As promised, for this month edition, I would like to share some of my thoughts about artificial intelligence (“AI”) utilization in business.

For a long time, many alarms have sounded on the potential for AI technologies to upend the labor force and in the past years, this assumption is not only true for the easy-to-automate tasks but also for the management portion providing high availability and efficiency with a lower cost.
