The challenge levels in Under the Knife/Second Opinion have some dialogue at the start where the main villain says some stuff and the player character responds, and the two different player characters have different responses. Usually they're both counterpoints against whatever point the villain was making, declaring humanity's will to live blah blah blah, but on X-7...

Sorry if I've missed this somewhere, but does Clanmew have words like mom, dad, or parent? If they do, are they different from the Tribemew and old Parkmew words for it?

Plugging my big beautiful family document again because 1. You sent this before I finished it and I intentionally compiled it so I could answer these questions. 2. I am proud of it and worked v hard

But to answer this about the Tribe; The Mi/Ba system is actually VERY unique to Clan Culture! I've decided that I'm going to show how Thunderstar's childhood actually lead TO its development, during BB!DOTC.

Shaded Flower may have been the first "Ba," in the way modern Clan cats use it. I think it's a good way to do the Pro-Adoption Theme I wanted to do with DOTC, while still killing Gray Wing. Of course, it also develops over time with the introduction of Kit Stealing a few generations later, but modern Clan cats honor Shade as a patron of parenthood.

So back at the Tribe, they use the words Mi and Ba, but they refer to biological parents. It isn't The Mi/Ba System.

I imagine they have a lot more words for various types of friends and platonic family, though. If Trout and I ever build out Tribemew, I'll get into their complex relationship to the Three Wards and such.

mary/helen--toxic yuri, who among us can't cop to enjoying that at least a little

helen/ashton--ashton feels way too young to ship with the other lambs rn, but when/if they become adults this is probably how it should end up

sy/ashton--similar story, but sy being a kind of abusive father figure would be interesting

lillian/duncan--they deserve each other 😐

helen/duncan--simultaneously extremely creepy and extremely funny

sy/lillian--baffling, insane, hateful, harmful, makes me cry, makes me insane, they are BAD for each other, i hope they kiss and make up

The perfume blending mechanic in suitu is everything to me. Getting something I want in a gacha is whatever but nothing will beat the dopamine rush of blending a 0.4 perfume. Then he gets body slammed and point blank punched in the face by Thanos and not only gets right back up but he doesn't have any visible wounds (the Iron Spider suit doesn't help tip the scales all that much either since we see Thanos shred the Iron Man suit up like paper minutes later, and Tony's covered in cuts from the hits, the Iron Spider suit likely isn't as strong as the Iron Suit, a trade off of flexibility and manoeuvrability at the expense of integrity and durability.)
