters from the comfort of his home, and have someone else mail them. watch you from the shadows, or just have howdy do it. he does not have to go out of his way to have access to you.

at the end of the day his goal is simple: befriend you. make you trust him. make you his. let it be by taking your eye and making you a part of the neighborhood, or by keeping you locked away...or maybe he'll just keep you living in fear for the rest of your days. who knows. either option sounds entertaining to him.

one day, you open up to him about your stalker...and he can barely contain the joy he feels at how scared you sound. he comforts you, of course. when you tell him how you feel about the letters and packages, he almost slips up in his charade, so close to letting you know how he felt making them. he resists, of course, letting you think you just confided in someone trustworthy...nope!

the closer you two get, the more sides he sees of you. the more sides he sees of you the more he begins to realize you're not just another bird to cage. his interest in you grows. it's almost maddening. he learns more and more about you from you, and other people and sources all while keeping him and his neighborhood out of sight. you don't need to know about them...not yet.

he loves how alive you are, mostly. you have free will, and you love doing things with it. you have hobbies and friends, and you keep in touch with family (even if you don't he finds that interesting too dw). he thinks you're lovely, and your eye would be lovelier if it was his. bonus points if you have some sort of eye deformity/birth defect (lazy eye, messed up pupil etc)

the stalking stops for a bit. everything seems calm. you feel like you can just live your life again, and everything feels like it's normal. you start going out again and having fun. you meet up with someone. what you didn't know, is that just because the letters and packages have stopped, doesn't mean he has.

one thing leads to another, and you receive a new letter. same cursive. same ink. same seal. you open it, to see pictures:

of you, and them. on the piece of paper nestled and folded in the envelope, written in cursive is a message: '𝓌𝒶𝓉𝒸𝒽 𝓎𝑜𝓊𝓇𝓈𝑒𝓁𝒻, 𝓃𝑒𝒾𝑔𝒽𝒷𝑜𝓇'

of course, just like he planned, you're back into his arms again. where you belonged. seeing you with someone else made him a little more sure of what kind of emotions he had for you. you were no different to howdy to him. that was clear now. you needed someone to keep you in line and in check, otherwise, you would wander off off of the face of the earth. that was not good. you wouldn't have to walk aimlessly for much longer. he would give you a purpose. you're too pathetic as you are now to be any use to him besides eye candy.

in the end, he realizes that he has to have you, by any means. you have to be his, under his wing, and make yourself useful like his other neighbors. like howdy. however you choose to do that is your choice, but what you don't have a choice in is having something to do with him. he will be in your life. either by shadow or memory. waking, or nightmare. he's content with both.

sooner or later, you and his 'other self' would become close enough for you to be invited to his house. you didn't question how big it was seeing as how you know he's a famous painter. nor did you question how many people lived with him. soon, the choice would have to be made. what will he do with you? will he keep you, or let you go free? only time will tell.

thanks for the request, neighbor! first one i've had NOT using the anon thingy LOL. sorry if these are a bit too dark for your tastes, but i just had to put my two cents on how wally would handle you. i don't think he would see you any differently from how he sees howdy or barnaby. he wouldn't outright mistreat you, but i don't think this wally is really capable of love outside his obviously very warped sense of it. sorry! i was pulling from canon art to the au, this is just MY interpretation. feel free to disagree!

SIDENOTE BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE I HAVE TO SAY IT: these are supposed to be DARK. there are no romantic feelings implied here because i don't interpret this wally being able to feel that way for anyone in a healthy way. just had to get that off my chest. please do NOT interpret these as romantic or god forbid sexual. i WILL block you.

So I have a headcanon that Frank was the kind of kid who doesn't believe in imaginary friends and stuff. More logical, you know? Meanwhile, Julie is the opposite of that. She probably had a few imaginary friends when she was a child and had a pet rock which Frank would dislike. Also, Julie probably didn't have friends growing up since she lived in a cave with her siblings which is why she had imaginary friends.
