nothing is worse than when u pay somebody for art and you realize that you picked the wrong kind of artist. like maybe their art style just doesn’t jive w the character u for art of. or they’re misunderstanding a key element

#rumbles #maybe this is more of a problem w furry art or things open to interpretation like dnd characters #but man. if i had a nickel for every time somebody made ramiel’s face like #weirdly sloped. like those bulldogs w the almond eyes. bull terriers i think??#well. i could probably go buy a new commission w them for one #THE BIGGEST BURN WAS WHEN I PAID AN ARTIST $200 DOLLARS #AND THEN THEY CAME BACK TO ME W A FULLY FINISHED PIECE THAT I. HATED.#they never came to be w a sketch i never played anything and i felt too awkward to object #never making that mistake again. certain commissions. i request sketches
