Even when I’m feeling a little #tired, when the #weatherisgood nice I’ll try and get out with the dog. #Dogwalking is my therapy. #dogwalkingismytherapy It’s wonderful to be outside in the fresh air after experiencing being in hospital for chunks of time in my life. Yes I get tired but is the nice tired knowing that I have walk d with puppy and enjoyed my time in the countryside - I encourage anyone with outside space to get out and make the most of it. You won’t look back when you are old and regret your life enjoying life. I hate days when I oversleep as I feel I don’t achieve enough - but then I remind myself that I’m still in #recovery and sometimes my body just needs that extra rest. On days like this I tend to set myself a few goals - nothing too challenging but just a few things so that I can feel like the day has been a positive one. Today I will be doing some of my Christmas cards but also I will be doing labels and wrapping some Christmas presents also researching art exhibitions to go to in the spring when I feel a bit better and doing some tidying of my bedroom as I love trying to get organised!
